      • 患者에서 分離한 腸內細菌(大腸菌)에 대한 血淸型 및 抗生劑 耐性傳達에 관한 硏究

        This study was undertaken the biochemical characteristics, serotyping and antibiotics susceptibility to 79 strans of Escherichia coli isolated from patient from march in 1993 to December in 1993. Of 79 isolates, thirty one isolates(39.2%) were idenfied by pathogenic E. coli immune sera producted by Denka Seiken. Among them, 9 isolates(11.4%) were 06, followed by 015 and 044(4 isolates, 12.9%), respectively. 018, 0114, 0119, 0125, 0146, 0153 and 0164 were identified 1 isolate(3.2%), repectively. Resistance rate of E. coli isolated from patients against 12 antibiotics were 86.1%(68 isolates). Of them, resistance rate against TC was 68.3%(54 isolates), AM 64.4%(51 isolates), CB 62.0%(49 isolates), NN and NA 8.9%(7 isolates) and PB 1.3%(1 isolate), respectively. Of 68 resistant isolates, 59 isolates(86.8%) were resistant to more than 2 drug, followed by 2 drugs-resistance pattern01 isolates, 16.2%), 3 drug and 6 drig resistance pattern(9 isolates, 13.2%). Of multipleresistance pattern, AM-CB-SM and AM-CB-SM-TE pattern were most frequent(5 isolates, 7.4%, respectively) and more than 10 drugs resistance pattern was 1 isolate. Of 68 resistant isolates, 42(61.8%) were transferred their resistance to recipient cell (E. coli ML1410Na^(r)), Of them, the most frequently multiple transferred drugs was 2 drugs(40.5%, 17isolates) and the most frequently multiple transferred pattren was AM-CB(23.8%. 10 isolates).

        연폭로 근로자들에서 적혈구 Pyrimidine 5'-Nucleotidase 활성도 및 요중 N-Acetyl-β-D-Glucosaminidase 활성도와의 상관관계 연구

        In this study, we measured the activity of the erythrocyte pyrimidin 5'-nuclectidase(P5N) and urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) from 154 workers exposed to lead and 43 workers not exposed. We analyzed the correlation of the P5N activity and NAG activity with other biololgical exposure indices of lead such as blood lead(PbB) and zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP). The measurement was performed by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results are as follows : 1. The mean value of P5N activity for workers exposed to lead was 9.50±3.13 μmol uridine/hr/g Hb and 11.60±2.2 μmol uridine/hr/g Hb for workers not exposed. The P5N activity showed a normal distribution, but the other indices of lead showed logarithmic normal distributions. 2. The P5N activity and ZPP were decreased as PbB was increased. But the NAG activity had no correlation with changes of PbB. 3. The correlation coefficients of the P5N activity with other biological exposure indices of lead such as PbB, ZPP, NAG activity were -0.72, -0.55, and 0.05, respectively. We speculated that the P5N activity can be used as a reliable biological exposure index of lead but NAG activity can be used as a biological management index of lead.

        기업의 효과적인 Blended Learning 개발·운영 전략 탐색을 위한 연구

        Blended Learning은 교육훈련의 성과를 높이고 기업이 직면한 새로운 환경에 보다 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 교육훈련 전략으로써 많은 기업에서 활용하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 기업들은 Blended Learning을 보다 성공적으로 정착시키기 위한 효과적인 개발, 운영 전략을 명확히 수립하지 않은 상태로 진행을 하기 때문에 여러 가지 문제점을 경험하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 Blended Learning 사례를 분석하여 실제적인 Blended Learning의 개발, 운영 과정을 파악하고 그 과정에서 나타난 문제점과 성과를 도출하여 기업에서 효과적으로 Blended Learning을 개발·운영하는 데 지침이 될 수 있는 전략과 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 온라인 콘텐츠를 Blended Learning으로 개발하고 운영하는 과정을 관찰과 면담, 설문조사의 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 온라인 과정에 비해 Blended Learning은 학습 성취와 만족도 측면에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 Blended Learning에 포함된 다양한 교수방법에 학습자들의 적극적인 참여를 이끌어 내기 어려운 점이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 Blended Learning의 효과적 개발과 운영을 위한 전략과 방안을 제시하였다. Blended learning has recently been a well-known approach to workplace learning for maximizing learning outcomes and effectively coping with changing training environments. However, even though its popularity, blended learning has shown its difficulties and problems in practice due to lack of systematic strategies for development and implementation. The purpose of this study is to examine a case of developing and implementing blended learning, to investigate advantages and disadvantages of the studied approach, and to provide corporations with guidelines for effective development and implementation of blended learning. This study was conducted by doing interviews with facilitator and instructor, surveys with students about their learning outcomes and satisfaction, and field observations of the development and implementation processes. The major findings of this study are as follows: participants were satisfied with blended learning approaches in terms of its effectiveness to achieve learning objectives. However, the interviews with instructors indicated that a primary challenge for the implementation is to encourage participants to become more actively involved in various modes of instruction introduced in blended learning Finally, several strategies and guidelines for broadening the applicability of blended learning were provided.

      • 유형별 운동 선수의 자기 효능감 수준이 내적 동기에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted with a view to investigate the difference of internal motives in the areas of perceived capability, endeavor, and interests depending on the self-efficacy level of 63 adults and 72 high school students selected among the athletes by type. As tools for the study, the questionnaires on internal motive by Morris & Choi(1993) and on physical self-efficacy by Ryckman et al(1982) were employed after they were modified to suit to Korean situation and verified as for their appropriateness and reliability by means of preliminary test. From the outcomes of internal motives depending on self-efficacy and from the random analysis, it was revealed that the adult athletes showed to have generally higher internal motives than high school athletes and the athletes with higher self-efficacy have correspondingly higher internal motives compared to those with lower self-efficacy. With regard to sub-factors in the internal depending on self-efficacy by groups, there were some significant differences on self-efficacy by groups, there were some significant difference among the groups according to the level of interest and capability but no significant differences according to the level of endeavor.

      • 차량번호판 실시간 인식

        본 논문에서는 차량번호판 인식시스템의 성능을 최대화 하기 위해 충격잡음과 가우시안 잡음으로 인해 손상된 입력영상을 중간값 필터와 형태학 필터를 이용하여 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 실험에서 각 필터를 적용한 결과를 PSNR을 통하여 비교하였고, 인식결과와 학습 기대값 사이의 MSE를 측정함으로서 인식시스템의 성능을 비교하였다. 실험결과 손상된 차량번호판의 입력영상은 최대 3.7dB까지 개선되었으며, 인식시스템의 성능 평균 MSE는 약 1.84×10-3 로 원활한 인식이 이루어짐을 확인하였다. In the paper we propose a method which makes the performances of the vehicles plate recognition system better for the impulse or gaussian contaminated images using the median and morphological filters. Comparing the PSNR and MSE of the experimental results, PSNR has been improved to 3.7dB maximally and the average MSE is 1.84 ×10-3.

      • 커스터마이징 프레임워크 Toolkit 개발

        프레임워크는 소프트웨어 구조를 재사용함에 있어서 소프트웨어 개선과 생산성 향상에 기여하여왔다. 프레임워크는 잘 정의된 클래스 중 연관성과 상호작용으로 템플리트가 프로그램을 작성하는 것을 말하며, 또한 애플리케이션 생성기로 프레임워크를 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문은 국내의 중소기업에서 PDM(Product Data Management) 프레임워크가 개발된 것을 애플리케이션 개발자가 새로운 애플리케이션을 개발한 NextPDM 프레임워크의 커스터마이즈를 통해 생성이 가능하도록 했다. 따라서 프레임워크는 새로운 PDM 애플리케이션을 개발하는데 있어서 시간과 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 프레임워크가 많은 클래스를 가지고 있지만, 잘 정제된 어떤 컴포넌트가 새로운 요구사항에 잘 부합되는지가 확인하기 쉽지 않다. 그러므로 편리하고 쉬운 재사용을 위해 고객의 요구에 맞는 프레임워크 재사용 환경이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 커스터마이즈 하는 프레임워크 툴 킷트을 개발하고, 재사용 프로세스를 다음과 같이 제안한다. (1) 프레임워크 자체를 이해하고, (2) 컴포넌트를 정제하고, (3) 관련되는 컴포넌트를 자동적으로 변경하고, 또한 (4) 애플리케이션을 형성하는 것이다. The Framework has considered a promising way to improve productivity by reusing the software architecture. Framework can be defined as a Well-defined template for working programs also called an application generator, since it consists of wired-in interactions among Well-defined classes. In this study, we have developed PDM (Product Data Management) Framework for small and medium-sized companies in Korea. It is possible for application developers to generate new applications by customizing our NextPDM Framework. The Framework is considered to reduce the time and efforts to develop new PDM application. However, it doesn‘t mean that Framework doesn’t require any efforts for reuse. Since our Framework has so many classes, it is not easy to identify what components to be refined to meet new requirements. For convenient and easy reuse, our clients required a Framework reuse environment. In this research, the Framework-customizing toolkit has been constructed. It helps the process of the Framework reuse to be systematic by supporting the following : (1) understanding the Framework itself, (2) refining the components, (3) changing the related components automatically, and (4) configuring the application.

      • 고대러시아어의 Aorist, Imperfekt 연구

        고대러시아어의 과거시제 형태는 인도유럽어로부터 공통슬라브어로 분화되어가는 과정에서 많은 변화를 겪게 되었는데 이를 현존하는 여러가지의 고대교회러시아어로 쓰여진 문헌들을 통하여 살펴보고 Aleksander Isa□enko의 고대러시아어 문헌과의 견해와 비교하여 고찰해 보고자 한다. 고대러시아어의 과거형태는 크게 단순과거시제(Aorist, Imperfect)와 복합과거시제(Perfect, Pluperfect)로 나눌 수가 있는데 본 연구에서는 Aorist와 Imperfect의 변화과정에 초점을 맞추어 논의하고 아울러 고대러시아어의 이러한 형태가 현대러시아어에 어떤 영향을 미치게 되었는가에 대한 과정도 조명할 것이다.

      • 高校生의 스포츠 參加動機에 關한 心理的 要因 分析

        In order to know the psychological characteristics about the Seoul and Kyung ki do high school student's movtives in the sports participation, 460 boys and girls in their eleventh grade were selectied and examined from four high schools. The results thus abtained are as follows, 1) The students in the humanity cours have a strong inclimation to participate in sports from the recreational, functonal and emotional motives. 2) The students in the matural science course have a high tenlency to take part in sports out of the recreational and emotional motives. 3) The recreational and functional motives are outstanding in the vocational course. 4) In the art course the recreational and emotional ones are important. 5) The order of the student's participation motives is as follow, The highest is the recreational motive. The rest are emotional, functional, accomplisment motive.
