소수성 NaY Zeolite의 합성과 탈알루미나의 특성

NaY형 Zeolite는 현재 그들의 촉매적 특성과 흡착성 그리고 이온 교환성들을 이용하여 산업에 중요하게 사용되어지고 있다. 본 실험은 고온 스팀을 이용한 방법과 산처리에 의한 방법으로 탈알루미나의 효과를 확인하는 실험을 하였다. 먼저 SiO_2/Al_2O_3 몰비가 4∼6인 합성 NaY zeolite를 분위기 소성로에 넣고 증기발생 장치를 이용하여 500℃에서 고온 스팀을 분위기 소성로에서 일정하게 주입하였다. 에에 따른 결과는 탈알루미나 처리 후의 XRF와 BET의 결과로 탈알루미나 처리에 따라서 SiO_2/Al_2O_3의 몰비가 20.6에서 21까지 증가한 것을 알 수 있으며 또한 BET의 결과에서 탈알루미나 처리에 의해서 비표면적이 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있으며 특히 meso pore area의 증가는 탈알루미나에 의해서 zeolite의 골격구조가 일부 파괴되었음을 알 수 있다.
數學 및 科學 敎育 授業現場에서의 Portfolio의 適用 : 基礎 硏究(Ⅰ) Preliminary Study(Ⅰ)

The term portfolio has become a popular word in areas of educational research. Unfortunately, the background of educational theories and philosophical perspectives has not been clearly established to support the effectiveness of the use of portfolios in classrooms. In this study, we have reviewed the definitions of portfolio, have analyzed the effectiveness of portfolio in mathematics and science education, and have discussed suggestions and guidelines for teachers how to use portfolios in their classroom. Further, from this study, we proposed that portfolio is grounded in learning process which aligned with Constructivism and individualized instruction. Learning characteristics of students in portfolio classroom include self-refelction upon their own learing, continuous growth in learning, and self-motivated learning. Students also improve academic, personal management, and teamwork skills in the process of learning. Particularly, the use of portfolio in science and mathematics classrooms enhance student's problem solving skill, creativity, reasoning skill, scientific thinking skill, and ability to apply knowledge to real world. It was recommended that teachers and teacher educators need to understand the nature of portfolio in order to effectively implement portfolios in classrooms. Changes in current classroom culture toward portfolio approach would stimulate more effective student learning and improve science and mathematics education in the country.

We analyze and investigate a classification table of activities made if any areas are disproportionated after we classified many shapes to get together the items of mathematics performance assessment the first and the last of the 6th grades of the 10th elementary school in Chinju. We'll also look into other problem in order to research the above matters, we needed to investigate, analyse various patterns, regions, activities and objective for Chinju's 10 elementary schools as regards mathematics performance assessment.
위장관을 침범한 Henoch-Sch o¨nlein purpura 1예

Henoch-Scho¨nlein purpura(H-S purpura) is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis of small vessels that is characterized by nonthrombocytopenic palpable purpura on the buttocks and extremities, arthritis of knees and ankles, glomerulonephritis, and colicky abdominal pain, histologically characterized by leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Gastrointestinal involvement with colicky abdominal pain and GI bleeding, most frequently in jejunum and ileum, occurs in above a half of all patients, but common in children. We performed GI endoscopy in a case of H-S Purpura. Gastroduodenoscopic findings showed erythemas and erosions in gastric antrum, and mucosal edema and petechiae in duodenal 2nd portion. Colonoscopic findings showed 5-10㎜ sized multiple shallow hemorrhagic ulcers in transverse and descending colons We report a case of H-S purpura involving colon with literatural review.
Identification of Psychrophile Shewanella sp. KMG427 as an Eicosapentaenoic Acid Producer

An isolate from holothurians was identified as an eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)-producing bacterium KMG427, which is characterized by EPA synthesis efficiency, by thin layer and gas chromatographic analyses. The EPA production was maximized to more than 10% of the total fatty acids by incubation at $4^{\circ}C$ after cell proliferation at $20^{\circ}C$. The isolated bacterium was categorized as Gram-negative, rod-shaped, aerobic, and motile with a single polar flagellum. According to phylogenetic analysis based on morphological and physiological specificities as an EPA-producing bacterium, the isolate KMG427 was found to belong to the genus Shewanella. The 16S rDNA of KMG427 was revealed to have 100% of sequence identity to that of S. hanedai CIP $103207^T$. Therefore, the isolate might be classified and identified as Shewanella sp. KMG427.
