This research has divided enviro-friendly agricultural products into “ogranic”and “pesticides-free”, and, with the application of the bivariate probitmodel, analyzed the factors influencing on purchasing of enviro-friendly agricultural products. The results and their implications are as follows. The analysis result of the purchasing of organic agricultural products has revealed that when the consumers are more concerned more about freshness, their purchase intention of organic agricultural products showed positive (+) effect. The more awareness of the quality certification for organic agricultural products or pesticide-free agricultural products, and the more necessity about the quality certification system, the more increase of purchasing for each agricultural products it shows. Thus, it can be concluded that since the purchase intention of enviro-friendly agricultural products is most affected by the fact whether or not have “awareness of the quality certification system”, it is necessary to provide the consumers with continuous promotion and education of the system. Furthermore, in the distribution process of the quality certified agricultural products, it is necessary to have a continuous expansion of the uniformed advanced distribution system such as refrigeration for freshness maintenance, precoolingprocessing, cold chain system, and so on. Lastly, a differentiated market strategy is needed according to the certification authority of enviro-friendly agricultural products.

2011년 강원도 태백에서 최초 발생이 확인 된 사탕무씨스트선충은 고랭지 배추에 경제적 손실을 주는 주요 선충의 하나이다. 또한 2017년 고랭지 배추 재배지역에서 클로버씨스트선충도 분포가 확인 되었다. 본 연구는 씨스트선충의 확산을 조사하기 위하여 2013년부터 고랭지 배추 재배지역에서 씨스트선충의 발생지역 조사를 수행하였다. 아울러 2017년에는 종 특이 프라이머를 이용한 Real-time PCR기법으로 이들 두 선충 이외에 국내 분포가 알려진 콩씨스트선충의 검출지를 강원도 고랭지배추 주산지를 중심으로 조사하였다. 고랭지 배추재배지에서 씨스트선충류의 감염포장은 매년 증가하여 2017년 태백, 삼척, 정선, 강릉지역에서 분포가 확인되었으며 정선지역이 2017년까지 누적 감염 포장 수가 245개로 가장 많았다. PCR분석이 가능한 41점의 씨스트선충들 중 61%가 클로버씨스트선충이었으며 사탕무씨스트선충은 9.8%에 불과하였고, 콩씨스트선충도 29.3% 확인되었다. 따라서 기존에 알려졌던 씨스트선충 검출 포장의 일부는 콩씨스트선충이 감염되어 있을 것으로 보이며 클로버씨스트선충이 고랭지 배추재배지에 우점하는 것으로 나타나 향후 이 종에 대한 방제 대책이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The sugar beet cyst nematode (SBCN), Heterodera schachtii first detected in Taebaek, Gangwon-do in 2011, is one of the major plant parasitic nematodes that cause economic damage to the Chinese cabbage in highland regions. In addition, the distribution of clover cyst nematode (CCN), H. trifolii was confirmed in the highland Chinese cabbage cultivated regions in 2017. In order to investigate the spread of cyst nematodes, this study has been conducted since 2013 in the highland Chinese cabbage cultivation area. In addition, in 2017, the Real-Time PCR technique with the species-specific primer was used to investigate those two cyst nematodes and the soybean cyst nematode (SCN), H. glycines which is known for its distribution in Korea, focusing on the main production regions of highland Chinese cabbage cultivation. The number of infected fields in the Chinese cabbage plantation in highland increased every year to confirm distribution in Taebaek, Samcheok, Jeongseon and Gangneung in 2017, and the cumulative number of infection fields reached 245 by 2017. Of the 41 possible cyst nematode samples for PCR analysis, 61% were CCN, only 9.8% of the SBCN and 29.3% of the SCN were identified. Therefore, some of the previously known SBCN or CCN discoveries are likely to have been infected with SCN. It is believed that the CCN needs to be controlled in the future as CCN have been found to be dominant species in the highland Chinese cabbage plantation regions.

In this paper, animal welfare egg was focused in Korea. This study was built to establish marketing strategies for the animal welfare egg. Data were collected by consumer survey on November 4th, 2011 at Chuncheon Hanaromart in Chuncheon. 355 questionnaires were distributed and collected. SAS 9.1 and Excel 2007 were used as statistical packages and ranked logit model was used to analyze. From the results of the study the following improving plans were suggested for the consideration factors affecting to purchase for animal welfare egg. First, strategies using public relations are needed only for package design. Thepackage design will be able to complements gaps for low advertisement. Moreover, when consumer will be provided information on packaging for consumers, the consumer will be able to reduce anxiety. Second, package design of identity strategies are needed. There are so many package designs in market. The package design of identity may give competition power to the animal welfare egg.
