      • 共同住宅 建設에 따른 都市空間構造의 變化에 관한 硏究 : 益山市를 中心으로 Focused on the Iksan City

        This study is to study the effect on the structure of urban space followed by the construction of apartments after the development of the area. The scope of this study is 19 governmental Dongs focused on the areas, which were Iri-city in the past. The construction of apartment houses, population, the number of households, and the increasing status of density of population from 1988 to December, 1999 are analyzed and then, the change of the structure of urban space is studied. The results of this study are followings. 1 Iksan-city has been developing constantly until now. That caused a scarcity of housing, and the development of the area has been conducted for the supply of scarce housing. Therefore, many apartments have been constructed. 2. The construction of apartments in Iksan-city was increased in the 1990s abruptly, and it caused the move of residence and the change of the structure of urban space. 3. In case of Jungang-dong and Changin-dong, the downtown of Iksan-city, the function of commerce is spreading and the residential population is decreasing constantly. 4. The population of Namjung-dong, Inwha-dong, Pyungwha-dong, Songhak-dong, and Galsan-dong, which are the transfer area, has been decreasing. By CBD spreading to adjacent area, the function of commerce is spreading and the move of residence is appearing. 5. The increase of population caused the change of the structure of urban space of Iksan-city by making residential districts and new commercial districts. 6. Through the above changing course of urban space, the structure of urban space of Iksan-city is changing from a concentric zone structure to multiple nuclei structure.

        Two different shape injectors for the floating gate MOSFET which are fabricated in a standard CMOS process were compared. We have demonstrated that the programming operation with the injector with sharper tips than the other allows a large electron current to pass through the oxide between poly1 and poly2. It is clear that the rectangular corners in poly1 covered by poly2, as well as the edge on top of poly1, enhance the applied field. The reduced programming voltage will help prevent junction and oxide breakdown, and reduce the trapup problem. It is found that less than 0.1% charge leakage over 15 years at 125℃ is expected.

        The construction job-site is using plate bearing test, field density test, radioisotope method of measurement (RI method) etc. for compaction control by strength, but necessity of improvement is brought because these are required the great times and effort. As long as existing tamping is damp for alternative presentation of examination method in this paper, arranged part with "Compaction value that use repulsive force inspection method" research wave. New techniques tried field test using do measurement chapter which produce itself in field of this subject achievement as that measure size of repulsive force.

      • Pseudomonas aeruginosa 의 고온 충격 반응

        최적의 성장 온도가 37℃인 Pseudomonas aeruginosa를 고온 충격(heat shock)을 주기 위하여 45℃와 48℃에서 각각 배양하였고, 이때 생성된 단백질들의 조성을 sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)를 이용하여 37℃에서 합성된 단백질들의 조성과 비교하였다. 실험을 수행한 45℃와 48℃에서 자란 균주가 37℃에서 자란 균주보다 적어도 3종류의 단백질(60kD, 68kD, 그리고 70kD)들을 더 많이 생성하였고 이들 단백질들은 고온에 의하여 생성된 잘못된 기능을 가진 단백질들을 세포내에서 제거하는 역할을 하고 있다. 같은 조건에 전사단계를 억제한 rifampicin 을 처리한 결과, 이들 단백질의 생성은 증가하지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 부터 45℃와 48℃에서 합성이 증가된 60kD, 68kD, 그리고 70kD의 단백질은 P. aeruginosa에서 고온 충격에 의해 전사단계에서 합성이 조절되는 고온 충격 단백질들임을 확인하였다. P. aeruginosa grows optimally at 37℃. When this strain has transferred to 45℃ or 48℃, the growth of the cell has been affected by the high temperature. Especially, some proteins(60kD, 68kD, and 70kD) were observed that those proteins were overexpressed to eliminate the malfunctional proteins, which were produced by high temperature in the cell. When the cell were grown at 45℃ or 48℃ with rifampicin, which is the transcription inhibitor, those effects were not observed. From these results, proteins produced from the culture conditions of 45℃ or 48℃ are clarified to be heat shock proteins which are regulated by the transcriptional level.

        It is important to make sure of design's reasonability concerning of structural vibration problems and safety with fulfilling the research and with analyzing the body structures that include the landing gear which has dynamic significant characteristics in helicopter, and to make systematical procedure which obtains engineering data to guarantee the quality of the helicopter that was developed by testing of parts, subsystems and body. In this study, Analysis of landing gear under FAR regulations was attempted, and systematical procedure for static and dynamic characteristics of the landing gear in many subsystems of the helicopter was classified.

      • Co-60 감마선에 대한 부정형조사면의 조직공중선량비(TAR) 계산

        방사선치료에 사용되는 대표적인 부정형조사면 다섯가지에 대한 각 관심점에서의 선량계산을 위하여 새로 고안한 도표를 사용하여 Co-60감마선에 대한 부정형조사면의 조직공중선량비(TAR)를 계산하였다. 도표를 이용한 계산과 기존의 계산법인 컴퓨터계산법 및 근사법으로 구한 TAR를 측정에 의한 TAR에 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 관심점이 방사선속의 중심축상에 있을 때 부정형조사면에서 이들 방법으로 구한 TAR의 대부분은 오차가 1% 이내에서 잘 일치되어 있으며, 축으로부터 벗어난 경우에는 최대 오차가 각각 2.4%,2.3%, 및 8.8% 이었다. 이들 결과로부터 새로 고안한 도표를 이용한 계산법의 정확성을 확인하였다. In order to calculate the dose on each interest point in five types of irregularly shaped fields used commonly in radiotherapy, the tissue-air ratios (TAR) in these fields for Co-60 gamma radiation were calcnlated using the newly devised SAR-chart. The TARS calculated from newly method of using the SAR-chart. computer method and approximation method at the interest point were compared to the TARs obtained from measurement. The result are as follows: In case of the interest points on central axis the calculated TARs in irregularly shaped fields by the above metioned methods were well agreed within the error of 1%, whereas for the interest points on off-axis the calculated TARs were resulted in the maximum errors of 2.4%, 2.3% and 8.8% respectively. From these results, the accuracy of calculation method of using the SAR-chart was comfirmed.

        반월상 연골판 손상을 동반한 내측 측부인대 부분파열 환자의 한방 치료 효과: 증례보고

        Objectives : The purpose of this report was to introduce 3 cases of patients diagnosed with both medial collateral ligament tear and meniscal tear that showed clinical improvement after Korean medicine treatment. Methods : These patients received Korean herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture treatment, and acupuncture treatment. We assessed these cases by using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities’Arthritis Index (WOMAC), and the European Quality of Life-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D). Results : After Korean medicine treatment, most of the NRS, WOMAC, and EQ-5D scores showed improvement on every discharge date of these 3 cases. The NRS and WOMAC scores of all cases showed a decrease. The EQ-5D of all cases showed an increase. Conclusions : Through this research, we concluded that Korean medicine treatment can be helpful in relieving pain and improving the quality of life and function of knee joint movement in patients with medial collateral ligament tear and meniscal tears.
