        DARTs가 초등과학 영재학생들의 탐구문제 제안에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to use DARTs (Directed Activities Related to text) to foster inquiry problems while actively engaging accelerated gifted elementary students in the field of earth sciences. This study is continually evolving in the classroom on the proposition that accelerate the scientific thought whether inquiry problems show any change according to the extent of prior background knowledge through DARTs. Researchers appointed the accelerated gifted elementary students with 14 investigation problems and it was their duty to not only classify the inquiry problems, but to analyze using interviewing methods according to type classification framework. Many scientific terms were used concretely in the inquiry problems that were propose after DART. The students gave a direct effect to the inquiry problem to be proposed according to the level of the content that it is presented in the DARTs worksheet. As a result, the NP-IP type and the EC-IP, NC-IP inquiry problem type proposed above much as a whole in DARTs former and prior. Particularly, the EMC-IP type and etc. was variously proposed after the DARTs. And the students proposing the inquiry problem of above average proposed the inquiry problem of the EP-IP type much unlike the general average student after the DARTs. The EC-IP, NC-IP and NF-IP type were changed much after DARTs used. Particularly, the EC-IP and NC-IP type were changed much.

        다트 머니퓰레이션을 활용한 3D 형태의 의상 디자인 개발 Ⅱ

        본 논문은 선행 연구인「3D 형태(shapes)의 의상 디자인 개념과 디자인 조형성 연구」의 후속 논문으로 다트 머니퓰레이션(dart manipulation)을 통해 3D 형태의 의상 디자인을 연구하고 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로 관련 문헌과 선행 논문의 조사를 통해 문헌연구를 하였으며, 3D 형태로 나타난 의상의 실증적 사례를 찾아 제시하고 3D 형태의 의상 디자인을 개발하였다. 문헌 자료의 연구를 통하여 다트와 다트 머니퓰레션의 개념 및 3D 형태 의상에 나타난 미적 특성을 정리하였다. 또한 다트 머니퓰레이션이 적용될 수 있는 3D 형태의 의상 조형성을 연구하여 2010년 SS부터 2016년 SS 패션 컬렉션까지 발표된 의상들로부터 3D 형태의 사례를 찾아 제시하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 바탕으로 다트의 이동, 분할, 병합, 변형, 삭제에 의한 다트 머니퓰레이션을 활용하여 3D 형태의 의상 디자인 3벌을 개발하였다. 연구 결과 인체의 기본 라인을 벗어나 형성되는 과장된 공간감과 부피감으로 인해, 입체적인 형태를 구축하는 3D 의상은 ‘과장’, ‘왜곡’, ‘구축’에 의한 미적 특성을 띠게 된다. 3D 형태를 나타내는 디자인 조형성 중 다트 머니퓰레이션이 적용되는 것은 ‘착장 방법’, ‘디테일’, ‘구조’이며, 3D 형태의 의상 디자인 개발은 각각의 3D 형태의 디자인 조형성에 초점을 맞추어 디자인하였다. 디자인 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ는 흰색 부직포를 사용하였으며 ‘과장’, ‘왜곡’, ‘구축’의 미적 특성이 표현되어 나타나도록 제작되었다. 3D 형태의 의상 디자인을 다트 머니퓰레이션을 활용하여 개발한 본 연구는 패션 정보지와 컬렉션 의상에 나타나고 있는 형태의 조형성과 미적 특성을 이해하고 디자인으로 연결하였다는데 의의가 있다. This thesis is a follow-up paper of the advanced research on the「The fashion designs concept of 3 dimensional shapes and the designs formativeness」and its object is to develop and research designs that form 3D shapes by using dart manipulation. As a research method, we implemented a literature study by studying literatures related to the advanced paper, and proposed an empirical case of fashion and developed designs. Through the literature materials, we clarified the concept of dart and dart manipulation, as well as the aesthetic characteristics of fashion designs of 3D shapes. Moreover, we researched the 3D formativeness in which dart manipulation can be applied and proposed fashion cases that were presented to 2016 SS from 2010 SS fashion collection. With this, we developed 3 sets of 3D fashion designs using dart manipulation via transition, division, amalgamation, transformation and deletion of dart. As a result of the study, 3D fashion designs that form a three-dimensional effect through exaggerated space and volume breaking away from the basic line of the body show aesthetic characteristics of ‘exaggeration’, ‘distortion’ and ‘deployment’. Of 3D formativeness, elements in which dart manipulation is applied are ‘wearing configuration’, ‘detail’ and ‘structure’. Development of 3D fashion design is focused around each of its formativeness. DesignⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ of top wear were manufactured using a white nonwovens to show aesthetic characteristics of ‘exaggeration’, ‘distortion’ and ‘construction’. This research, in line with developing 3D fashion designs using dart manipulation, is significant in the sense that it understands the formativeness and aesthetic characteristics that are shown in designs of infosheets and collections, and that it has connected these factors through design.

        소프트 다트를 활용한 체육수업에서 중학생의 경험과 교육적 의미

        본 연구의 목적은 학교 현장에 적용 가능한 소프트 다트 수업을 설계하고 수업에 참여한 학생들의 경험에 대한 교육적 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구성주의 철학에 근거하여 수업을 설계하고 S중학교 2학년 학생 184명(8개 혼성학급)을 대상으로 소프트 다트 수업을 실천하였다. 수업에 참여한 학생들의 교육적 경험을 탐색하기 위해 주요 연구참여자로 8명의 학생을 선정하였으며, 개방형 설문지, 인터뷰, 관찰일지 등을 지속적 비교분석법에 따라 분석하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석결과, 첫째, 수업에 참여한 학생들은 소프트 다트를 직·간접적으로 경험하면서 스포츠에 대한 재고(再考)의 기회를 갖게 되었으며, 둘째, 신체적, 인지적, 정서적 역량이 내면으로 집중되는 수렴적 움직임을 경험하였다. 셋째, 소프트 다트의 색다른 경기방식으로 인해 섬세한 움직임과 전략적 사고의 조화를 경험하였고, 넷째, 불평등과 소외가 만연했던 체육수업에서 새로운 관계 형성의 계기를 갖게 된 것으로 나타났다. 한편 듀이의 경험교육 철학에서 주장하는 상호작용성과 계속성의 원리에 근거하여 연구결과에 대한 교육적 의미를 논의한 결과, 소프트 다트는 현재 학생들의 교육적 요구 및 관심사에 부합되면서도 발전적인 후속 경험을 지속적으로 이끌어내기에 유리한 종목적 특성을 갖추고 있어 교육적 가치가 담보된 수업 활동임을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to design soft darts lesson which is applicable for PE classes, and explore educational meaning of students who were participated in soft dart lesson. To achieve this purpose, soft darts lesson was designed based on constructivism. and implemented in the 2nd grade of S middle school located in Seoul of 184 students(8 coeducational classe). Data collected through opening questionnaires, observation diary and In-depth interviews(8 students as research participants) were analysed using constant comparison method. The analysis results were as follows: First, students had an occasion to reconsider the meaning of sports experiencing soft darts directly and indirectly. Second, they experienced convergent movement that physical, cognitive, and emotioncal competence were concentrated on inner side of human mind. Third, they experienced the harmony between the elarborate movement and strategic thinking by game rules of soft darts. Fourth, they had an opportunity to establish interpersonal relationship between students in PE class where the alienation and inequality is rife. In conclusion, soft darts guarantees the educational value considering the experiences of the soft darts lesson based on a principle of continuity and interaction of John Dewey’s Educative Experience.

        특수 체형을 위한 상의 원형 개발

        본 연구는 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이가 5 cm이상 되는 특수 체형 여성의 상의 원형 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 둔다. 연구 방법은 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이가 각각 5cm, 7cm, 8cm 되는 피험자를 선정하여 기본 다트량인 2.5cm와 5cm, 7cm, 8cm를 적용하였다. 다트량 변화에 따른 원형 변화를 고찰하여 가슴이 큰 특수체형 여성의 상의 원형 개발에 기여하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이가 5cm되는 피험자는 가슴다트량을 5cm 적용했을 때 전체적인 외관이 안정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이가 각각 7cm, 8cm되는 피험자는 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이를 5cm 되도록 조정한 다음 앞판과 가슴다트량의 부족분을 늘려주었는데 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이가 7cm인 경우 5cm를 뺀 2cm의 부족분을 앞판에서 1cm, 다트량에서 1cm를 추가 시켰다. 또 차이가 8cm인 경우 5cm를 뺀 3cm의 부족분을 앞판에서 1.5cm 다트량에서 1.5cm를 추가 시켰다. 전체적으로 안정되고 외관도 보기 좋은 결과를 나타냈다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원형 제작시 전체적인 가슴둘레 치수가 잘 맞는다 해도 가슴다트량을 획일적으로 2cm~2.5cm를 사용한다면 흉부 전면의 입체감이 제대로 표현되지 않으며 의복의 적합도를 저하시키게 된다. 따라서 젖가슴둘레와 가슴둘레의 차이만큼 가슴다트의 크기를 적용시켰을 때 맞음새 평가가 좋았고 편안하였다. 따라서 표준체형의 상의 원형에서 뒤판의 원형은 그대로 사용하고 앞판의 부족한 가슴다트량을 앞길이와 앞가슴둘레치수를 추가해서 피험자별 최종 상의 원형을 제작하였다. This study aims to provide useful data in developing upper body patterns for women who have a unusual body type where their bust circumferences are larger than their chest circumferences by 5cm or more. For this, three female subjects whose bust-chest differences are 5, 7 and 8 centimeters respectively were selected. As well as the change in the shapes of prototype upper bodies according to the increase of the amount of darts: 2.5cm, 5cm, 7cm, and 8cm. First, in the case of a 6-cm difference in bust-chest size, it looked most comfortable when the amount of darts is applied with 5cm. Second, for the subjects who have 7 and 8 cm gap between bust and chest circumferences, it looked most comfortable and nice when the difference is adjusted by 5cm and the shortfall is covered within front shell and the amount of darts: In the case of a 7cm difference, the shortfall of 2cm is covered at front shell by 1 cm and in the amount of darts by 1cm. In the case of a 8cm difference, the shortfall of 3cm is covered at the front shell by 1.5cm and in the amount of darts by 1.5cm. The findings of the study indicated that the uniformly applied amount of darts by 2 to 2.5cm cause the failure of upper front body modeling and lower the fit of clothing. When the amount of darts were adjusted according to the bust-chest difference, the fit was perfect and comfortable. Three final upper body patterns for each subject shares identical rear shells for standard body type, though the front shells hold different length and width according to each subject`s insufficient amount of darts.

        Direct Analysis in Real Time Mass Spectrometry (DART-MS) Analysis of Skin Metabolome Changes in the Ultraviolet B-Induced Mice

        Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is a major environmental factor that leads to acute and chronic reactions in the human skin. UV exposure induces wrinkle formation, DNA damage, and generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Most mechanistic studies of skin physiology and pharmacology related with UV-irradiated skin have focused on proteins and their related gene expression or single- targeted small molecules. The present study identifi ed and analyzed the alteration of skin metabolites following UVB irradiation and topical retinyl palmitate (RP, 5%) treatment in hairless mice using direct analysis in real time (DART) time-of-fl ight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS) with multivariate analysis. Under the negative ion mode, the DART ion source successfully ionized various fatty acids including palmitoleic and linolenic acid. From DART-TOF-MS fi ngerprints measured in positive mode, the prominent dehydrated ion peak (m/z: 369, M+H-H2O) of cholesterol was characterized in all three groups. In positive mode, the discrimination among three groups was much clearer than that in negative mode by using multivariate analysis of orthogonal partial-least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA). DART-TOF-MS can ionize various small organic molecules in living tissues and is an effi cient alternative analytical tool for acquiring full chemical fi ngerprints from living tissues without requiring sample preparation. DART-MS measurement of skin tissue with multivariate analysis proved to be a powerful method to discriminate between experimental groups and to fi nd biomarkers for various experiment models in skin dermatological research.

        Chemotype Discrimination and Rapid Identification of Angelica Roots by DART-TOF-MS

        The Angelica root has been used as a medicinal herb in many Asian countries including Korea, China, and Japan. Angelica gigas, A. sinensis, and A. acutiloba have been considered as Angelicae radix in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese Pharmacopoeia, respectively. Since the origins of Angelicae radix differ from country to country, there is a need to develop an efficient analytical method to identify the origin of the Angelica root. In order to obtain chemical fingerprints, three different Angelicae Radices were analyzed by direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry (DART-MS). Significantly different DART-MS spectra were observed from three different species of Angelicae Radix. Strong peaks of decursin or decusinol angelate, and its dimer were exclusively found from A. gigas. Ligustilide and linoleic acid were detected as the major component from A. acutiloba. The strongest ligustilide peak was observed from A. sinensis. DART-MS fingerprinting is a promising method for the rapid identification and/or quality control of Angelicae Radix.

        Identification of Marker Compounds in Herbal Drugs on TLC with DART-MS

        This study was conducted to provide a more versatile and specific information on Thin Layer Chromatographic (TLC) analysis of medicinal plants. TLC plates developed with the extract of herbal medicines were analyzed with direct analysis in real time (DART) ion source. Three well known herbal drugs were extracted and developed on a silica-coated TLC plate with the conditions pre-established in Korean Pharmacopoeia IX. The developed plate was placed between the DART ion source and TOF-MS analyzer to get real time mass spectra from the bands on the TLC plate directly. The marker coumarin compounds, decursin and decursinol were successfully identified from the TLC plate developed with Angelicae gigantis radix, along with alkaloid compounds of rutaecarpine and evodiamine from Evodiae fructus, and lignan molecules of gomisin A, N, and schisandrin from Schisandrae fructus. This hyphenation system of TLC and DART-MS could provide unique and specific information on the major constituents of crude plant drug on TLC through uncovering high resolution mass number of each band on the TLC plate directly in real time.

        온라인 전자다트의 재미요인이 상호작용성 및 참여지속에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the analysis of the influence of fun on interaction and participation persistence of online darts. The number of the surveyed for this study was 264 who participated in the ‘2018 PHOENIX SUMMER FESTIVAL’. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire itself was conducted by using SPSS Window 18.0 program; the result of descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis are as follows; The results were as being follows. First, the fun is partially influences on the interaction of online darts. Second, the fun is partially influences on the participation persistence of online darts. Third, the interaction is partially influences on the participation persistence of online darts.

        3차원 영상을 이용한 다트 던지기 운동에서의 주상골, 유두골, 월상골의 움직임 분석

        The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the motion of the scaphoid, capitate, and lunate during dart-throwing motion by three-dimensional modeling. Five series of CT images of five normal right wrists were acquired from five motion steps from radial extension to ulnar flexion in the dart-throwing motion plane. Segmentation and three-dimensional modeling of bones from CT images was performed using Analyze. Distances among centroids of the scaphoid, capitate and lunate and angles between principal axes of three carpal bones were calculated to analyze the motion by using MATLAB. As the wrist motion changed from radial extension to ulnar flexion, the distance between two adjacent bones decreased. The scaphoid and lunate rotated less than the capitates during dart-throwing motion. This study reports the Three-dimensional in vivo measurement of carpal motion using CT images.

        적외선카메라를 이용한 다트던지기 운동에서의 제한된 손목관절 움직임 분석

        Wrist joints consist of irregularly shaped carpal bones and other complicated structures. Thus, evaluating the motion of a wrist joint is a challenging task. In this study, we used an infrared camera to perform a kinematic analysis of a dart-throwing motion. We measured the difference between the movement of a normal wrist and constrained wrist (wrist with a wrist glove) in the dart-throwing motion with thirty six healthy participants. We measured the ulna flexion - radial extension motion using the attached passive marker and analyzed it using Polygon software and SPSS. The pitch and yaw motions with a glove was bigger than the ones without a glove by 20 and 15 degrees, respectively. On the other hand, the roll motion without a glove was bigger than the one with a glove by 7 degree. Wilcoxon signed rank test (p<0.05) confirmed that there are significant differences between the motion with and without a glove. It was found that the magnitude of the pitch and yaw motion with a constrained wrist joint toward radial extension in dart-throwing motion is smaller than the one with a normal wrist joint. However, a normal wrist joint showed a bigger movement in the roll direction.
