Purpose - The research was conducted to understand how the values of customers using airline SNS affects customer satisfaction and trust. By finding out which characteristics of customer values lead to customer satisfaction and gaining trust, research concludes with suggestions for various airlines to utilize such characteristics to maintain customers through SNS. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from May to July 2020 for two months from the people who used SNS operated by domestic airlines. 342 samples were selected and used as final samples for the study. Result - The results of the relationship between customers’ values and customer satisfaction amongst those who use airlines’ SNS show that practical, pleasure and social components all have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The relationship between customers’ values and customer trust amongst those who use airlines’ SNS show that practical and pleasure components have a positive effect on customer trust while social component didn’t yield a positive impact on customer trust. Conclusion - Identifying and understanding SNS users’ value structure and providing specific guidelines for customer value components can help demonstrate the causal relationship between customer value components, customer satisfaction, and trust. Also, evidence of applicable customer value theory could be provided.

<P>Effects of lanthanum (La) loading on the structural, optical, and electrical properties of tin monoxide (SnO) films were examined as a p-type semiconducting layer. La loading up to 1.9 atom % caused the texturing of the tetragonal SnO phase with a preferential orientation of (101), which was accompanied by the smoother surface morphology. Simultaneously, the incorporated La cation suppressed the formation of n-type SnO2 in the La-doped SnO film and widened its optical band gap. These variations allowed the 1.9 atom % La-loaded SnO film to have a high hole mobility and carrier density, compared with the La-free control SnO film. The superior semiconducting property was reflected in the p-type thin-film transistor (TFT). The control SnO TFTs exhibited the field-effect mobility (μSAT) and <I>I</I>ON/OFF ratio of 0.29 cm2 V-1 s-1 and 5.4 × 102, respectively. Enhancement in the μSAT value and <I>I</I>ON/OFF ratio was observed for the TFTs with the 1.9 atom % La-loaded SnO channel layer: they were improved to 1.2 cm2 V-1 s-1 and 7.3 × 103, respectively. The reason for this superior performance was discussed on the basis of smoother morphology, suppression of disproportionation conversion from Sn2+ to Sn + Sn4+, and reduced gap-state density.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

To guarantee safety and reliability, RAMS(Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety) activity for a communication software in train communication network is studied. In this paper, preliminary hazard analysis in RAMS activities is studied for the communication software. Preliminary hazard analysis is done through library for communication software that the specification is defined by IEC 61375. The hazards are defined, then causes and consequence for each hazard are defined. The total 36 preliminary hazards are classified. For high severity hazards are changed to acceptable level by upgrading of system requirement specification.

Background: Smoking is the major risk factor for lung squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). But minority of lung SCC occurs in never smokers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical characteristics and mutational alterations of lung SCCs with never smoker. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of patients newly diagnosed with lung SCC using a registry between January 2011 and December 2013 in Seoul National University Hospital. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor samples were used for immunohistochemical stainings and mutation anlaysis. To compare of mutational hotspots in 50 cancer related genes between never- smokers and ever-smokers, 1:1 matching was performed according to age and stage. Results: Among 382 of lung SCC, 17 patients were never-smokers. In never-smoker SCCs, median age was 66 (IQR 57, 71). Eight female patients included in the never-smoker group, but no female in ever-smoker group. Main tumor size of never-smoker patients was smaller than ever-smoker (3.1cm Never, 4.15 Ever, P=0.02). The maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) for primary tumor were significantly lower in the never-smoker group compared with the ever-smoker group (13.26 Never, 17.08 Ever, P=0.002). Expression of glucose transporter-1 (GLUT-1) was greater in the ever-smoker group, but there was no significant difference of Hexokinase II. After 1:1 matching on age and stage, tumor samples were obtained from 28 patients. Twenty-six (92.9%) cases were successfully sequenced. Both groups displayed a similarly high mutations of TP53 (75% Never, 92.9% Smoker; Fisher’s exact P =0.330), HRAS (58.3% Never, 71.4%; P=0.683), and KIT (25.0% Never, 42.9% Ever; P=0.429). EGFR, STK11, PTEN were also observed at comparable frequencies. Conclusions: Lung SCC with never smokers showed lower SUVmax of main mass and decreased expression of GLUT-I. There was no difference of mutational hotspots in 50 cancer related genes according to smoking.

In general, the quality of LPG is determined by composition, sulfur content, vapor pressure, density, residues, copper corrosion and water content. The quality characteristics and analysis of residues in circulated autogas LPG was reported in domestic. Especially, the residues amount in LPG is an important for quality control because it can accumulate in pipes, vaporizers, instruments, regulators, and injectors, resulting in mal-flow and misreading. The residue in LPG is extracted on 2 L scale into dichloromethane and it is analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), for components. The components of residues in LPG is detected 62 chemicals with C3~C28. It was presumed that this residue had been originated from LPG, parts of an automobile and lubricant oil in circulation.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Appropriate pain assessment is very important for managing cancer pain. This study was designed to evaluate the utility of the Korean Cancer Pain Assessment Tool (KCPAT) by assessing changes in the management of cancer pain. The changes in pain intensity, the pattern of drug prescriptions, and the patients' satisfaction with pain control were analyzed after using the KCPAT. The results indicated that pain medicine prescriptions were changed in 194 (51.5%) cases after using the KCPAT, and 69.5% of these changes were affected by the KCPAT. After using the KCPAT, pain intensity as assessed by the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS, 0–10cm) decreased (4.31±2.35 vs. 3.60±2.45, <I>P</I><0.0001), and the presence of associated symptoms and psychosocial items was significantly reduced. The patients' satisfaction with pain control was improved. Forty-four physicians (89.8%) thought that the KCPAT was useful. The KCPAT improved patients' satisfaction with pain control and was a useful tool for evaluating and managing cancer pain.</P>
