      • 배양 내피세포에 감염시킨 Vibrio vulnificus 균의 전자현미경적 연구

        To elucidate the pathogenesis of hematogenous V. vulnificus infection in fulminant Vibrio septicemia, V. vulnificus was inoculated in cultured human endothelial cells. Endothelial cells were prepared from the umbilical vein that was freshly isolated from human umbilical cord. The ultrastructural change demonstrated a sequence of steps which occurred with V. vulnificus invasion of the cultured human endothelial cells and the results were follows. 1. The cytopathic effect was appeared at the initial attachment stage of V. vulnificus infection. The characteristic of cytopathic effect were the formation of severe vacuolization and cell lysis. 2. The present study demonstrates that the reason of destruction of endothelial cell was caused by the production of toxic products than the growth of V. vulnificus.

      • 木浦·長興地方의 降雨强度式 誘導

        In hydrology, rainfalls apply to mean every type of rains which were dropped from clouds and condensed into waters. While the rains made from during the condensing process are studied in meteorology, the raindrops on the ground are the subject of hydrology. For background knowledge, this study has collected research materials and data on rainfalls for 20years in Mok-Po and Chang-Hung. Then, by surveying the existing articles and analysing experimental records, this paper tried to predict the accurate amount of the rainfalls for the limited time. The methods used for foretelling rainfalls optimal probability are as follows; Normal Distribution Methods, Log Normal Distribution Method, Moment Method, Gumbel-Chow Method, Iwai Method are applied. The methods for significant statistic results are as follows; Talbot, Sherman, Japanese and Semi-log are used. The computer was used to figure out the invariable number for the methods while the most proper formula was selected through comparing χ ²-test number and standard reduction rate. The formulas for rainfall optimal probability are as follows; In Mok-Po, Normal Distribution Method is used for 3, 5, 10, 200 years and Gumbel-Chow is taken into account for 20, 30, 50, 100 years. In Chang-Hung, Gumbel-Chow was used for 3 years and thanks to the smallest error, Iwai was used for more than 5 years. After comparing standard error with χ ²-test number, Japanese was appropriate in Mok-Po for 3, 5 years and Sherman for over 10 years. In Chang- Hung, Japanese was most useful from 3 to 20 years and Sherman for over 30 years. In this study, the formulas suggested for optimal probability have 97.24% significancy for Mok-Po and 97.83% significancy for Chang-hung. Therefore, the offered formulas are meaningful to consider in constructing hydrological buildings in that they have higher optimal probability than the existing ones and they have similar predictive results with ones by meteorological observatory. The formulas offered in this study are expected to have significancy according to rainfall frequency, rainfall duration and rainfall intensity. Furthermore, they have useful value related with I.D.F correlation.

      • 유동층을 이용한 탈황제의 마모특성에 관한 연구

        For the efficient energy use and the protection of environmental pollution, attrition characteristics, depending on the component and the condition of sorbent for the purification of fuel gas, were analyzed by a fluidized-bed tester. Results of these studies can be summarized follows. 1) When Mn-based sorbent(M, MT, MFT) prepared with varying addictives and induration conditions was compared in terms of particle size distribution and AI(Attrition Index), MT and MFT possessing TiO2 and Fe203 had much higher attrition resistance than M. Attrition resistance of M, MT and MFT increased as bentonite contents and induration temperature increased, when bentonite contents induration temperature were changed from 2 to 5% and from 1000 to 1100℃, respectively. Therefore when powdery catalysts are prepared, the attrition rate can be considerably affected by the controls of addictive, binder and induration temperature. 2) Attrition tests using MT1100-5 were performed under the conditions that particle size distribution was uniform and had much more over +270mesh and under -325mesh. AI due to attrition was 8.83, 21.54 and 1.67%, respectively. Thus, initial particle size distribution showed a great influence on both produced fines distribution and attrition loss. Therefore, the size distribution of particles injected initially and the particle size that carried over showed be considered to reduce the loss of particulate materials and the replacement cost due to attrition. 3) An experiment using MT1100-5 sorbent was also carried out to predict AI as a function of time and particle size distribution during 23hr. AI of prepared sorbent was 4.54, 7.73, 9.08, 11.35 and 12.48 after 1.5, 3, 5, 9 and 23hr. respectively. Thus, it was shown that the amount of produced fines during the same time was shorten with the increase of time. The operating condition of dust capturing equipment and the rate of powder exchange needs to be considered because most of the fines due to fluidization of particulate material was generated at initial operation.

      • 외력진동수가 리츠해석법에 미치는 영향

        The fact that with appropriate selection of the Ritz shapes, only a few of them can be used to represent adequately the response of the original system can be utilized very effectively in the forced response analysis of multi-degree-of-freedom systems. Obviously, a desirable set of Ritz vectors will be one that can adequately represent the spatial distribution of load by the superposition of a minimum number of shapes. It has been demonstrated that dynamic analysis based on Ritz vectors, which are generated by taking into account the spatial distribution of the load yield results which are more accurate than the use of the same number of exact mode shapes. However, because the dynamic response is influenced strongly by the exciting frequency, the exciting frequency in the use of Ritz analysis method is of considerable importance. In this paper, the influence of exciting frequency on Ritz analysis method is compared with mode superposition method with respect to displacement errors and base shear errors.

      • 社會統計에 基礎한 餘暇需要에 관한 評價

        The purpose of this study is to identify the factors and variables affecting leisure demand, to analyze the relationship between these factors and variables, and to establish indicies of planning of outdoor recreation. The analysis of the data is as follows ; Statistical analysis method (factor analysis) which identified major factors in leisure demand was carried out by computer program SAS/pc. 14 variables (Total Population, Per Capita PDI, Employment Ratio of S.O.C. & others, NO. of Passenger Car, Length of Roads, Leisure Expenditure of Farm Household, Leisure Expenditure of Urban Household, Price Index, NO. of Bus, Exchange on Dollars, Export, Import, Visitors in National Park, and the Ratio of Deposits) had been used to this study. The results were as follows ; The factor analysis identified that two significant factors are involved in outdoor recreational participation and one significant factor is involved in production activity. The two factors of outdoor recreational participation are (1) factor 1(total leisure activity) was composed of 9 variables : total population, per capita PDI, price index, exchange on dollars, length of roads, leisure expenditure of urban household, leisure expenditure of farm household, export, and the ratio of deposites, and (2) factor 2(long-distance leisure activity) was composed of 4 variables : visitors in national park, employment ratio of S.O.C., NO. of passenger car, and NO. of bus. The latent variables which were involved in factor 2 were composed of per capita PDI, leisure expenditure of urban household, and export. The one factor of production activity is (1) factor 3 (production activity) was composed of 1 variable : import. The primary aim of outdoor recreation management is to bring together supply and demand to attempt to equate resource adequacy and human recreational needs and desires. In doing so the manager obviously must have regard for the character and quality of the socioeconomic variables (especially, Per capital PDI, leisure expenditure of urban household, leisure expenditure of farm household) for general leisure demand and the external variable(especially, employment ratio of S.O.C., NO. of passenger car, and NO. of bus) for the long-distance leisure demand.

      • 일반 경비지도사의 교육훈련체계와 만족도와의 관계

        The purpose of this article was to identify the training participants through the training status for security guard instructors. This study set 350 security guard instructors taking the basic training for security guard instructors located in Seoul as a population, and selected the sample using a cluster random sampling, the probability sampling method with the same probability including the individual factors if population. The survey instrument of this study was a questionnaire, which was prepared using the survey questionnaire regarding the Korea Civil Security Guard Training Commands presented by Kang, Gil-hoon(1998). The questionnaire was composed of 3 items on demographical characteristics, 30 items on training system, and 10 items on training satisfaction, and reliability between the total questionnaire items, Cronbach α was high as .90. Collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/PC Windows 10.0 statistical program. At first, in demographical characteristics, its satisfaction was examined through frequency analysis and average and standard deviation of remaining factors through mono-variable analysis and LSD, and correlation in the training program, program, assessment and method was analyzed, Based on the above research procedures and data analysis, following conclusion was obtained The training satisfaction according to demographical characteristics differed by age(.001), service term(.001) and study level(.001). The security guard instructors' satisfaction to curricula differed by age(.001), service term(.001) but did not differ by study level(.160). The security guard instructors' satisfaction to training programs by age(.001), but did not differ by service term(071), study level(.109). The security guard instructors' satisfaction to training assessment differed by age(.001), service term(.001) and study level(.001). The security guard instructors' satisfaction to training method differed by age(.001), service term(.001) and study level(.001).

      • 愛國啓蒙運動期의 女性敎育에 관한 考察 : 大韓每日申報의 論說을 中心으로

        The Daehan-maeil shinbo (the Korean Daily News) was first published in 1094 and ceased in 1910. It was published in three different languages, i.e., Korean, chinese characters and Korean, and English. In those days Korean sovereignty was at a crisis by the imminent Japanese invasion, and this paper campaigned for women's education from the view point of the patriotic enlightenment movement. This article, therefore, attempted to discuss various aspects of the women's education campaign. 1. Women who can bring up patriotic children should be educated since it is a shortcut to a national revival. 2. Home education is so important that women have initiatives in it. 3. Traditional customs can be abolished through the establishment of girls' school, which obstinate conservatives prohibit. 4. Textbooks for women's education should be writtern in Korean, not in Chinese characters. 5. The enthusiasm for women's education is so high that many people donate their treasures of gold and silver, while many women advance their opinions on education.

      • 체육교수 유형 및 지도 이론에 관한 연구

        In this study, we wished to contribute in leadership ability elevation of sports leaders by investigating theory about professor type and coaching method synthetically by literature. Good physical education professor is teacher who is teacher who possess efficient professor facility and maximizes learner's accomplishment degree through class. Professor's efficiency can improve through training and quantitative test is available. Coaching is based on leader's experience and knowledge and do it so that player may establish target and reach. Therefore, coaching is according to student's skill and subject, and the method is also changed by them. Teacher should be tried to enlarge student's studying area by efficient physical education, and the process of the selection, performance and evaluation of ideal coaching method have to be repeated.
