WLAN is the best choice in the place where complex network is hard to set up. Intelligent terminals are more and more assembled in some areas now. However, according to IEEE 802.11n/802.11ac, the access-point (AP) can only serve one user at a single frequency channel. The spectrum efficiency urgently needs to be improved. In theory, AP with multi-antenna can serve multiple users if these users do not interfere with each other. In this paper, we propose a user clustering scheme that could achieve multi-user selection through the mutual cooperation among users. We focus on two points, one is to achieve multi-user communication with multiple antennas technique at a single frequency channel, and the other one is to use a way of distributed users` collaboration to determine the multi-user selection for user clustering. Firstly, we use the CSMA/CA protocol to select the first user, and then we set this user as a source node using users` cooperation to search other proper users. With the help of the users` broadcast cooperation, we can search and select other appropriate user (while the number of access users is limited by the number of antennas in AP) to access AP with the first user simultaneously. In the network node searching, we propose a maximum degree energy routing searching algorithm, which uses the shortest time and traverses as many users as possible. We carried out the necessary analysis and simulation to prove the feasibility of the scheme. We hope this work may provide a new idea for the solution of the multiple access problem.

Nowadays, the passivity-based control (PBC) as a nonlinear control method with much superiority has been studied more and more frequently, where it has been successfully used in Grid-Tied Inverters (GTI). Due to the high order characteristics of a LCL-filtered GTI, the PBC control law tends to be complicated, resulting in a difficult selection on control parameters. In this paper, a novel PBC parameters design strategy based on the expectant limited steady-state error is proposed. Simulation platform was built in MATLAB/Simulink and a 3-kW experimental device was carried out with DS1202 to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
Effect of Au film and absorption groups on minority carrier life of porous silicon
Yue Zhao,Linjun Wang,Jiahua Min,Weimin Shi 한국물리학회 2010 Current Applied Physics Vol.10 No.3
In this paper, the samples were prepared with or without metal assistance in different time. The effect of Au film and absorption groups on minority carrier life of porous silicon was studied by using l-PCD measurements, and the result was further proved by FTIR spectra and SEM images. The results were showed that the existed hydrogen-related groups on the surface of porous silicon would decrease the minority carrier life and the grid Au film also can decrease the minority carrier life. The minority carrier life may be controlled by the more effective factor, metal elements or absorption groups.
The effect of Al and B on the luminescent property of porous silicon
Yue Zhao,Zhiyong Lv,Linjun Wang,Jiahua Min,Weimin Shia,Xudong Lu 한국물리학회 2010 Current Applied Physics Vol.10 No.3
In this paper, we studied the PL property and the surface morphology of porous silicon prepared from Ntype single silicon wafers coated with and without Al film. By introducing the Al film on the surface of silicon wafer before etching, the morphology of porous silicon exhibits obvious discrimination compared with that of the conventional porous silicon, which can be explained by the formation mechanism of the samples, and the emission property of two-type porous silicon also showed the clear difference, which may be attributed to the discrepancy in the structural configuration of the samples. Furthermore, it was found that the blue emission decreased and the green emission was almost completely quenched after boron-particle deposition, which is attributed to the structural change or annihilation of the emission defects during annealing process.

The stiffness of toolholder-spindle joint at high speeds plays an important role in the cutting efficiency and the machining accuracy. A double-locking toolholder (BTF type) is designed to improve the stiffness of joint. This paper presents a macro-micro scale hybrid method to determine the stiffness of double-locking toolholder-spindle joint at high speeds. In this method the finite element method and the three-dimensional fractal method are combined. It is assumed flat in macro-scale for the contact surfaces of joint. The finite element method is introduced to obtain the pressure distribution with the influence of centrifugal force at high speeds. In micro-scale, the contact surfaces are fractal featured and the three-dimensional fractal method is used to compute the stiffness based on the pressure. Experiments with BTF40-type toolholder are conducted to verify the efficiency of the proposed model in zero-speed case. The relationship between the stiffness and the technological parameters of the system can be derived based on the presented model. The upper limit of speed, the optimized range of each technological parameter are determined for obtaining the higher stiffness of joint. The results can provide theoretical basis for improving the cutting efficiency and the machining accuracy of high-speed machine tool.

Background/Aims: Total proctocolectomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis (IPAA) is widely accepted as a radical surgery for refractory ulcerative colitis (UC). Definite results on the appropriate pouch length for an evaluation of the risk-to-benefit ratio regarding technical complications and long-term quality of life (QOL) are still scarce. Methods: Data on UC patients who underwent IPAA from 2008 to 2022 in four well-established pouch centers affiliated to China UC Pouch Center Union were collected. Results: A total of 208 patients with a median follow-up time of 6.0 years (interquartile range, 2.3 to 9.0 years) were enrolled. The median lengths of the patients’ short and long pouches were 14.0 cm (interquartile range, 14.0 to 15.0 cm) and 22.0 cm (interquartile range, 20.0 to 24.0 cm), respectively. Patients with a short J pouch configuration were less likely to achieve significantly improved long-term QOL (p=0.015) and were prone to develop late postoperative complications (p=0.042), such as increased defecation frequency (p=0.003) and pouchitis (p=0.035). A short ileal pouch was an independent risk factor for the development of late postoperative complications (odds ratio, 3.100; 95% confidence interval, 1.519 to 6.329; p=0.002) and impaired long-term QOL improvement (odds ratio, 2.221; 95% confidence interval, 1.218 to 4.050, p=0.009). Conclusions: The length of the J pouch was associated with the improvement in long-term QOL and the development of late post-IPAA complications. A long J pouch configuration could be a considerable surgical option for pouch construction.

Gibberellin (GA) is widely used to enlarge berries of seedless table grape and raisin varieties. The molecular mechanism underlying the berry-sizing effect of gibberelins is however poorly understood. We used a high-throughput deep sequencing technology to investigate the transcriptome and comparative expression profiles of berries from Vitis vinifera L. ‘Summer Black’ treated with GA3 with the aim of increasing the understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying the species’ expansion growth responses to exogenous GA3 hormone application. A total of 591 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected including genes involved in fruit expansion and growth. There were four expansion genes, three cellulose synthase A catalytic subunit genes, four cellulose synthaselike protein genes and three xyloglucan endotransglucosylase genes. Differential expression of these genes could potentially explain the difference in the growth and sizes of fruits from control (CK) and GA3 treated (+GA) vines. In addition, the expression patterns of 14 DEGs were validated by qRT-PCR, and the outcomes agreed highly with the RNA-Seq results. Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses were performed to better understand the functions of these DEGs. We also identified a large number of single nucleotide polymorphism and insertion/deletion markers, which will be a rich resource for future marker development and breeding research in grape. The transcriptome analysis provides valuable information for furthering our understanding of the molecular mechanisms that regulate the fruit expansion growth, and adds to the growing foundation for future genetic and functional genomic studies in grape fruit.
