        스페이스 마케팅(Space Marketing)의 영향요인에 관한 실증적 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인을 탐색하고, 탐색된 영향요인들이 경영성과와 어떠한 관련성을 가지는가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 식음산업에서의 식음공간을 중심으로 통계적 조사방법을 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같이 크게 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인과 재무적 성과와의 관련성 분석에서`공간적 요인`, `감각적 요인`, `감성적 요인`, `브랜드 아이덴티티`, `상호작용`요인은 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으나, `친환경적 요인` 과 `차별화된 외적요인`은 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 따라서 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인은 재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 1은 부분적으로 지지되고 있다. 그리고 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인이 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향력은 `상호작용` 요인이 가장 크며, 그 다음으로 `감각적 요인`, `브랜드 아이덴티티`, `감성적 요인`, `공간적 요인`의 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인과 비재무적 성과와의 관련성 분석에서`공간적 요인`, `감각적 요인`, `감성적 요인`, `브랜드 아이덴티티`, `상호작용`, `차별화된 외적요인` 들은 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으나, `친환경적 요인` 은 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 따라서 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인이 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 2의 경우도 가설 1과 같이 부분적으로 지지되고 있다. 한편, 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인이 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향력은 `브랜드 아이덴티티` 요인이 가장 크며, 그 다음으로 `상호작용`, `감성적 요인`, `공간적 요인`, `감각적 요인`의 순서로 나타났다. 이상의 두 가지 결론에 따르면 `공간적 요인`, `감각적 요인`, `감성적 요인`, `브랜드 아이덴티티`, `상호작용` 요인은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 모두 영향을 미치며, `친환경적 요인`은 재무적, 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 스페이스 마케팅의 영향요인들 중에서 재무적 성과에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 `상호작용`이며, 비재무적 성과의 경우에는 `브랜드 아이덴티티`로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to explore the influential factors of space marketing and then to empirically analyze how the factors were related to management performance. In order to achieve such purposes, food and beverage space in the food and beverage industry was empirically analyzed through a statistical research method. The results of the study can be summarized into the following two parts. First, as a result of the analysis of the relationship between the influential factors of space marketing and financial performance, `spatial factor`, `sensuous factor`, `emotional factor`, `brand identity`, and `interaction factor` turned out to be statistically significant. `Eco-friendly factor` and `differentiated external factor`, however, tuned out not to be statistically significant. Therefore, hypothesis 1-"The influential factors of space marketing would have a significant effect on financial performance"-was partly supported. In addition, as for the degree of impact of influential factors of space marketing on financial performance, `interaction factor` exerted the largest impact, followed by `sensuous factor`, `brand identity`, `emotional factor,` and `spatial factor`. Second, as a result of the analysis of the relationship between the influential factors of space marketing and non-financial performance, `spatial factor`, `sensuous factor`, `emotional factor`, `brand identity`, `interaction`, and `differentiated external factor` turned out to be statistically significant. `Eco-friendly factor`, however, was not statistically significant. Therefore, hypothesis 2-"The influential factors of space marketing would have a significant impact on non-financial performance"-was also partly supported as with hypothesis 1. In the meantime, as for the degree of impact of influential factors of space marketing on non-financial performance, `brand identity` had the most impact, followed by `interaction`, `sensuous factor`, `spatial factor`, and `emotional factor`. In conclusion, `spatial factor`, `sensuous factor`, `emotional factor`, `brand identity`, and `interaction factor` had effects on both financial and non-financial performance. `Eco-friendly factor`, however, had an effect neither on financial performance nor financial performance. In addition, among the influential factors of space marketing, `interaction factor` exerted the most impact on financial performance, while `brand identity` had the largest effect on non-financial performance.

        랜드마크의 영향력 범위와 인지요인과의 관계

        This study investigated the influential range of landmarks and the relationship between landmarks and cognition factor so as to offer basic data to be used for the effective use and the management of landmarks. In this study, eighteen famous landmark in Seoul were selected and analyzed. The result of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) First, eighteen determining elements of cognition factors were selected via documents survey. Second, general cognition factors of landmarks were analysed using these elements through questionnaires to specialists. As a result of factor analysis, historic cultural factor, scale factor, visual form factor, locational factor and uniqueness factor were revealed. 2) According to revealed cognition factor, eighteen landmarks are categorized into four types using MDS method via questionnaire to resident in Seoul city. These four types of landmarks are: type I that are recognized by historic cultural factor; type II that are recognized by scale factor; type III that are recognized by uniqueness factor; and type IV that are recognized by visual form factor. 3) As the result of regression, the influential range of landmarks were revealed at about a 10km radius(type I : 12km type II : whole area of Seoul city≒15km, typeIII : 8.7km, typeIV : 8.5km). 4) As a result of analysing the correlation between the influential range and the cognition factor through multiple linear regression analysis, the locational factor is the main factor affecting the influential range of landmarks in every type. The uniqueness factor comes next, which affects influential range partially. 5) Except type 1, as a result of analysing the correlation between influential range and the physical heights of landmarks, a quadratic equation is revealed, showing that the influential range of landmarks over 200 meters in height shows a radical change. Landmarks can be used as reinforcement tools of legibility, effective tools for landscape management and for the improvement of a community's image. This study on the influential range of landmarks and main cognition factor can be utilized as a landmark management plan and in urban planning, such as a new town plan.

        지체장애인의 운동참여에 미치는 영향요인 탐색

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore influential factors on participation in exercise of people with physical disabilities and to provide basic data to improve participation in excercise of people with physical disabilities. Method: The data for the current study was extracted from the raw data of the disabled person in 2014, and the selected subjects were 2,032 persons with physical disabilities who had experience of participating in exercise for health care. The dependent variable was the degree of exercise participation, and the independent variables were three factors; demographic factors, disability related factors, and health psychological factors. Data analyses were conducted through frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. Results: First, demographic factors showed gender, educational background, employment status, and household income. Second, disability related factors showed age of disability, disability degree, chronic disease, and self going out factors. Third, in the health psychological factors, daily life stress, subjective health evaluation, and leisure life satisfaction were influential factors. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we discussed how to improve participation in excercise of people with physical disabilities. 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 지체장애인의 운동참여에 미치는 다양한 영향요인을 탐색함으로써, 지체장애인의 운동참여를 향상시키기 위한 지원방안에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 2014년 장애인 실태조사 자료를 활용하였고, 연구목적에 따른 최종 분석대상은 운동에 참여하고 있는 지체장애인 2,032명이었다. SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구에 따른 주된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적요인에서는 성별, 학력, 취업유무, 가구소득이 영향요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애관련요인에서는 장애발생연령, 장애등급, 만성질환여부, 자가외출여부가 영향요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 건강심리요인에서는 일상생활 스트레스, 주관적 건강평가, 여가생활만족이 영향요인으로 나타났다. 결론: 이 연구를 통해 지체장애인의 운동참여에 미치는 제한요인 및 촉진요인을 살펴볼 수 있는 기회를 제공하였으며, 지체장애인의 운동참여를 향상시키기 위한 실제적 논의점을 제시하였다.

        A Multifactorial Corpus Analysis on Preferred English Prenominal Adjective Order

        This study aims to find out whether British English (BrE) and American English (AmE) have different preferences over prenominal adjective order (AO) in terms of the influential factors. According to the literature, seven factors are reported to be influential in governing English prenominal adjective order (AO). These factors include: syntactic, semantic, phonological and psychological aspects. The purpose of this study is to examine whether British English (BrE) and American English (AmE) have different preferences in regard to prenominal AO in terms of the influential factors. A multifactorial methodology was adopted to investigate native speakers' AO choices via computing a regression model by computer R language. It was found that there were more similarities than differences between BrE and AmE in their preference over AO, and the factor of IndComp is reported to significantly influence only AmE but not BrE. The factors of Length, AffLoad and Freq are positively influencing both BrE and AmE on prenominal AO, which is in accordance with the literature. Howver, the factors of SemClose and SegAlt had negative influences which was inconsistent with the literature. Further, the factor of NomChar is reported to have influence on neither BrE nor AmE.

        고등학생 대상 인터넷 중독 유발 요인간 영향력 분석

        본 논문은 고등학생을 대상으로 인터넷 중독 유발 요인을 분석하여 인터넷 중독의 예방을 극대화하여 정보화 역기능 해소 방안을 모색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 인터넷 중독 유발 요인은 개인적 요인, 가족적 요인, 사회 환경적 요인으로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 연구의 검증을 위하여 수도권에 위치한 일반고등학교와 특성화 고등학교 각 2개교씩 총 4개 고등학교를 대상으로 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 인터넷 중독에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 요인이 무엇 인지와 다른 요인들의 상대적 영향력의 크기를 분석하였다. 인터넷 중독 유발에 관여하는 요인에 대한 분석 결과는 일반고등학교와 특성화 고등학교에서 서로 다른 결과를 나타냈다. 이것은 인터넷 중독에 대한 대응책이 인터넷 사용자의 환경에 따라 다르게 제시 되어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 즉, 다양하고 종합적인 인터넷 중독 예방책과 대응책의 제시가 인터넷 중독 문제를 해결할 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to seek solutions for the adverse effects of the informatization by analyzing the influential factors of internet addiction to maximize prevention of the internet addiction for highschool students. The causal factors of the internet addiction are classified into three categories: personal factors, familial factors, and social environmental factors. To validate the study, the questionnaires were given to four high schools which were two generalized high schools and two specialized high schools in the Seoul and Kyunggi Area, The most influential factor of the internet addiction was identified, and hierarchical influence among factors were analyzed by evaluating the questionnaires. The result of the generalized high schools was different from that of the specialized high schools. It proved that different countermeasures must be prepared depending on environment of internet users. Therefore, diverse and comprehensive solutions for internet addiction must be devised to solve the problem of internet addiction.

        e-러닝 프로그램 선호 영향변인에 관한 탐색적 요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is identifying variables that affect to learners' preference toward specific e-learning programs, using an exploratory factor analysis(EFA) method. We extract common factors that explain the correlations among variables. In the result, 8 factors were identified as main influential factors: e-learning program design(1st factor), the purpose of e-learning use(2nd factor), social and cultural issues(3rd factor), demographics(4th factor), organizational needs(5th factor), impacts of e-learning(6th factor), e-learning management(7th factor), and technical issue(8th factor).. 본 연구에서는 학습자가 특정 e-러닝 프로그램을 선호하는데 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 탐색해 보았다. 선호도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인들을 열거하고 그러한 변인들을 상관 정도에 따라 공통요인을 추출하는 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis)를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 학습자들이 특정한 형태의 e-러닝 프로그램을 선호하게 되는 주된 요인들은 e-러닝 프로그램의 설계방식(1 요인), e-러닝 프로그램 활용목적(2 요인), 사회문화적 쟁점(3요인), 인구학적 요소(4 요인), 조직의 요구(5요인), e-러닝 프로그램 활용결과(6요인), e-러닝 프로그램 운영관리(7 요인), e-러닝 프로그램의 기술적 환경(8 요인)으로 나타났다.

      • 국내 실내 부유진균의 종 분포 특성 및 영향 인자에 대한 고찰

        Recently, airborne fungi as indoor air pollutant have attention due to its health related problems such as asthma, rhinitis, sinusitis, atopy, pneumonia, building syndrome and etc .. However, it is considered that current laws and policies in Korea are not efficient to deal with these problems. Our research investigated influential factors and species distribution on the basis of previous research related to airborne fungi issue conduced in Korea by applying meta analysis technique. We selected 15 articles containing variables affecting fungi population such as outdoor air characteristics, temperature, location, and ventilation to evaluate significant factors. It was confirmed that airborne fungi level has partial correlation to those factors despite of limited sample size. It is required that the consistent and systematic research effort should be extended to characterize health effect caused by these fungi as well as to control them efficiently.

        의과대학생의 전공과목 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: We wanted to further analyze the qualities that influence Korean medical students on their decision to choose each of the specialized areas of medicine. Methods: We were able to obtain questionnaires from 394 students of Y University, School of Medicine. The students rated the various influential factors for specialty selection by using a five-point Likert scale. Result: The factors found to influence the selection of popular specialties were gender, grades/scores, lifestyle attributes, and residency issues. Patient contact, lifestyle attributes, prospects, income prospects, and health care policies were significantly rated factors for choosing clinical-oriented specialties. For the selection of Medical specialties, gender, income, social responsibilities, income prospects, and malpractice insurance costs were the influential factors. Gender, 3rd year students, social responsibilities, prospects, income prospects, and society s views on medical profession affected the students decisions to choose the major specialties. Conclusion: Based on the results of our study, we can conclude that gender and income prospects are some of the most significant factors affecting a student s selection of a specialty. These results suggest reform and improvement for a more stable health care policy and management strategies.

        Analysis of Factors Affecting Major Satisfaction

        The purpose of this study was to analyze general characteristics and empathy factors of nursing student's major satisfaction. Participants in this study were 235 students from both located in J do and C do Universities. The research method was a cross-sectional survey and the survey period was from September 1 to 10, 2017. The questionnaire was used to investigate general characteristics, empathy, and major satisfaction. The analysis was based on frequency analysis, p value of t or F value, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The result of this study were as follows: (1) The C University showed higher satisfaction than J University(3.44), (2) the factors affecting major satisfaction were school location, grade, religion, cognitive empathy, and emotional empathy correlated, Regression analysis was used to examine factors that correlated with major satisfaction, followed by hierarchical regression analysis to identify the most influential factors. (3) The result of the analysis showed that the greatest influence factors on major satisfaction were the University location(${\beta}=.325$, p<.01), the cognitive empathy (${\beta}=.287$, p<.01), and the next order was negative grade(${\beta}=-.230$, p<.01). Based on the results of this stud, the following conclusions can be drawn. The most influential factor in the major satisfaction was the school location, but this was an irreversible factor. Therefore, if the cognitive empathy factor and grades are corrected, it can be said that it can increase the satisfaction of major in nursing University students. In this study, it was emphasized that cognitive empathy contained in the course of nursing education program and suggested guidance on major satisfaction in lower grades.
