        브레이크 댄스 탄생배경에 나타난 긍정 심리학

        The study is to illuminate what background B-boys created break dance in at the beginning from the view of positive psychology to find out the elements of the psychology inherent in it. They seem to have experienced ‘flow’ while dancing, which led them into a state of ‘trance’, ‘euphoria’ and ‘ecstasy’ and authentic satisfaction of life. Especially, a highly elated flow brought ‘intense mental pleasure’ of positive psychology, which seems to have been the key dynamics to them to get over poor surroundings and move forward to a positive life. What helped them get over negative emotion and violence from poor surroundings might be found in ‘break dance’ which is ‘signature strength’ of positive psychology. Break dance seems to have helped them raise their self-confidence up, show their creativity and strengthen ‘positive emotion’ such as hope, joy, presence and self-realization, which made them communicate with other people, raise sociality and look for ‘a meaningful life’ for individuals and groups. In the initial break dance, ‘flow’, ‘signature strength’ and ‘positive emotion’ might be found as the representative elements of positive psychology and the elements inherent in its birth background could be illuminated.

        생활한국춤 수업사례 및 교수법 제안 -스팟기법을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 실제 스팟기법을 활용하고 있는 생활한국춤 수업사례를 소개하고, 한국춤을 익히기에 유용한 스팟기법 제안에 목적이 있다. 수업사례 소개에서는 본 연구자가 직접 수업에 참여하여 관찰한 내용을 서술하는 문화기술적 사례연구 방법을 적용하였다. 이에 따라 첫째, 생활한국춤 수업에서는 간단한 규칙을 수반한 게임 혹은 유희를 통해 한국춤의 미적특성 체득하기, 다른 소도구 춤 교육으로 전환하기, 수업에 대한 몰입도 유지하기와 같은 수업 분위기가 조성되었다. 그리고 이를 통해 적극적인 움직임을 유도하게 하거나 신체, 인지적 기능 회복과 같은 기대효과가 관찰되었다. 둘째, 한국춤 익히기를 위한 스팟기법 제안에서는 한국춤의 즉흥성과 정중동(靜中動)의 춤기교 체득을 위해 ``그대로 멈춰라`` 놀이를, 보법과 춤호흡 일치성 습득을 위해 ``우리집에 왜 왔니`` 놀이를 응용하였다. 마지막으로 한삼춤의 팔사위 활용을 위해 ``청기 백기`` 놀이를 응용함으로써 한국춤을 보다 쉽고 재미있게 익힐 수 있는 교수법을 고안하였다. This study aims at introducing Korean life-dance class cases which utilize actual spot teaching techniques and proposing spot teaching techniques which are useful in learning Korean dance. In the introduction of class cases, the researcher of this study applied an ethnographic case study method in which the researcher personally participated in classes and described their observations. According to this, first, Korean life-dance classes created an atmosphere in which the aesthetic characteristics of Korean dance could be learned, in which conversions could be made to prop dance education, and engagement in class could be maintained through amusement or games which involve simple rules. Also, expected effects such as the inducement of active movement and the restoration of physical and cognitive functions were observed. Second, in the proposal for spot teaching techniques used for the learning of Korean dance, the ``stop right there`` game was applied for the learning of the spontaneity of Korean dance and the learning of the aesthetic dance forms of movement-in-stillness and the ``why did you come to my house?`` game were applied to train stepping movements and conformity between dancing and breathing. Lastly, a teaching method through which Korean dance could be learned in a more fun and easy way was designed by applying the ``blue flag, white flag`` game to use the arm movements of the Hansam dance.

        비보이 댄스의 변천사

        The purpose of this research is to make a basement for the teenager`s healthy spare time by the history and the stream of B-boy dance, which many teenager like to do. There are three results from the adjustment of documents about B-boy dance. The first of all is that proper learning about B-boy dance helps teenagers to be a creative nice person and is one of the good types for both, male and female teenager. Secondly, B-boy dance is not only teenager`s culture. Some women who are older than sixty enjoy B-boy dance in America and Europe, where B-boy dance is popular in. There are not only difficult movements in B-boy dance. There are many different kinds of movements that many people can learn easily with listening to musics. Lastly, there are not enough data or documents about B-boy dance in Korea. Studying more to make a base of theoretical organization and preserve the records and documents is essential for making culture with B-boy dance in Korea.

        한국 스트릿댄스에서의 여성문화 연구 -걸스힙합, 비걸을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to learn about women's culture in Korean street dance. In the women's culture in street dance analyzed through interviews, first, the activities of female street dancers were very limited in male-centered prejudice. Second, marriage, childbirth, and economic problems were major obstacles for female street dancers to continue their activities. Third, for flexible movements that emphasize femininity in performing street dance, it can be seen that you dance wearing a crop top that reveals your waist and abdomen. This study is significant in that it has prepared basic data that can trigger interest in women's culture in Korean street dance and link follow- up studies related to women's street dancers.

        브레이킹 댄스 교육의 현황과 과제

        This article aims to examine the current status of Korean breaking dance education and the current level, and present domestic university and government-level policy tasks to foster Korean breaking dance education and breaking dancers. The reason why this discussion is necessary is that the breaking education, which is currently underway ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, is poor for education to win medals in the Olympics, and a new education program and government-level support are urgently needed. Accordingly, the following suggestions were made by analyzing the review items of the Trivium Value System, which is the breaking screening method of the 2024 Paris Olympics, and analyzing the current status of the breaking education. First, education systems that are suitable for those majoring in breaking should be forstered, not with non-professors in educational institutions. Second, the fundamental concepts needed to establish the identity of the dance, along with an understanding of body mechanisms, should be able to educate the theory of the cultural and philosophical background involved in the dance and to educate the breaking dancers to find their characters. Third, more scientific and organized body training programs are needed to improve the performance of breaking dancers. Fourth, it will help foster professionals for breaking dancers by allowing them to use the general sports town and conduction state-run training every year to provide education programs across age groups and regions, including local dancers and young dancers.

        브레이크댄스의 올림픽 정식종목 채택에 대한 대중의 인식변화 및 경영전략 방안 : 앤소프의 성장 매트릭스 적용

        The purpose of the study is to utilize various social network platforms to study trends in public awareness and perception in including Breakdance as an official Olympic Sporting event as well as developing strategies to manage changing trends. Data were collected over a period of two years before and after the announcement of the official events for the 2024 Paris Olympics using “breakdance” as the keyword in news, blogs, and other online social media entry platforms from two domestic portal sites. The study analyzed word importance and centrality, semantic network, and structural equivalence and concluded that there was a change in public perception and breakdance was moving its way into the sports market. The study proposed management strategies by applying Ansoff’s growth matrix, a management strategy framework, to analyze big data gathered from social network platforms. 본 연구는 소셜네트워크 분석을 통해 올림픽 정식종목 채택에 따른 브레이크댄스에 대한 대중의 인식변화를 확인하고 이를 통해 경영전략 수립을 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 국내 포털사이트 2곳의 뉴스, 블로그, 카페의 ‘브레이크댄스’를 키워드로 자료를 수집하였으며, 2024 파리올림픽 정식종목 발표 시점 전후 2년을 연구대상 기간으로 정하였다. 본 연구에서는 단어 중요도 및 중심성(연결중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성, 위세중심성), 의미연결망, 구조적 등위성 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 올림픽 정식종목 채택 이후 모든 분석지표에서 대중인식 변화가 나타났으며, 브레이크댄스가 스포츠 시장으로 이동하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 빅데이터 분석을 바탕으로 경영전략 프레임워크인 앤소프의 성장 매트릭스를 적용하여 브레이크댄스의 경영전략 방안을 제시하였다.

        파리 올림픽 출전 브레이킹 선수의 준비 방안

        This paper analyzes Breaking as an Olympic sport with the world championships and Youth Olympics for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics. Breaking 2024 Paris Olympics uses the Trivium system for judging. This paper investigated the judging systems in the world Championships and Youth Olympics similar to the Trivium system. The finding showed four common aspects. First, equally established judging criteria with physical, analytical, and artistic standards. Second, subdivided judging system structure by introducing crossfader to each criterion of Trivium system. Third, penalties regarding repetition, plagiarism, movement failure, disrespectful act, etc. Fourth, more than 20 required rounds to a player in a day. These aspects make the players face challenges in stamina, performance, and risk of injury. Therefore, it seems necessary to host a domestic competition with the majority of the rules applied prior to the 2024 Paris Olympics. This should be followed by several critical tasks. Such as making an official platform and opening it to the general public to help build communication through interested parties, translating and sharing of competition manual and guidance, etc.

        브레이크댄스 배틀의 사회적 의미

        The study is to understand the feature of breakdance battle and appreciate its social significance. It was derived from battles of gangs but it is based on the culture looking for respect and peace. It features ‘Judge Show’, a performance of judges to prove what they have achieved before they judge. The participants in a battle can raise objections by ‘Call Out’, a culture that they call the judges out to compete. ‘Respect’ is a culture to understand the values of the others and accept what they have got. It represents the judges and the participants evaluate each other and they have a horizontal relationship rather than vertical because they all want to be appreciated as dancers. The battle stage becomes a channel of communication through which caution and hostility melt down and they feel the sense of unity as dancers. Its culture seeking respect and peace has a significant potential to be socially broadened. Its transparency and fairness also breaks down unreasonable conditions of the society and presents chances that they are all evaluated under the equal. The study might guide us to find out respect, peace, horizontal relationship, communication, transparency and fairness socially and significantly emerged from breakdance battle.

        한류로서 브레이킹 논의를 위한 출발점 : 비보이 홍텐 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 기존 문화콘텐츠 분야에서 논의되었던 브레이킹을 스포츠 한류 관점에서 고찰했다. 스포츠 한류의 본질을 선수 개인의 성적으로 인해 외국인들에게 한국 스포츠 역량을 알리고 이미지 제고에 기여하는 것으로 보고, 2001년부터 2020년까지 세계 유수 대회에서 한국 브레이킹의 성과를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 20년째 최정상의 자리에 있는 홍텐을 현재진행형인 살아있는 전설로 기술되는 스포츠 영웅의 범주, 레드불 비씨 원 올스타 자격을 가진 스포츠 셀러브리티 범주에서 고찰했으며, 홍텐이 한국의 브레이킹과 세계 브레이킹 역사에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 브레이킹이 특정 콘텐츠에 편중되어 있는 기존의 한류콘텐츠의 한계를 넘어설 수 있는 콘텐츠이며, 경제적 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 중요한 자원이자, 국가 이미지 제고의 핵심요소가 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 전 세계적으로 한류의 파급효과가 관철되고 한류의 지속적인 확산과 파급효과 제고를 위해 국가적인 차원에서 정책적인 지원이 논의되며 올림픽과 같은 세계적인 스포츠 행사에 정식종목으로 채택되고 한국의 메달획득이 기대되고 있는 이 시점에서 본고는 향후 정책방향 설정 및 지원에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. This study takes off from the existing research field of cultural content study on Hallyu (Korean Wave) in sports. The essence of the sports Hallyu is to use the individual performance of the players to draw attention and enlighten, especially foreigners, on the sports capabilities of Koreans towards enhancing the country’s global image. In the light of this, I decided to study the achievements of Koreans in world leading breaking competitions from 2001 to 2020, paying particular attention to Hong10, who has been a top performer for 20 years. Hong10 has been considered one of the nation’s sports heroes, those seen as living legends and sports celebrities, what with his numerous Red Bull BC One All-Star qualifications. He occupies an important position in Korea and world breaking history. Hong10’s successes at the world stage goes to show that breaking is a content that can overcome the limitations of the existing Hallyu content, which often is concentrated on specific content types, and can be an important resource with added economic value as well as a tool in enhancing Korea’s global image. The ripple effect of the Korean Wave is being carried around the world, and policy support continues to be discussed at the national level in order to continue the spread and enhance this ripple effect. This study, initiated with such effort in mind, can be used as reference for future policy direction in this effort.

        A study on the popularization of eSports: Focusing on the Awareness of Korean eSports Users and Policy

        Academia continues to debate whether eSports should be recognized as a sporting event. In particular, the controversy has been accelerating as eSports was adopted as an official event at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games. However, as times change, public awareness and culture change, and the concept defined by the public is bound to change. The study first looked at the current location of eSports recognized by Korean eSports users. Next, researchers sought to explore the direction of popularization of eSports in consideration of views of eSports and the government’s eSports policy. As a research method, a structured survey was conducted on people in their 10s and 40s 1) to emphasize the similarities and differences between traditional sports and eSports, and 2) to identify the most important elements of incorporating eSports into the sports field. As we look at the process of breaking dance and billiards being incorporated into the realm of sports, it suggests the direction in which eSports can fit the category of sports.
