        통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 기반으로 기업정보보호시스템의 특성요인이 사용자 기술수용의도에 미치는 영향 분석 - 반도체 제조 구성원의 혁신저항 조절효과를 중심으로 –

        The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that impact the user’s intention to accept technology when Introducing new information security systems for the workers of a semiconductor company. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the factors of a company's information security systems, namely reliability, expertise, availability, security, and economic efficiency, all significantly and positively impacted performance expectations. Second, the performance expectation of introducing information security systems for a company significantly and positively impacted the intention to accept technology. Third, the social impact of introducing information security systems for a company had a significant and positive impact on technology acceptance intention. Fourth, the facilitating conditions for introducing a company's information security systems significantly and positively impacted technology acceptance intention. Fifth, as for the moderating effect of innovation resistance, the moderating effect was significant in the paths of [performance expectation -> technology acceptance intention], [social impact -> technology acceptance intention], and [facilitating conditions -> technology acceptance intention]. The implication of this study is that the factors to be considered when introducing information security systems were provided to companies that are the actors of their proliferation, providing the base data to lay the foundation for introducing security technologies and their proliferation.

        소셜미디어 도서정보 이용의도의 영향 요인에 대한 연구: 혁신확산이론, 기술수용모델, 혁신 저항이론의 통합모형을 중심으로

        Advances in information and communication technology and increased use of smartphones, along with the recent COVID-19 pandemic, are accelerating changes in the digital content market. Since COVID-19, the time spent at home has increased due to social distancing and telecommuting, which were implemented for ‘coexistence of quarantine and daily life,’ and there has been a significant change in the way consumers purchase and read books. This study focused on the fact that many book consumers are using social media as a channel to obtain book information. Accordingly, by applying innovation diffusion theory, technology acceptance model, and innovation resistance theory as theoretical models for new technology acceptance, we examine the impact of innovation characteristics of book information on social media on the main variables of the technology acceptance model and intention to use book information. As a result of conducting a survey of 366 people with experience using social media book information, it was found that among the innovation characteristics, compatibility, complexity, and observability had a differential impact on the ease of information search, usefulness of information search, and innovation resistance. In addition, ease of information search, usefulness of information search, and innovation resistance were confirmed to have a significant impact on the intention to use book information. The significance of this study is to demonstrate the influence of various factors on the intention to use social media book information through an integrated model related to technology acceptance and to provide theoretical and practical implications by improving understanding of the book information diffusion process.

        퀵서비스레스토랑의 조직특성 요인이 정보기술 수용태도와 활용 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향연구

        The utilization of information technology related to jobs has been increasing to cut down costs, improve customer service, and standardize manuals according to the labor-intensive operation of quick service restaurants. In recent years, research on the acceptance of information technology related to the jobs of employees in an involuntary environment has gradually emerged as an important issue in the field of information technology. Accordingly, the purposes of this study were to understand the influence of organizational characteristic factors on acceptance attitude and utilization and business performance of information technology. Based on total 418 employees obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 3 hypotheses with Amos program. As a result, formalization, system management level, and education and training support of the organizational characteristic factors of quick service restaurants turned out to have positive (+) effects on the attitude of accepting information technology. However, organizational innovation culture had no significant effects on the attitude. In addition, a positive acceptance attitude had positive (+) influences on utilization, which, in turn, had positive causal relations with business performance. Based on those results, managers need to figure out the roles of the organization to enhance the employees` acceptance attitude and utilization of information technology as a strategy to improve management performance. It will be a very important task to understand the characteristics of the employees` acceptance attitude and utilization of information technology rather than the company`s one-sided goals when introducing or expanding information technology at a restaurant. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

        Public Acceptance of a Health Information Exchange in Korea

        Objectives: We assessed the public acceptance of a health information exchange (HIE) and examined factors that influenced the acceptance and associations among constructs of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Methods: We collected data from a survey of 1,000 individuals in Korea, which was administered through a structured questionnaire. We assessed the validity and reliability of the survey instrument with exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients. We computed descriptive statistics to assess the acceptance and performed regression analyses with a structural equation model to estimate the magnitude and significance of influences among constructs of TAM. Results: Eighty-seven percent of the respondents were willing to use the technology, and the average level of agreement with the need for the technology was 4.16 on a 5-point Likert scale. The perception of ease of use of the technology significantly influenced perceptions of usefulness and attitudes about the need for HIE. Perceptions of usefulness influenced attitude and behavioral intention to use HIE, and attitude influenced intention. Age showed a wide range of influences throughout the model, and experience with offline-based information exchange and health status also showed noteworthy influences. Conclusions: The public acceptance of HIE was high, and influences posited by TAM were mostly confirmed by the study results. The study findings indicated a need for an education and communication strategy tailored by population age, health status, and prior experience with offline-based exchange to gain public buy-in for a successful introduction of the technology.

      • A Critical Review of Models and Theories in Field of Individual Acceptance of Technology

        Information systems and technology have become essential tools for organizations to achieve their goals. Therefore, many technology acceptance theories and models have been developed in the field. Research showed a number of models that introduce the factors which make information systems successful. Based on the theoretical lens rooted in the literature, the researchers critically reviewed ten models and theories on individual acceptance of technology. The review identifies the major models to make explicit assumptions. The present study tries to provide a summary of strengths and weaknesses that have been discussed about these models and theories.

        Impacts of menu information quality and nutrition information quality on technology acceptance characteristics and behaviors toward fast food restaurants’ kiosk

        BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: With the advances in technologies, self-service kiosks at foodservice operations are becoming a new way of service provision. This study examined the relationships among the menu information quality, nutrition information quality, technology acceptance characteristics, and customer behavioral intention toward the kiosks in fast food restaurants. SUBJECTS/METHODS: A survey with a self-administered method was distributed online and offline. The sample consisted of customers who had used the kiosks at fast food restaurants in the last six months prior to the survey. The study hypotheses were tested by applying structural equation modeling. RESULTS: Structural equation modeling revealed the positive impacts of menu information quality and nutrition information quality, technology acceptance characteristics, and behavioral intention toward kiosks at fast food restaurants. On the other hand, one hypothesis (Hypothesis 4) on the impact of nutrition information quality on the perceived usefulness was rejected. CONCLUSION: The study is the first to investigate nutrition and menu information at foodservice kiosks and relate them to technology acceptance. The study is very timely and adequate in the time of the 4<SUP>th</SUP> industrial revolution. The critical importance of the presentation of nutrition information and menu information at the kiosks at fast food restaurants was verified. The academic and industrial implications of the study findings were discussed.

        An Exploratory Analysis on the Acceptance Model of Intelligent Information Technology - Application of Expectation and Innovation Theories

        본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명과 디지털 전환이 이끄는 새로운 특성의 지능정보기술 확산에 따라 일반 시민들의 지능정보기술에 대한 수용성을 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용성 모형의 통합성 확보를 위해서 기대이론과 혁신이론을 결합하여 연구모형을 구성하였다. 분석결과를 볼 때 첫째, 개인의 사용의도나 사회적 사용지지에서는 혁신저항보다는 혁신수용이 결정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 혁신저항은 혁신수용을 통해 사용의도와 지지에 영향을 미치는 간접적 영향요인으로서 역할을 수행하였다. 변화긍정기대가 아닌 변화부정기대를 통해 저항으로 연계되고 있다. 셋째, 개인일자리 위협, 개인경제손실, 사회구조변화 등이 변화부정기대에 정의 영향을, 개인과업편익이 부의 영향을 미치고 있다. 넷째, 개인일자리 위협, 개인경제손실, 사회일자리위협, 개인지각된 유용성, 사회적 삶의 향상, 신뢰 등이 혁신수용에, 개인경제손실, 개인지각된 수용성, 지식 등이 혁신저항에 영향을 미치고 있다. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of intelligent information technology. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, innovation acceptance rather than innovation resistance had a decisive impact on individual intention or social support for the use of intelligent information technology. Second, innovation resistance played an indirect role of influencing the use and support for the new intelligent information technology through innovation acceptance, which is connected to resistance through negative expectation. Third, personal job threat and economic losses as well as social structural change had a positive impact on positive expectation about technology change, whereas personal task benefits had a negative effect on it. Fourth, innovation acceptance was positively influenced by personal job threat and economic losses, social job risks, personally-perceived usefulness, improved social life, and trust, whereas innovation resistance was affected by personal economic losses, personally-perceived acceptance and knowledge.

        회계정보특성이 정보이용자의 인지된 용이성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 회계정보특성이 정보이용자의 인지된 용이성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행된 서술적 조사 연구이다. 부산광역시 및 경상남도에 위치한 기업 의 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 174부의 설문지가 회수되었으며, 응답이 성실하지 않은 21부를 제외하고 총 153부 의 설문지를 유효 통계자료로 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회계정보특 성 중 적시성이 인지된 용이성에 유의한(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β= .44, p= .00). 둘째, 회계정보특성 중 요약화가 인지된 용이성에 유의한 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β= .35, p< .01). 본 연구의 분석 결과는 이용자가 정보를 이용할 때 반영된 정보를 적시에 지체 없이 이용할 수 있어야 하며, 필요한 정보가 핵심적으로 요약되어 제공될수록 회 계정보시스템의 이용이 쉽고 편리하다고 느껴 정보이용의 수용도가 높아질 것이라는 것을 의미한다. 회계정보는 기업의 경영관리에 필수적인 요소이다. 기업 내· 외부의 정보이용자에게 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 내부적으로 회계정보시스템을 이용하는 근로자의 편의성이 높아야 정보의 활용도가 높아질 것이다. 따 라서 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 정보이용자가 쉽고 편리하게 회계정보를 활용할 수 있도록 개선된 시스템 구축이 필요할 것이다. This study is a descriptive investigation conducted to find the effect of accounting information characteristics on the perceived ease of use of information users. A survey conducted a survey on workers in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed, 174 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 153 questionnaires were used as effective statistical data, excluding 21 questionnaires that were not sincere in response. The data analysis was performed multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical program, and analysis results are as follows. First, among the characteristics of accounting information, timeliness was found to have a significant (+) effect on perceived ease (β= .436, p= .000). Second, among the characteristics of accounting information, aggregation was found to have a significant (+) effect on perceived ease (β= .346, p= .001). This means that users should be able to use timely information without delay, and the more necessary information is summarized and provided, the easier and more convenient the accounting information system will be, the higher the acceptance of information use. Accounting information is an essential factor in business management. In order to provide useful information to information users inside and outside the company, the utilization of information will increase only when the convenience of workers who use the accounting information system internally is high. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to establish an improved system so that information users can easily and conveniently use accounting information.
