효모 세포의 Tripolyphosphatase 와 Polyphosphatase 활성도 및 Volutin 과립의 세포학적 관찰

To investigate cellular regulation of phosphate metabolism between catabolically repressed and derepressed states in Saccharomyces uvarum, the activities of polyphosphatases, the analysis of polyphosphate and cytochemical observation of volutin granules were examined according to the culture phase and under various phosphate concentrations. As the results, tripolyphosphatase activity was increased more than six-fold during catabolic repression as compared with those of catabolic derepression and the polyphosphatase activity increased at the time of maximal accumulation of acid insoluble polyphosphate $quot;B$quot;. Of the low molecular weight polyphosphates, tripolyphosphate was mainly detected by thin layer chromatography. When the synthesis of volutin granules in derepressed cells was observed cytochemically, acid insoluble polyphosphate localizing at the cell wall was primarily synthesized and then transferred into the cytoplasm, nucleus and/or vacuole.
섬유소 분해균 Aspergillus sp. HB 1의 세포융합에 관한 연구

The author isolated high cellulolytic fungi from natural sources and determined optimal condition of protoplast formation and fusion as fundamental step for improvement of the isolated it's cellulolytic ability. Three different cellulolytic fungi, such as Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp. and Trichoderma sp., were isolated from soil. Their cellulolytic activities were compared with that of Aspergillus niger which was useful industrially and had cellulase activity. It was Aspergillus sp. that showed the highest activity of all these four fungi. And then it was followed by Penicillium sp., Trichoderma sp., and Aspergillus niger in order. An auxotrophic mutant of Aspergillus sp. was obtained by UV mutagenesis method. Having try to produce protoplast from mycelia, the author found that β-glucuronidase, at pH 6.0, was effective cell-wall lytic enzyme. And the optimal concentration of this enzyme was 5,000 unit/㎖. Regeneration rates of wild type, met. auxotroph and arg. auxotroph, in presence of osmotic stabilizer, were 7.0%, 7.5% and 5.2%, respectively. PEG with M.W. 6,000 was effective stimulator for protoplast fusion in the concentration of 30% (W/V). In such a condition, we obtained 1.2% cell fusion rate.

유전 알고리듬과 퍼지논리 시스템을 이용한 비선형 시스템의 피드백 선형화 제어

In this paper, we psropose the feedback linearization technique for a nonlinear system using genetic algorithms (GAs) and fuzzy logic system. The proposed control scheme approximates the nonlinear term of a nonlinear system using the fuzzy logic system and computes the control input for cancelling the nonlinear term. Then in the fuzzy logic system, the number and shape of membership function of the premise aprt will be tuned to minimize the control error boundary using GAs. And the parameters of the consequence of fuzzy rule will be tuned by the adaptive laws based on lyapunov stability theory in order to guarantee the closed loop stability of control system. The evolution of fuzzy logic system is processed during the on-line adaptive control. The effectiveness of proposed method will be demonstrated by computer simulation of simple nonlinear sytem.
Graves`disease 에서의 자가임파구 혼합배양 반응

To study the hypothesis that impaired generation of suppressor T cell may play a role in the pathogenesis of Graves disease, autologous mixed lymphocyte culture which has been known to reflect the generation of suppressor T cell was done in 23 patients with Graves` disease. 1) In the AMLCR of Graves' disease, the mean stimulation index(5.2±3.8) was not significantly different from that of normal control(5.6±4.1), 2) The stimulation index did not correlate with the titer of antithyroglobulin antibody and the concentrations of thyroid hormones in Graves' disease. These results indicated that the generation of suppressor T cell is not impaired in the patients with Graves' disease, and which suggested that a defect in suppressor T cell generation does not contribute to the patbogenesis of the disease
460[V]/225[A]/50[kA] 한류형 배선용 차단기 소호부 개발

배선용 차단기(MCCB)는 신속한 고장전류 차단과 전원시스템의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 배전시스템에 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MCCB의 소호부 형상에 따른 차단성능을 파악하고 이를 통해 성능향상을 꾀하고자 3차원 자계해석을 이용한 차단성능 평가해석기법을 개발하고, 개발한 평가해석기법을 각 모델 차단기에 적용한 바를 기술하였다. 또한, 소호부내 3분할 다단형 아크런너을 구성하여 불연속 통전경로를 형성함으로 해서 차단성능에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 끝으로, 이상의 연구내용을 토대로 새로운 소호부 형상을 고안하여 국내 최초로 460[V]/225[A]/50[kA] 대전력 단락시험에 성공한 결과를 제시하였다. Low voltage circuit breakers which interrupt rapidly and raise the reliability of power supply are widely used in power distribution systems. In the paper, it has been investigated how much interrupting capability is improved by correcting the shape of the contact system in molded case circuit breaker(below MCCB), especially arc runner. Prior to the interrupting testing, it is necessary for the optimum design to analyze electromagnetic forces on the contact system generated by current and flux density. This paper presents both our computational analysis and test results on contact system in MCCB.
