3.5W급 배터리 충전 및 어댑터를 위한 정전압 및 정전류 제어 IC

스마트 워치 및 스마트 이어폰과 같은 모바일 기기에 안정된 전원을 공급하기 위하여 정전압 및 정전류를 통하여 전원을 공급한다. 정전압 및 정전류 제어 IC는 정전압 및 정전류 모드가 필요한 배터리 충전기와 어댑터에 필요한 IC이다. 제안된 정전압 및 정전류 제어 IC는 기존의 정전압 및 정전류 제어 IC의 전기적 특성을 개선하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 정전압 및 정전류 제어 IC를 SOT-26 패키지 형태로 제작하였다. 전기적 특성에서전압 제어 기준 전위는 5mV, 전체 공급전류는 0.52mA, 전류제어 기준 전위는 1.93V, 단락전류는 13.9mA를 개선하였다.

내연기관자동차를 대체하기 위한 전기자동차의 보급이 확대됨에 따라, 고속충전에 대한 문제가 대두되었다. 하지만, 이와 관련된 체계적인 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 정전류와 정출력 충전방식에 따른 LiNi<sub>0.5</sub>Co<sub>0.2</sub> Mn<sub>0.3</sub>O<sub>2</sub>/Graphite 18650 실린더형 리튬이차전지의 열화현상을 비교하고자 한다. 충전에 대한 율속 (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C)을 기준으로, 동일한 충전에너지를 가했을 때 나타나는 두 충전방식의 열화를 분석하고자 한다. 결과적으로, 3C의 높은 율속에서 평가된 전지의 전압곡선, 용량유지율, 직류저항값을 통해 정출력 충전방식이 전지의 열화를 늦출수 있음이 확인되었다. 하지만 충전율속을 4C 이상으로 높혔을 때, 충전방식보다 전지간 편차가 열화 거동을 지배했다.
고속회전체용 스테인리스강의 플라즈마이온질화 기술을 적용한 부식 및 캐비테이션-침식 저항 향상

The corrosion mechanism of plasma ion nitrided 304 stainless steel was investigated by a corrosion test with current density variables under a static and cavitation environment. Plasma ion nitriding was performed in a gas mixture of 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen from 350 to 500 °C for 10 h. A galvanostatic experiment was carried out at 25 °C in natural seawater in the range of 5 × 10-3 to 1 × 10-1 A/cm2 for 3,600 s. In addition, a cavitation-galvanostatic experiment, which provided a kinetic condition, was performed at a distance of 1 mm between the horn tip and specimen surface, and with an amplitude of 30 ㎛. Relatively little corrosion damage was observed at 450 °C under static conditions and at 350 ~ 400 °C under cavitation conditions, compared with other temperature conditions. 다양한 온도에서 플라즈마이온질화 처리된 304 스테인리스강에 대해 정적 및 캐비테이션 환경 하에서 전기화학적부식 실험을 통해 부식과 캐비테이션-침식 손상 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 플라즈마이온질화는 25% 질소와 75% 수소의가스비에서 공정 온도 350 ∼ 500 ℃에서 10시간동안 실시하였다. 부식 정전류 실험은 5 × 10-3 ~ 1 × 10-1 A/cm2의 범위에서 3,600초 동안 실시하였다. 정전류-캐비테이션 실험은 30㎛의 진폭, 해수온도 25 °C에서 실시하였으며, 혼 팁과 시편표면 사이의 거리는 1 mm를 유지하였다. 정적 조건에서는 450 ℃, 캐비테이션 조건에서는 350 ~ 400 ℃에서 다른 공정온도 조건에 비해 상대적으로 적은 부식 및 캐비테이션-침식 손상이 관찰되었다.

This paper proposes the new concept LED Converter for CC/CV Implementation. In the market, many low cost CV LED Converters are used. CV circuit by connecting the CC circuit is used. The results were very short lifetime of the LED device. And LED converter of the failure rate was high. Determine the status of LED devices at the same time to control the voltage and current. The lifetime of the LED module has been improved.

This study is on the constant-current stress corrosion test, related to the load stress, in both the welded and non-welded zones of high tensile strength steel that is used for natural gas transmission. The surface corrosion pattern of the welded zone of API 5L-X65 specimens for natural gas transmission showed general corrosion and narrow pitting, and the pitting was increased with load stress. Initially, the average relative electrode potential and the average relative current of the high tensile strength steel, used for natural gas transmission specimens, were decreased rapidly, and the average relative electrode potential was higher and the average relative current was lower in welded zone, compared to base metal. The average relative electrode potential was decreased with load stress, and the average relative current was somewhat increased by increasing the load stress. The corrosion rate was less in welded zone, compared to base metal, and the corrosion rate was decreased by increasing the load stress.
$N_2{O}$가스로 재산화시킨 oxynitride막의 특성

Properties of oxynitride films reoxidized by $N_2{O}$ gas after thermal oxidation and $N_2{O}$ oxide films directly oxidized by using $N_2{O}$ gas on the bare silicon wafer have been studied. From the AES analysis, nitrogen pile-up at the interface of Si/oxynitride and Si/$N_2{O}$ oxide has observed. $N_2{O}$ oxide and oxynitride films have the self-limited characteristics. Therefore, it will be possible to obtain ultra-thin films. Nitrogen pile-up at the interfaces of Si/oxynitride and Si/$N_2{O}$ oxide strengthens film structure and improves dielectric reliability. Although fixed charge densities and interface trap densities of N20 oxide and oxynitride films have somewhat higher than those of thermal $SiO_2{O}$, $N_2{O}$ oxide and oxynitride films showed improved I-V characteristics and constant current stress.

This study is concerned with air-conditioning system in use of thermoelectric device. It is introduced that the well designed structures for better cooling & heating performance with high efficiency. And also it is performed that the system performance test of four types trial products for the use of hybrid commercial vehicle. System performance is affected by many component parts, especially heat sink design & power control method. It is applied that dual extrusive fin tube with buffer zone for the effective radiating of circulating liquid in tube. And also it is applied that power supply method with constant-current system. It is attained that system cooling capacity is 1.2kW, COP is 0.95.

Hydrogen town in Republic of Korea was established in 2013. Hydrogen as a byproduct producedby various processes of factories is used in hydrogen town facilities. As cell performance is affected bycontaminations in fuel gas, various standards about impurities of fuel have been determined by many countries. This study shows performance degradation of single cell with impurities concentrations. Traces of carbon monoxide(CO) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S)can cause considerable cell performance losses. For comparing the performancesby poisoning of CO, acceleration test, I-V curve, constant current are performed. Both the CO and H2S poisoningrate are a function of their concentration. With the higher concentrations the higher poisoning rates are observed. And, it was confirmed that, oxidation behavior and side reaction generation are not affected. Under the lowerH2S concentration condition, the poisoning rate is much higher than that of CO because of its different adsorptionintensity. It can be possible that the result of this study can be used for enacting regulation as a baseline data.
