        전통 사상 및 교육 방법의 현대 도덕 교육과정에서의 활용 가능성 연구

        도덕은 하나의 철학적, 심리적 상념으로서도 존재하지만, 실천으로 이어져야만 비로소 도덕으로서 역할을 할 수 있게 된다. 기본적으로 도덕이란 타자가 자신과 공존할 때, 그 타자와의 관계에서 좋음(goodness) 또는 옳음(righteousness)을 추구하는 것이기 때문이다. 그런 도덕이란 대부분 본능적으로 체득할 수 없기에 도덕교육이 있게 되는데, 한국인의 경우 서구와 다른 도덕적 전통을 갖고 있으며 따라서 서구적 도덕교육으로 충분하지 않거나, 전통적 도덕교육을 활용함으로써 더 나은 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 가능성을 찾을 수 있다. 그런 견지에서 전통의 실천적 의미를 재해석하고 활용하는 일은 한편의 논문으로는 너무 방대한 과제이다. 그래서 이 글에서는 비교와 범주화, 그리고 활용의 편의를 위해 전통을 ‘근세 유교(조선왕조 이후의 유교) 전통’으로 한정짓고, 다시 도덕교육 가운데 현행 도덕과 교육의 교육과정을 전통 교육과정과 비교함으로써 일정한 성과를 얻고자 하였다. 전통 교육과정은 기(氣)의 발달에 근거하여 연령별로 단계별 학습을 시도했으며, 그 핵심 이념은 인(仁)과 의(義), 실천적 덕목은 효(孝), 제(弟), 자(慈), 직(直), 근(勤), 검(儉)이라고 정리해볼 수 있다. 여기서는 그러한 전통 교육 이념이 ‘자신과의 관계’, ‘타인과의 관계’, ‘사회 공동체와의 관계’, ‘자연·초월과의 관계’로 영역을 나누고 각기 지향할 가치, 실천할 덕목을 배정한 현 도덕과 교육의 체계와 상통할 수 있다고 보고, 그에 따라 교육 현장에서 실천할 몇 가지 전통-현대 융합적 교육 방안들을 제안하였다. Any moral ideas get integrity upon their practices. Because in human society systems, morality have capability among human interactions, for it gives moral standards(good or bad/ right or wrong) to them. And when the society system is Korean, Koreans surely have developed unique styles of moral practice and moral education in their traditional ages. So reinterpretating and categorizing the moral tradition for taking advantage of it in contemporary context, make sense. In this study, Korean moral tradition is focused in its scope, as ``Confucian moral tradition in semi-modern era``. For convenience of study and the potentials of effective revision, Korean tradition have been resized. In Confucian moral tradition, semi-modern Korean moral ideas could be presented as ren(仁) and yi(義). Furthermore, ren and yi could be practiced with several moral virtues, like xiao(孝), di(弟), ci(慈), zhi(直) qin(勤) gian(儉). When compared with contemporary moral education idea systems, the traditional system can have affinity with the systems in moral ideas division(``with-self morality``, ``with-others morality``, ``with-universe and transcendence morality``). And several fusion-style, integration-based education practices can be developed and applied at contemporary school moral education.

        This study was conducted to investigate the total times, CM height and velocity, pole chord length and angle, whole body angular velocity, and stride length of pole vault. The pole vaults of four male elite vaulters including current national player were filmed using two video digital cameras at 60 Hz, and data were collected through the DLT method of three dimensional cinematography. In general, All vaulter need to reduce last stride and a low CM during the foot support, and need to increase horizontal velocity at take-off, maintain high grip, and well timed angular momentum. MI vaulters except one need to position the take-off foot below top of the grips, to position the hips early parallel to the bar at the time of pole release, and to push the pole more downward.

        In common sense, mimesis, which means imitation in Greek, indicates the act of making similar things to original ones by an artist or the God. The simpler ones implicate two opposite properties, that is the same and the difference as compared with the original ones. On one side, mimesis could be praised because the same call to mind the truth which means correspondence with real things and, on the other, reproached because the difference instigates the false. In Plato's text that twofold valuation could be found. As well-known, Plato insisted that artists could be expelled from the ideal state because of the possibility of false in mimesis. However, it is important that his analysis about the difference is similar to that of structualist-linguistics and of Derrida. Plato recognized the aporia of mimesis and presented a method of dialectical dialogue, which accepted the difference among various opinions in the perpetual process of pursuit of truth. By his metaphysical doctrine in which real life is the minesis of idea, human is in doom where he or she cannot be free from the paradox of mimesis. So, aesthetic human understanding is required to embrace this paradox.

        제약업종 부산물 및 화장품 제조업 폐수처리오니 처리토양에 대한 유기화합물 및 Bioassay 분석 평가

        본 연구는 퇴비원료로 지정된 제약업종 부산물(공정오니) 및 화장품 제조업 폐수처리오니를 퇴비로서 활용 가능성을 판단하기 위하여 기존의 일반성분이나 중금속 성분 분석 이외 유기성 화합물과 기타 여러 생물검정법 등을 활용하여 시용한 오니에 의한 토양 내 비료의 피해를 밝혀내고 이들의 평가방법을 확립하고자 포장시험을 수행하였다. 오니의 처리에 따른 HEM의 함량은 제약업종 오니2(PS2)와 화장품 오니(CS)처리가 각각 0.51, 1.10 mg/kg로 가장 높았고, PAHs의 함량은 제약업종 오니2(PS2) 처리에서 3,406.8 μg/kg로 가장 높았다. 토양에 서식하는 미소동물의 밀도변화는 생육 중기(7월 23일) 및 수확기(10월 1일) 모두 제약오니2 및 돈분 처리구에서 가장 높았으며, 기타 처리구는 차이가 없이 아주 낮았다. 오니의 처리에 따른 세균 및 사상균의 균수는 제약업종 오니2처리에서 각각 736, 909 cfu/g로 가장 많았고, 화장품 오니도 각각 440, 236 cfu/g으로 다른 처리에 비해 많은 경향을 보였다. 제약오니 및 화장품오니 처리시 우점세균은 무비, 돈분처리에 비해 일정한 경향이 없었으나 3요소 처리보다 다양한 세균이 검출되었다. 오니의 처리에 따른 우점사상균은 무처리에 비해 제약업종 오니3와 화장품 오니처리에서 형태적 특징이 다른 콜로니가 검출되었으나 다른 처리는 비슷한 경향으로 종류 간에 큰 차이는 보이지 않았다. Microcosm test를 통하여 오니 처리 후 3개월이 경과한 토양의 오염정도를 평가한 결과는 제약업종 오니3과 화장품 오니처리는 약간 영향을 받아서 80~90% 생존하였으나, 제약업종 오니1처리는 처리 2주(14일) 이후에는 급격히 생존율이 떨어져서 4주 이후에는 10%만 생존하였다. 그러나 6개월이 경과한 토양에서는 지렁이의 생존율은 제약업종 오니1처리만 약간 영향을 받은 것으로 보였으며 다른 처리들은 전혀 영향을 받지 않았던 것으로 조사되었다. 유기성 오니의 퇴비원료로 활용은 비료관리법의 비료공정 규격 중 퇴비의 비고란에 "퇴비의 원료로 사용 가능한 물질과 사용 불가능한 물질'(별표1)에서 "희비의 원료 중 사전 분석검토 후 사용 가능한 원료에 대한 지정요령'에는 유기물과 중금속(8성분) 함량(건물증)과 제조공정 등을 검토하여 지정하고 있으나, 지정된 원료가 과연 회비원료로 적합한지 잘 알 수 없으며 또한 앞으로 현재의 퇴비원료 규정을 변경할 필요가 있을 경우를 대비하여 희비원료의 적합성 여부를 판별할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 퇴비원료로 이미 지정('02. 12. 31)된 제약오니 및 화장품 오니를 과량으로 토양에 시용한 후 유해 유기화합물, 미소동물, 미생물 및 생물학적(지렁이) 유해성 검정방법의 도입 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 고추를 재배한 포장에서 비료의 피해시험을 실시한 결과 유해 유기화합물과 생물학적(지렁이) 유해성 검정방법은 앞으로 연구를 통해서 보완할 경우 상당히 활용 가능성이 있는 좋은 평가방법인 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to assessment organic compound and bioassay (density of inhabited animal, fluctuation of predominant fungi, and survival ratio of earthworm) for finding damage on red pepper by heavily amount application of sludges in soil, which was treated with 3 pharmaceutical byproducts and a cosmetic industry wastewater sludge as raw materials of compost, and for establishing estimation method. HEM contents in the soil treated with pharmaceutical byproducts sludge2 (PS2) and cosmetic sludge (CS) were 0.51, 1.10 mg/kg respectively. PAHs content of PS2 treatment in the soil was 3406.8 ug/kg on July 8. In abundance of soil faunas, the pharmaceutical byproducts sludge2 treatment was the most highest. The next was decreased in the order of pig manure (PM) and the cosmetic sludge treatment. However the other pharmaceutical sludge treatments were remarkably reduced populations of soil inhabited animals. In upland soil treated with organic sludges, the numbers of bacteria and fungi of the pharmaceutical sludge treatment were 736, 909 cfu/g and those of the cosmetic sludge treatment were 440, 236 cfu/g, respectively. The pharmaceutical sludge treatments and the cosmetic sludge treatment in identification of predominant bacteria were not any tendency to compare with non fertilizer and pig manure treatments, but they had diverse bacteria than NPK treatment. In microcosm tests, the survival of the tiger earthworm in five soil samples was hardly affected against the soil of PSI (20%) after three months treated in the upland. But after six months, survival of PSI was 80%. At present, raw material of compost was authorized by contents of organic matter, heavy metal (8 elements), and product processing according to "The specified gist on possible materials of using after analysis and investigation among raw materials of compost", however, for preparing to change regulation of raw material of compost and for considering to possibility of application, this study was conducted to investigate toxic organic compound and bioassay methods using inhabited animal, fungi, and earthworm without current regulation.

      • 上顎洞에 發生한 Aspergillosis의 一例報告

        A case of secondary aspergillosis of the left maxillary sinus following chronic sinusitis in a 42 year old male coal miner specialist is reported. His chief complaints were nasal obstruction and postnasal drip of several years duration. Roentgenogram revealed marked and moderate shadow in the left and right maxillary sinuses respectively. Significant operative findings included almost paper-thin bony walls of the left maxillary sinus, and small amount of yellow greenish purulent material was drained, followed by yellowish brown semisolid tissue on further curettage. The latter specimen was found to be essentially mass of fungi, showing numerous distinctly septate, branching hyphae on the Papanicolaou stain of the direct smears of the cut surface of the specimen, and Hematoxylin-Eosin and Periodic Acid Schiff stains of paraffin sections. Pertinent aspects of clinical and pathological differential diagnosis between aspergillosis - and mucormycosis, are described. Aspergillosis presents usually benign course, with insignificant chief complaints as our case, whereas mucormycosis is most frequently associated with uncontrollable diabetics, and run usually acutely fatal course. There are three main types of ucormycosis-cerebral, pulmonary and intestinal. The characteristic broad nonseptate branching hyphae of mucor, and marked affinity to the blood vessels,, penetrating the tough walls of arteries, with thromboses and infarction, readily differentiate aspergillosis from mucormycosis.

        In this study, USLE series parameter's characters are assessed each parameter. Main topic is propose for Assesment method. In case of Soil erosion energy factor for single storm, return period is commended 5 year. In case of Soil Erodibility factor, Percentage of Clay is increase then K value is decrease. In case of Slope Steepness-length factor, If the homogeneous slope length divide into short length, Sediment yield become exaggerated estimation. In condition of low steepness Slope basin, As the sensibility of Slope gradient, estimation of slope gradient must to be exceedingly careful. Also, the average slope where is low slope gradient basin is to be prudent. In spite of the same site, design engineer understood that site is convex configuration, soil erosion is estimated very much. In this study proposed cover factor estimation process. In case of soil conservation practice factor, I proposed that P factor substituted for delivery ratio, developed by US Forest Service.

      • 디젤분진이 사람 동맥 평활근 세포(VSMC)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study was to examine the effect of diesel exhaust particles on human aortic vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs). DNA synthesis, cell viability and morphology of VSMCs after treatment of diesel exhaust particles(DEP) and fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)) were assayed. PM_(2.5) inhibited the DNA synthesis of VSMCs in a concentration-dependent manner, whereas DEP did not affect VSMCs up to 50㎍/mL . These results were confirmed by morphological examination of VSMCs. PM_(2.5) showed a dose-dependent cytotoxicity of VSMCs by MTT assay. Fraction 4(organic acids) and fraction8(moderately polar compounds) showed the most potent inhibition of DNA synthesis of VSMCs, and fraction7(slightly polar compounds), fraction9(higher polar compounds), and fraction6(aromatic compounds) were next order. These results were confirmed by morphological examination of VSMCs. These results suggest that PM_(2.5) inhibits the DAN synthesis of VSMCs through the cytotoxicity.

      • 핸드볼 페날티 드로우시 표적에 따른 상지 분절의 역할

        This study was conducted to investigate the differences in the instantaneous contributions of anatomical rotations of trunk, upper arm, forearm, and hand to ball speed according to the targets based on the upper right corner, lower right corner, upper left corner, and lower left corner of handball goal post respectively and to quantify the three-dimensional angular kinematics of the trunk and throwing arm during handball penalty throws motion by eight male subjects. The penalty throws were filmed using two video cameras, and data were collected through the DLT method of three dimensional cinematography. The data were verified using one-way ANOVA at level of significance .05 whether there were significant differences in the contributions ratios and angular kinematic data among the four targets. In general, The largest contributors to predicted ball speed |(v_B)'| at release were a counterclockwise twisting rotation of the trunk and a linear velocity of the ball relative to the right knuckle perpendicular to the plane of the hand. There were significant differences in the only x · y · z components of the linear velocity of the ball relative to the right knuckle among the four targets in the contributors to predicted ball speed at release. There were significant differences in the maximum clockwise twisting rotation angle of the trunk and the maximum extension angular velocity of the forearm in the address motion. There significant differences in the front somersaulting angle of the trunk and the counterclockwise twisting rotation angle of the trunk at release.

        도마 츠카하라 몸 접어 뒤로 두 번 돌기의 운동역학적 분석

This study was conducted to investigate the technical factors of Lu Yu Fu vault actually performed by three men gymnasts participated in artistic gymnastics competition of 2003 summer Universiade in Daegu through the DLT method of three dimensional cinematography. To analyze these vaults, the instant events of Lu Yu Fu were set in the board touchdown(BTD), the board takeoff(BTO), the horse touchdown(HTD), the horse takeoff(HTO), the peak height(PH), the mat touchdown(MTD) respectively and the phases of that vault were set in the board contact(BC), the preflight(PRF), the horse contact(HC), the postflight(POF), the grounding on mat(GM) respectively. After calculating the performance times, the CG displacement·velocity, the kinetic energy·impulse reaction force·moment arm·torque at the horse, the released angle·piked angle·addressed angle, the angular momentum·angular velocity of whole body in x axis, and the horizontal displacement between the feet and CG, the following conclusions were reached. To perform the better Lu Yu Fu vault, a gymnast must have the large horizontal velocity of whole body with fast run-up, decrease the duration time and the horizontal·vertical displacement of whole body in PRF, have the enough time to judge the correct magnitude and direction of force to brake or push the horse so as to lengthen the HC duration time at any cost. Also it is desirable to increase the horizontal·vertical displacement of whole body in POF if possible, maintain the adequate piked position to decrease the angular velocity of whole body in x axis, prepare the grounding on mat previously and delay the release of the hand from the body to keep the angular momentum.
