        간접 광고가 브랜드 태도와 프로그램 태도에 미치는 차별적 영향

        According to a recent research, PPL(Product Placement) accounts for 13 percent of total advertising sales and a scale of PPL is expected to grow at least 20 percent per year. As more and more firms and/or advertisers use PPL, some problems are happening. Advertisers want to place their brands or products in a more direct, explicit way because they paid the high costs. And producers meet the demand, consequently, viewers’ complaints about placements that are awkward, frequent, and unfit to a context of program. Although many related researches have been done, most researches have focused on causes of negative responses toward PPL. Also, in the field of PPL, entertainment programs have not been studied much in spite of increasing of PPL in entertainment programs recently. Little previous studies have examined negative effects of PPL in aspect of advertising effect, therefore, this study firstly aims to examine how viewers’ negative responses toward PPL differ and the impact on brand, program depending on the type of program-soap opera or entertainment. Secondly, we verify moderator effects of brand/program awareness, prior attitude on viewers’ negative responses toward PPL brand and program. The results reveal that viewers response differently toward PPL brand depending on the type of program. The interaction effect of program type and brand awareness, prior attitude is significant. Whereas, the viewer response toward PPL program is not influenced by program type, program awareness, and prior attitude to program. This study investigates the negative response of viewer to PPL and further, the effect of those responses on PPL brand, PPL program. Finally, we explore strategic implications for practitioners.

        사회복지 프로그램 구성요소개발활동의 실태 및 구성요소의 동질적인 범주성에 대한 실증적 연구 : 3단계 디자인 활동 중심으로

        본 연구는 사회복지기관의 프로그램개발 활동에서 나타나는 프로그램 디자인작업의 구성요소의 특징을 이론적으로 분석하고, 이러한 개별 구성요소의 디자인 작업정도가 프로그램 실행지침개발단계 및 수행·평가단계에서 어떻게 나타나고 있으며, 동질적인 범주로 구성 및 변화되는지를 조사하였다. 연구의 분석틀은 프로그램 디자인 및 구성요소 개발과 관련된 이론과 선행연구를 토대로 사회복지 프로그램의 ‘3 단계 디자인 활동’ 모형 속에서 8개의 구성요소 디자인 범주에서 24개의 프로그램 구성요소를 설정하여 사용하였다. 조사대상은 전국의 복지관에서 외부 재정지원 단체의 공식적인 프로그램 공모사업에 지원·선정되어 성공적으로 수행된 실제 사회복지 프로그램 사례이며, 이에 대한 자료 수집은 해당 프로그램의 개발 및 수행을 책임진 사회복지사를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 이용하였다. 최종분석에는 195개의 사례가 포함되었으며, 통계분석방법으로는 기술 분석과 요인분석이 사용되었다. 분석결과, 2단계 실행지침개발단계에서의 프로그램 구성요소 디자인 작업은 생각보다 활발하였으나 3단계 프로그램 수행·평가과정단계에서의 구성요소 디자인 작업은 상대적으로 낮은 편이었다. 프로그램 구성요소별로 디자인 활동의 정도는 편차가 매우 높게 나타났으며, 특히 개입모델, 프로그램 직원교육, 개입윤리 및 가치, 개입절차 및 과정과 같은 항목은 실행지침 및 수행·평가과정 디자인활동 단계 모두에서 매우 낮은 수준의 디자인 활동을 보여주고 있었다. 프로그램 구성요소에 대한 동질적 범주성에 대한 요인분석 결과로서는 이론적 배경에서 나온 8개의 디자인영역이 실행지침개발단계에서는 6개, 프로그램 수행·평가단계에서는 4개의 동질적인 범주(blocking)로 묶이는 특성을 보여주고 있었으며, 각 구성요소 디자인 범주의 세부적인 구성요소의 성격에서도 변화가 있었다. 본 연구자들은 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지 프로그램 개발에 대한 학술적인 함의와 현장의 사회복지 구성요소 디자인 활동을 보다 체계화시키기 위한 실천적 함의를 구체적으로 제시하였다. The purposes of the study are to describe the feature of the program components, and to identify their changes in the process of designing the social work programs in the community service agencies in Korea. In order to achieve these purposes, the researchers constructed an analytical framework including 24 program components derived from the related literatures. Data was collected by questionnaires answered by the social workers who were in charge of the program development and implementation. Descriptive statistics analysis and factor analysis were applied to exam the features of the program components in 195 social service programs developed by the funds from the Community Chest of Korea and a private funding foundation. As the result of the analysis, the three noticeable features are found; (1) the agencies have very actively involved in the designing work in the process of developing practice guideline, however they have less involved in the designing work in the process of implementing program; (2) program components which are low level in design activities are intervention models, staff education, and practical ethics; (3) 8 categories of components derived from the theoretical perspective are reduced to 6 categories in the process for developing practice guidelines, finally to 4 categories in the process for implementing the programs. The implications of major findings were discussed in academic and practical perspectives in Korea, including future research works in the area.

        마약류 중독자를 위한 자기사랑하기 프로그램의 개발 및 효과

        The purpose of this study was to develop a self-love program in order to investigate the effectiveness of the self-love program when applied for the treatment of drug abuse. The self-love program was administerd to fourteen drug-abusing criminals under supervision by the probation office. The main topics of the self-love program include the following: understanding, "Who am I?"; care of one's body; finding quality worlds and one's self merit; planning the future when one is aware of one's true self-wish; being able to forgive others; being able to forgive one's self; praising others and themselves for merit; to comprehend the positive and negative aspects of drug abuse; the management of stress and finding new pleasures; effective relationships with others; contemplating the meaning of life; and to be able to envision a mental picture of the patients' futures. The procedures for applying this self-love program included the use of breath-counting meditation, a lecture, individual group discussions related to the above topics, the concluding impressions about the program by group members, and finally, breath-counting meditation. The group was assessed during the pre and post periods of the program in order to verify the effectiveness of the program. The results showed that the self-love program reduced drug abuser's depression and increased the subjective well being and self-esteem of the drug abusers. In addition, the program determined that drug abusers exhibited signs of self-love, self-understanding, personal relationships, and an increased desire to abstain from the use of drugs. In conclusion, it was determined that the self-love program is an effective and viable treatment for drug abusers.

        유아교육에 있어서의 프로그램 평가의 역할

        유아 프로그램의 실제를 이해하고 교육의 질을 개선하는 데 있어서 프로그램 평가는 큰 몫을 담당할 수 있으나, 우리나라의 유아교육 현장에서 아직 체계적으로 실시되지 못하고 있다. 이 연구는 먼저 프로그램 평가의 역사적, 사회적 발달 배경 및 역할을 개관한 뒤 미국에서 유아 프로그램 평가가 어떻게 실시되고 있는지 살펴본다. 프로그램 평가가 가장 활발하고 다양하게 실시되고 있는 미국의 경우에도, 결과 평가에 지나치게 치중하거나 각 유아 프로그램의 상환이나 특색을 반영하지 못한 채 일반화된 유아프로그램 기준을 강요함으로써 프로그램 평가의 제 기능은 충분히 살리지 못하고 있다. 이러한 미국의 사례를 토대로 하여, 필자는 우리나라에서 프로그램 평가가 보다 의미 깊고 유용하게 실시될 수 있는 몇 가지 시사점을 제시한다. Program evaluation can help early childhood educators deepen their understandings about educational practices and thus improve the quality of early childhood programs. However, it has been reported that Korea has not taken advantages of systematic program evaluation. This article is aimed at assisting educators to better comprehend roles and uses of program evaluation in understanding and improving the quality of early childhood programs. The author first reviews historic and social background of modern program evaluation in general, and moves to American practices regarding program evaluation in early childhood programs. There have been persistent concerns that American program evaluation practices in early childhood programs are under-theorized when compared to the larger field of educational evaluation, in spite of the quantity of evaluation. Reliance upon outcome-oriented evaluation and standards-based monitoring can diminish potentials of program evaluation and deprofessionalize early childhood educators. Drawing upon various advanced models of program evaluation, early childhood programs in Korea are encouraged to fully utilize benefits of program evaluation.

        농촌관광프로그램 개발 및 수익창출전략 연구

        In general, the agricultural village sightseeing programs today are facing limits in an induction of consumption, a creation of continuous demands and a production of incomes from agricultural products. This study attempts to develop an agricultural village sightseeing package with membership program to overcome these existing problems. The program suggested by this study, is a packaged product of accommodation, agricultural products and sightseeing program during the stay in agricultural villages. With an annual membership fee, the visitors can use or purchase the packaged sightseeing products either with free of charge or with discounted fee. This kind of sightseeing program enables the agricultural villages to accommodate visitors within a local area while the membership system ensures the stable demand and the packaging strategy links the visitors with purchase of agricultural products during sightseeing. In conclusion, it will contribute to create a stable foundation of income to an agricultural village. Along with the above, an analysis was developed to present the future prospect of this agricultural village sightseeing package with membership program as well as to come up with its profit strategy. In this study, the contingent valuation method (CVM) was employed as a methodology to predict a future demand of this sightseeing package. The use of existing analysis tools enabled to understand the preference of consumers upon the program in details and consequently, to establish a strategy to produce profit. A case study was conducted to determine the possibility of applying the above prediction and strategy in reality. Two agricultural village sightseeing packages with membership program were developed for two villages in Jeju region, one for Jeoji village in Jeju City and the other for Sinre village in Seogwipo City, in order to analyze the demand fro these two programs. This case study also enabled to come up with the best price to produce the maximum profit.

        비교과프로그램에 참여한 특수교육전공학생의 태도연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the motivation for learning, career maturity, and attitude of recognition of improvement points according to background variables of special education students participating in comparison program. Research Method: The study subjects were 100 students from special education majors and conducted surveys from June 2017 to August 2018. Research results: First, the study motivation attitude according to background variables of special education students participating in the comparative program was analyzed to be meaningful in gender, age, number of program participation, program participation method, and motivation for program participation. Second, it was analyzed that the career maturity attitude according to the background variables of the special education students participating in the comparative program was meaningful in gender, age, grade, program participation method, and re-taking. Third, it was analyzed that the attitude of awareness of improvement points according to background variables of special education students participating in the comparative program was significant in gender, age, grade, number of program participation, motivation for program participation, and re-taking. Comparing these results, it is concluded that it is necessary to develop various programs along with the inspection of the program for the efficient operation of comparison and program. 본 연구의 목적은 비교과프로그램에 참여한 특수교육전공 학생의 배경변인에 따른 학습동기, 진로성숙, 개선점 인식태도에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 특수교육전공대학생 100명이며, 2017년 6월부터 2018년 8월까지 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비교과프로그램에 참여한 특수교육전공학생의 배경변인에 따른 학습동기 태도를 분석한 결과 성별, 연령, 프로그램 참여횟수, 프로그램 참가방식, 프로그램 참여 동기에서 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 비교과프로그램에 참여한 특수교육전공학생의 배경변인에 따른 진로성숙태도를 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 학년, 프로그램 참가방식, 재수강여부에서 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 비교과프로그램에 참여한 특수교육전공학생의 배경변인에 따른 개선점 인식태도를 분석한 결과 성별, 연령, 학년, 프로그램 참가횟수, 프로그램 참여 동기, 재수강 여부에서 유의한 것으로 분석되었다.

        평생교육 프로그램운영 직무 확인 및 타당화 연구

        As the contents of program in lifelong education has improved in quality recently, the program operation is increasingly emphasized as an alternative factor that the learner satisfies with program. However, the program operation has been considered as only a very limited and simple technical job, nevertheless it is a core competency of the lifelong educator' professionalism. The objectives of this study were to review the concepts and the theories related on program operation, to draw the lifelong educator's duties and tasks which have been performed in the process of program operation, and to prove the validation of the program operation model composed of the related duties and tasks. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the job model of the program operation with 66 tasks identified in this study was proved statistically to be validation as one unit factor by exploratory technique of factor analysis. Second, the validation of the following 11 program operation duties was empirically assessed and proved by confirmative technique of factor analysis: 'program operation plan', 'program marketing', 'management of program budget', 'customer management and support', 'integrated program management', 'program preparation', 'relationship establishment', 'mentoring and supporting of learner', 'managing and supporting of instructor', 'evaluation and following', and 'teaching-learning practice'. Based on above the findings, The major implications are that the lifelong education program operation can be interpretate newly in terms of three theories of program operation plan, program management, and program implementation, and the lifelong educator's professional of program operation get to be developed systematically based on the finding duties and tasks. 본 연구의 목적은 평생교육 현장에서 이루어지는 프로그램운영과 관련된 평생교육사의 직무를 탐색하고 그 타당성을 확인하고 검증하는 것이었다. 평생교육 프로그램운영 직무의 확인은 선행연구 및 문헌, 비구조화 면담, 경험채집방법을 적용하여 도출하였으며, 확인된 직무를 유형화시키고 타당성을 검토하기 위해 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 프로그램운영 계획, 프로그램 마케팅, 프로그램 예산관리, 고객 관리 및 지원, 프로그램 통합적 관리, 프로그램 준비, 관계조성, 학습자의 멘토 및 지원, 강사관리 및 지원, 평가 및 사후관리, 교수-학습 실행 등 11개의 책무와 여기에 속하는 각각의 과업들의 타당성이 실증적으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 프로그램운영 계획, 프로그램 경영, 프로그램 실행 등 3개의 이론적 관점에서 평생교육사가 수행해야 할 프로그램운영 직무를 새롭게 재해석해야 할 뿐만 아니라 평생교육사의 프로그램운영 직무 수행역량을 향상시키기 위해 본 연구에서 도출된 프로그램운영 책무와 과업에 근거하여 체계적인 교육적 지원과 노력이 필요함을 함의한다.

        한국과 미국의 프로그램 학습성과 평가체계 사례분석

        This study aimed to seek the ways of improving program outcomes assessment systems for engineering education accreditation of South Korea through performing comparative analysis on those of the United States. Case-study research method was implemented to achieve the research goal. Five university programs, which have been well recognized as good practices in engineering education accreditation in the United States, were selected and analyzed. In addition, those of three universities in South Korea were chosen for comparative analysis, which were reformed by university affiliated Engineering Education Innovative Centers. The analysis results indicated that there were differences in each program’s program outcomes, assessment level of program outcomes, evaluation methods on program outcomes achievement, and analysis and improvement records. It was drawn up that the evaluation methods on program outcomes achievement should be paid full attention. For better program outcomes assessment system, however, the followings are in more attention. Firstly, to establish program outcomes reflecting program goal. Secondly, to set up the detailed plans for analysis and quality improvement on program outcomes. Thirdly, to keep continuing efforts on curriculum update.

        청소년활동프로그램 참여자의 몰입경험 결정요인 구조분석

        he purpose of this study was to explore determinants of flow experience of participants in youth programs. A structural equation model was presented to describe the hypothetical causal relationships among individual factor, situational factors, motivation to participate in youth programs, and their levels of flow experience. In the model, motivation to participate in youth programs was assumed as a variable, which mediates the effects of individual and situational factors on the levels of flow experience. 370 youth participating in youth programs were asked to respond the questionnaires which was conceived to obtain the measures of six latent variables(self-efficacy as a learner, program contents, instructional techniques of youth workers, relationship with youth workers, motivation to participate in youth programs, flow experience). After screening the data, 241 responses were used to analyze the data for this study. Lisrel 8.30 was used to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were as follow. First, motivation to participate in youth programs had positive effects on flow experience. Second, motivation to participate in youth programs was affected by program contents and instructional techniques of youth workers. Third, flow experience was affected directly by self-efficacy as a learner, program contents, instructional techniques of youth workers. Fourth, indirect effects of program contents and instructional techniques of youth workers were mediated by motivation. It shows that motivation mediate the effects of program contents and instructional techniques of youth workers on flow experience. All this findings were discussed for youth workers and researches. 본 연구는 청소년활동프로그램 참여자의 몰입경험을 결정하는 요인들을 탐색하고, 그 결정요인들 간의 인과구조를 확인할 목적으로 수행되었다. 선행연구에 기초하여 본 연구에서는 청소년활동프로그램 참여자의 몰입경험과 관련된 개인적 특성변수로서 활동효능감을 가정하였으며, 환경적 특성변수로는 활동내용요인, 활동진행방법요인, 지도자와의 관계를 가정하였다. 그리고 참여동기를 개인적 · 환경적 특성변수가 활동몰입에 영향을 미치는 매개변수로 가정하고, 이들 변수들이 활동몰입에 미치는 영향력을 구조방정식 모형에 적용하여 검증하였다. 총 370명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 323매의 설문지 중 분석에 적합하지 않은 82매를 제외한 241매가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료는 Lisrel 8.30을 통해 분석되었다. 조사를 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년활동프로그램 참여자의 참여동기는 청소년들의 활동몰입에 정적인 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년활동프로그램 참여자들의 개인적 · 환경적 특성변수와 참여동기와의 관계를 검증한 결과, 활동내용요인과 활동진행방법요인이 참여동기에 정적인 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년활동프로그램 참여자들의 개인적 · 환경적 특성변수와 활동몰입과의 관계를 검증한 결과, 활동효능감과 활동내용요인, 활동진행방법요인이 활동몰입에 정적인 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년활동프로그램 참여자들의 개인적 · 환경적 특성변수와 참여동기를 매개로 하여 활동몰입에 영향을 미치는 지를 검증한 결과, 활동내용요인과 활동진행벙법이 참여동기를 매개로 하여 유의한 간접효과를 가졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과들이 갖는 시사점 및 제한점이 논의되었다.

      • 경상남도 방과후돌봄 서비스 운영 기관 간의 프로그램 비교 분석 연구

        방과후 돌봄 서비스 운영기관에서 이루어지는 프로그램을 알아보고, 각 기관별로 비교분석하여 방과후 돌봄 프로그램의 좀 더 나은 질적 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도에 소재한 방과후 어린이집 1개 시설, 초등돌봄교실을 운영하는 초등학교 2개교, 지역아동센터 3개소를 선정하였다. 세 기관 유형의 프로그램을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 공통적으로 운영하고 있는 프로그램은 미술활동, 음악활동이었다. 둘째, 초등돌봄교실과 지역아동센터에서 운영하고 있는 프로그램은 신체활동과 체육활동을 운영하고 있었으며, 방과후 어린이집에서는 비활동적인 미술, 음악, 독서, 영어 등으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 방과후 프로그램의 질적 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주1회 프로그램보다는 매일 진행되는 프로그램이 요구된다. 둘째, 방과후 어린이집에서는 생활주제를 유치원교육과정으로 한정하지 말고, 초등수준에 맞는 프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 초등돌봄교실이나 지역아동센터에서 운영하는 특기적성프로그램을 도입할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 세 기관 간의 연계 프로그램과 특화 프로그램을 구성할 수 있도록 지자체에서 지원할 필요가 있다. This study was found out the program that was conducted in the after-school care service management institution. And the plan was to find a way to provide better quality service for after-school care programs by comparing and analyzing each institution. To achieve the purpose of this study, one facility for after-school daycare centers in Gyeongnam, two elementary schools that operated primary care classes, and three local children's centers were selected. According to the analysis of the programs of the three types of institutions, firstly, the programs that were commonly operated were art and music activities. Second, the program operated by the primary care spring classroom and the local children's center was operating physical and physical activities, and the after-school daycare center consisted of inactive art, music, reading and English. The results of this study, the implications for improving the quality of after-school programs are as follows: First, a daily program is required rather than a weekly program. Second, after-school daycare centers need to provide programs that meet the elementary level, instead of limiting the subject to preschool education. And it is necessary to introduce a speciality program operated by an elementary-care center or a local children's center. Third, it is necessary for local governments to provide support to help organize programs for linkage and specialization among the three agencies.
