The battery capacity of electric/hybrid vehicle is much larger than present automobile. For that reason, the connector of Green Car should be designed to transmit the high-electric voltage. In addition, the electromagnetic wave should be shielded to protect communication and signal circuits. In this study, shielding performance of the connector was analyzed through electromagnetic shield analysis, and a connector of Green Car was designed using thermoelectrical analysis, which is capable of transmitting the high-electric power. In the design of connector structure, the improved stability and workability was considered.

Ameloblastoma is the most frequently accuring odontogenic tumor in mouth. The biologic behavior of this neoplasm is locally invasive tumor with a high rate of recurrence. But in case of unicystic ameloblastoma, it was known that the neoplasm can be treated by marsupialization and the recurrence rate is lower. In our clinic, we tried to treat one of ameloblastoma cases by marsupialization and finished the treatment by enucleation via intra-oral approach with sagittal ramus osteotomy. This is a report of that case about 29 years old female patient.
Fluoroscopy를 이용한 관절강내 약침의 임상적 고찰

Objective : The aim of this study is to confirm if the intra-articular herbal-acupuncture exactly inserted into the joints by using fluoroscopy. Methods : An Oriental Medicine doctor inserted needle for herbal-acupuncture into intra-articular joint of elbow, wrist, knee and ankle with fluoroscopy or without fluoroscopy. Results : Needle was exactly inserted into elbow, wrist, knee and ankle by using fluorosopy, but it was not exactly inserted into the same point of joints without fluorosopy. Conclusions : Without fluoroscopy, the needle for intra-articular herbal-acupuncture was not exactly inserted into the joints. Further study is needed about intra-articular herbal-acupuncture.

본 논문에서는 월드 와이드 웹 환경을 기반으로 구현된 기존의 디지털 비디오 라이브러리를 모바일 환경으로 확장하기 위한 방법을 제안하고 구현하였다. 모바일 통신 망의 특성과 이동 전화 단말기의 특성을 고려하여 동영상 데이터에 대한 검색 과정, 즉 검색 질의 입력, 미디어 데이터 처리, 검색 결과 표시 기능을 각각 설계하고 개선하였다. 이동 전화 단말기의 불편한 키 입력을 고려하여 단순성에 초점을 맞춘 간단한 검색 질의 입력 방법을 제안하였고, 멀티미디어 데이터들이 모바일 환경의 제한된 특성에 맞게 재생될 수 있도록 미디어 어댑테이션 모델을 정하고 그에 따라 시스템을 구현하였다. 검색 결과로써 미디어 어댑테이션을 통해 변환된 데이터들이 이동 전화 단말기의 작은 화면에 맞게 표현될 수 있도록 사용 가능한 화면 영역을 효율적으로 나누어 사용하는 검색 결과 표시 방법을 제안하였다. 이는 향후 모바일 멀티미디어에 관한 연구를 위한 플랫폼으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
그래핀 옥사이드(Graphen Oxide, GO)와 환원 그래핀의 (Reduced graphe oxide, R-GO)의 물리화학적 특성 연구

The manufacturing technology of composite material is applicable with filler characteristics maintaining low cost, flexibility, and easy process to develope the various functional composite materials. To realize functional composites, various researches on the high performance of composite materials using graphene as a filler is being actively conducted. In this study, physical and chemical properties were investigated using graphene to improve high functional properties. Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared using graphane nanoplatelet (GNP), and reduced graphene oxide (R-GO) was formed by reducing GO. The physical properties of GO and R-GO were analyzed, and the reliability of the manufactured method was reviewed by comparing that of GNP results. As a result of analysis by Raman spectroscopy, in the case of R-GO, it was confirmed that the intensity of D-peak and G-peak decreased compared to GO, and an increase of 0.08 was observed through the ratio of ID/IG. For the FTIR results, GO and RGO has a repeating C-C and C=C connection structure unlike GNP. GO and R-GO show clear peaks for C-O bond, C=C bond, C=O bond, and O-H bonding. As a result of X-ray diffraction analysis, GNP showed a wide diffraction peak at 25.86° of (002) plane characteristics, whereas GO and R-GO showed peaks corresponding to (001) and (100) planes. It was also found that the interlayer distance of GO increased by about 2.6 times compared to GNP.

In addition, the electromagnetic waves to protection for communication and signal circuits should be shielding. In this study, shielding performance of connector through the analysis of electromagnetic shielding was analyzed and connector of Green Car capable of high-electric power transmission using thermo-electrical analysis was designed. The structure optimization for improved stability and workability of the connector for was also performed.
조기 진통 및 조기 양막 파수 임신부의 자궁경부 분비물 내 Interleukin-6의 임상적 의의

Background:This study is conducted to determine the clinical efficacy of measurement of IL-6 concentration in cervical discharge as a biochemical predictor of preterm labor and PROM. Materials and Methods:Twenty-two pregnant women with preterm labor and 28 women with preterm rupture of membrane(PROM) between 20-36 gestational weeks were selected as study group, and 26 normal pregnant women were selected as control group. In both groups, following routine antenatal laboratory tests, concentration of interleukin-6(IL-6) in cervical discharge and amniotic fluid(in case of preterm labor and PROM) were estimated, and maternal C-reactive protein(CRP) level and WBC count were checked also. To compare the microbiological environment of both groups, Gram stain and culture of cervical smear were undertaken. 1) Results:There were no significant differences in maternal age, gravity, parity, gestational age at sampling, and prior preterm delivery, but there were significant differences in initial cervical dilation, effacement, cervicovaginal pH, and preterm delivery in each groups. The average IL-6 level of cervical discharge in women with preterm labor and PROM were significantly higher than control group (p<0.01). The distribution of women with preterm labor and PROM were significantly different from control group, when 186.7 pg/mL was selected as cutoff value(p<0.01). There was strong positive correlation between IL-6 concentration in cervical discharge and amniotic fluid IL-6 concentration (r=0.865, p<0.05). There was no significant difference in CRP in each groups. Maternal WBC count of PROM group at admission was higher than that of preterm labor and control group, but was not statistically significant (p=0.062). Gram (-) rods was detected frequently in women with preterm labor and PROM than control group (p<0.05). The distribution of microorganisms in cervical discharge in women with preterm labor and PROM were different from control group. Conlusion:The results of this study suggested that cervical IL-6 concentration could be used as an indicator detecting the high risk pregnant women who might develop preterm labor and PROM, and could be accepted as a noninvasive diagnostic marker of intrauterine infection.

역설적 반응은 적절한 항결핵제로 치료하여 임상적 호전을 보이는 결핵 환자에서 치료 당시의 결핵병변이 악화되거나 또는 새로운 병변이 발생하는 경우를 말한다. 이는 약제 내성이나 치료 실패와의 감별이 필요하다. 저자들은 장 및 복강 결핵에 대한 항결핵제 치료로 임상적 호전을 보이며 원발부위의 영상검사 소견도 호전되는 상황에서 치료 2개월째 역설적 반응으로 간농양이 발생하여 지속적인 약물치료에도 호전되지 않아 수술을 시행한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Tuberculous liver abscesses are rare. We report here a case of tuberculous liver abscess that developed in a paradoxical response during appropriate anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy in a 50-year-old male. In this case, a paradoxical response to the treatment of intestinal tuberculosis may have been involved in the pathogenesis of the liver abscess.
실험적 열적 물성치를 반영한 CCS 방열박스의 열전달 해석

본 논문에서는 Membrane형 LNG선의 구성 요소를 대상으로 단열창의 열적 분포를 알아보기 위해 극저온 상태에서부터 온도 별로 각 소재의 열적 물성치인 열전도도(thermal conductivity)를 실험을 통해서 알아보았다. 극저온 상태인 $-163^{\circ}C$의 온도상태로 유지되어야 하는 LNG선 화물탱크는 단열재료로 하여금 열을 차단하기 위해 많은 연구가 되어야 하는데 특히 여러 재료로 구성되어 있는 단열 화물창(CCS: Cargo containment system)은 열적 물성치가 온도에 따라 각각 어떠한 값을 가지는 것이 주요 관심대상이고, 이를 통해 전체 LNG 단열 화물창이 어떤 열적 분포를 가지는 것에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 실험을 통해 얻은 물성치를 가지고 전체 화물창의 온도분포를 정적 열해석을 통해 알아보았다. 또한 외부의 충격에 의해 LNG가 누수되었을때 2차 방벽 특히 hull 부분에서는 누수량에 대해서 어떠한 온도분포와 열적 안전성에 대해서 알아보았다. In this paper, experiment of thermal conductivity among thermal properties for CCS insulation material was carried out under the condition ranged from room temperature to cryogenic temperature. CCS insulation system should be sustained under cryogenic temperature($-163^{\circ}C$), and lots of investigations will be conducted how to block the heat to insulation material. CCS components which consist of various materials are especially the main interests, and how the temperature of the entire CCS along the location is should be investigated through these studies. With the experimental thermal properties, the steady state thermal analysis of the entire cargo system was conducted. When the LNG leaked through the insulation system with external impact, temperature distribution and thermal safety of secondary barrier, especially plywood and hull structure, was observed.
