        현직 유아교사와 예비 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학 지식에 대한 이해

        The purpose of the research is to investigate the general tendency of current physical education and the differences of pedagogical content knowledge in physical exercise between preliminary and current teachers. The subjects of this study are 122 early childhood teachers at 15 preschools and day care centers and 124 preliminary teachers of 5 universities. The study revised by referring to the survey content of Kim Na Yeon(2015)’s Preschool Mathematics PCK Interview, which was conducted to evaluate the mathematics pedagogical content knowledge of preschool teachers. The categories of pedagogical content knowledge in physical exercise were reorganized based on the content of the 2015 revised version of preschool curriculum. The results of this research are as followed. First, the scores of the pedagogical content knowledge in physical exercise of the early childhood teachers was low and the deviation was large among individual teachers. Second, the scores of preliminary early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in physical exercise were low and the number of subjects related to physical exercise showed a significant difference between those who did not enroll once and those who enrolled more than once. The preliminary teachers’ score was generally higher than early childhood teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge in physical exercise. This result implies that consistent training is critical for early childhood teacher's pedagogical content knowledge about physical education. 본 연구는 현직 유아교사와 예비 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학 지식의 전반적인 경향을 알아보고, 변인에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구자는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 유치원과 어린이집 유아반 교사 122명과, 현재 유아교육과에 재학중인 예비교사 124명을 대상으로 하였다. 현직 유아교사와 예비 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학지식을 알아보기 위해‘유치원 수학교과교육학지식 인터뷰(Preschool Mathematics PCK Interview)’를 수정하여 사용한 김나연(2016)의 설문지 형식을 참고하여 본 연구자가 수정하였다. 신체운동에 대한 교과교육학 지식을 측정하는데 사용한 개념 범주는 2015 개정 유치원 교육과정의 내용을 기준으로 재구성하였다. 연구 결과 현직 유아교사와 예비 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학 지식은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 현직 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학 지식의 점수는 낮게 나타났으며, 교사마다 편차가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학 지식의 점수는 전반적으로 낮았으며, 변인별 차이에서 관련 과목 수강 여부에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 신체운동 관련 과목을 수강한 현직 유아교사와 예비 유아교사의 교과교육학 지식의 비교에 있어서 전반적으로 예비교사의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 유아교사의 신체운동 교과교육학 지식의 형성에 있어서, 교사교육이 중요하며 지속적인 연수와 관련 교육의 필요성이 수반되어야 함을 시사한다.

        게이미피케이션 콘텐츠기반의 사이클운동의 동기부여, 운동만족, 운동몰입, 지속행동의 관계

        This study aims to identify the relationship between motivation, satisfaction with exercise, immersion in exercise, and continuous behaviors in Cycling based on gamification content, and to provide basic data on the direction of the virtual reality-based home training market. The study set a population of 300 users who said they were using the gamification content-based cycle movement to identify the relationship between motivation, exercise satisfaction, exercise immersion, and continuous behavior. The survey was conducted first using snowball sampling for those surveyed according to the nature of the population, and data was obtained by obtaining survey consent from users who certified that they were using the content online and SNS through convenience sampling. The results obtained from this are as follows: First, motivation of cycle motion through gamification content has been shown to have a static effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, motivation of cycle motion through gamification content has been shown to have a static effect on motion immersion. Third, Undo-satisfaction has been shown to have a static effect on exercise immersion. Fourth, exercise satisfaction has been shown to have a static effect on continuous behavior. Fifth, exercise immersion has been shown to have a static effect on continuous behavior.

        웹기반 학습(WBI)을 이용한 “건강과 스포츠” 교과목의 운동처방 강의 컨텐츠 개발 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 웹기반 학습(WBI)을 위한 건강과 스포츠 교과목의 운동처방 강의 컨텐츠를 개발하고 웹사이트를 구현하는데 있다. 최근, 웹기반 운동처방 교육프로그램이 건강교육의 일부분으로서 일반화됨에 따라 운동처방에서 웹기반 운동처방 교육프로그램의 알고리즘과 컨텐츠 관리가 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 특히, 웹기반 학습은 교수 및 학습 매체로서 탁월한 서비스를 제공해오고 있다. 그러나, 건강 교과과정 관련 운동처방에서 WBI는 거의 활용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 웹기반 운동처방을 통해서 더 많은 건강상의 이점을 효과적으로 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 방법은 두 차례에 걸친 델파이 연구를 통해서 웹기반 운동처방 교육프로그램의 알고리즘을 작성한 후 웹기반 학습의 토대를 위한 운동처방 컨텐츠를 개발하여 이를 웹사이트를 통해 구현하였다. WBI는 쉽게 이해하고 효과적으로 적용 가능한 다양한 멀티미디어 요소(예, 문헌, 그림, 소리, 그리고 에니메이션 등)를 포함한다. 그리고, 이러한 시스템은 운동처방 컨텐츠를 제공하는데 시간 및 공간적인 제약을 거의 받지 않는다. 즉, 웹기반 운동처방 시스템은 시간과 비용에 구애 받지 않고 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 곳이라면 어디서든지 이용 가능하다. 앞으로 웹기반 운동처방 시스템의 경험이 축적됨에 따라 새로운 공중 건강 서비스의 제공이 향상될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to develop lecture contents of the exercise prescription on the basis of the web-based instruction(WBI). Recently, as web-based exercise prescription educational program became generalized as a part of health education, algorism of web-based exercise prescription educational program and management of contents are becoming important in exercise prescription. Especially, WBI have be offered excellent services in providing teaching and learning materials. But, there is little using WBI in exercise prescription related to a health curriculum. Therefore, this research is performed to effectively provide more health benefit to the students through web-based exercise prescription. This research is done following research method. (1) After taking our algorism of web-based exercise prescription educational program through the delphi research of two times, (2) this study developed lecture contents of the exercise prescription on the basis of the web-based instruction. WBI contained various multi media factors(i.e, texts, pictures, sounds, animations) which could provide easy understanding and effective applications. And, this systems have enabled to overcome limitations of time and space in offering exercise prescription contents. The web based exercise prescription system can be utilized everywhere the internet is available regardless of the time and cost. As the experience of the web based exercise prescription system is accumulated, it is expected to promote to offer the new public health service in the future.

        초등학생의 운동 목표내용에 따른 심리적 욕구만족이 운동참여에 미치는 영향에 관한 인과분석

        이 연구는 초등학교 아동의 운동 목표내용과 심리적 욕구만족이 운동참여에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관한 인과관계를 밝힘으로써 초등학교 아동의 운동참여 활성화에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2011년 현재 광주와 전남에 거주하고 있는 초등학생 1,162명(남: 586, 여: 577)을 대상으로 운동목표 내용척도와 심리적 욕구만족척도를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 변인 간 상관분석을 실시한 결과 내적목표내용과 외적목표내용은 모두 심리적 욕구만족인 관계성, 유능성, 자율성 및 운동참여와 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 내적 목표내용과 심리적 욕구만족은 운동참여와 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변인 간 인과분석 결과 이 연구에서 설정된 운동 목표내용을 외생변인 변인으로 하고, 심리적 욕구만족과 운동참여를 내생변인으로 한 연구모델은 양호한 이론 모델로 나타났다. 세부적 지수를 분석한 결과 외생변인과 내생변인 간 경로인 내적과 외적 목표 → 관계성, 유능성, 자율성, 내적 목표 → 운동참여와 내생변인 간 관계인 관계성 → 유능성, 관계성 → 자율성, 유능성 → 자율성 및 유능성 → 운동참여의 경로에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the model of causal relationship between the goal content for exercise, psychological need satisfaction, and exercise participation in elementary school children. This study constructed structure model which was exogenous variable as the goal content for exercise and endogenous variables were psychological need satisfaction and exercise participation in elementary schol children. This study was to use original GCEQ which was made by Sebire et al.(2008) , PNSC which was made by Cox와 Williams(2008) and it revised for Korea elementary school children. The subjects were 1,162(boys: 586, girls: 577) elementary school children and they have lived in Gwangju city and Chonnam province now. First, boys showed higher internal and external goal content for exercise, and psychological need satisfaction than those of girls. Second, in analysis correlation between variables, there were significant correlation between internal and external goal content and psychological need satisfaction, and there were significant correlation between psychological need satisfaction and exercise participation, and there were significant correlation between internal goal content and exercise. Third, in analysis structure equation, general goodness index were more than.90.( χ 2= 369.847, χ 2/df = 2.126, GFI =.901, NFI.915, TLI =.919, CFI =.933, RMSEA =.070). Thus this study model was able to use theoretical model. The pathes of internal and external goal content → relationship, competence, autonomous, internal goal content → exercise participation, and psychological need satisfaction → exercise participation were significance.

        Development of Shoulder Wheel with Adjustable Rotating Speed and Rotating Angle and Application Contents

        The purpose of this study to improve the shoulder wheel that is used frequently during shoulder circumduction exercise in a park, to link the shoulder wheel to a game application comprising various shoulder circumduction exercise and shoulder ROM exercise, and to enjoy the game during the exercises. A step motor was added to the shoulder wheel, and the rotating speed and rotating angle, and rotating direction can be controlled. The shoulder height, different for different people, can be controlled as well, so that any user can use this device. The developed application content includes the game elements, to enjoy the repetitive and boring exercise with fun and interest, and the control to adjust the degree of difficulty. This was to help users heighten their desire to rehabilitate by inducing active participation during repetitive shoulder rehabilitation exercise because the game vests users with intrinsic motivation and immersion. If the shoulder wheel and application contents proposed in this study are used, shoulder diseases can be prevented in advance by performing muscle strengthening exercises required in an aging society. This study is expected to contribute to the field of research related to serious games and rehabilitation.

        여가스포츠 상황에서 자기결정이론에 근거한 운동 목표내용 척도개발과 이론적 모형 검증

        Grounded in self-determination theory(SDT), this study had two purpose: (a) distinguishes between intrinsic and extrinsic exercise goals, which tend to fall in to two separate constructs; and (b) examine the associations between exercise goal content, basic psychological need and leisure sport motivation. Developed by SDT researchers, the Aspiration Index or Life Goal Content has been widely explored. However, it has not previously been evaluated in Korea. The exercise goal content is designed to assess the constructs of intrinsic goal and extrinsic goal content. In a sample of leisure sport participants, exploratory and confirmatory analyses supported a 20-item solution consisting of 5 factors and revealed that a hypothesized second-order, two-factor model fits well with the observed data. The exercise goal content also showed good reliability and construct validity in the study 1. Additionally, the study 2 tested a model of the assumed sequential relationships among exercise goal content, psychological need and leisure sport motivation. The hypothesized mediational roles of psychological needs satisfaction was also studied. Consequently, intrinsic goal content had significant direct psychological need and autonomous motivation, and indirect effect on autonomous motivation. Whereas, extrinsic goal content had only significant direct on psychological need and controlled motivation.

        운동강사의 디지털 콘텐츠 제공이 운동지도능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate whether providing digital content based on augmented reality (AR) to exerciseinstructors is effective in enhancing their coaching abilities. The participants comprised 35 exercise instructors with less than 2years of coaching experience. The exercise instructors received digital content through AR glasses. Their coaching abilities were evaluated before and after wearing the AR glasses using a coaching ability questionnaire. The results revealed significant effectsin terms of professionalism (p=.009), emotional communication skills (p=.018), and safety (<.001). The results suggest thatproviding digital content to novice exercise instructors has a positive effect on their coaching abilities. Thus, in future, noviceinstructors may be able to demonstrate the same level of expertise as experienced instructors through the use of digital content.

        Trend Analysis of Exercise Content on the Rings Final in the 1st Youth Olympic Games

        The Youth Olympic Games(YOG) is an international multi-sport event first held in Singapore from August 14 to August 26, 2010. The idea for such an event was introduced by International Olympic Committee(IOC). The Federation of International Gymnastics(2009) designed the Code of Points and regulates for junior gymnastics at this time. The purpose of this study was to give crucial information and adapt to coaches and junior gymnasts at the time of changing code rapidly. For this study, The eight finalists rings exercise at the 1st Youth Olympic Games was recorded using a digital camcoder. The exercise contents analysis of rings was carried out by an experienced international judge using Code of Points(FIG, 2009). The C elements in various difficulties were performed the highest frequency. The elements group I was the most frequently performed in overall difficulties. Moreover, All the gymnasts performed the elements of the Jonasson and Yamawaki in Group I. Therefore, junior gymnasts need to consider Jonasson and Yamawaki elements correctly in elements group I. The 1st ranked ROU(132) gymnast performed high difficulty value for his routine with the highest E score(9.050). The average of D score were 5.125. In the E scores, 8th USA(140) gymnast received the lowest E score of 8.15, 5th MGL(127) gymnasts received the fewer E score of 8.475. Coaches and junior gymnasts should try to increase D score above 5.125 by higher swing elements in Group I and II as well, decrease deduction of elements in exercise contents.
