光電 方法에 의한 MOS구조의 산화층내의 電荷分布 연구

Charge trapping in the insulator of a metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) structure strongly influences photocurrents resulting from electron photoinjection from gate into this insulator. These electric characteristics are investigated by Przewlocki method for determination of trapped charge distribution in the dielectric of a MOS structure. Silicon dioxide films were grown thermally in a dry oxygen ambient at 1000℃ to a thickness of 2000Å on (100) 6-9Ωcm p-type Si Wafers. As a result, it is found that the negative charge distribution is an exponential profile of decay lengthλ=9.907×10??cm and trapped charge density N。=3.912×10??cm-₃in the dielectric of this MOS structure.

A case of mycosis fungoides in a fourteen months old infant originated from left forearm is reported. Mycosis fungoides, although designated a disease entity by Alibert in 1806, remains a variously defined and poorly understood disease. The term orignially was employed to designate a group of skin diseases characterized clinically by pruritus, raised, indurated, mushroom-like skin tumors and a long duration and characterized histologically by an infiltrate of eosinophiles, plasma cells and atypical reticulum cells with clusters of mononuclear cells in the epidermis. The microscopic findings of this case revealed to the hyperkeratosis and moderate acanthosis associa?ted with the papillomatosis in the epidermis, to the uniform edematous picture and the infiltrate of inflammatory cells in the upper dermis, and to the infiltrate of eosinophile, lymphocyte and reticulum cells consisted of the hyperchromatic nuclei and mitosis in the lower dermis.

Cell-free culture filtrates of heat-labile enterotoxin producing strain of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli serotype 0148:H- was detected by use of assays in RPLA test and the cell culture(CHO-KI, FL and L-929 cell) for the production of heat-labile enterotoxin. The media used were CAYE-2, SCD, and Biken No.2 medium. The results obtained were as follfws: 1) FL cell and L-929 cell responded sensitively to the LT enterotoxin, and have given excellent correlation with the CHO-KI cell. CPE in culture was detectable at 17h, increased gradually, reached a maximum at 48 to 72 h. FL cell and L-929 cell will be satisfactory and useful for detecting capable of producing heat-labile enterotoxin in the clinical laboratory . 2) RPLA test is a reliable, and sensitive(capable of detecting 1∼2ng/㎖) assay test for the detection of heat-labile enterotoxin or cholera toxin. In this study, Yields of heat-labile enterotoxin was about 4∼16ng/㎖ in SCD medium and CAYE-2 medium. And, Biken No.2 medium at pH 8.5 produced the highest heat-labile enterotoxin activity (about 32ng/㎖) of the various test media.
쓰가루 單一品種 果園을 위한 꽃사과 受粉樹 利用에 관한 硏究

Crabapples potentially useful as pollenizers in single-cultivar 'Tsugaru' orchard was evaluated for their flowering times and pollen germination(%). Their efficiency in the setting of fruits following controlled pollinations on 'Tsugaru' at private orchard in Sang ju was also examined. The obtained results are as follows, (1) Flowering times of Malus spp. 'Almey' and Malus spp. `Pioneer X' were from April 30 to May 1 and had the same flowering time of 'Tsugaru'. (2) Pollen germination(%) of crabapples using as pollenizers of 'Tsugaru' was over 90% of Malus spp. 'Almey' and Malus spp. 'Pioneer X' respectively. (3) Percentages of fruit setting in 'Tsugaru' crossed with Malus spp. 'Almey' and with 'Pioneer X' showed 99.3% respectively. (4) There was no statistically significant difference in the fruit skin color, fruit diameter (cm), fruit. height (cm), fruitt index, fruit weight(g), soluble solid(˚BX), acidity(pH), fruit hardness (kg/㎠), and seed numbers of 'Tsugaru' crossed with 'Pioneer X' and 'Almey'. (5) On the bases of flowering times, pollen germination, efficient fruit set, promising of fruit skin solour, and no statistically significant difference in fruit quality, Malus spp. 'Almey' and 'Pioneer X' are promising as pollenizers for single-cultivar 'Tsugaru' orchard.

Photocatalyzed degradation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases were carried out over precoated titanium dioxide(anatase) illuminated UV light in a flow reactor. photocatalytic oxidation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases respectively indicated high conversion rates (78.0%) to CO₂gas. And photocatalytic oxidation of three gases according to a fold, twofold, and threefold of titanium dioxide(anatase) respectively gave high conversion rate. The longer reaction time was, the higher conversion rate to CO₂gas showed.

This study was carried out to propagate Dwarf Japanese Snowbell(Styraxjaponicus) through cuttings in mist. The results were as follows : The best rooting result was obtained when the cuttings were soaked for ten seconds in a solution of 5000ppm of indolebutyric acid(IBA). Cuttings treated with IBA 10000ppm for ten seconds showed the best root weight including dry weight as well as root number. Rooting percentage averaged 52.9, 67.1, 84.3, 81.4% for untreated, 2000, 5000, 10000ppm IBA, respectively, after 70 days. The length of root taken 70 days after cutting under mist couldn't find out right relative correlation to different concentration of IBA solution. Rooted cuttings are easy to overwinter without difficulty in green house.
미국 및 캐나다 地域에서 栽培, 販賣되고 있는 무궁화 品種에 關한 硏究

This sutdy was carried out to examine the present distribution and status of Hibiscus cultivars by analyzing the US and Canadian market. The obtained results are summerized as follow : 1. At present, a total of 28 cultivars of Hibiscus are on the market. Among these, twenty four are diploids and four are triploids. The hottest cultivars in the market is a triploid `Diana' sold by 21 different companies. It is followed by 'Ardens' and 'Jeanne d'Arc', following `Red Heart', `Blue Bird', 'Woodbridg e', and 'Helene'. 2. As a conservation or display purpose, several cultivars are ketp in three different arboretums in the US. These include 5 cultivars, `Blue Bird', `Celestial Blue', `Collie Mullens', 'Lucy', and `Ruber Plena', in Arnold Arboretum, and one each, 'Variegatus', at the USDA national arboretum and, `Banner' at Morton arboretum in Chicago. 3. The avarage price for triploid cultivars is $6.00 for each seedling. The recently developed cultivars like 'Helene' and 'Minerva' cost $16.00 per seedling possibly due to their plant patent right. Other cultivars produced by cuttings cost $2.00 to $ 3.00 per seedling. 4. In Canada, there are nine cultivars on the market; being diploids and one triploid, `Diana'. 5. As for the distribution of different cultivars by climatic zone, twelve cultivars are being grown in temperate area like Ohio and Iowa. However, many other cultivars are being cultivated in wamer Southern state like Galifornia. Five cultivars are reported to grow in the relatively cool area like Wisconsin and Minnesota. Even in cold area like Canada, 5 cultivars such as `Anemonaeflorus'(2n), `Ardens'(2n), 'Jeanne d'Arc'(2n), and `Luky'(2n), and 'Paeoniflorus'(2n) at Ontario and there is colder than Hamkyung Do in north Korea.
