In a high-speed press, numerous moving links are interconnected and each link executes a constrained motion at high speed. As a consequence, high-level dynamic unbalance force and unbalance moment are transmitted to the main frame of the press, which results in unwanted vibration and significantly degrades manufacturing accuracy. Dynamic unbalance force and unbalance moment inevitably transmits high-level vibrational force to the foundation on which the press is installed. Minimizing the vibrational force transmitted to the foundation is critical for the protection of both the operators and the surrounding structures. The whole task should be carried out in two steps. The first step is to reduce dynamic unbalance based upon kinematic and dynamic analyses. The second step is to design and build an optimal vibration isolation system minimizing the vibrational force transmitted to the foundation. Firstly, the dynamic design method is presented to reduce dynamic unbalance force and moment. For this a 3D CAD software was utilized and a computer program was written to compute dynamic unbalance force and moment. Secondly, the design method for vibration isolation system is presented. The method for designing coil springs and viscous dampers are explained in detail.
개조개(Veneridal Soxidmus Purpuratus Sowerby)의 소화효소에 대하여 (제1보) Amylase의 효소적성질

The enzymatic activity of amylase which was isolated from a shell fish Veneridae Soxidmnus purpuratus Sowerby(Korean name"Gai-jo-gai") was studied and the obtained results were as follows: (1) The optimum pH of the enzyme was Ca. 6.2~6.4. (2) Prohibiting activity of metallic ions for the enzymatic activity was the order of 1/1000M-Mg++>1/1000M-Sr++> 1/000M-Na+, and Ca++ ion''s prohibiting action was hardly showed. (3) Of 3specimens of amylase from Heptapancreas, Gastro-intestine and crystalline style, the highest activity was shown by amylase from crystalline style, and the other two showed almost same degree of activity. (4) Heptapancreas Amylase from the shell fish showed remarkably higher enzymatic activity than the pancreas amylase from a pig.
우무가사리(Gelidium amansii)의 구충성분에 대하여(제 1 보)

Clinical tests revealed that the extracts of Gelidium amansii (Gelidiaceae) had a anthelmintic action and further examinations were made on the anthelmintic components of this seaweed. This anthelmintic principle is adsorbed on alumina and eluted from it by alkali solution. The active principle is adsorbed on activated carbon from aqueous extract and eluted from it by methanol and it is not adsorbed on Amberite IR-120(H-form). This anthelmintic effective fraction was prepared by the use of this properties. Action of the active principle of Gelidium amansii was examined pharmacologically. The active principle of Gelidium amansii was found to decrease the tensity, tonus and mobility of Eisenia foetida(Savigny) nerve muscles. The active principle of this effective fraction was submitted to paper chromatography and spots to ninhydrin were detected at, Rf; 0.30~0.31(yellow), 0.26(violet), 0.2(violet), 0.14~0.13(violet), 0.9(orange) and 0.04(violet).

The enzymatic activity of proteinase which was isolated from a shell fish, Veneridae Soxidomus purpuratus Sowerby (Korean name "Gai-io-gai") was studied, and the obtained results were as follows;(l) The optimum pH of the enzyme was around 7. 5 (2) The prohibiting activity of metallic ions for the enzymatic activity was the order of 1/1000 M-Ag->1/1000M -Zn++>1/1000M-Cd++>1/1000M-Pb++. (3) Of 3 specimens of the enzyme from heptapancreas, gastro-intestine and crystalline style the highest activity was shown by one from crystalline style.

This study was attempted to investigate the dissolution rate and the bioavailability of commercially available rifampicin preparations after oral administration in nine normal volunteers. Cross-over design was used for the analysis. The dissolution test was conducted in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice using basket method with four rifampicin preparations (A, B, C, and D) which were pharmaceutically equivalent. The results were as follows; The dissolution rate was higher in the order of A>C>B>D in artificial gastric juice, and A>B>C>D in artificial intestinal juice. Area under the blood concentration time curve (AUC) was larger in order of A>C>B>D. Relative bioavailability(%) of rifampicin preparations were 93.6% for B, 97% for C, 84.4% for D preparation compared with standard A preparation. Peak blood concentration (Cmax) was higer in order of A>B>C>D. Peak time (Tmax) was larger in order of D>C>A>B. Absorption rate constant (Ka) was larger in order of B>A>D>C. there was little difference in elimination rate constant and biological half-life. The correlation of the dissolution rate in artificial gastric juice and area under the blood concentration time curve as well as correlation of the dissolution rate in artifical intestinal juice and peak time showed significant linear relationship. From the result of the this experiments, it can be concluded that for the choice of preparations, bioavailability must be performed in man because the bioavailability of rifampicin preparations showed big differences among commercial preparations which were abvertised as pharmaceutically equivalent, and that the bioavailability of rifampicin preparations in man partially could be predicted from the results of dissolution rate.
