      • Coevaporation에 의한 cd₁-xZn_(x)S 박막 제작 및 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, structural optical and electrical properties of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films prepared by coevaporation method were studied. Also, effects of ZnS mole ratio(x) to CdS on properties of thin film Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells were investigated. When the ZnS mole ratio was less than 0.85, the crystal structure of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films was hexagonal with the c axis aligned perpendicular to the substrate. For x>0.85, however, the Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films were grown with cubic zincblende structire. As the ZnS mole ratio increased the lattice constant of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films rapidly increased with ZnS mole ratio. The open circuit voltage of Cd₁xZnxS/CdTe solar cells increased with x due to reducing of the electron affinity difference between Cd₁xZnxS and CdTe films. However, the increase of series resistance due to the high resistivity of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films results on reducing conversion efficiency.

      • Induction of heme oxygenase-1 protects against podocyte apoptosis under diabetic conditions

        Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is an anti-oxidant enzyme normally upregulated in response to oxidant injury. Here we determined the role of HO-1 in podocyte apoptosis in glomeruli of streptozotocin-treated rats and in immortalized mouse podocytes cultured in media containing normal or high glucose. HO-1 expression, its activity, the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 protein, and active caspase-3 fragments were all significantly higher in isolated glomeruli of diabetic rats and in high glucose–treated podocytes. These increases were inhibited by zinc protoporphyrin treatment of the rats or by HO-1 siRNA treatment of the podocytes in culture. The number of apoptotic cells was also significantly increased in the glomeruli of diabetic rats and in high glucose–treated podocytes. Inhibition of HO-1 accentuated the increase in apoptotic cells both in vivo and in vitro. Our findings suggest that HO-1 expression protects against podocyte apoptosis under diabetic conditions.

        This paper deals with the design of controller which is used to rectifier for communication. Mathematical small-signal modeling and characteristic analysis are performed about DC/DC converter and three-phase AC/DC converter. Bode plots are obtained by the mathematical small-signal modeling. By the PSpice simulation, performance of the controller is proved respectively in line regulation and load.

        대기업의 팀역량과 팀원 특성과의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대기업의 팀역량(팀지식, 팀스킬, 팀태도)과 팀원틀의 특성요인(능력요인, 성격요인) 평균 수준을 측정하고, 팀역량과 팀원 특성과의 관계를 구명하는 데 있었다. 모집단은 우리나라 300대 기업에 종사하고 있는 팀원이었으며, 표본 집단은 대한상공회의소 기업정보 (http://www.kochambiz.net)의 매출순위 300대 기업을 기준으로 업종별 비율을 고려하여 선정된 35개 기업 710명의 팀원이었다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 우리나라 300대 기업의 팀역량 수준은 이론적 평균보다 높았으며, 팀원들은 대체로 외향성과 성실성의 성격을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 팀원들의 능력요인이 성격요인보다 팀역량과 높은 상관관계를 보였으며, 팀역량을 통계적으로 유의미하게 설명하는 팀원 능력요인은 대인관계, 업무능력 등이었다. 셋째, 팀원들의 성격요인은 팀역량에 통계적으로 유의미한 설명력을 가지고 있지 않았다. 이와 같은 결론을 토대로 ① 팀원들의 경쟁력 향상과 기업성과 제고를 위한 교육훈련 및 인적자원 활용 전략 수립, ② 팀역량의 다양한 차원과 요소들을 포괄할 수 있는 팀역량 척도에 대한 지속적인 수정·보완 연구, ③ 팀역량 하위요인 수준의 시간 흐름에 따른 변화, 방향, 영향요인 등을 고찰하는 종단적 연구 수행, ④ 기업규모, 팀유형 등에 따라 연구대상을 다양화하여 팀역량과 팀원특성요인 간 관계 구명, ⑤ 팀원들의 특성과 팀역량 사이에서 이를 매개하거나 조절해줄 수 있는 변인을 구명하는 연구 등을 후속연구로 제안하였다. The Purpose of this study is to determine the relation between team competency and team members' characteristics(ability and personality) by measuring the average level of team competency and team members' characteristics working for top 300 companies in Korea. The population for the study was team members of top 300 companies, which were on top of the list of top 1000 companies categorized into the sales by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry(http://www.kochambiz.net). Using the proportional stratified sampling technique, 710 team members of 35 companies were sampled for this study. The Major findings of this study were as follows: First, the team competency level of top 300 companies in Korea reached higher than the theoretical average and the personality of top-300-company team members was mainly extroverted and conscientious. Second, especially team members' ability variables were more related than personality variables and the statistics of the study showed that team competency could be measured mainly by interpersonal relationship and business capability in order. Third, all of the team members' personality variables didn't significantly explain team competency. Based on the results of this study, some recommendations for future research were made as follows: First, further researches are needed to develop the strategy for training & education, and practical application to human resources in the company. Second, the team competency scale which can comprehend various dimensions and elements should be developed continuously. Third, the longitudinal study about team competency should be conducted to measure the change, direction and influences in sub-variables. Forth, the relationship between team competency and team members' characteristics in other cases on various scale of enterprises or types of teams should be investigated. Fifth, the intermediary or controlling variables between team competency and team members' characteristics should be identified.

      • 지삭의 양단이 단순고정된 화물삭도의 선로해석

        A method of analyzing load-carrying ropeways is suggested in this study. Compared to to the ropeways for passengers whose tension at the one end of the main rope is given, load-carrying ropeways require different treatment because their main ropes are fixed at both ends. This difference makes the problem of analyzing load-carrying ropeways a statically indeterminate one and some iteraive solution technique seems to be inevitable. But, it is shown that this statically indeterminate problem can conceptually be reduced to a problem of solving a nonlinear algebraic equation in this study, and some numerical method such as Newton-Ropshon method can be applied successfully to solve the problem. Also, some example ropeways are analyzed after the proposed solution technique and the results are discussed.

        The cable-stayed bridges are composed of cables, towers and girders. when the cable-stayed bridges are loaded, the whole structure display very complex behavior due to excessive cable deflection. Eventhough the material in the members of a cable-stayed bridge structure behaviors in a linear elastic manner. the overall load-displacement relationship for the structure will be nonlinear. The nonlinear behavior is a result of: due to the sag caused by their own dead weight and the nonlinear axial and bending force-deformation relationships for the bend members. In the construction stage analysis, some technical approaches and structure safety are needed to stimulate numerically the complicated changes of structural system during construction. In this study static and construction stage analysis is performed and compared. Static and construction stage analysis on unsymmetric Cable-stayed bridge is performed and linear and nonlinear analysis is performed to evaluate the structure characteristics. After Static analysis of final construction stage was performed, construction stage analysis was performed.

        희생양극을 이용한 자동차 소음기의 음극방식에 관한 연구

        In order to apply a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system for automotive muffler materials, determination of reliable sacrificial anode and its protection ability were evaluated by laboratory tests in synthetic condensed water. Three kinds of sacrificial anodes were selected: aluminum (AI), zinc (Zn) and magnesium (Mg), and the muffler materials were Al-coated steel and uncoated steel. The corrosion behavior in synthetic condensed water for the muffler materials and sacrificial anodes was investigated by potentiodynamic tests. The cathodic protection ability was evaluated by galvanic corrosion test and weight-loss test. The results of the potentiodynamic test indicated that Al was less suitable for sacrificial anode because it became passive. Mg was also unqualified due to the high dissolution rate. However, Zn was adequate for sacrificial anode because of its low dissolution rate, high stability and suitable potential difference. Results of weight-loss test demonstrated that the corrosion rate of Al-coated steel was reduced from 0.028 to 0.018 mm/year, and that of uncoated steel was 0.08 to 0.002 mm/year by coupling with Zn anode. In addition, the proper area ratio of anode to cathode was 1 : 10. From these results, it can be concluded that Zn anode can protect both the Al-coating with passivation, and steel substrate with low dissolution rate. (Received January 8, 2004)

        A major defective welding pattern in the steel bridges is identified as the lack of welding area due to the insufficient welding penetration. In this study is fatigue behavior and fatigue life of steel bridge under flange of weld insufficient of butt weld joint. Fatigue behavior and fatigue life test is minor's law and fracture analysis and nowaday, finite element method is used to many times. By considering the welding defect in the above, structural analysis is conducted to evaluate butt weld joint influence due to welding defect on the safety of steel bridges. The results indicate that, due to the insufficient welding penetration, the stress obtained in the analysis is over the allowable fatigue stress level, and its influence on safety of the bridges is significant

      • 동하중을 받는 FRAME 구조물의 확률유한요소해석 및 신뢰성해석

        Most dynamic systems have various random properties in excitation and system parameters. Therefore, in this paper, reliability analysis for structural response is proposed fro the linear dynamic system with random properties in both excitation and system parameters. The system parameters and responses with random properties are modeled by the perturbation technique. A displacement and bending moment of frame structure is acquired in Stochastic Finite Element Method Program(SFEMP) and Dynamic Stochastic Finite Element Method Program(DSFEMP) using perturbation method, and Direct Monte Carlo Simulation Program(DMCSP) is used to verify and compare previous results. Comparing outputs of SFEMP and DSFEMP with them of DMCSP, it show that they are similar to each other. Also DMCSP need much time to analyze a complicated structure, but SFEMP and DSFEMP can reduce quite time. In this study, it is assumed that excitations, system parameters and response are Gaussian. The results of response for the analysis are compared to those of numerical simulation. Also the probability of failure are calculated for using Advanced First Order Second Moment(AFOSM) of the general reliability analysis method.

        쇄골두개 이형성증 환아의 치아발육이상

        쇄골두개 이형성증(Cleidocranial Dysplasia)은 autosomal dominant skeletal dysplasia로 쇄골의 부재, 두개골 봉합지연 및 치아이상의 특징을 갖는 질환이다. 치아이상 중에 유치열 발달은 정상인데 반해 영구치 맹출 실패가 가장 특징적인 소견이며 다수의 과잉치의 존재, 치아형태이상과 치근형태이상 등이 존재한다. 영구치의 지연 혹은 맹출 부전의 원인으로 (1) 다수의 과잉치 존재, (2) cellular cementum이 없는 기형적 치근형태, (3) 악골의 높은 골밀도, (4) 유치와 골의 비정상적 흡수를 들 수 있으며 저하된 골대사가 주원인이며 두 번째로 다수의 과잉치의 존재를 들 수 있다. 이의 치료방법은 더 많은 치아 맹출의 환경조성을 위한 교정치료, 외과적 처치 및 보철적 수복이 필요하다. 본 증례는 쇄골두개 이형성증으로 진단받은 7세 10개월 여 환아로 영구치 미맹출을 주소로 본원에 내원하였다. 임상구강검사에서 유치의 만기잔존, 악궁의 협착, 전치부 반대교합과다수의 치아우식증이 관찰되었으며 악골의 방사선사진에서 유치의 만기잔존 및 상하악에 다수의 과잉치가 관찰되었고 두부방사선사진에서 미폐쇄된 봉합과 봉간골(wormian bone)이 관찰 되었으며 흥부방사선사진에서 쇄골의 부재가 보였다. 이 환아의 성장에 따른 치열 발달을 이해하고 시기에 따른 적절한 치과적 처치에 대해서 본 증례에서 보고하는 바이다. Cleidocranial Dysplasia(CCD) is an autosomal dominant human bone disease characterized by abnormal clavicles, patent sutures and fontanelles, and dental anomalies. Among dental anomalies, it is characterized that permanent dentition is severly disturbed due to multiple supernumerary teeth and abnormalities of tooth morphology. A eight-year-old female patient diagnosed as cleidocranial dysplasia visited in our hospital. Upon clinical oral exam, retained deciduous teeth, constriction of dental arch, anterior cross bite, and multiple dental caries were observed. In the dental panoramic radiograph, retained deciduous teeth and multiple supernumerary teeth in the maxilla and the mandible were found. In the cephalometric radiograph, open sutures and wormian bones were seen. In the chest P-A view, absence of clavicles was observed. The cleidocranial dysplasia patients have eruption problems in permanent dentition both in regions with and without supernumerary teeth. The severely delayed or arrested eruption of permanent teeth has been ascribed to various factors : 1) The presence of multiple supernumerary teeth, 2) malformed roots with lack of cellular cementum, 3) the jaw bone being too dense, and 4) abnormal resorption of bone and primary teeth. Formation and maturation of primary teeth in cleidocranial dysplasia are normal, whereas the permanent dentition has various ano malies. Therefore, dentists should understand the development of dentition in cleidocranial dysplasia, and treat them in proper time.
