        경사 정체점 유동이 적용된 미세 홀 레이저 가공 공정의 흄 오염입자 산포특성 연구

        This numerical study focuses on the analysis of fume particle dispersion characteristics over the surface of target workpiece in laser micro-hole machining process. The effects of oblique stagnation flow over fume generating machining point are examined by carrying out a series of three-dimensional random particle simulations along with probabilistic particle generation model and particle drag correlation of low Reynolds number. Present computational model of fume particle dispersion is found to be capable of assessing and quantifying the fume particle contamination in precision hole machining which may influenced by different types of air flow patterns and their flow intensity. The particle size dependence on dispersion distance of fume particles from laser machining point is significant and the effects of increasing flow oblique angle are shown quite differently when slot blowing or slot suction flows are applied in micro-hole machining.

        천연섬유 복합재료의 홀 가공을 위한 파라메트릭 연구

        본 연구에서는 천연섬유 복합재료의 홀 가공 인자를 최적화 하기 위하여, 진공 인퓨전 성형공정을 이용하여 천연섬유 복합재료를 제조하였으며 보강재로는 아마섬유를 사용하였다. 그 후 가공에 적합한 드릴을 설계하고, 선정된 가공조건에 따라 홀 가공을 수행하였다. 실험횟수를 최소화하기 위하여 다구찌 실험계획법을 사용하였으며, 홀 가공 후 가공면내 거칠기를 측정하고 거칠기비 분석을 통하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 실험결과 천연섬유 복합재료의 가공 시 절삭저항을 분산할 수 있는 새로운 드릴을 설계하였다. 이 드릴을 사용할 경우 가공중의 절삭저항이 분산되었으며, 표면거칠기가 최소화된 천연섬유 복합재료를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 홀 가공에 적합한 최적의 드릴 회전속도 및 이송속도를 선정하였다. In this study, natural fiber composites including flax fiber reinforcement was manufactured. It was tried to find optimum design of drill and machining factor for minimizing the damage during hole machining in natural fiber composites. Taguchi optimization was used for minimizing the number of experiments and evaluation of the effect of machining factor during hole machining in natural fiber composites. The experimental results indicate that the newly designed drill distributes cutting resistance well and minimizes surface roughness and produces fine surfaces. Developed new drill has been dispersed in the cutting resistance during processing, it was possible to obtain the smooth hole surface. Also, it was found that optimal rotational speed and feed rate of drill for hole machining.

      • STD-11 와이어 컷 방전가공시 가공조건에 따른 북현상 고찰

        From the experimental study of W-EDM for alloyed steel STD-11, the characteristics such as Hand Drum Form and surface roughness have been observed and evaluated for various conditions. In square hole, the increase of IP as to made condition, the calculate high value of surface roughness. Also compare dimensionless square hole with circle hole' graph. In circle hole, if a value of surface roughness IP 6 in a side of circle it show a 0.4㎛ and in IP 8, 0.6㎛, in IP 10, 0.7㎛, in IP 12, 0.8㎛ higher than before. This figure show the surface roughness is higher than before, because a table move in either X-axis or Y-axis in square hole, on the contrary, in circle there table move in X-axis and Y-axis at the same time, hand drum form getting small when wire tension increase 1000gf to 1500gf, at the same working conditions, the smaller of off time, the maller of hand drum form in same condition and same wire tension. but if you compare square hole with circle hole' graph, hand drum form displayed in maintained term of working condision, on the contrary, in case of square hole variation of hand drum form is more increase than a grow of IP

        영화와 얼굴-들뢰즈와 가타리의 흰 벽-검은 구멍의 체계를 중심으로-

        들뢰즈와 가타리는 자신들의 공저 『천개의 고원』에서 ‘얼굴’에 관한 심도 깊은 논의를 전개한다. 이 논의는 역시 자신들의 공저인 『앙띠 오이디푸스』의 연속선상에 있는 것으로서 구조주의 정신분석학과 인본주의적 존재론을 비판하고자 하는 맥락 속에 위치하고 있다는 점에서 매우 의미 있는 주제라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 얼굴론은 『천개의 고원』에 이어 또한 들뢰즈의 단독 저서인 『감각의 논리』와 『시네마 I: 운동-이미지』에서 다양한 방식으로 전개되고 있다. 본고는 특히 『천개의 고원』의 얼굴론과 『시네마 1』의 감정-이미지를 중심으로 다루며, 본고의 주된 과제는 들뢰즈와 가타리의 얼굴론에서 주된 개념인 흰 벽-검은 구멍의 체계가 무엇이고, 그것이 들뢰즈의 영화 이론에서 어떻게 발전되고 적용되는지 알아보는 것이다. 따라서 본고는 먼저 철학과 정신분석학에서 흰 벽-검은 구멍의 유래와 기능을 밝히고자 하였다. 첫째, 흰 벽-검은 구멍은 사르트르의 주체성 논의와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 단적으로 사르트르의 ‘무’와 ‘존재의 구멍’이라는 개념은 주체성 및 주체화라는 관점에서 검은-구멍과 맞닿아 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 흰 벽-검은 구멍은 라캉의 거울 단계 및 욕망 개념과 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 이때 흰 벽은 거울 및 상징계의 기표의 연쇄와, 검은 구멍은 기표 연쇄에 난 구멍으로서의 대상 a 혹은 욕망과 관계가 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 그러나 사르트르와 라캉의 주장은 지나치게 인본주의적이고 구조주의적이라는 한계가 있다. 따라서 이를 극복하기 위해 들뢰즈는 흰 벽-검은 구멍에 대해 다른 방식으로 접근한다. 그들에게 흰 벽-검은 구멍은 욕망하는 기계의 구성 성분이자 얼굴성이라는 추상기계로서, 결국 흰 벽-검은 구멍과 욕망하는 기계, 얼굴성이라는 추상 기계는 얼굴화, 즉 기표화와 주체화로부터의 탈영토화를 가능하게 하며, 권력의 배치에 따라 정치적 함의를 가질 수 있는 힘이라는 사실을 보여준다. 넷째, 흰 벽-검은 구멍을 퍼스의 기호학을 통해 설명하고자 하였다. 『시네마 I』의 ‘감정-이미지’에서 등장하는 퍼스의 도상, 다이어그램, 일차성 등의 개념은 흰 벽-검은 구멍의 관계를 잠재적 가능태라는 맥락에서 비교적 매우 선명하게 보여준다. 그리고 그 개념은 얼굴 클로즈업을 통해 구체적으로 나타난다. 특히 얼굴 클로즈업에서 얼굴은 더 이상 개별화, 사회화, 의사소통의 대상이 아니라 탈인격화와 얼굴의 해체로 발전한다. 이는 영화 미학적 관점에서 기존의 클로즈업 개념에 새로운 지평을 제공하는 것으로 간주할 수 있다. This paper concentrates on the theme ‘Face’, on which Deleuze and Guattari have written together. Especially 0 Year: Faciality in A Thousand Plateaus takes Face to the topic. In addition, this paper deals with the affection-images of Cinema 1: the movement-image, because this text seems to be an extension of 0 Year: Faciality of D&G. My question is, therefore, in particular where the concepts of the white wall and black hole come from and what their function is, and how these concepts are applied for the Deleuzian film theory. This paper offers approximately four answers to these questions. The first answer relates to the concept hole-in-Being which Sartre deployed in his book Being and Nothingness. According to the Sartre’s non-being thesis, the human-being as Being-for-itself bases on nihilation and nothingness that lead to hole-in-Being. It means that hole-in-Being constitutes the subject. In this sense, D&G’s black hole has the similar role, because it has something to do with the subjectification. The second relates to the Lacanian concepts: the mirror-stage, object a, and desire and so on. The mirror functions as a reflective white wall that indicates a series of signifier or signification. At the same time, this signification contributes to producing the subject as an effect of signifier. In addition, desire and object a as the gap in a series of signifier allow for the subject to sustain itself. This associates us definitely with the black hole as the subjectification. However, basically D&G do not agree with the humanism and structuralism of Sartre and Lacan. Therefore they suggest a non-humanistic and non-structuralistic theory of face. That is the fourth answer. It relates to the desiring machine and body without organs. The desiring machine comes from the combination of Lacan’s desire and Guattari’s machine. It functions as the attributes and power of BwOs. In this context, D&G present that the white wall-black hole system is nothing but the desiring machine that produces the facialization, or signification and subjectification and simultaneously gives rise to the dismentling and the deterritorialization of face. And finally, the fourth answer relates to the Peirce’s semiotic terminologies: Icon, Diagram and Firstness, which Deleuze introduced in the affection-images of Cinema 1: the movement-image. These terms show the relation between the virtual possible and the actual, which are also the properties of the white wall-black hole. Above all, the close-up of face as an affection-image describes the dismentling and deterritorialization of face, unlike the traditional understandings of face. In this respect, Deleuze provides the close-up of face with its new aesthetics.

        Hole-Plate를 이용한 NC공작기계의 공간 오차 측정 및 분석

        A method of the volumetric error measurement and calibration of NC machine tools is studied using an artifact method. In this study, a hole-pate is designed and machined using stainless steel. We tested and applied the hole-plate artifact in a commercial CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine), after calibration of the hole-plate using a precise CMM. It has been shown that not only the measurement of geometric error components but also the 2D length error calculation in a working volume is available using the hole-pate artifact method. The results of study can also be used in NC machine with touch probe as the same method in CMM.

        원형구멍 정밀 내경측정을 위한 영상처리 개선에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the measurement of the inner diameter dimension of the circular hole by using a machine vision system was studied. This paper was focused on the theory and key technologies of machine vision inspection technology for the improvement of measurement accuracy and speed of the micro circular holes. A new method was proposed and was verified through the experiments on Gray conversion, binarization, edge extraction and Hough transform in machine vision system processes. Firstly, the Hough transform was proposed in order to improve the speed increase and implementation ease, it demonstrated the superiority of Hough transform and improvement through a comparative experiment. Secondly, we propose a calibration method of the system in order to obtain exactly the inner diameter of the circular hole. Finally, we demonstrate the reliability of the entire system as a MATLAB-based implementation of the GUI program, measuring the inner diameter of the circular hole through the circular holes of different dimensions measuring experiment.

        Producing high quality products with a fully automated machine tool system has been investigated in industry and academia for five decades. The current study focuses on the on-line evaluation and control of drilling processes. On-line tool wear monitoring and tool replacement at the proper time are important techniques, as it is necessary to prevent damage of cutting tool, machine, and workpiece. Unfortunately, past research has been superficial regarding the quality of a drilled hole. One of the cause is difficulty in determining hole quality. The measurement of hole location and diameter would be performed by CMM(Coordinate Measurement Machine). However, the usage of CMM requires much time and cost. In order to overcome the difficulties, we have developed a hole location and diameter error measuring device using machine vision. The developed measurement device attached to a CNC machine can determine hole quality quickly and easily.

        Hole Machining Based on Using an Incisive Built-Up Reamer

        This article deals with analyzing the existing cutting tools and ways of hole-making operations. The newly designed tool consists of four false teeth-incisors and the curved cutting edge. This tool provides the possibility to increase the hole quality (tolerance of size, surface roughness), to facilitate cutting and to increase tool life. Experimental studies related to hole processing were carried out by using a scanner. Reproducibility of the experiment was determined according to Cochran's criterion G. The obtained results were processed through the mathematical apparatus of the full factorial experiment of type 23. Based on relevant data measurements, the authors of this research built graphics based on the accuracy of diametric dimensions of the processed holes, spindle rotation frequency and cut feed, as well as on the dependence of surface roughness from technological factors (workpiece speed, feed and length). The graph shows that deviation of the diametric size increases with increase in feed and decreases with the speed increase; surface roughness is inversely proportional to workpiece speed. Precision machining of holes corresponds to 5-6 accuracy degree, which is higher by one or two orders of magnitude compared to using standard hole boring cutters and scans.

        Comparison between wire mesh and plate electrodes during Wide-pattern machining on invar fine sheet using through-mask electrochemical micromachining

        Many research on the fabrication of Organic light emitting diodes (OLED) shadow masks with high resolution have been carried out because of the development of the smart-display industry. It is the parts of display panel which has millions of micro holes on invar (FeNi) fine sheet. Various techniques such as laser machining, chemical etching and Electrochemical micro-machining (EMM) are used to produce micro-hole arrays. In this study, Through-mask electrochemical machining (TMEMM) combine with portion of photolithography process was applied to fabricate micro-hole arrays on invar fine sheet. The sheet was coated with dry film photoresist. Two types of electrode, plate and mesh, was used to compare the influence of electrode type. The sheet was coated with dry film photoresist with micro-sized through holes. The results were compared in regard to uniformity and taper angle. Compared with the plate electrode, the mesh electrode has better uniformity and taper angle which is important criteria of OLED shadow mask. These results could be used to improve TMEMM for invar fine sheet when it is applied to fabricate micro-hole arrays and help to obtain optical uniformity and desired taper angles.
