        제대 간호장교의 재취업 경험에 대한 탐구

        Purpose: This study was designed to explore the re-employment process of retired nurse officers and to develop a grounded theory about their experiences. Methods: The participants were 9 retired nurse officers holding jobs. Data was collected through interviews using MP3 recordings. The data were analyzed using the Strauss and Corbin(1998) method. Results: The process of ``seeking new dream by breaking down the barrier of reality`` was categorized into four stages: ``destiny: wrapping up the military service``, ``anxiety: looking for a job``, ``adaptation to the new job: giving up, meagerly holding on, satisfaction``, and ``dreaming: planning for the future``. There were four steps of emotional change in this chronological order: ``lack of concern``, ``anxiety: low self-esteem``, ``confidence: stepping up to the challenge``, ``missing the military``. Conclusion: The findings of this study will help better understand the retired nurse officers`` re-employment experience.

        인라인스케이터의 인라인스케이트 의복흥미 (Ⅰ)

        The purpose of this study was to classify the In-line skate clothing interest of in-line skaters according to in-line skate involvement. The questionnaire was administrated to 124 male, 96 female in-line skaters aged over 20 living in Daegu. Data were analyzed by using Frequency, Factor analysis, One-way analysis of variance, Duncan test, T-test, Correlation analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows ; The factor of in-line skate clothing interest of in-line skater were classified into 5 factor, expression orientation, performance enhancement, information dependence, anti deviation, individual assertion. The in-line skate clothing interest, men have interests in performance enhancement, women have interest in individual assertion. The more experience of in-line skate they have. the more interest in performance enhancement they want. High involvement in-line skater have high cloth interesting of sub-factors which are expression orientation, performance enhancement and individual assertion etc. As a result, we need more deliberate marketing strategies for the experience degree, involvement degree and women in-line skater then men.

        당의 종류 및 첨가량을 달리한 깨다식의 품질특성

        깨다식의 감미 및 물성 등의 개선을 위해 꿀보다 높은 점도와 hardness를 가지는 쌀엿과 조청 등을 첨가 혼합하여 품질을 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 깨다식의 적정 재료 배합비는 깨가루 100 기준시, 꿀과 쌀엿의 동량 혼합액 50%(w/w)였으며, 이를 기준으로 제조한 깨다식의 이화학적 특성은 당도 17.44 brix˚, tnqns 12.16, 환원당 15.44, 단백질 12.88, 지방 32.02, 조회분 2.82 %이었고, 기계적 특성 중 TPA의 chewiness는 0.28~0.30, hardness는 27.22~27.44 g/㎠이고, 색도의 L값은 41.67, a값 4.58, 그리고 b값은 16.99였다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the addition of sweeteners to Sesame Dasiks. Sesame Dasiks were prepared by adding various sweeteners to sesame seeds powder, at 40, 50, 60 and 70%, and their quality characteristics were measured. In the chewiness and hardness analyses of Sesame Dasiks, the 50% group (the same ratio and mixture of honey and lire jelIy) gave the highest results. For the sweetness, taste and overall acceptability of the Sesame Dasiks, the 50% group was also the better The texture profile analyses found the optimal chewiness and hardness of the Sesame Dasik to be 0.28 ~ 0.30 and 27.22 ~ 27.44, respectively.

      • N-terminal arginylation generates a bimodal degron that modulates autophagic proteolysis

        <P>The conjugation of amino acids to the protein N termini is universally observed in eukaryotes and prokaryotes, yet its functions remain poorly understood. In eukaryotes, the amino acid L-arginine (L-Arg) is conjugated to N-terminal Asp (Nt-Asp), Glu, Gln, Asn, and Cys, directly or associated with posttranslational modifications. Following Ntarginylation, the Nt-Arg is recognized by UBR boxes of N-recognins such as UBR1, UBR2, UBR4/p600, and UBR5/EDD, leading to substrate ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation via the N-end rule pathway. It has been a mystery, however, why studies for the past five decades identified only a handful of Nt-arginylated substrates in mammals, although five of 20 principal amino acids are eligible for arginylation. Here, we show that the Nt-Arg functions as a bimodal degron that directs substrates to either the ubiquitin (Ub)proteasome system (UPS) or macroautophagy depending on physiological states. In normal conditions, the arginylated forms of proteolytic cleavage products, D101-CDC6 and D1156-BRCA1, are targeted to UBR box-containing N-recognins and degraded by the proteasome. However, when proteostasis by the UPS is perturbed, their Nt-Arg redirects these otherwise cellularwastes tomacroautophagy through its binding to the ZZ domain of the autophagic adaptor p62/STQSM/Sequestosome-1. Upon binding to the Nt-Arg, p62 acts as an autophagic N-recognin that undergoes self-polymerization, facilitating cargo collection and lysosomal degradation of p62-cargo complexes. A chemical mimic of Nt-Arg redirects Ub-conjugated substrates from the UPS to macroautophagy and promotes their lysosomal degradation. Our results suggest that the Nt-Arg proteome of arginylated proteins contributes to reprogramming global proteolytic flux under stresses.</P>

        Difference of Potential Range Formed at the Anode Between Water Drop Test and Temperature Humidity Bias Test to Evaluate Electrochemical Migration of Solders for Printed Circuit Board

        Two types of accelerated tests, Water Drop Test (WDT) and Temperature-Humidity-Bias Test (THBT), can be used to evaluate the susceptibility to electrochemical migration (ECM). In the WDT, liquid water is directly applied to a specimen, typically a patterned conductor like a printed circuit board. Time to failure in the WDT typically ranges from several seconds to several minutes. On the other hand, the THBT is conducted under elevated temperature and humidity conditions, allowing for assessment of design and life cycle factors on ECM. THBT is widely recognized as a more suitable method for reliability testing than WDT. In both test methods, localized corrosion can be observed on the anode. Composition of dendrites formed during the WDT is similar to that formed during THBT. However, there is a lack of correlation between the time to failure obtained from WDT and that obtained from THBT. In this study, we investigated the relationship between electrochemical parameters and time to failure obtained from both WDT and THBT. Differences in time to failure can be attributed to actual anode potential obtained in the two tests.

        공과대학생의 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인의 구조적 관계와 진로멘토 유무에 따른 비교

        본 연구에서는 공과대학생들의 진로발달 수준을 보여주는 진로태도성숙을 예측하는 변인으로 타인 영향력, 자기주도학습 준비도, 공학 자기효능감을 상정한 후, 이들 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고, 변인들을 진로멘토의 유무에 따라 비교하고자 하 였다. 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 4년제 대학 3개교에 재학 중인 공과대학생 597명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후, 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 구조방정식모형으로 분석하고, 진로멘토의 유무에 따른 잠재변인 간의 평균의 차이를 잠재평균분석으로 진행하 였다. 연구 결과, 타인 영향력과 자기주도학습 준비도, 공학 자기효능감이 진로태도 성숙에 영향을 미치는 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 최종모형에 상정된 변인들간의 모든 직·간접 효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로멘토가 있다고 응답한 집단의 경우, 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 진로태도성숙, 타인 영향력, 자기주도학습 준비도, 공학 자기효능감의 잠재평균이 모두 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공과대학생의 진로태도를 성숙시키기 위해서는 타인 영향력이 제공될 수 있는 프로그램의 지원과 자기주도학습 준비도와 공학 자기효능감의 향상에 효과적인 교수·학습전략이 필요함을 시사하며, 특히 개인이 인지하는 진로멘토의 존재 여부가 전체 변인의 향상에 기여하기 때문에 이를 위한 진로 멘토링의 적극적 지원이 필요함을 확 인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to examine a structural relationship among influence of others, self-directed learning readiness, engineering self-efficacy and career attitude maturity of engineering undergraduates, and test the effect of a perceived career mentor for Engineering undergraduate students. The hypothetical model was tested against 597 engineering undergraduates in Seoul of South Korea. The structural equation modeling analysis was used to validate the model and analyze the causal relationship among variables, and latent mean analysis was conducted to test mean differences on four latent variables across two groups based on the existence of career mentor. The results showed that the final structural relations model was acceptable with a good fit, and there were significant direct and indirect effects with all paths of the model. Moreover, as a result of the latent mean analysis. a group with a career mentor showed upper mean values on the four latent variables, and the differences were all significant. Based on the results of this study, we proposed teaching and learning strategies and methods to improve the career attitude maturity of engineering undergraduates, and verified the importance of a mentoring program.

      • 분뇨정화조 이용실태 분석을 통한 분뇨수거량 저감가능성 평가

        There, in Seoul, were collected septage of 10,603tons per day, which exceeded daily capacity of Seoul`s total night soil treatment facilities by about 100 tons. This is likely to be caused by both installation of bigger septic tanks coupling with larger buildings and regulation to enforce all septic tanks to be pumped once a year or more. This study aims to examine the possibility to cut down collected septage through reducing pumping frequency, to estimate possible amounts of pumped septage to cut down, and to recommend improvement in legal base. All septic tanks in Seoul are over 600 thousand units, covering around 40 million peoples. However, actual use populations are merely 25 million, 61% of total capacity. In actual use of less than 50%, detached dwellings and apartments are 59% and 46%, respectively, showing no relevance to building use or duration of run after last pumping. Central code describes performance requirement for septic tank in numeric form, more than 50% of decomposition of Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). Characteristics of effluents revealed that 73% of septic tanks satisfied the requirement without relevance to building use or duration of run after last pumping like actual use of septic tanks. U.S.A. puts emphasis on the detention of settable or floatable solids as a major performance of septic tank and determines pumping time through inspection of individual septic tank. The inspection includes measuring the remaining available volume of tank not occupied by sludge layer and scum layer, or 1/2 ~ 2/3 of originally designed volume. If there were no inspection, tanks should be cleaned between every 2 and 5 years according to local codes. On the contrary to above findings affirmative to change pumping time, biologically aerobic type tank, deformation of tank, excessive use, higher use than that the designed value, and negative attitude of owner or manager seemed to act as unfavorable ones to. 536,484㎥per year was estimated as the amount of septage possibly to cut down, which is upto 14% of amount pumped in 2009. Local governments can reduce capital and management cost of 1.5~2.6 billion won a year for new night soil treatment facilities, citizen can save septage collection fee by 5.5~9.4 billion won a year, and emission of global warming gas can be reduced by 1,970~3,547ton CO2-eq.. ome septic tanks possibly change their pumping time from every year to every two years in case tank owners want to change pumping time. However, they should meet essential prerequisites; anaerobic type (including Im-Hoff type), low actual use less than 50%, good BOD removal efficiency more than 50%, volume of septage more than 90% of the designed thank volume. Changing the pumping time would demand an administrative process, comprising of application from owners, review by competent authorities and notice of results. Implementing the pumping time change program must be backed up by ``sewerage law`` and need application form and determination of charge rate. Also, adopting suspended solids (SS) as a performance index, developing tools to measure the remaining available volume of tank and checking the overall aspect of our septic tank system should be followed.

        국내 중국유학생의 문화적응 스트레스와 적응유연성, 우울과의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify resiliences mediating effect between acculturative stress and depression among Chinese students in Korea. Methods: Between February and May 2012, 276 Chinese students from 3 universities located in Chungnam province participated in the current study using a questionnaire survey. Data was analysed using SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The mean score of acculturative stress, resilience, and depression was 82.7, 129.0, and 15.6 respectively. The acculturative stress was significantly related to perceived health status (F=10.57, p<.001), TOPIK(t=7.55, p=.006) and the major(F=2.87, p=.024). Resilience was related to the race(F=13.49, p<.001), perceived heath status (F=10.57, p<.001), tuition(F=8.52, p<.001), and level of Koran language(F=5.91, p=.003). Resilience correlated to acculturative stress (r=-0.21, p<.001) and depression(r=-0.48, p<.001) by showing a mediating effect between accuturative stress and depression. Conclusion: In order to improve resilience as a mediating factor with depression of Chinese students in Korea, we suggest the development various programs about external supporting programs.

        컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 방법 (CBSD)에서 다양성(Variability)에 관한 연구는 컴포넌트의 재사용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 요소로, 그 중요도가 확대되고 있다. 주어진 도메인을 위해 개발된 컴포넌트가 다양성을 많이 지원할수록 개발된 컴포넌트가 적용될 수 있는 애플리케이션이 많아지기 때문 이다. 그러나 컴포넌트가 많은 다양성을 지원하면 할수록 컴포넌트의 크기는 커지고, 개발 비용은 증가하기 때문에, 해당 컴포넌트를 이용해서 최적화된 시스템을 구현하는 일에 장애가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 시에 부딪힐 수 있는 여러 형태의 다양성을, 먼저 성격에 따라 3 가지 유형으로 분류한다. 그리고 컴포넌트를 구현 시, 분류된 각 유형별로 적용이 가능한 기법들을 COM 컴포넌트 기반을 전제로 제안한다. 그리고 다양성의 추출부터 구현에 이르는 다양성의 분석에서 설계에 이르는 프로세스를 제공하는데, 이 프로세스는 컴포넌트의 개발 프로세스의 한 부분으로서 포함되어 적용이 가능 하다. The research of the variability gains more gravity in component-based software development, because it helps to extend the reusability of the component. A domain-specific component supports the more variability, the wider scope that the component can be applied to. However, the more variability included in a component, It makes the size of a component bigger, and the cost to construct the component is rises. As a result, this disturbs making an optimized system. In this paper, we classify the variability into 3 types, according to their features. And we propose some implementation techniques for each type based COM. Moreover, we also propose a process to analysis and design the variability with their artifacts, which includes some tasks from variability extraction to implementation of it. This proposed process can be applied as a part of the component developing process.
