의약품사용평가(Drug Utilization Review)에 대한 설문조사: 고양시 의사 및 약사 대상 병용 및 연령금기 약물 처방경험

연구목적 : 의약전문가를 대상으로 Drug Utilization Review(DUR) 금기 의약품 사용경험과 DUR정보에 대한 인식도 및 금기 약물 사용 배경을 조사하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 병용금기 및 연령금기 약물에 대한 의약품사용평가 현황 조사를 위한 설문지를 개발하였으며, 경기도 고양시의 대한의사협회 또는 대한약사회 회원으로 등록되어 있는 의사 612명과 약사 342명를 대상으로 2008년 2월 15일부터 21일까지 방문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 전체 응답자는 의사 219명, 약사 90명으로 총 309명이 응답하였다. 이중, 병용금기 약물을 한번 이상 처방 또는 조제한 적이 있다고 응답한 사람은 90명(29.1%)이었으며, 병용금기 약물 중 HMG CoA 환원효소 억제제와 triazole계 항진균제 또는 macrolides 계열 약물간의 병용(26.8%)과 ketorolac과 NSAIDs의 병용(26.2%)이 가장 다빈도로 나타났다. 한편, 연령금기 약물을 한번 이상 처방 또는 조제한 적이 있다고 응답한 사람은 82명(26.5%)이었으며, 가장 다빈도 성분은 12세 미만에서 처방 또는 조제한 acetaminophen 서방형 제제(65.0%)인 것으로 나타났다. 금기약물의 처방 또는 조제에 대한 주요 이유로는 과거 처방하였을 때 문제가 없었기 때문인 경우가 34건(25%), 금기약물인줄 몰랐던 경우가 32건(23.5) 으로 꼽혔다. 결론 : DUR 발전을 위해서는 의사, 약사가 처방 또는 조제시 참고할 수 있도록 신뢰도 높은 DUR정보 개발이 필요하며, 더불어 임상 현장에 도움을 줄 수 있는 풍부한 정보 제공과 이와 관련된 교육 및 홍보를 활성화해야 할 것이다. Objective : To evaluate the attitudes and awareness of healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists) toward Drug Utilization Review (DUR) and their experiences of prescribing drugs with drug-drug interactions and agecontraindications in Goyangsi, Korea. Methods : Face-to-face interview was conducted using a structured questionnaire for 612 physicians and 342 pharmacists, who were registered with Korean Medical Association or Korean Pharmaceutical Association in Goyangsi between February 15th, 2008 and February 21st, 2008. Results : The total number of respondent was 309, which included 219 physicians and 90 pharmacists. The total number of prescribing or dispensing of drug combinations with drug-drug interactions was 90 (29.1%). The most frequently prescribed drug combination was HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors and triazole antifungals or macrolides (26.8%), which was followed by ketorolac and NSAIDs (26.2%). And the total number of respondents who reported experiences with prescribing or dispensing drugs with age contraindications was 82 (26.5%). The frequency of using extended-release acetaminophen under 12 years of age was the highest. The main reason for prescribing or dispensing contraindicated drugs was that no adverse events were observed with previous use (34 of 118 cases (25.0%)). And 32 cases (23.5%) were due to unawareness of the contraindications by the physicians and pharmacists. Conclusion : A substantial number of physicians and pharmacists had experiences of prescribing or dispensing contraindicated drugs. Continuous education with the development of credible DUR information is necessary for a successful DUR system in Korea.

저작권 침해와 인터넷서비스 제공자의 역할 전환

저작물의 디지털화, 파일공유시스템의 등장, 복제기술의 획기적인 발달 등 디지털 혁명이라는 환경변화로 저작권의 보호와 관련하여 패러다임의 변경이 요구된다. 이러한 환경에서 저작권자들은 독점적 권리의 관철을 주장하고, 이용자들은 손쉬워진 복제와 배포의 기술을 적극적으로 이용하려고 함으로써, 저작권자들과 혁신기술의 이용자 사이에 권리 침해와 분쟁은 갈수록 가열되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 특히 인터넷 서비스 제공자들이 서비스 이용자들과 함께 저작권자의 반대편에서 잠재적 침해자로 등장하고 있는 현실에서 양자 간의 화해의 접점을 확인하기 위해 우선 법경제학적 접근 및 고전 경제학 이론을 적용하여, 애초에 지적산출물에 재산권제도가 장기적으로 생산의 촉진이라는 경제적 효율의 측면에서 채택된 것이며, 저작물에 대한 독점적 권리를 인정하는 저작권제도가 디지털 혁명과 함께 사회적 후생을 감소시키는 방향으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하고, 정의의 관점에서 균형과 미시적 조정이 필요함을 보이고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 상황에서는 사후적 구제수단이 혁신기술을 이용하여 사업을 하는 인터넷 서비스 제공자들에게는 가혹한 환경임을 보이고자 국내의 대표적 사례와 해외의 미국의 판례동향을 소개하고 시사점을 제시하였으며, 사후적 구제수단에 앞서 행정적 지도가 필요하다는 인식하에 권고할 만한 비즈니스 모델을 검토하고자 anti-copyright 와 pro-copyright 그룹을 일별하고, 실제로 실현 중이거나 실현가능한 비즈니스 모델을 소개하고 분석하였다. 결론적으로, 위 모든 논의를 종합하여 본다면, 효율성과 정의의 관점에서 조화로운 조정으로 균형을 찾기 위해서는 패러다임의 변화가 요구되며, 이는 사후적 구제수단에 의존하기 보다는, 비즈니스 모델의 평가와 구상에 반영될 수 있도록 해야 하므로 양자 모두가 기술적, 사법적 대응에 몰두하기 보다는 독점의 사회적 비용을 감소시키는 방향으로 타협이 필요하다. 이는 저작권자들은 복제와 배포를 확대하고, 조정된 독점이윤을 용인하며, 저작물의 이용자들 및 인터넷 서비스 제공자들은 잠재적 침해자가 아니라 pro-copyright 로 입장을 전환하여 이익의 공유자 또는 조정자로서의 역할을 담당할 수 있도록 함으로써 가능하며, 이로써 비즈니스의 영속성도 담보할 수 있을 것이므로 변화된 디지털 환경에서 상생(相生)의 생태계를 마련하는데 단초가 될 수 있을 것이다. The development of internet information-sharing technology has lowered the costs of transferring copyrightable works, and increased overall efficiency for society. However, with the growth in free ridership among internet users, illegal copying and distributing is becoming commonplace. Copyright infringement disputes over such illegal copying and distributing tend to retard development of internet industry and reduce efficiency in resource allocation. Illegal copying and distributing has been followed by judicial intervention against it, in efforts to address the problem. For technology sector innovators, however, the reality is that a proper footing is reached only after a tedious court battle. This paper designates what are the shared interests of copyright holders and technology users, presenting a new perspective on the role of internet service providers, This paper suggests a realistic business model satisfactory to both right holders and consumers, for a stable business environment in the area of legislation and administration.

고등학교 무용전공 학생들의 몸 인식 사례 연구

In this study, we proposed importance of the body in dance via interpretation of interviews with highschool students majoring in dance. For this purpose, we made interpretations of recognition of the body for highschool students majoring in dance and discussed educational meaning of them. We chose three students who experienced diet and had the courage of expressing their opinions from WooRi arts high school in Seoul. They recognized their body in relation with other people and dance performance. We described this step as discovery and manifestation of the body. Desirable recognition of the body in dance education should recognize a body as a tool which expresses inner beauty. In the end, distinctive beauty of dance should be reviewed.

Patient-safety incidents consistently take place around the world, and the extent of the damage from the incidents is considerable. To improve safety of patients and prevent adverse events, a variety of activities and systems have been set up to report and manage patient safety at both international and national levels. This paper summarizes the type and cause of adverse drug reactions, as an important part of patient safety, and addresses the drug safety systems of Korea for monitoring and minimizing the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.

한국 스트릿댄스에서의 여성문화 연구 -걸스힙합, 비걸을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to learn about women's culture in Korean street dance. In the women's culture in street dance analyzed through interviews, first, the activities of female street dancers were very limited in male-centered prejudice. Second, marriage, childbirth, and economic problems were major obstacles for female street dancers to continue their activities. Third, for flexible movements that emphasize femininity in performing street dance, it can be seen that you dance wearing a crop top that reveals your waist and abdomen. This study is significant in that it has prepared basic data that can trigger interest in women's culture in Korean street dance and link follow- up studies related to women's street dancers.
