        One of the most popular and promising technique for improving accuracy in positioning is the differential GPS(DGPS), which has been very well developed for applications of various areas during last decade because of Its high accuracy. The actual positioning error of DGPS depends on the separation of a reference station and users, error correction data update rate, and the sophistication of the computer processing techniques. In this paper, positioning errors of users with varying error correction update rate and time delay have been obtained using postprocessing.

        신체화장애 환자의 스트레스 대처방식 및 심리적 특성

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress coping strategies and psychological charactehstics, such as combined psychopathology and tendency of symptom interpretation, in patients with somatization disorder. Methods : Thirty patients meeting the criteria of DSM-IV somatization disorder were compared with thirty controls. We evaluated the subjects using Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R), Somato-Sensory Amplification Scale (SSAS), Symptom Interpretation Questionnaire (SIQ), and The Ways of Stress Coping Questionnaire (SCQ). Independent t-test and Pearson correlation analysis were used. Results : From the results of SCL-90-R subscales, the scores of somatization, obsession-compulsion, depression, anxiety, and psychoticism were significantly higher in patients with somatization disorder than nonnal controls. Somatization disorder patients had greater amplification of physical sensation in SSAS and significantly higher score in physical interpretation of SIQ compared with psychological or environmental interpretation, In the SCQ of somatization disorder patients, we observed generallylower levels of total coping scores than the control group and significant positive correlation between passive coping style of SCQ and psychological interpretation of SIQ. Conclusion : These results show that patients with somatization disorder have various psychopathology, greater amplification of physical sensation, physical interpretation tendency of symptoms, and insufficient copying strategy.

      • Bacillus sp. CS-17을 이용하여 제조한 청국장의 발효기간에 따른 향기성분 변호

        전통식으로 담근 청국장과 Bacillus sp. CS-17을 이용하여 제조한 청국장의 향기성분을 비교하였다. 전통식으로 제조한 청국장에서 동정된 향기성분은 hydrocarbone류가 5종, alcohol류가 5종, ester류가 4종, acid류가 3종, aldehyde류가 2종, ketone류가 2종, phenol류가 3종, furan류가 2종, pyrazine류가 4종 등 30종이 확인되었다. Bacillus sp. CS-17을 이용한 청국장에서 동정된 향기성분은 hydrocarbone류가 3종, alcohol류가 2종, aldehyde류가 2종, ketone류가 2종, phenol류가 3종, furan류가 3종, pyrazine류가 5종, pyridine류가 3종, 질소함유화합물로는 2종, thiazole류가 1종, 기타 화합물로 1종 등 모두 27종이 확인되었다. 동정된 성분 중에서 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzaldehyde, 2-heptanone, 2-furancarboxaldehyde, 2.3-dimethyl-5-ethylpyrazine, 2-picoline, 3-picoline, 5-ethy1-2-picoline, trimethyloxazole, 1,2,6-trimethylpiperidine, 2,4,5-trimethylthiazole 및 chloroform 등의 성분들은 전통식으로 제조한 청국장에서는 확인이 되지 않았으나, Bacillus sp. CS-17을 이용한 청국장에서는 동정되었다. This study was conducted to compare flavor components of chunggugjang fermentated with Bacillus sp. CS-17 to those of traditional chunggugjang. 30 flavor components identified in traditional chunggugjang. 30 flavor components identified in traditional chunggugjang were five hydrocarbones, five alcohols, four esters, three acids, two aldehydes, two ketones, three phenols, two furans and four pyrazines. 27 flavor components identified chunggugjang fermentated with Bacillus sp. CS-17 were three hydrocarbones, two alcohols, two aldehydes, two ketones, three phenols, three furans, five pyrazines, three pyridines, two nitrogen containing compounds, one thiazole and one other compounds. Among the detected components, 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzaldehyde, 2-heptanone, 2-furancarboxaldehyde, 2,3-dimethyl-5-ethylpyrazine, 2-picoline, 3-picoline, 5-ethy1-2-picoline, trimethyloxazole, 1,2,6-trimethylpiperidine, 2,4,5-trimethylthiazole and chloroform were identified in chunggugjang fermentared with Bacillus sp. CS-17, but not in traditional chunggugjang.

      • 보리등겨로 제조한 간장의 향기성분

        새로운 장류제품으로서 보리등겨의 이용방안을 모색하기 위하여 간장을 만들어 연구하였다. 보리로 제조한 간장의 갈색화는 점차적으로 증가 하였으며 완만한 변화를 보였다. 향기성분으로는 4-vinyl-2-methoxy-phenol, benzeneacetaldehyde, palmitic acid, 2-furancatboxaldehyde, methyl-9, 12-octadecadienoate, di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, diethyl phtalate, dibytyl-1,2-benzenedicatboxylate, 5-methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde, 3,4-dimethyl-1h-pyrazole, phenylethyl alcohol, dioctyl-hexanedioate, dimethyl-1,2-benzenedicatboxylate, benzaldehyde, methional, 2-methoxy-phenol, n-furfurylidene-3-methylbutyl amine, 1-furfuryl-2-formyl pyrrole, tetradrcanoic acid, 5-methyl-pyrimidine, 4-methyl-5-hydroxymethyl-imidazole, maltol, 5-(5-methyl-2-furanyl)methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde 순으로 높은 함량을 차지 하였다. For investigation of new utilization as jang-products, kanjang was prepared using barely bran. This study was conducted to investigate flavor components of kanjang during fermentation time. The optical density was gradually increased. Among the flavor components identified in kanjang made with barley bran, the contents of 4-viny1-2-methoxy-phenol was the most in quantity followed by benzeneacetaldehyde, palmitic acid, 2-furancarboxaldehyde, methyl-9,12-octadecadienoate, di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, diethyl phtalate, dibutyl-1,2-benzendicarboxylate, 5-methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde, 3,4-dimethyl-1h-pyrazole, phenylethyl alcohol, dioctyl-hexanedioate, dimethyl-1,2-benzenedicarboxylate, benzaldehyde, methional, 2-methoxy-phenol, n-furfurylidene-3-methylbutyl amine, 1-furfuryl-2-formyl pyrrole, tetradecanoic acid, 5-methyl-pyrimidine, 4-methyl-5-hydroxymethyl-imidazole, maltol and 5-(5-methyl-2-furanyl)methyl-2-furancarboxaldegyde.

      • 가막사리(Bidens tripartita L.)와 미국가막사리(Bidens frondosa L.) 종자의 발아에 미치는 몇가지 요인

        The experiments were conducted to determine the factors such as light and darkness, phytohormone and seed coat, influencing on seed germination of Bidens tripartita L. and B. frondosa. The seeds of both species were germinated when seed coat was damaged and weakened GA3 and BA stimulated germination of both species but ABA and IAA had no effect on germination of them, which ranged 50.0% to 80.0%. In B. forndosa, when inner layer of seed coat was removed, germination was highly promoted up to 96.7% compared with 10.0% germination rate in another treatments.

        Operation Limit of Flow Control for a Bistable Fluidic Valve

        The limitation of flow control for a bistable fluidic valve has been investigated. The physical model of the fluidic valve includes two main flow outlets and two control flow inlets. The experiments were conducted with pressure regulators, mass flow meters, and piezo sensors to analyze flow switching characteristics of the fluidic valve. The experimental data such as pressure and mass flow rate of control flows and the switching time of the main flow was obtained with various operating conditions. The operation limit of the fluidic valve is identified, and a model equation for pre-estimating the minimum control pressure to switch the direction of the main flow has been proposed.

        Ising-Type Magnetic Ordering in Atomically Thin FePS<sub>3</sub>

        <P>Magnetism in two-dimensional materials is not only of fundamental scientific interest but also a promising candidate for numerous applications. However, studies so far, especially the experimental ones, have been mostly limited to the magnetism arising from defects, vacancies, edges, or chemical dopants which are all extrinsic effects. Here, we report on the observation of intrinsic antiferromagnetic ordering in the two-dimensional limit. By monitoring the Raman peaks that arise from zone folding due to antiferromagnetic ordering at the transition temperature, we demonstrate that FePS3 exhibits an Ising-type antiferromagnetic ordering down to the monolayer limit, in good agreement with the Onsager solution for two-dimensional order disorder transition. The transition temperature remains almost independent of the thickness from bulk to the monolayer limit with T-N similar to 118 K, indicating that the weak interlayer interaction has little effect on the antiferromagnetic ordering.</P>
