        혼종모형을 이용한 호스피스팀원의 영성적 자기돌봄 개념분석

        Purpose: The study aimed to clarify the concept of spiritual self-care in hospice team members. Methods: To analyze the concept of spiritual self-care of hospice care team, the study was carried out using Schwartz-Barcott and Kim's hybrid model including theoretical, fieldwork and final analytic stages. In the theoretical stage, 'spirituality', 'spiritual well-being', 'spiritual health', 'spiritual care', and 'self-care' were set as search terms, and the resulting 107 related works of domestic and international literature were analyzed. In the field survey stage, data were collected from nurses and spiritual experts with more than 5 years of experience in spiritual self-care. Results: The concept of spiritual self-care is to realize the meaning and purpose of life while constantly maintaining relationships with oneself, neighbors, communities, and the absolute, utilize transcendence and internal resources, strengthen professional competence, maintain work-life balance, and achieve spiritual well-being. It was identified as a dynamic state to realize. The quality attributes of the concept of spiritual self-care were found to have 5 attributes and 15 indicators. Conclusion: The attributes and indicators derived through this study will be helpful in understanding the concept of hospice team members' spiritual self-care. In addition, as a way to continuously grow and train professional hospice team members, it can be used to develop a spiritual self-care assessment tool and an educational program to prevent burnout.

        응급의료 영역 한국어 음성대화 데이터베이스 구축

        본 논문은 응급의료 환경에서 음성인식 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 실제 환경에서 데이터 수집 방법을 정의하고 정의된 환경에서 수집된 데이터를 전사하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 방법으로 수집되고 전사된 데이터를 이용하여 기본 음성인식 실험을 진행함으로써 제안한 수집 및 전사 방법을 평가하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 모든 음성은 기본적으로 16비트 해상도와 16 kHz 샘플링으로 저장되었다. 수집된 데이터는 총 166건의 대화로서 8시간 35분의 분량이다. 수집된 데이터는 Praat를 이용하여 철자 전사, 음소 전사, 방언 전사, 잡음 전사, 그리고 의료 코드 전사를 수행하여 다양한 정보를 포함한 텍스트 데이터를 구축하였다. 이와 같이 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 기본 베이스라인 실험을 통하여 응급의료 영역에서의 음성인식 문제를 실제로 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 데이터는 응급의료 영역의 1단계 데이터로서 향후 의료 영역에서의 음성인식 모델의 학습 데이터로 활용되고, 나아가 이 분야의 음성기반 시스템 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This paper describes a method of building Korean conversational speech data in the emergency medical domain and proposes an annotation method for the collected data in order to improve speech recognition performance. To suggest future research directions, baseline speech recognition experiments were conducted by using partial data that were collected and annotated. All voices were recorded at 16-bit resolution at 16 kHz sampling rate. A total of 166 conversations were collected, amounting to 8 hours and 35 minutes. Various information was manually transcribed such as orthography, pronunciation, dialect, noise, and medical information using Praat. Baseline speech recognition experiments were used to depict problems related to speech recognition in the emergency medical domain. The Korean conversational speech data presented in this paper are first-stage data in the emergency medical domain and are expected to be used as training data for developing conversational systems for emergency medical applications.

        건강불평등의 다차원성 분석 및 정책적 함의

        본 연구에서는 건강상태의 개념을 다차원적으로 구분하고, 건강불평등의 결정요인과 관련된 변수들을 구조적으로 통합한 분석모형을 구성하였다. 건강상태의 개념을 각각 2개 대분류 차원(신체적 건강상태와 신체적 기능상태), 4개 중분류 차원(주관적 건강상태와 객관적 건강상태, 생활수행능력 제약과 원인에 따른 수행능력 제약)과 8개의 세부변수로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 또한 건강불평등을 결정하는 독립요인들을 각각 구조적 요소, 심리적 요소, 행태적 요소, 관계적 요소로 구분하였다. 연구결과, 성별(남성), 연령, 스트레스, 운동, 자녀수 등은 건강을 악화시키는 요인으로, 교육, 소득, 행복감 등은 건강을 증진시키는 변수로 작용하고 있다. 요소별로 볼 때 구조적요소는 모든 유형의 건강에, 심리적 요소는 정서적 건강에 차별적인 영향력을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본연구는 건강불평등의 다차원성을 규명하고, 건강불평등과 관련된 보편적ㆍ특수적 규칙을 파악하였다는 이론적 함의를 갖는다. 또한 정책적 차원에서 건강불평등에 영향을 미치는 다차원적 구조를 제시함으로써 건강불평등을 해소하기 위한 정책처방의 방향과 전략을 설정하는데 일정한 함의를 제공한다 This study analyzes multi-dimensional determinants for health inequality, which is defined as difference between individuals in health. Unlike the existing model on health inequality, a highly integrative model was developed including more variables and factors. We divided health status into physical status and physical function, which were classified into the four sub-categories and eight variables. The independent variables for the model include structural factor, psychological factor, behavioral factor, and relational factor. The results show that age, income, education, stress and happiness are critical factors for health. It is found that structural factor influences all aspects of health status whereas psychological factor has a significant impact only on emotional aspect of health.

        Performance Estimation of an Implantable Epileptic Seizure Detector with a Low-power On-chip Oscillator

        Implantable closed-loop epilepsy controllers require ideally both accurate epileptic seizure detection and low power consumption. On-chip oscillators can be used in implantable devices because they consume less power than other oscillators such as crystal oscillators. In this study, we investigated the tolerable error range of a lower power on-chip oscillator without losing the accuracy of seizure detection. We used 24 ictal and 14 interictal intracranial electroencephalographic segments recorded from epilepsy surgery patients. The performance variations with respect to oscillator frequency errors were estimated in terms of specificity, modified sensitivity, and detection timing difference of seizure onset using Generic Osorio Frei Algorithm. The frequency errors of on-chip oscillators were set at ${\pm}10%$ as the worst case. Our results showed that an oscillator error of ${\pm}10%$ affected both specificity and modified sensitivity by less than 3%. In addition, seizure onsets were detected with errors earlier or later than without errors and the average detection timing difference varied within less than 0.5 s range. The results suggest that on-chip oscillators could be useful for low-power implantable devices without error compensation circuitry requiring significant additional power. These findings could help the design of closed-loop systems with a seizure detector and automated stimulators for intractable epilepsy patients.

        Realistic Circuit Model of an Impact-Based Piezoelectric Energy Harvester

        A vibration-based energy harvester and its equivalent circuit models have been reported. Most models predict voltage signals at harmonic excitation. However, vibrations in a natural environment are unpredictable in frequency and amplitude. In this paper, we propose a realistic equivalent circuit model of a frequency-up-converting impact-based piezoelectric energy harvester. It can describe the behavior of the harvester in a real environment where the frequency and the amplitude of the excitation vary arbitrarily. The simulation results of the model were compared with experimental data and showed good agreement. The proposed model can predict both the impact response and long term response in a non-harmonic excitation. The model is also very useful to analyze the performance of energy conversion circuitry with the harvester.

      • Determining Optimal Crystallinity of Diketopyrrolopyrrole-Based Terpolymers for Highly Efficient Polymer Solar Cells and Transistors

        <P>A new series of conjugated random terpolymers (PDPP2T-Se-Th) was synthesized from an electron-deficient diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based unit in conjugation with two electron-rich selenophene (Se) and thiophene (Th) species, with a view to inducing different crystalline behaviors of the polymers. The crystallinity of the polymers can be systematically controlled by tuning the ratio between Se and Th; an increase in Se content induced a remarkable increase in the melting and crystallization temperatures as well as the crystallinity of the PDPP2T-Se-Th terpolymers. These changes in the crystalline properties of polymers had a dramatic effect on the performances of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and polymer solar cells (PSCs). However, their effect on each type of devices was very different. The charge carrier mobilities of the PDPP2T-Se-Th terpolymers in OFET devices increased remarkably as the Se content increased in the polymers, showing that PDPP2T-Se100 with Se/Th ratio = 100/0 had very high hole and electron mobilities (4.72 and 5.54 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>–1</SUP> s<SUP>–1</SUP>, respectively) with well-balanced ambipolar property. In contrast, the best power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.2% was observed for the PDPP2T-Se10-Th90 polymers that had Se/Th ratio of 10/90 due to the synergistic contributions from high charge mobility and optimized bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) morphology with fullerene acceptors.         Isolation and Characterization of Listeria phages for Control of Growth of Listeria monocytogenes in Milk

        In this study, two Listeria bacteriophages, LMP1 and LMP7, were isolated from chicken feces as a means of biocontrol of L. monocytogenes. Both bacteriophages had a lytic effect on L. monocytogenes ATCC 7644, 15313, 19114, and 19115. Phages LMP1 and LMP7 were able to inhibit the growth of L. monocytogenes ATCC 7644 and 19114 in tryptic soy broth at 10℃ and 30℃. Nevertheless, LMP1 was more effective than LMP7 at inhibiting L. monocytogenes ATCC 19114. On the contrary, LMP7 was more effective than LMP1 at inhibiting L. monocytogenes ATCC 7644. The morphology of LMP1 and LMP7 resembled that of members of the Siphoviridae family. The growth of L. monocytogenes ATCC 7644 was inhibited by both LMP1 and LMP7 in milk; however, the growth of L. monocytogenes ATCC 19114 was only inhibited by LMP1 at 30℃. The lytic activity of bacteriophages was also evaluated at 4℃ in milk in order to investigate the potential use of these phages in refrigerated products. In conclusion, these two bacteriophages exhibit different host specificities and characteristics, suggesting that they can be used as a component of a phage cocktail to control L. monocytogenes in the food industry.
