        We propose an adaptive Tabu search method changing neighbor solution's range to be searched each iteration according to an objective function and design a PI controller using the proposed Tabu search. We apply it to a time-delay system to evaluate the usefulness of the proposed method. overshoot, rising time, and settling time.

      • p-Anisaldehyde가 조골세포 분화에 미치는 영향

        p-Anisaldehyde is a natural fragrance extracted from Pimpinella anisum L., and used as a preservative. This study examined the effect of p-anisaldehyde on osteoblast differentiation. First, cytotoxicity tests were carried out after examining the concentrations that did not show toxicity to the cells. The expression of osteoblast differentiation marker gene was confirmed by RT-PCR and was not effective in the treatment with p-anisaldehyde alone. However, p-anisaldehyde decreased the expression levels of inhibitor of differentiation-1 (Id1), distalless related homeobox (Dlx5), and runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2), which are osteogenic differentiation marker genes, which are increased in osteogenic condition. alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity was also confirmed by ALP staining that p-anisaldehyde reduced ALP activity. These results show that p-anisaldehyde is effective in reducing osteoblast differentiation.

      • 超硬 切斷工具 刃先의 應力分布 解析에 관한 硏究 (I)

        旋削에 의한 超硬 切斷工具의 傾斜面 應力 變形率 分布에 대한 靜剛性 解析을 한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 切斷加工에서 切削깊이 方向의 切削速度 變化는 切削力에 큰 영향을 주지 않으며, 切削條件에 의한 應力, 變形率 變化는 移送이 클수록 크고 接觸길이 0.3㎜ 정도에서 應力 값이 크게 減少하므로 칩핑 가능성이 높다. 應力 및 變形率의 變化幅이 큰 것은 切削에 있어서 摩擦의 狀態가 칩 傾斜面 接觸길이 部分에서 一定하지 않는다는 것을 알았다. In the turning, Analyses of the static deformation relating to the destributions of stress and strain on a rake face of cemented carbide parting tool have obtained results which are as follows, 1. In the parting work, the change of cutting speed relating to cutting depth and direction has been greatly uneffected cutting force. 2. As feed grows larger, the change of stress and strain under cutting conditions grows larger, and the value of stress decreases greatly in the near contect length of 0.3㎜. therefore, It is highly possible thet chipping occurs. 3. In the cutting, the changed value of strain and stress which is large have been not uniformed the state of friction in the near contect length of Chip-rake face.

      • 저질에 따른 바지락(Ruditapes philippinarum)의 염분내성

        Salinity tolerance of the manila clam, Ruditapes philippinarum in Gang-jin Bay on the from May to June was investigated in two different types of sedimentary composition. In the experimental groups of sandy-mud, the survival and infiltration rate were good at 20~40ppt, but all the manila clam, Ruditapes philippinarum died at more than 50ppt and less than 10ppt before the experiment finish. In the experimental groups of muddy, the survival and infiltration rate were the best at 25~35ppt and then 20ppt, 40ppt. All the manila clam, Ruditapes philippinarum died at more than 45ppt and less than 15ppt. The survival rate in the experimental groups of sandy-mud was higher than muddy ones, and the infiltration rate was the highest at 20~35ppt in the both of two experimental groups. In the sand-mud, the manila clam, Ruditapes philippinarum infiltrated half of their shells but in the muddy, they infiltrated more then half of their shells.

      • 의미와 범주에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to provide two levels of conceptualization of category such as an absolute category in semantic level end a relative category in pragmatic level on the basis of Aristotelian category theory and prototype category theory. I do not intend to criticize classical category theory and prototype category theory but to show that these two types of category are applied different world. According to the Aristotelian category theory, (1) A category in defined by inherent properties of members and individuals are divided into category members and non-category members. (2) All the members of a category have as equal qualification. (3) All the members of a category share common properties and the individual which has such properties have to be a member of the category. (4) There is a clear difference between category members and non-category members. This classical theory is based on objectivity and binary system.

      • 초내열합금 Inconel의 가공성 평가

        Inconel, super heat-resistant alloy is superior in the toughness and the creep strength. It can especially endure high temperature and corrosion. It has been, therefore, broadly used in the various fields of atomic industry, aerospace, industrial mechanics and automobile etc. But such inherent properties as high temperature strength, an affinity with tool materials and low heat-conductivity etc. of Inconel alloy 600 degrade machinability. As a result, they cause many problems in the cutting process. In this study, machinability of Inconel alloy 600 was estimated on stand points of cutting force, tool wear and welding of chip for the cutting edge. Inconel alloy 600 was cut by precision high-speed lathe and tool material was used coated tungsten carbide insert(CTCI) and ceramic insert(CI) to be done in general. Cutting force is measured by the piezo type tool dynamometer and cutting edge is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). As a experiment result, obtained conclusions as follows. (1) In the case of cutting Inconel alloy 600 with CTCI, value of cutting force is similar its of SM45C. In this case, however, we can not avoid the cutting trobles that is ; the large width of fluctuations for cutting force and welding of cutting chips for cutting edge because of the toughness of the material. (2) In the case of using CI, the brittleness of the tool resulted in chipping. (3) Available cutting conditions of Inconel alloy 600 for CTCI and CI were established.

      • 斷續切削時 超硬工具의 缺損에 관한 硏究

        본 연구의 목적은 기계적 충격에 의한 절단희수의 실험치를 F.W.Taylor의 공구수명방정식을 근거로 하여 절단희수에 대한 확장된 공국수명식을 유도하여 구한 이론치와 비교 하였다. 또한, 공구형상에 대하여 주축회전속도, 이송을 변화시켜 절삭저항 및 절단희수와의 관계를 실험적으로 검토하였으며 결손형태를 공구현미경으로 관찰, 확인하여 최적 가공 조건을 찾고자 함에 있다. 단속절삭의 절단가공식 절단회수를 가장 많이 할 수 있는 최적 절삭조건은 흠이 2개월 경우 510 rpm, 이송 0.052mm/rev, 공구의 최적 형상은 KTP 43-3type(경사각 6°)이었고, 흠이 4개일 경우 396 rpm, 이송 0.052 mm/rev, 공구의 최적 형상은 KTP 43-4type (경사각 6°)이었다. The purpose of this study is investigates the breakage of carbide tools cause to mechanical impact in the intermittent cutting. For this purpose, the cutting speed and the feed rate was took variable for the type of cutting-off tool. First, delieve the tool life equation for flank wear and compared to the theoretical value, and Second, investigates the tool breakage according to the number of impact of the tool, and then find the tool type and the best condition of cutting procedure. Form the experiments, we know that the breakage of cutting tool was increases excessivly with increases of feed rates. Therefore, we know that the excessiv mechnaical impact would avoided when the intermittent cutting to non-machinabiltiy cutting object like carbon steel and choose the tool width, spindle rpm and feed rates well. Form the conclusions, tool breackage occurrence tiny when cut-off turning, and the optimum cutting conditions for the maximum number of pass are N=500rpm, f=0.157mm/rev, the optium geometry of the tool is KTP 43-3 type (rake angle 6°) with two grooves, and N=395rpm, f=0.052mm/rev, the optimum geometry of the tool is KTP 43-4 type (rake angle 6°)with four grooves.

      • 콘크리트의 성능개선을 위한 固化 첨가제 평가 실험

        To improve the brittle nature of concrete, new admixtures can be adapted in concrete. Since new admixtures have many advantages in many points on its chemical stability and good durability, its usages have been increased gradually. It has been reported that new admixtures can not only compressive strength, flexural strength and workability, but also increase toughness, resistance to impact, corrosion, fatigue, and durability. Although the new admixtures reinforced concretes with ordinary cement have been studied so much, those with very merit have not all. Therefore, it is necessary to informations and conduct the researches for the other new admixture reinforced concretes which has enough workability and durability. This study of existing reinforced concrete focused on the investigation of each material's effect into strength development with variable contents. From the results of experiments, it was founded that there is a high correlation among flexural strength, compressive strength, and are contents. Also, shown that the freeze-thaw resistance of existing reinforced concrete was quite good comparable to plain concrete, showing little or no freezing and thawing damage.

      • 멀티미디어 저작 도구의 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, We designed a new multimedia authoring tool that will ease the development of multimedia application product and the editing of media data such as text, sound, graphic, video, etc. And then, described the structure of management, programming model and user interface of the new multimedia authoring tool called Prototype Viewer. This tool has special event pointers such as frame list, object list that indicate a attribute of the media and have nothing to do with the nature of the media. Using the event pointer, we can save a storage space of the disk and reuse the same media data. This authoring tool applies to Product announcement, Computer aided instruction, Information system, Business presentation, etc.

      • 朱震亨의 中風論에 관한 考察

        朱震亨은 金元四大家중 가장 후대의 인물로서 朱子學의 철학적 배경에 근거하여 劉河間, 張子和, 李??의 장점을 흡수하여 醫論을 펼쳤으므로, 金元四大家의 中風 內因論을 인식하는데 있어 그 의미가 크다. 朱震亨 中風論의 특징은 그가 거처한 純域的 特性에 근거하여 肥瘦人과 半身不遂의 左右에 따라 각각 治法을 달리하였으나, 中風 病因病理를 濕痰生熱로 보고 內因의 주요소로 痰을 중시하여 中風入方藥物은 治痰한다는 원칙에 기준하여 藥物을 사용하였다. 이러한 독특한 中風論은 후대 中風 內因論의 발전에 지대한 영향을 주었으므로, 이에 관한 연구는 中風 內因論 측면에서 韓醫學發展에 寄與할 것으로 恩慮된다. We inquired into the origins, pathologies, theraphies and prescriptions of Jungpung(中風) especially on the ground of Keokchiyeron(格致餘論)ㆍDangeosimbub(丹溪心法) written by JuJinHyoung(朱震亨) as modical blocks, from this study we could get that conclusions. 1. According to special feature of the theroies of JuJinHyoung's(朱震亨) Jungpung(中風) he thought pathologies of Jungpung(中風) as 「sub seong dam dam seong yeol yeol seong puns 濕疾痰痰生熱 熱生_風」through studying stress on regional characteristics and thought much of dam(疲) as one of major elements of internal causes. 2. He suggested chi-dam(治痰) in the first place in the treatment of Jungpung(中風) and emphasises the treatment using Succus Pyllostachyos(竹瀝), waterly extracted Rhizoma Zingiberis(鐘汁) in that they had the virtues of sodam-ganghwa(消痰降火), geo-gyeongrak(開經絡), haeng-heolgi(行血氣). 3. He treated differently whether a man in fat and thin, and have right or left hemiplegia, but he prescribed herb-medications on the principle that medications should have the virtues of chi-dam(治痰).
