Omeprazole(OMZ)-cholestyramine(CHL) and various OMZ-Dowex resin complexes were prepared by reaction between OMZ and activated resins in 0.1N NaOH solution. And their physical properties were tested by means of infrared(IR), differential scaning caloimeter(I)SC), X-ray diffraction. Chemical stability of OMZ-CHL was increased markedly compared with OMZ and the decomposition of OMZ-CHI, followed the pseudo first-order kinetics and the rate constants were 2.743×10 ^4/day at 20℃, 7.83×10 ^3day under 80% RH and 1.68×10 ^2day under UV radiation, respectively. On the other hand, the rate constants of OMZ were 2.996×10 ^4day at 20℃, 1.17×10 ^4day under 85% RH, and 4.07×10^2 day under UV radiation, respectively. The rates of dissolution of OMZ-CHL bulk and OMZ-CHI, tablet were 100% and more than 85% in 15 minutes, respectively, which were increased than OMZ base and OMZ-tablet. In the acute toxicological test, the value of oral LD_50(mouse) was 4.608 g/㎏. OMZ-CHL was pelletized using lactose, polyethyle neglycol(PEG), D-sorbitol, Avicel PH 101, sodium laurylsulfate and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) K-30, and enteric coated with HPMCP, Myvacet, acetone, ethanol and cetanol, of which dissolution rate was found to be more than 85% in 10 minutes. From the above results, it was found that OMZ-OML, is a useful means for development of new oral dosage forms of OMZ.

The object of this study is to investigate the effect of compounded welding by using acoustic emission (AE) signals for weld heat affected zone (HAZ) in tensile testing. This study was carried out a SM 490A high tension steel for electronic shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), CO₂ gas arc welding and TIG welding. And correspondingly, the root openings are 3, 4 and 2.8㎜. Data displays are based on the measured parameters of the AE signals, along with environmental variables such as time and load. These history plots give us useful and powerful information to analyze the results of material evaluation testing.
오메프라졸과 Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin의 포접화합물 형성과 특성

Inclusion complex of omeprazole(OMZ) with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) was prepared by freeze-drying method. The complexation was confirmed by means of UV, CD, IR, DSC, XRD and ^1H-NMR spectra. The benzimidazole moiety of OMZ might be found to be included into the cavity of HP-β-CD and the inclusion complex appeared to be A_L type. The stoichiometric ratio of OMZ:HP-β-CD was found to be 1:1, and the stability constants of the inclusion complex by solubility and UV method were about 34 and 45 M^-1, respectively. The dissolution of OMZ was significantly enhanced from powder and, yablet of OMZ-HP-β-CD complex when compared to those of OMZ alone, and oil-to-water partition coefficient of OMZ-HP-β-CD complex was significantly higher than that of OMZ alone. Therefore, it was expected that the bioavailability of OMZ could be improved markedly by inclusion complexation of OMZ with HP-β-CD.

To find out the effects or Chungsangboha-tang on allergic asthma. We had checked change of respiratory pattern, frequency ratio of abnormal respiratory rate, change of eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal mucosa in experimental animal which was evoked allergic asthma then got the following results. 1. There was no significant difference in individual respiratory pattern between sample group which was treated with Chungsangboha-tang and control group. 2. To compare with control group, statistically sample group was showed significant decrease(p<0.05) frequency ratio of abnormal repiratory rate which was mean of expiratory respiration difficulty. 3. To compare with control group, statistically sample group, which was treated with Chungsangboha-tang, showed significant decrease(p<0.05) eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal mucosa.

From the results of AE(Acoustic Emission) source location occurred by the spot exciting as suggested in this research, it has been confirmed that AE technique is quite fruitful in figuring out the location of the occurrence, form, size and direction of the defects. As the results of examining the distribution of event for the angle of crack α to Xs and Ys, as the increases from 0˚~90˚, gradually changes its width from the axis Xs to the axis Ys. So event appears approximately similar in its size at the angle of crack α=45˚, yet opposite when a is lager. It is believed that this is a phenomenon where its crack length a, assumed as a planar defect, is to be projected toward the direction with a larger size. Thus, it is expected that the application of the experimental method suggested in this study would make it possible to identify the location of the defect in the material in the nondestructive way.
맞대기 용접 이음재 인장시험에서 발생한 음향방출 신호의 웨이블릿 변환과 응용

This study was carried out fusion-welded butt joints in SWS 490A high strength steel subjected to tensile test that load-deflection curve. The windowed or short-time Fourier transform (WFT or SIFT) makes possible for the analysis of non-stationary or transient signals into a joint time-frequency domain and the wavelet transform (WT) is used to decompose the acoustic emission (AE) signal into various discrete series of sequences over different frequency bands. In this paper, for acoustic emission signal analysis to use a continuous wavelet transform, in which the Gabor wavelet base on a Gaussian window function is applied to the time-frequency domain. A wavelet transform is demonstrated and the plots are very powerful in the recognition of the acoustic emission features. As a result, the technique of acoustic emission is ideally suited to study variables which control time and stress dependent fracture or damage process in metallic materials.

This study was carried out an SWS 490A, high tension steel for electric shield metal arc welding(SMAW), CO₂gas arc welding and TIG welding. Data displays are based on the measured parameters of the AE signals, along with environmental variables such as time and load. The accumulated AE event curve of HAZ definitely have the point of inflection subject to tensile test. The results of the tensile test of HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding >TIG welding in case of single welding, but generally the tensile test of HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > TIG welding > CO₂ gas arc welding. These history plots give us useful and powerful information to analyze the results of material evaluation testing.
음향방출을 이용한 일방향 탄소섬유강화 플라스틱의 손상평가에 관한 연구

This study is to investigate a damage estimation of single edge notched tensile specimens as a function of acoustic emission(AE) according to the uni-directionally oriented carbon fiber/epoxy composites, CFRP. In fiber reinforced composite materials, AE signals due to several types of failure mechanisms are typically observed. These are due to fiber breakage, fiber pull-out, matrix cracking, delamination, and splitting or fiber bundle breaking. And these are usually discriminated on the basis of amplitude distribution, event counts, and energy related parameters. In this case, AE signals were analyzed and classified 3 regions by AE event counts, energy and amplitude for corresponding applied load. Bath-tub curve shows 3 distinct periods during the lifetime of a single-edge-notch(SEN) specimen. The characterization of AE generated from CFRP during SEN tensile test is becoming an useful tool for the prediction of damage failure or/and failure mode analysis.

This study was carried out an SWS 490A high tension steel for electric shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), CO₂ gas arc welding and TIG welding. And correspondingly, the root openings are 3, 4 and 2.8㎜. The results of the tensile test of weld HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding > TIG welding in case of single welding. It is believed that this is a phenomenon where difference of its root opening or base metal thickness. Also, the technique of AE is ideally suited to study variables which control time and stress dependent fracture or damage process in metallic materials.
