        A study on the corporate culture of Dianping

        In recent years, with the development of IT technology and mobile communication, the powerful communication function of the Internet will gradually eliminate the information asymmetry between supply and demand, and the third-party review website emerges as The Times require. Dianping.com was founded in 2003. After a few years of development, it has become an independent third-party consumer review website worldwide. One of the reasons for such great success is corporate culture, which plays an important role in human resource management. The competition of enterprises is not only the competition of products and cost advantages, but also the superior enterprise culture presented to customers in the international environment. The competition between third-party review sites has been very fierce. In just a few years, many foreign third-party review websites went public and made profits, but some domestic start-ups went bankrupt due to the lack of a good business model and corporate culture. A good business model is particularly important. Taking dianping.com as the research object and combining with the business model of the company, this paper studies the unique corporate culture of dianping.com, hoping to help the company through the investigation and research of this paper, so as to improve the company in the future. And put forward a certain practical significance and value.

        Consumers' Responses to Smart Home Services: The Role of Self-Regulation Systems

        In the new era of IoT, a deeper and richer understanding of consumer characteristics is required to accelerate the acceptance and popularization of different types of smart home services (e.g., hedonic or utilitarian smart home services). In the current research, self-regulation systems are considered one of the consumer characteristics. Therefore, this research examines the role of consumers' regulatory focus (promotion focus vs. prevention focus) in their responses to smart home services, particularly when they are not familiar with the services. Specifically, this research examines whether consumers' attitudes toward utilitarian/hedonic smart home services differ according to their regulatory focus, particularly when they are not familiar with the services. The results indicate that consumers who are not familiar with smart home services have more favorable attitudes toward hedonic smart home services when they are promotion-focused (vs. prevention-focused). In contrast, there is no significant difference in their attitudes toward utilitarian smart home services between promotion- and prevention-focused consumers. Our findings imply that regulatory focus may be an effective marketing and segmentation tool in promoting new smart home services and facilitating low-familiarity consumers' receptiveness to the services.

        A Study on the Organizational Culture and Performance of Xiaomi Corporation

        Most internet companies in China are learning from Xiaomi Corporation's management model and to improving their organizational structures and human resource management practices. This study analyzed the development situation of Chinese Internet economy and the Internet thinking of Xiaomi which is a role model of Chinese Internet companies. In addition, we studied Xiaomi's organizational structure, human resource management, employee training, performance management and incentive system. In particular, Xiaomi's human resource management system has a great influence on the company's high performance and efficient service culture. Furthermore, the organization of Xiaomi is horizontally divided into three floors (7 key founders, department heads, and employees), each floor is managed by one founder. Xiaomi is interested in and considers not only the work of new employees, but also personal issues, and is concerned with the work of others in performance management and shares responsibility. Xiaomi adopts a unique and rational human resource management model, guaranteeing a lot of work autonomy for employees, and improving organizational performance.

        Assessing Efficiency of Local Police Agency Using Data Envelopment Analysis

        The purpose of this paper is to measure the relative efficiency of the police agencies in Korea with data collected from 2018 to 2020, using data envelopment analysis (DEA), as put forward by Charnes et al., which is used to construct a scalar measure of efficiency for all police agencies. The results of this study can be used to assist police agencies in delivering better and more efficient services to the community. The analytical results based on DEA identify potentially weak and strong police agencies on policing performance, their efficient benchmarking, and the levels of clear-ups that would make inefficient police agencies efficient. We could suggest that higher levels of the police force are associated with higher performance efficiency against crimes. But, it is a little hard to say that higher levels of the police force can keep the local police agencies efficient without explaining the contribution of other input variables to criminal arrest and prevention. On the other hand, our analysis presents that differences in operating environments and socioeconomic factors do not have a significant influence on the efficiency of local police agencies. But, it is necessary to note that we need to examine the effect of environments and socioeconomic factors on crime to create the better-policing performance.

        Maternal Nursing Online Practice Experience

        This study was phenomenological analysis of maternal nursing of online practice experience. The study participants were students in between the ages of 20 to 25 who participated in the online practice of maternal nursing and conducted to a total of three interviews until the meaning were no longer derived. The data collection period was from May 26 to June 5, 2021, and analysis was conducted simultaneously with the datas have collected. The collected data were analyzed using the Giorgi's Phenomenological Analysis Method, and the study resulted in five categories (Opportunity to repeat, Systematic Scenarios, Immediate nursing intervention feedback, Beneficial hands-on experience, Different case experiences), 11 subcomponents, and 21 Semantic units. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained. In maternal nursing, nursing students could experience more systematic and diverse case online than experiences throughout clinical practice, and achievement was also increased in theory learning for online practice. In other words, the online practice of maternal nursing was suitable for various content compositions that could not be experienced in clinical practice, but it is deemed urgent to have a program in Korean suitable for Korean culture. In future studies, this researcher hope to produce a maternal nursing practice program in Korean.

        A study on Causes and Improvements of the Police Corruption

        It is true that the police have been faithful to the role of the regime's sewer and committed many disruptions and errors, and have been criticized and criticized by the public. It should now be the foundation of the democratic police and an organization supported by the people. The problem is that the quality, personality, and values of 130,000 police officers should be changed and should be in line with the spirit of the times. One of the theories of police corruption is the "rotten apple hypothesis." The theory is that there is a high possibility that the entire police force will be corrupted, as if the defective apple in the apple box is rotten and the whole apple is rotten, without filtering out potential corrupt police officers during the recruitment phase. In other words, the cause of corruption is based on personal flaws. This study intends to analyze the causes of police corruption and improvement measures. The purpose of this study is to ensure that police officers in charge of national security are usually armed with ethics and good conduct. The police should be trusted by the people and need a stronger prescription for police corruption. In this respect, this study aims to solve the corruption problem of police officials, analyze anti-corruption, and find out what are the desirable countermeasures. The main study methods of this study are as follows; First, we first tried to collect data through research on corruption-related literature. The analysis was focused on the related papers of police corruption and government reports. Second, police corruption theory and anti-corruption alternatives were analyzed. It was reviewed focusing on the theory of corruption or translated data. Third, a literature survey was analyzed to examine the National Police Agency's perception of police corruption. Based on these research methods, we tried to derive the desirable control measures for the hypothesis of police corruption. This study is believed to have contributed to supporting the organizational corruption and culture of the apple box, including the personality of the individual's values, which is a rotten apple theory of police corruption.

        Establishment of an Incentive System for Prohibition of Lending Firefighting Qualifications and Rental Agencies

        This study suggests a solution of an incentive system from the viewpoint of the external effect on the renting of firefighting qualifications and on rental agencies. Currently, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea does not have a penalty for neglecting to perform a search into qualification lending and rental agencies. In the short term, the penal clause should be strengthened so that companies and qualification holders cannot borrow or lend their qualifications. In addition, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea will increase the number of personnel dedicated to investigating the loaning of qualifications. It is necessary for the government to establish a penalty for neglecting to investigate the lending of qualifications for the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. In the long term, the state needs to make only minimal regulations. Also, the state needs to make companies and qualification holders feel like they benefit more when they are not borrowing or lending qualifications. The anticipated effect of this study is that the government will intervene appropriately by applying firefighting qualifications according to market principles. It can also be used as a basis for the revision of related laws on the renting of national technical qualification certificates and the investigation of rental agencies.

        The Effect of Self-Identity on Smart phone Addiction

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-identity and smart phone addiction among University students. This study used descriptive cross sectional study to analyze the relationship between self-identity and smart phone addiction. Study participants included 357 University students located in C province who selected through volunteered, but 10 missing data were excluded and finally 347 participants completed the study. The study data were collected using self-identity tool made by Park A chung in 1996 which was composed of Independence, Proprioception, Future conviction, Goal orientation, Initiate, and Intimacy and Smart phone addiction tool made by National information society agency. The self-identity's Cronbach's alpha was .937 and Smart phone was .670. All data analyses were performed using SPSS 18.0. Results showed that most students were not addicted(97.1%) in Smart phone using and middle level(73.2%) of self identity. Also, there was a difference in self - identity level according to gender and grade(the ratio of smart phone general users, not at all addicted, was 90.79% for males and 98.53% for females), and there was difference in Smart phone addiction level according to gender and residence type(the ratio of Smart phone general users, not at all addicted, is 99.32% for commute, 97.04% for dormitory, and 89.66% for self governing). Also there were strongly related with self-identity and Smart phone addiction(p < .001). This results reveled that self-identity affect to Smart phone addiction, therefore it is important to raise self-identity to prevent Smart phone addiction for University students.

        A Study on Garden Facility Management of Seoul Garden Show 2015 and 2016

        This study focuses(selected) on garden facilities of designer gardens created at the 1st and 2nd Seoul Garden Shows and examined installed facilities at each designer garden by categorization according to type, material and functions. The study observed problems occurring from maintenance of garden facilities as time passes by and collected basic data to develop maintenance guideline aiming to make contribution to further spreading and promotion of high quality garden culture. This study examined all gardens created at 1st and 2nd Seoul Garden shows in 2015 and 2016. There were 18 gardens built in 2015 and 16 in 2015.The study looked at responsible entities for maintenance of facilities and examined maintenance system for managing these gardens. Garden facilities of the study were categorized into paving, facility for rest, playground, water facility, environmental sculpture and planting media facility according to categorization by landscape design standards and construction guidelines. Target gardens of this study are maintained mostly by citizen gardeners who are passionately carrying out maintenance work while communicating with designers. However, these citizen gardeners lack technical knowledge to manage various facilities. Also, maintenance manuals submitted by garden designers do not offer sufficient details on facility maintenance which calls for professional maintenance and clear instructions on facilities from early phase of design.

        Consumer Evaluation of Multiple Sales Promotion: The Moderating Role of Saving Orientation

        Multiple sales promotions for one product can be simultaneously offered. For instance, marketers can offer a premium along with a price discount. In the present research, we primarily focus on offers containing both a bonus pack and a price discount. In particular, this research examines whether consumer evaluations of offers containing both a bonus pack and a price discount (i.e., BP + PD offers) vary according to consumers' saving orientation. Specifically, we predict that for consumers with strong (vs. weak) saving orientation, offers containing the high PD but low extra amount of BP will be more favorably evaluated than offers with a high extra amount of BP but low PD. A series of two experimental results show that consumers' saving orientation moderates their evaluations of BP and PD offers, which supports the prediction. The findings imply that marketers can evoke more positive consumer responses to BP and PD offers, considering individual differences such as saving orientation.
