朱震亨은 金元四大家중 가장 후대의 인물로서 朱子學의 철학적 배경에 근거하여 劉河間, 張子和, 李??의 장점을 흡수하여 醫論을 펼쳤으므로, 金元四大家의 中風 內因論을 인식하는데 있어 그 의미가 크다. 朱震亨 中風論의 특징은 그가 거처한 純域的 特性에 근거하여 肥瘦人과 半身不遂의 左右에 따라 각각 治法을 달리하였으나, 中風 病因病理를 濕痰生熱로 보고 內因의 주요소로 痰을 중시하여 中風入方藥物은 治痰한다는 원칙에 기준하여 藥物을 사용하였다. 이러한 독특한 中風論은 후대 中風 內因論의 발전에 지대한 영향을 주었으므로, 이에 관한 연구는 中風 內因論 측면에서 韓醫學發展에 寄與할 것으로 恩慮된다. We inquired into the origins, pathologies, theraphies and prescriptions of Jungpung(中風) especially on the ground of Keokchiyeron(格致餘論)ㆍDangeosimbub(丹溪心法) written by JuJinHyoung(朱震亨) as modical blocks, from this study we could get that conclusions. 1. According to special feature of the theroies of JuJinHyoung's(朱震亨) Jungpung(中風) he thought pathologies of Jungpung(中風) as 「sub seong dam dam seong yeol yeol seong puns 濕疾痰痰生熱 熱生_風」through studying stress on regional characteristics and thought much of dam(疲) as one of major elements of internal causes. 2. He suggested chi-dam(治痰) in the first place in the treatment of Jungpung(中風) and emphasises the treatment using Succus Pyllostachyos(竹瀝), waterly extracted Rhizoma Zingiberis(鐘汁) in that they had the virtues of sodam-ganghwa(消痰降火), geo-gyeongrak(開經絡), haeng-heolgi(行血氣). 3. He treated differently whether a man in fat and thin, and have right or left hemiplegia, but he prescribed herb-medications on the principle that medications should have the virtues of chi-dam(治痰).

This paper introduces a new zinc coated copper wire electrode with coiled cone shape which has low surface resistance and tolerance to the motion artifact for promontory stimulation electrically auditory brainstem responses (PSEABR). Auditory brainstem responses (ABR) can be used to predict hearing threshold level with a great deal of accuracy particularly for a young child who cannot cooperate mechanically and some hearing impaired who are exaggerating a hearing loss for economic compensation. While severe profound sensorineural hearing losses may not be implemented by auditory potentials, PSEABR is proven as a useful tool even for some sensorineural related hearing impaired. It was shown that PSEABR gives the electrical stimuli to promontory of the cochlear instead of giving acoustic stimuli. For this reason, PSEABR can be used as an alternative for cochlear implantation, and can also be used as an optimal device selection and neural information for MAP. It was found that the role of electrode is very important in PSEABR. Even though this cone-shaped electrode was applied in animal experiments, waveforms are well produced by PSEABR. Thus, it was concluded that cone-shaped electrode turned out to be a useful preoperative audiological evaluation tool in deciding time for cochlear implantation surgery.

In case of the hearing impairment with tinnitus and increased sound sensitivity, it is known that the patients tend to appeal the psychologically oriented social handicap rather than communication disability. The audiologist who is responsible for such patients in aural rehabilitation should pay special attention to the counseling techniques inducting tinnitus retain therapy (TRT), ear protector, noise generator, or specific acoustic training based on dose cooperation and rapport. And then the audiologist should try to lessen their reaction to the tinnitus by using a hearing aid. This therapies tries to focus not a total approach but a treatment to lessen the severity of tinnitus. This paper as a case report that a unilateral sharply slopped sensorineural hearing impaired person with tinnitus and increased sound sensitivity by using four channel digital signal processing (DSP) hearing aid with programming increment at low level (PILL).
Investigation of the Nanoparticle Electrical Contact Lubrication in MEMS Switches

<P>A nanoparticle has been reported as a promising lubricant to increase the durability of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) switches, but there remains much room for development and scientific observations. In this paper, we present the fabrication and research platform for a nanoparticle lubricated MEMS switch; we measured its characteristics and investigated the mechanisms behind it. In the measurements, gold nanoparticle lubrication demonstrated an increased average adhesion force from 16.38 to 23.68 mu N by 44.51% and a decreased average electrical contact resistance from 211.20 to 49.85 m Omega by 76.40%. In a hot switching mode lifetime test, the gold nanoparticle lubricated MEMS switch exhibited extension of reliability from 5.13 x 10(4) to 4.75 x 10(5) cycles, which corresponds to 9.26-fold increase. We attribute this remarkable enhancement to a mechanical stress release via lateral deformation of the nanoparticle and refreshment of the contact spots owing to movement of nanoparticles. In this study, an n-ZnO/p-Si heterojunction diode with embedded Ag nanoparticles was fabricated to investigate the possible improvement of light trapping via the surface plasmon resonance effect for solar cell applications. The Ag nanoparticles were fabricated by the physical sputtering method. The acquired current-voltage curves and optical absorption spectra demonstrated that the application of Ag nanoparticles in the n-ZnO/p-Si interface increased the photo current, particularly in specific wavelength regions. The results indicate that the enhancement of the photo current was caused by the surface plasmon resonance effect generated by the Ag nanoparticles. In addition, minority carrier lifetime measurements showed that the recombination losses caused by the Ag nanoparticles were negligible. These results suggest that the embedding of Ag nanoparticles is a powerful method to improve the performance of n-ZnO/p-Si heterojunction solar cells.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Low-frequency noise (1/<I>f</I> noise) has been analyzed to characterize the amorphous/crystalline silicon heterojunction diodes with passivation layer of a-Si:H (p–i–n), Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> (p–Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–n), and ZnO (p–ZnO–n) and without passivation (p–n). Four types of diodes show high ideality factors and the dependence of the reverse leakage current on the electric field shows that the diodes commonly follow the Poole–Frenkel model, which is field-assisted thermionic emission from the traps in the materials. However, the conduction mechanism in the reverse bias can be more easily clarified from the bias dependence of the 1/<I>f</I> noise. That is, the p–i–n and p–n diodes are affected by the diffusion current mechanism, and the p–Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–n and p–ZnO–n diodes with an inferior interface are affected by the generation–recombination current mechanism. This indicates that the p–i–n and p–n diodes have a better interface quality than the p–Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–n and the p–ZnO–n. These results show that the 1/<I>f</I> noise measurement can be a useful and more sensitive method to estimate the interface quality of heterojunction diodes.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Leakage current is on Poole–Frenkel in heterojunction diode with inferior interface. </LI> <LI> Low-frequency noise is proposed to evaluate heterojunction diode. </LI> <LI> Low-frequency noise is useful to distinguish the leakage conduction mechanism. </LI> </UL> </P>

This paper discusses the 3-level charge pumping (CP) method in planar-type Silicon-Oxide-High-k-Oxide-Silicon (SOHOS) and Silicon-Oxide-Nitride-Oxide-Silicon (SONOS) devices to find out the reason of the degradation of data retention properties. In the CP technique, pulses are applied to the gate of the MOSFET which alternately fill the traps with electrons and holes, thereby causing a recombination current Icp to flow in the substrate. The 3-level charge pumping method may be used to determine not only interface trap densities but also capture cross sections as a function of trap energy. By applying this method, SOHOS device found to have a higher interface trap density than SONOS device. Therefore, degradation of data retention characteristics is attributed to the many interface trap sites.

Purpose: The aim of the study is to check Formant Frequency F1, F2, F3, and F4 that belong to frequently used Korean vowel’s acoustic qualification on real ear. Methods: For sample voice, the vowel /ᅵ/, /ᅮ/, /ᅦ/, /ᅩ/, and /ᅡ/ are recorded as male voice. These vowels are frequently used and distinguishable vowels with no characteristic of diphthong. Experimental voice is recorded in upper pinna and external auditory canal of 12 women by playing the sample voice. The formant frequency of experimental voice is analyzed with Praat and compared by Paired t-test. Results: There was observed significant change at every Formant Frequency between two voices recorded at sound field and real ear, except F1 of /ᅡ/, F2, /ᅦ/ of F1, /ᅵ/ of F1, /ᅩ/ of F2. (p <.05). Conclusions: F1 and F2 did not relay on source-filter theory on external auditory canal, and it is assumed that the resonance in external auditory canal shifts F3 and F4 near center frequency and helps understanding speech sound.
