      • 영도산 생물다양성의 분류학적 측정과 도시생태학적 평가 Ⅱ. 벌목

        부산 영도 봉래산의 생태계를 이해하기 위한 일환으로 벌목에 대해 조사를 하였다. 봉래산에서 총 13과 101속 123종이 조사되었는데 그 중 점박이 땅벌이 13.14%를 나타내어 우점종을 나타내었고 그 뒤로 말벌, 장수말벌, 좀말벌, 곰개미가 따랐다. 따라서 봉래산에 서식하는 벌목 중에서 말벌과에 속한 종들이 우점군을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 봉래산의 식생이 빈약하기 때문에 식생의 영향을 많이 받는 맵시벌과나 꿀벌과에 비해 말벌과가 적응도가 높은 것으로 보인다. 그래서 봉래산에 있는 벌목의 종다양성 확보를 위해서는 봉래산 실정에 맞는 생태적인 질의 향상을 모색해 알맞은 장소에서 복원을 해야 할 것이다. Insects may provide the important clues related to human death. The insects are a good substitute to traditional materials for forensic analysis to estimate postmortem intervals and location of bodies. In case of decayed or dried remains, it is difficult to carry out precise analysis in traditional materials as muscles or internal organs decayed, while insects feeding on cadavers may be appropriate for the analysis. Various toxins and drugs were discussed for their impact on insects and their fates in insects in forensic aspects of view.

      • 石灰 및 苦土가 土壤內 有效成分變化와 水稻生育에 미치는 影響

        pH 5.5의 耕作土壤에 石灰를 1-6me/100gr까지 增加시켜 土壤內 成分과 水稻生育에 對하여 몇 가지 結果를 얻었으며, 역시 同一土壤에 Mg를 1-4me/100gr 施用하여 몇 가지 結果를 얻었다. (1) Ca當量別 增加에 따라 exch-Ca와 pH의 變化는 比例的으로 增加되어 高度의 相關이 있다. (2) 有效燐酸, 可溶性SiO2, 有機物, 活性鐵, 置換性 苦土等의 含量變化는 認定되지 않았다. (3) 燐酸의 吸收係數는 Ca施用에 따라 正 相關이 認定된다. (4) Ca施用에 따라 生育面에 莖數, 穗數는 減少되어 負相關이 認定된다. (5) 草長, 稈長, 稔實率, 穗當着粒數에는 變化가 認定되지 않는다. (6) Mg를 1-4me/100gr 增加施用에 따라 土壤內 exch-Mg와 有效燐酸은 增加되었다. (7) pH 및 基他成分은 變化가 나타나지 않았다. (8) Mg施用에 따라 生育은 草長, 莖數는 增加가 없었고 穗數와 稈長이 增加된 傾向이고 基他는 變化가 없다. Some results of rice growth and available element in soil were obtained by application 1-6me/100gr of calcium and 1-4me/100gr of magnessium in a soil which was pH 5.5. The results of the study showed the followings. 1. Increasing the application of calcium, exch-Ca, pH and absorption coefficient of phosphorus were increased proportionally, but available ??, soluble SiO₂, O.M., active Fe and exch-Mg were not changed. 2. Number of Penicles and tillers were decreased proportionally but plant height, the length of culm, rate of grain formation and number of grain per penicle were not changed. 3. Increasing the application of magnessium, exch-Mg and available ?? were increased but the others were not changed. 4. Plant height and number of penicles were not increased but the number of tillers and the length of culm had tendency to increase.

        This thesis is an attempt to study in regard to a distinguishing mark and an origin of Sa-Sang (Four aspects) Medicine in Eui weun Noun (醫源論) : medical History) of the Domg-Eui-Su-Sae-Bo-Weun (東醫壽世保元) which was written by Lee Je Ma who was the one of the excellent oriental medical scholar in Korea, and futhermore to deep comprehension in Sa-Sang Constitutional medicine (四象體質醫學) which is Unique and sciantific. In this study, we has come to the conclusion ad follows ; 1. S.S.C.M. which was created by Dong-Moo (東武公) is the unique and excellent medicine. 2. In S.S.C.M. it is emphasized that an unballanced emotion is the one of the most important etiological factor. 3. S.S.C.M. come within the category of the traditional theory of the oriental medicine.

        하악 제1대구치의 치근 만곡에 영향을 주는 요인

        Purpose : To find the cause of root curvature by use of panoramic and lateral cephalometric radiograph. Materials and Methods : Twenty six 1st graders whose mandibular 1st molars just emerged into the mouth were selected. Panoramic and lateral cephalometric radiograph were taken at grade 1 and 6, longitudinally. In cephalometric radio graph, mandibular plane angle, ramus-occlusal plane angle, gonial angle, and gonion-gnathion distance (Go-Gn distance) were measured. In panoramic radio graph, elongated root length and root angle were measured by means of digital subtraction radiography. Occlusal plane-tooth axis angle was measured, too. Pearson correlations were used to evaluate the relationships between root curvature and elongated length and longitudinal variations of all variables. Multiple regression equation using related variables was computed. Results : The Pearson correlation coefficient between curved angle and longitudinal variations of occlusal plane-tooth axis angle and ramus-occlusal plane angle was 0.350 and 0.401, respectively (p<0.05). There was no significant correlation between elongated root length and longitudinal variations of all variables. The resulting regression equation was Y=10.209+0.208X_(1)+0.745X_(2) (Y: root angle, X_(1): variation of occlusal plane-tooth axis angle, X_(2): variation of ramus-occlusal plane angle). Conclusion: It was suspected that the reasons of root curvature were change of tooth axis caused by contact with 2nd deciduous tooth and amount of mesial and superior movement related to change of occlusal plane.       • 영도산 생물다양성의 분류학적 측정과 도시생태학적 평가 I. 점변태 곤충군

        The Orthoptera and Hemiptera were investigated as a part of the survey to understand the ecosystem of Mt. Bongrae at the Islet Youngdo in Busan. Orthopteran fauna was consisted with 30 species belonging to 27 genera and 7 families. Acrida cinerea cinerea (Thunberg) was the most abundant species occcupying 13.58% in individual numbers. Hemipteran fauna was consisted with 58 species assigned to 53 genera and 16 families. Cletus punctiger (Dallas) was the most abundant species reaching to 22.70% of the total hemipteran individuals. The analysis of insect-communities suggested that Mt. Bongrae had poorly supported the insect groups for habitats and feeding ground due to low diversity of plants and fragmentation resulted by human interference. It was suggested to practice the restoration program to build up the ecological quality of the fauna on biogeographical and conservation principles.

      • 중부산 지역의 도시화와 왕바다리 Polistes rothneyi koreanus (Vecht) (말벌과: 쌍살벌아과)의 우점분포의 관계

        부산광역시에서 가장 도시화된 중부산 지역에서 1996년에서 2005년 사이에 왕바다리 Polistes rothneyi korenus (Vecht)의 분포 영역과 경향을 조사하였다. 쌍살벌 종류 중에서 왕바다리는 중부산 전역에 우점적 분포를 하지만 숲의 중심에서 출현빈도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 별쌍살벌 P. snelleni, 두점박이쌍살벌 P. chinensis, 어리별쌍살벌 P. nipponensis는 도시화 된 지역보다는 대체로 숲 중심으로 기록되며 극히 제한된 분포를 보였다. 따라서 왕바다리는 도시화된 지역에서 녹지와 도시화 공간 모두에 광범위하게 서식하는 중부산지역의 우점적인 쌍살벌 종으로 나타났다. Distribution tendency of Polistes rotnenyi koreanus (Vecht) was investigated in the urbanized central Busan areas between 1996 and 2005. P. rothenyi was recorded from most investigated sites although the species was distinctly declined at the forest-centre. The other polispine wasps P. snelleni, P. chinensis and P. nipponensis seem to limit their nesting sites at more natural areas than urbanized areas. P. rothneyi was likely to be the most predominant species widely both in urban and natural areas in the urbanized central Busan areas.

        We get conclusions as follows based on this study. First, Field practice should be carried out whenever it is needed. That is industrial schools must become the institutions of raising good industrial manpower. Second, We intensify the development of program and text for the guidance of field practice to increase application in industry. Third, We need participation of huge enterprise in addition to that of small now and establish support organization in civil economic part. Fourth, we must solve the shortage of practice and experiment by using ultra-modern equipment through field practice. Fifth, we must raise technical and functional manpower having strong international competition among government, related officials and civil parts. Sixth, we must changed all situations and reorganize institutions considering the shortage of manpower.
