The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting satisfaction of the park by selecting Gyeongchun Line Forest Park as the target site to relieve the inconvenience of people using a park. As the number of park users increased after COVID-19, complaints about using the park also increased. Through the survery the factors affecting satisfaction were identified by dividing them into categories of saftey, accessibility, and comfort and do an on-site investigation. In order to increase the safisfaction of the park, lighting and visual connection were important in terms of saftey, accessibility and guidance width and movement speed were importatnt in comfort.

신경흥분독성과 간질발작발현은 glutamate 수용체활성과 연관이 있다고 알려져 있다. a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole-propionate (AMPA), kainate 수용체에 대한 glutamate 활성을 포함하는 다양한 기전을 가진 항전간제인 Topiramate는 신경보호작용을 가진다는 증거가 제시되어 Topiramate가 간질발작 후 해마의 glutamate 수용체 발현에 미치는 효과를 관찰하였다. 흰쥐에 kainate를 복강 내 주사하여 간질중첩증을 유발시킨 후 Topiramate를 1주일 주사하였다 Apop tag in situ detection kit를 이용하여 세포손상을 관찰한 결과 kainate 유발 간질중첩증 1주일 후 해마의 CA1, CA3에서 심각한 세포사를 보였으나, Topiramte 처리 군에서는 세포사가 현저히 감소하였다. 간질중첩증 이후 NMDA 수용체 아형 1,2a, 2b 발현이 현저히 증가했으나 Topiramate 처치에 의해 NMDA수용체의 발현에는 뚜렷한 변화가 없었다. AMPA수용체에서는 GluR1이 간질중첩증 이후 현저히 상향 조정되었고 GluR2는 현저히 하향조정 되었다 Topiramate 1주일 처리 시 간질중첩증으로 인해 변화된 CluR1과 GluR2의 발현이 역전되었다. 결론적으로 Topiramate는 간질중침증에 의한 CluR1/CluR2 발현비의 증가로 유발되는 흥분성 신경세포사를 억제시킴으로써 신경보호작용이 있는 것으로 보인다. Excitotoxicity and epileptogenesis have often been associated with glutamate receptor activation. Accumulating evidences indicates that topiramate (TPM), an antiepileptic drug with multiple mechanisms of action has neuroprotective activity. We explored the neuroprotective effect of TPM on the status epilepticus (SE)-induced hippocampal neuronal death. After development of SE by kainite injection (15 mg/Kg), rats were treated with TPM (10mg/kg) for 1 week. The neuronal death was detected by Apop tag in situ detection kit, and the expression levels of glutamate receptors were semi-quantitatively analyzed by immunoblot. Kainate-induced SE caused a significant neuronal death and cell loss in CAI and CA3 regions of hippocampus at 1 week. However, treatment of TPM for 1 week after SE markedly reduced hippocampal neuronal death. The expression of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor subunit 1, was increased by SE, but was not affected by 1 week treatment of TPM. The expressions of NMDA receptor subunit 2a and 2b were not changed by either SE or TPM. As for ${\alpha}-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole-propionate$ (AMPA) glutamate receptors (GluR), kainate-induced SE markedly up-regulated GluR1 expression but down-regulated GluR2 expression, leading to increased formation of $Ca^{2+}$ permeable GluR2- lacking AMPA receptors. TPM administration for 1 week attenuated SE-induced expression of both the up-regulation of GluR1 and down-regulation of GluR2, reversing the ratio of GluR1/GluR2 to the control value. In conclusion, TPM protects neuronal cell death against glutamate induced excitotoxicity in kainate-induced SE model, supporting the potential of TPM as a neuroprotective agent.

이 연구는 도시근린공원에서의 범죄예방환경설계 효과성 검증을 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 선행연구에서 활용된 범죄예방환경설계 평가항목을 활용하여 대상 공원 두 곳의 범죄예방환경설계 수준을 객관적으로 평가하였고, 설계 수준이 우수한 공원과 낮은 공원 방문객들을 대상으로 각각 범죄피해두려움을 측정하였다. 분석결과 설계 수준이 우수한 공원보다 설계 수준이 낮은 공원에서 방문객들의 범죄피해두려움이 더 높게 나타남을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 두 공원에서 느끼는 범죄피해두려움의 평균차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이로 확인되었다. 따라서 도시근린공원에서의 범죄예방환경설계는 이용객들의 범죄피해 두려움을 낮추는 효과가 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이 연구는 범죄피해두려움에 영향을 미치는 다른 요인들을 통제하지 못하였다는 점, 조사대상 공원의 범죄예방환경설계 수준에 대한 평가의 정교성이 다소 낮다는 점 등의 한계가 존재한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 ‘CPTED 인식’과 범죄피해두려움의 관계를 주로 검토하여 효과성을 검증하고자 한 기존 선행연구와는 달리 객관적 평가척도를 활용하여 설계수준 차이에 따른 범죄피해 두려움의 차이를 검증함으로써 CPTED의 효과성을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있는 연구라 하겠다. This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of crime prevention environment design in urban neighborhood parks. To achieve the objectives of the research, the crime prevention environmental design evaluation items used in the previous studies were objectively evaluated, and the crime prevention environment design levels of two target parks were objectively evaluated. Fear of crime was measured. As a result, visitors were found to have higher fears of crime victimization in parks with lower design level than those with better design level, and the average difference between crime fears felt between two parks was statistically significant. Therefore, the design of crime prevention environment in urban neighborhood parks can be said to reduce the fear of crime victims. However, this study has limitations such as the lack of control of other factors affecting the fear of crime, and the low level of elaboration of the assessment of crime prevention environment design of the park under investigation. Nevertheless, unlike previous studies that mainly examined the relationship between CPTED awareness and fear of crime, CPTED by verifying the difference of crime damage fear according to the design level by using objective evaluation scale. It is a meaningful study in that it verified the effectiveness of.

Objectives: This study aimed to survey the characteristics of air quality and meteorological conditions in a greenway park. Methods: We measured meteorological and health related factors, including noise, particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) and selected gaseous air pollutants at three locations in a greenway park and on a general roadside as comparison. The measurements were repeated four times from April to October 2014. Results: The average air temperature in the greenway park was $20.7^{\circ}C$ which was $1-2^{\circ}C$ lower than on the general roadside. The average $PM_{10}$ concentration in the greenway park was $85.0{\mu}g/m^3$, a level 2-3 times lower than that at the roadside. The noise level at the greenway site was 4.4 dB(A)- 23.0 dB(A) lower than at the roadside. The average CO, $CO_2$, $SO_2$ and NOx concentrations in the greenway park were lower than at the roadside. The average phytoncide and anions concentrations in the greenway park were higher than at the roadside. Conclusions: The urban forest of the greenway park may have some impact on air quality and meteorological conditions.
Electrical, Thermal, and Thermoelectric Transport Properties of Se-doped Polycrystalline Re2Te5

Re2Te5 is considered a potential thermoelectric material because of its intrinsically low thermalconductivity, due to its complex crystal structure. Herein, a series of Se-doped Re2Te5 (Re2Te5-xSex, x = 0, 0.2,1, and 2) samples were synthesized, and their electrical and thermal transport properties were investigated. Pure orthorhombic Re2Te5 phases were successfully synthesized without any impurities for all compositions,and the continuous decrease in the calculated lattice parameters confirmed the substitution of Se atoms atthe Te sites. A maximum power factor of 0.135 mW/mK2was achieved for the sample with x = 0.2 at 880 K,mainly due to the increase in carrier concentration and electrical conductivity. The lattice thermalconductivity significantly decreased for all doped samples, which was attributed to the point defect phononscattering caused by Se doping. The thermoelectric figure of merit, zT reached a maximum value of 0.20 at880 K for Re2Te4.8Se0.2 (x = 0.2) sample, which was approximately 22% higher than that of the pristine Re2Te5sample. The weighted mobility, quality factor, and expected zT were calculated to evaluate the optimizationof the power factor and zT.

<P>Significant enhancement of solution-processed CuInxGa1-x(Se,S)(2) (CIGSSe) thin-film solar cell performance was achieved by inducing a band gap gradient in the film thickness, which was triggered by the chalcogenization process. Specifically, after the preparation of an amorphous mixed oxide film of Cu, In, and Ga by a simple paste coating method chalcogenization under Se vapor, along with the flow of dilute H2S gas, resulted in the formation of CIGSSe films with graded composition distribution: S-rich top, In- and Se-rich middle, and Ga- and S-rich bottom. This uneven compositional distribution was confirmed to lead to a band gap gradient in the film, which may also be responsible for enhancement in the open circuit voltage and reduction in photocurrent loss, thus increasing the overall efficiency. The highest power conversion efficiency of 11.7% was achieved with J(sc) of 28.3 mA/cm(2), V-oc of 601 mV, and FF of 68.6%.</P>

This suty deals with the dynamic sales behavior of wuccessive generations of high-technology consumer durables. Norton and Bass(1987), Nahajan and Muller(1996), and Jun and Park(1999) have proposed extensions of the Bass(1969) diffusion model to capture simultaneously the substitution and diffusion patterns for each successive generation of technological innovation. Jun and Park categorize sales data for multigenerational products based on whether the data distinguish between upgrade demand and first-purchase demand. That is. they reger to the case where the two demands are distinguishable in the sales data as Type I and to the case where they are not distinguishable as Type Il and then develop Type I and Type Ⅱ models which can be applied to data of each type. Furthermore, they assert that the models of Norton and Bass(1987) and Mahajan and Muller(1996) can only be applied to data of Type Ⅰ. but no existing model except for their Type Ⅱ model can be applied in the cas of Type Ⅱ data. In this article, Ⅰ propose a new multigeneration diffusion model that can be applied to data of Type Ⅱ. ThenⅠapply the Type Ⅱ model(JP2) of Jun and Park and the proposed model(NB2) in this study to the worldwide PC sales data(i.e. TypeⅡdata). Empirical comparison results reveal that in terms of fitting ability and predictive validity, the proposed mode(NB2) performs better than the Type Ⅱ model(JP2) of Jun and Park.

Recently the demand regarding reliability and safety of the railroad are increased as built to Driverless LRT system. Therefore PM and SE technique is applied for efficient management of a construction business. In case of SE(System Engineering) in domestic most foreign companies are doing to lead but we are under effort for the environment that a domestic company can lead. In this study We emphasize to SE importance of pre-business for operation to be effective of Driveless LRT system and propose about activities in the SE at requirements definitions and requirements analysis steps of a highest level. To achieve this We propose SE Application Methods of Pre-Business regarding assistance process of project planning evaluation and control and risk management.

Discussing functional category CP, I will follow Chomsky's(1996) allowing a multiple specifier construction. In this paper, I will suggest Outer Spec-Head Agreement (hereafter, OSHA) and argue that OSHA is optimal to solve the problems of some linguistic phenomena in English and Korean. If we accept OSHA as well as Spec-Head Agreement in functional category CP, explanatory power of formal grammar will be more increased. (Chodang University)
