        전통시장 상인대학 교육서비스 품질이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        Purpose -This study empirically analyzes the effect of improvements in the quality of service management performance of college education on traders’ conscious change of business management innovation and diverse sales expertise for a year. The use of traders’conscious changes and sales expertise as variables for the verification of the effects of parameters related to the active trader’s traditional education market is a desirable direction. The method of research reflects the quality of education service, management result, traders’conscious changes, and sales expertise to understand the precise essence and definition of teaching quality at merchant colleges through theoretical consideration. Moreover, its impact on traders’ conscious changes and sales expertise in empirical analysis acts as an intermediary. Research design, data, methodology-The hypothesis of this study leverages the SPSS statistical program. To gather actual proof, sample survey for theoretical research examined 262 valid papers of the 300papers written by 10 merchants who graduated from merchant’s university. First, using the SERVQUAL model, Parasuraman et al. (1996) indicated that for quality of education service, the configuration of factors is the same as the sympathetic performance, that is,responsiveness and empathy, and traders are aware of these elements. However, our preliminary investigation revealed that traders’ university education has been excluded as a component of quality of service in the earlier studies. Moreover, we found that certainty of knowledge,reliability, and sympathy are influenced by challenges and by the changing intentions of merchant consciousness. In addition, our study confirms that improvements in convincing abilities and sales technique have a positive impact. Second, merchants’ and traders’ expertise are proven to affect business performance. In other words, university education of traders and merchants affects the consciousness of consumers, and changes patterns of sales. Third, the quality of service management education and change in the consciousness has a considerable impact on the trader, thereby maximizing business performance and acting as an intermediary for verification. Fourth, the quality of service management education affects the trader's sales expertise to maximize business performance. Results-To summarize, the quality of college educational services relates to the improvement of business performance and the role of the resulting virtuous cycle. Consequently, we can look for suggestions in the traditional markets, where the Government pays attention to the exterior environmental factors as well as to the changing business environment. However, the most important aspect is the merchant awareness. That is, a merchant should understand the distribution environment. Several competitor and trend analyses should be conducted to meet customers' expectations positively and proactively cope with any challenges related to changes. Further, expertise in sales and marketing skills need to be acquired to improve customer convincing abilities and develop a customer-oriented mindset. Conclusions-According to the changes in consumption trends of business enterprises, new management techniques are required to survive competition by improving traditional markets, which will necessitate more competitive education programs in merchant universities.

        he purpose of this study is to examine service quality, TAM, and education motive and effectiveness of Merchant College education. we designed research model as which combined service quality model, TAM of service quality and education effectiveness model. 207 copies were effective among 300 copies and used to analyze except faithless response data. The change of merchants' awareness and reeducation is important. It is important for the colleges to serve high quality education. the Service Quality Model, TAM model, and Education Effectiveness model on the Merchant college each had meaningfulness. Therefore, we can imply that there is meaningfulness in applying job training based on the model of Merchant Education of Traditional Markets.

        영국 판례법상 물품적합의 묵시조항에 관한 법적 쟁점

        본 논문에서는 이와 같은 영국법상의 물품적합에 관한 묵시적 보증법리를 소개하여 우리 법제의 해석상 참고로 활용하고자 하였다. 특히 판례법상의 이론을 중심으로 논의를 전개하여, 선행연구와는 차별성을 갖도록 하였다. 구체적으로 본 논문에서는 먼저 영국판례법상 묵시적 보증법리가 형성되는 과정을 연혁적으로 검토해 보았다. 이후에는 영국물품매매법상의 묵시보증 규정들을 정리하되, 물품의 적합성 여부를 품질만족 적합성과 특별목적 적합성으로 구분하고, 그와 관련한 판례법상의 쟁점사항들을 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로, 영국법과 우리나라 민․상법상의 하자담보책임을 비교해 보고, 판단기준에 관한 해석상의 논점들을 검토하여 양자의 유사점과 차이점 등을 생각해 보았다. An implied term in a contract for the sale of goods within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (SGA 1979). Goods are of satisfactory quality if they meet the standard which a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking account of: any description of the goods; the price; and all other relevant circumstances (section 14(2), SGA 1979). In addition, the quality of goods includes their state and condition and the following factors (among others) are to be taken into account in determining whether goods are of satisfactory quality: fitness for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied; appearance and finish; freedom from minor defects; safety; and durability. Also, Section 14(3) of the SGA 1979 contains the implied term of fitness for purpose. This is where the seller sells goods in the course of a business and the buyer, expressly or by implication, makes known to the seller any particular purpose for which the goods are being bought. This paper is to introduce and analyze case law of the implied terms in SGA 1979. Also, this paper studies scopes, application, requirements of the implied terms and warranty in SGA by comparing articles and especially case law. In conclusion, this paper analyzes seller’s liability for warranty against defect of Korean Civil Code by comparing SGA 1979.

        IPA분석을 활용한 상인최고경영자과정 교육서비스품질 개선에 관한 연구

        This study examined the following four research questions. First, what the important attribute on education service quality of advanced merchant education program and the degree of satisfaction on each attribute is. Second, How the gap of actual satisfaction in comparison with expected importance on each attribute is. Third, whether it shows differences between expected importance and actual satisfaction for attribute on education service quality. fourth, How to calculate educational satisfaction Index of Advanced merchant education Program. And the results of this research can be summarized as following. First, we found that satisfaction is lower than expected importance to 'the exact processing of requirements', 'convincing education' and 'practical education' attributes. Second, IPA matrix of the second quadrant(Concentrate Here) of 'the exact process requirements', 'clarity and understanding of education contents', 'training schedule considering the students' and the location of the items that were focused for this part efforts are needed to improve. third, we calculated that education satisfaction index of advanced merchant education program is 81.65 point. 본 연구는 상인교육의 최상위 교육과정인 상인최고경영자과정의 2013년 수료생(경북대, 호남대)을 대상으로 교육서비스품질에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석을 실시하여 교육서비스품질의 실질적인 개선방안을 모색하고, 나아가 상인최고경영자과정의 교육만족도지수 산출을 통한 교육서비스품질의 객관적인 평가지표를 제시하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 첫째, 중요도-만족도간 차이검증(t-test)을 통해 ‘확신을 주는 교육내용’, ‘요구사항의 정확한 처리’,‘실직적인 도움이 되는 교육’ 등의 항목은 기대보다 낮은 서비스를 제공하고 있어 보완책 마련이 필요하며, 둘째, 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA Matrix)을 통해 집중 및 개선영역에 속하는 2사분면에 ‘요구사항의 정확한 처리’,‘교육내용의 명확한 전달과 이해’.‘교육생을 고려한 교육일정’등의 항목들이 위치하여, 이러한 부분에 대해서는 집중적인 개선노력이 필요한 것으로 보이며, 셋째, 교육만족도지수 산출결과 교육서비스품질 요인 중 유형성과 반응성이 평균에 비해 상대적으로 만족도 지수가 낮은 것으로 나타나 이러한 요인에 대한 만족도 향상 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 상인최고경영자과정의 체계적인 관리방안 도출과 교육체계 확립, 교육효과 증진에 기여할 것으로 예상되며, 향후 상인교육 수행에 있어서 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

      • Impact Analysis of Education Services Quality of Education Support Policy for the Traditional Market Activation on Sales Skills Improvement of Merchants

        Korea's traditional markets have been showing a tendency to sharply fall sales since 1996, The goal of this research is to help merchants education support policy to establish effective strategies for the traditional market activation and merchants education development in the future. This study presents a number of suggestions when it coms to the impact of education service quality on management performance as the way to activate traditional markets and what kind of mediating role sales expertise has, but it has some limitations. In the future, it will be required to widely study the corelation between facilities modernization business and merchant education, and the impact on traditional market activation and plan about comprehensive market activation. Studies on education service quality for merchant as well as traditional markets are not much enough. In the future, it is considered that it will be necessary to study on traditional markets in various aspects as well as subsequent studies on the impact of education service quality for traditional market activation.

        재래시장의 서비스품질이 서비스가치, 고객만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study tested the influence of service quality on customer behavior intentions in the traditional market. Service qualities in the traditional market such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, convenience, empathy are analyzed as independent variable and customer behavior intentions are analyzed as dependent variable. Also, service merchant consciousness are moderating variable. The several traditional markets in Chungcheong province were chosen to verify the hypothesis. I verified each hypothesis on the basis of empirical analysis and the results of this empirical analysis are as follows. First, tangibles, reliability, and empathy had positive effect on service value in the traditional market. Second, tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness had positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, as the result of verifying the relationship between service quality and customer behavior intentions in the traditional market, only empathy had positive effect. Fourth, as the result of verifying the relationship between service value and customer behavior intentions in the traditional market, there was no significance. Fifth, as the result of verifying the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer behavior intentions in the traditional market, there was significance. These results mean that customer satisfaction has a positive influence on revisiting and the word of mouth. So the managers who are concerned with the traditional market operation should do their best to satisfy customer satisfaction. Sixth, according to degree of perceived pleasure, service quality in the traditional market had positive mediating effect on service value. But service quality in the traditional market had no mediating effect on customer satisfaction. Lastly, according to degree of merchant consciousness, service quality in the traditional market had positive mediating effect on service value and customer satisfaction.
