The enzymatic activity of proteinase which was isolated from a shell fish, Veneridae Soxidomus purpuratus Sowerby (Korean name "Gai-io-gai") was studied, and the obtained results were as follows;(l) The optimum pH of the enzyme was around 7. 5 (2) The prohibiting activity of metallic ions for the enzymatic activity was the order of 1/1000 M-Ag->1/1000M -Zn++>1/1000M-Cd++>1/1000M-Pb++. (3) Of 3 specimens of the enzyme from heptapancreas, gastro-intestine and crystalline style the highest activity was shown by one from crystalline style.

Some enzymatic properties of Cynthia roretzi v. (Drasche Korean : U-Rung-Shei) was studied by author and obtained the following results; Amylase 1. The optimum pH of the digestive gland amylase was 6.8-7.0 2. Activity of metallic ion on the amylase showed the following order; 10-3M Mn++>10-3Mco++> 10-4M Mg++>10-4M Ca++>10-3M Sr++. Inhibition of metallic ion on the amylase showed following order; 10-2M Cd++>10-2M Zn++>10-2M Pb++ 3. The digestive gland enzyme inactivated at 70oC. 4. When the enzyme concentration increase 2 times, the enzymatic activity also increase, but not proportionally. 5. The digestine gland amylase showed remarkably higher enzymatic activity than the intestinal amylase. 6. The digestive gland amylase from the ascidian showed remarkably higher enzymatic activity than the heptancreatic amylase from shell fish (Turbo (Batillus) Cornutus Solander).

Drasche (Korean: U-Rung-Shei) was studied by author. and obtained the following results; 1.The optimum pH of the digestive gland proteinase was 7.4~7.6 2.Activity of metallic ion on the proteinase showed the following order; 10-3 M. Mn++>10-3M. Co++>10-4 M. Mg++>10-2 M. Sr++ Inhibrtion of metallic ion on the Proteinase showed following order; 10-3M. Ag+>10-3M.cd++>10-3 M. Pb++>10-3 M. Zn++ 3.The digestive gland enzyme inactivated at 70oC, but no influence at 50oC. 4.When the enzyme Concentration increase 2times, and 3times, the enzymatic activity also increase, but not proportionally 5.The digestive gland Proteinase showed remarkably higher enzymatic activity than the intestinal Proteinase. 6.The digestive gland amylase brom the ascidion showed remarkably higher enzymatic activity than the heptaponcreatic amylase from shell fish (Turbo (Batillus) Cornutus Solander.)

The enzymatic activity of amylase which was isolated from a shell fish Veneridae Soxidmnus purpuratus Sowerby(Korean name"Gai-jo-gai") was studied and the obtained results were as follows: (1) The optimum pH of the enzyme was Ca. 6.2~6.4. (2) Prohibiting activity of metallic ions for the enzymatic activity was the order of 1/1000M-Mg++>1/1000M-Sr++> 1/000M-Na+, and Ca++ ion''s prohibiting action was hardly showed. (3) Of 3specimens of amylase from Heptapancreas, Gastro-intestine and crystalline style, the highest activity was shown by amylase from crystalline style, and the other two showed almost same degree of activity. (4) Heptapancreas Amylase from the shell fish showed remarkably higher enzymatic activity than the pancreas amylase from a pig.

지부자는 chenopodiaceae에 속하는 댑싸리 Kochia scopara Schrad의 과실로 한방에서 해독, 이뇨등에 사용하는 생약이다. 연자들은 지부자의 성분연구를 시도, 메탄올 추출물로 부터 결정성물질 I, II를 얻었으므로 보고하고자 한다. 물질 I ; mp 310˚, 무색침상결정, Liebermann-Burchard반응양성, IR, NMR spectra등에 의해 12-oleane계 sapogenin인 oleanolic acid로 추정하였다. 물질 II ; mp 296-8˚, 무색결정성물질, Lieber-mann-Burchard 반응양성, Molish 반응양성, TLC, GLC및 효소분해법등에 의해 campesteryl, stigmasteryl, β-sitosteryl-β-D-glucoside로 추정하였다.

Mammary orgamoids(ductal and endbud fragments) were cultured in a complete hormone medium(CHM) with 10%FBS, estradiol, progesterone, hydrocortisone, insulin, and prolactin, Several types of colonies were observed: stellate(14$$\pm$5.5%), duct(41$\pm$5.6%), web(35$\pm$3.6%), squamous(6$\pm$2.1%), and lobuloduct(4$\pm$1.2%), Squamous colony was typical squamous metaplasia(SM) with several layers of squamous epithlia and keratin pearls. At the immunocytochemical study, casein proteins were predominantly localized near the apical surfaces of the cells or in the lumina of ductal or lobuloductal colonies. To inhibit the formation of SM, we treated organoids with all-trans retinoic acid(RA) from 10$^{-6}$ to 10$^{-17}$ M in CHM. Formation of SN was completely inhibited at 10$^{-9}$M RA in CHM. The frequency of lobuloductal colony formation was increased with the augmentation of RA concentration.

LCD 모니터의 백라이트로 CCFL 형광체를 많이 사용하고 있으나 그 불량여부는 육안에 의존하고 있다. 육안 검사를 함으로써 부품에 대한 일관성 있는 검사가 결여되고, 노동집약적인 검사로 인해 산업적 재해가 발생할 수 있다. CCFL 불량유무를 자동으로 판별하기 위해서는 CCFL 구조에 따른 영역 구분이 필수적이며, 실시간 검사 처리를 위한 처리속도도 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CCFL의 불량 유무를 판별하기 위한 전처리 과정으로서 영상정규화와 검사영역분할방법을 제안하고 그 성능을 살펴보았다. Hough 변환을 이용한 정규화방법과 템플릿 매칭을 이용한 검사영역분할방법과 비교분석을 통하여, 본 논문에서 제시한 방법이 실시간 시스템에서 더 좋은 성능을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

LCD 모니터의 백라이트로 CCFL 형광체를 많이 사용하고 있으나 그 불량여부는 육안에 의존하고 있다. 그러나 육안 검사는 CCFL 현광체의 불량에 대한 일관성 있는 기준이 결여되고, 노동집약적인 검사로 인해 산업적 재해가 발생할 수 있다. CCFL 불량유무를 자동 판별하기 위해서는 물리적 촬영환경과 자동검출 알고리즘이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 CCFL 형광체의 불량을 자동으로 검사하기 위한 촬영 환경을 설명하고, 그 촬영환경에 알맞은 대표적인 불량검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험결과에 따르면, 알고리즘은 불량 판별율 98.86%와 과검율 3.34%의 성능을 보였다.
왕고들빼기의 혈청 콜레스테롤 저하효과 및 트리테르페노이드 성분

A methanol extract of the herbs of Lactuca indica L. effectively decreased the serum levels of total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol when orally administered with diet. On fractionation of the extract, a chloroform-soluble fraction showed the similar effects with the methanol extract. Chromatographic separation afforded a miarture of triterpene alcohols and their acyl derivatives. A mixture of triterpene alcohols were identified as β-amyrin, α-amyrin, lupeol, pseudotaraxasterol, taraxasterol and germani col on the basis of spectroscopic methods. The acyl moieties in the corresponding acyl mixture were characterized as acetates and palmitates, respectively. And three kinds of sterol such as β-sitossterol, compesterol and stigmasterol were isolated as a mixture state.
