        윤태호의 만화 〈YAHOO〉에 나타난 저항의 양상 연구

        본 연구는 윤태호의 만화 〈YAHOO〉의 서사 분석을 통한 작품론이다. 그리고 차후에 〈이끼〉와 〈미생〉의 연구를 통해 작품론을 바탕으로 한 윤태호 작가론을 구축하는 데 최종 목표를 두고 있다. 〈YAHOO〉는 한국 현대사의 많은 사건․사고를 겪은 인물이 어떻게 변화하는지를 보여주는 작품이다. 현실에서 나타나는 사건․사고들은 현실의 구조적 모순이 드러나는 현장이다. 이를 반복적으로 겪은 김현은 결국 사회를 부정하고 테러리스트가 되고 이를 바라보는 주위의 인물들은 다양한 저항의 양상을 보여준다. 제목 ‘야후'(천하고 추하기 이를 데 없는 괴물)는 테러리스트가 된 김현이자 사회의 구조적 모순을 표현하고 있다. 본 연구는 정신분석학을 바탕으로 “수경기”라는 절대적 권위의 상징을 살펴보고 주인공 김현의 진정한 아버지 찾기라는 불가능한 여정을 오이디푸스 신화와 비교하여 분석한다. 그리고 김현의 영향을 받은 중달, 신무학, 김관용에게 나타나는 권위에 대한 저항의 태도를 모방, 동일화, 봉합의 관점에서 살펴보고 있다. 순수한 자신에 대한 오인과 집착이라는 측면에서 김현의 죽음은 필연적인 것이다. 그러나 김현의 상징적 죽음을 통해 김관용은 죽음 충동을 포용하고 현실을 살아갈 수 있는 태도를 획득하게 된다. 김관용의 이러한 봉합이라는 저항의 양상은 주체가 현실을 살아갈 수 있게 만들며, 윤태호가 〈YAHOO〉이후의 작품으로 나아갈 수 있는 원동력이 된다. This is study of work through the narrative analysis in Youn Taeho's comix 〈YAHOO〉. And final goal is study of Youn Taeho in addition to research of 〈I-kki(moss)〉 and 〈Mi-saing〉. 〈YAHOO〉 is a work that shows how the people suffered a lot of changes in the accidents of modern history of Korea. The accident scene will appear in reality the structural contradictions of reality revealed. Kim Hyun will be a terrorist denying society going through a lot of accidents. And others, shows the various aspects of the resistance. Title ‘Yahoo'(humble and ugly monster) expresses the structural contradictions of society and has been a terrorist Kim Hyun. This study analyzes the symbol of absolute authority “Su-gyeong-gi(flying bike)” on the basis of psychoanalysis. And the journey of Kim Hyun analyzes compared with Oedipus myth. And analyzes the attitude of resistance to authority appears to Jungdal, Shin Muhack and Kim gwan-yong on mimesis, identification and suture. The death of Kim Hyun is inevitable in terms of pure obsession and mistaken for him. However, Kim gwan-yong through the symbolic death of Kim Hyun is to embrace death and obtain the impulse to live the real attitude. Aspect of the suture of resistance makes it. Kim gwan-yong is subject to live the reality. And Youn Taeho is the driving force that can move to 〈YAHOO〉 after work.

        DYNAMIC TIME WARPING METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION

        Dynamic Time Warping(in short DTW) is a kind of sequence comparison method. It is widely used in human speech recognition. The timing difference between two speech patterns to be compared is removed by warping the time axes of the speech pattern by minimising the time-normalised distance between them. In the process of finding the minimum time-normalised distance. the efficient method is dynamic programming problem. This paper describes the concept of dynamic time warping method, mathematical formulation and an application.

        Profiling Transcripts by EST from Vitis coignetiae against Anthracnose Infection

        머루(Vitis coignetiae)는 국내에 자생하는 야생종 포도의 한 종류로서, 포도 새눈무늬병에 저항성이다. 내병성 포도 육종에 활용할 유용한 육종소재를 개발하고자 머루의 잎과 과실로부터 cDNA libraray를 제작하였다. 머루의 cDNA library의 총 5,760개의 EST 클론을 분석하여 676개의 contig와 2,306개의 singleton을 분리하여 총 2,982개의 unigene을 분리하였다. NCBI 데이터베이스의 BLAST를 통한 상동성을 검색한 결과, 2,241개의 클론이 기능이 알려진 유전자이었고, 그 중에서 1,442개는 생물학적인 대사에 관여하고 836개는 세포구성물과 관련이 있었다. EST와 contig의 평균 크기는 각각 702bp와 757bp이었다. 포도새눈무늬병균에 감염된 머루 cDNA library로부터 Proline-rich cell wall protein, thaumatin-like protein, class IV chitinase, and pathogenesis-related (PR) protein 10 등의 다양한 방어관련 유전자와 광합성관련유전자 및 수분스트레스 저항성 관련유전자가 많이 검출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 머루의 EST 자료는 포도의 새로운 유전자원에 관한 연구 및 내병성 포도 신품종 육종 프로그램에 기본자료로 유용하게 활용될 것이다. Vitis coignetiae, a wild grape native to Korea, is resistant to anthracnose diseases. For screening useful resources for disease-resistant grape breeding, a cDNA library was constructed from leaves of wild grapes. A total of 2,982 unigenes containing 676 contigs and 2,306 singletons were obtained by sequencing 5,760 expressed sequence tag (EST) clones derived from the cDNA library of wild grape, V. coignetiae infected with Elsinoe ampelina causing anthracnose disease. In gene ontology analysis, 2,241 genes with molecular functions were annotated into 1,442 biological processes, and 836 cellular component genes. The average lengths of the ESTs and contigs were 702 and 757 bp, respectively. Various defense-related genes, such as putative proline-rich cell wall protein, thaumatin-like protein, class IV chitinase, and pathogenesis-related (PR) protein 10, photosynthesis-related genes, such as ribulose-bisphosphate carboxylase oxygenase small subunit, and water stress-related genes, such as abscisic stress ripening protein, were the most abundant in cDNAs from leaves of V. coignetiae infected with Elsinoe ampelina. These data could provide useful information in the genetic analysis of V. coignetiae and in the program for breeding disease-resistant grape cultivars.

        Development of Strain-Specific Primers for Identification of Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4

        Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4 (BGN4) has many proven beneficial effects, including antiallergy and anticancer properties. It has been commercialized and used in several probiotic products, and thus strain-specific identification of this strain is very valuable for further strain-dependent physiological study. For this purpose, we developed novel multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primer sets for strain-specific detection of BGN4 in commercial products and fecal samples of animal models. The primer set was tested on seven strains of B. bifidum and 75 strains of the other Bifidobacterium species. The BGN4-specific regions were derived using megaBLAST against genome sequences of various B. bifidum databases and four sets of primers were designed. As a result, only BGN4 produced four PCR products simultaneously whereas the other strains did not. The PCR detection limit using BGN4-specific primer sets was $2.8{\times}10^1CFU/ml$ of BGN4. Those primer sets also detected and identified BGN4 in the probiotic products containing BNG4 and fecal samples from a BGN4-fed animal model with high specificity. Our results indicate that the PCR assay from this study is an efficient tool for the simple, rapid, and reliable identification of BGN4, for which probiotic strains are known.

        Evaluation of the Immune Response Following Exposure of Mice to Bisphenol A: Induction of Th1 Cytokine and Prolactin by BPA Exposure in the Mouse Spleen Cells

        Bisphenol A [2, 2 bis (4-hydoxyphenyl) propane; BPA] is a widely used endocrine disruptors and has estrogenic: activities. Although interests on biological effect of BPA are rising, evidences of its effect on immune system are lacking. We investigated that the effect of BPA on immune parameters to postulate the mechanism, and BPA interruptions between neuroendocrine and immune system. BPA was administrated to mice by p.o. (as a drinking water) dose on 0.015, 1.5 and 30 mg/ml for 4 weeks. The BPA treatment did not result in any change in body weight, spleen weight and distribution of lymphocyte subpopulation collected from spleen. BPA induced prolactin production in spleen, and exposure of SPA increased the activity of splenocyte proliferation in response to Con A (p<0.001). The production of a strong Th-1 type cytokine ($IFN-{\gamma}$) was induced while Th-2 type (IL-4) was suppressed by SPA treatment. These were consistent with RT-PCR results of transcription factor GATA-3 and IRF-1. These findings suggested that stimulation of prolactin production by estrogenic effects of SPA would affect cytokine profiles, and lead to imbalanced cellular immune response. In addition, we could speculate that prolactin and cytokine is important mediator involved in network between neuroendocrine and immune system by BPA.

      • The mycelial growth of Agaricus bisporus to develop Thermo-tolerance variety

        The white button mushroom, Agaricus biporus is commercially the fifth important edible mushroom, accounting for a Korean production of 10,996 tons in Korea, 2012. The button mushroom, A. bisporus, mostly cultivated at mushroom farm controlled 16-19°C temperature during fruiting period in all seasons. For this reason, the production costs including the cost of energy, is very expensive to keep optimal culturing temperature. In this study, mycelial growth of strains collected from various countries was investigated at different cultivation temperature conditions to use baseline data for developing thermo-tolerance varieties. Mycelial growth was recorded strains cultivated in CDA (Compost Dextrose Agar) after two weeks. 12 strains among total 264 strains were cultivated well in high temperature. These strains will be cultivated in high temperature to confirm relationships between mycelial growth and fruit-body formation in same conditions.

        중국 농촌토지재산권 거래제도에 관한 연구: 충칭시 지표거래제도를 중심으로

        중국 중앙정부는 절대적으로 유지하여야 할 농경지면적을 18억 묘(畝)로 설정하고 있다. 집체소유의 농촌토지와 국가소유의 도시토지의 이원적 구조 하에서 도시토지 수요가 증가하는 데 따른 적절한 도시토지 공급과 농촌토지의 적정면적 유지와 효율적 활용이라는 목표를 달성하기 위한 중앙정부와 지방정부의 정책적 노력은 지속되어 왔다. 충칭시의 지표거래제도는 농민의 토지사용권의 시장거래를 통한 농촌토지사용권 처분의 새로운 경로를 제시하였다. 즉 토지공유제의 원칙을 유지하면서도 농민의 토지사용권을 거래시켜 보상금을 제공하는 농민재산권의 농민귀속이라는 해결책을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 충칭시의 지표거래제도의 등장배경, 제도의 구조, 문제점을 분석한다. 또한 중앙정부의 지표거래제도를 응용한 새로운 정책, 제도를 이어서 고찰하고 지표거래제도의 전국적 확대가능성을 살펴본다. The land ticket system as an innovative land consolidation, using, transfer mode, is based on the common development of urban and rural areas and emerges as the times required . By linking urban construction land and rural construction land ends the tension and the waste of the contradictory situation. Sustainable development is realized with the total amount of the urban and rural construction land not to increase and cultivated land is not reduced, a series of good effect have been produced . The system has realized the potential relationship between outer suburb rural construction land and urban construction land between urban and rural areas, promote land circulation, greatly enhance the value of rural land in remote areas, solve rural homestead vacant low efficiency using problem, breaking the bottleneck of land resources and the urban development is generally encountered, it has a practical and significant meaning. Due to the ticket system is still in its initial stage, some defects are exposed in the process of the actual operation of the system, such as insufficiency of land ticket, complexity of distribution procedure, rent-seeking behavior on land fertility inspection process. This article analyse the whole process of operation of ticket system, in allusion to the land ticket initial stage, the land ticket trading stage, the land ticket using stage, the land ticket price distribution stage.
