        딥핑 방식을 이용한 ITO 표면의 효율적인 포토레지스트 박리공정

        Agitation is a secondary process used to increase the PR stripping force on an ITO-glass surface; it is an efficient approach to stripping during production. It activates the stripper to chemically penetrate the PR layer and assists by breaking down the physical bonding forces at the surface. In this study, different stripping tests were conducted by varying the dipping time, the composition, the strip temperature, and the stripper concentration. Optimal PR strip conditions were estimated by using comparative visual inspection of stripped sample surfaces. The stripping process was affected by changes in the moving speeds and the sample positions. It was confirmed that the stripping capability improved at a dilute stripper ratio of 20-40% and a strip temperature of 30-40°C and within 60 s of strip time.

        飼料加工에 對한 衛生學的 硏究

        A study was carried out on the isolation of fungi flora from the corn feed in Korea, which were important not only in the Feed technical Science and Veterinary Science but also in animal and human health. It hoped that the information will be used for reference in future endeavors of study in the field of feed science and technology. The obtained are summerized as follows: 1. Ninety strains of fungi isolated were classified on a accordance with key(Barron’s generic key of Hypomycetes, Ainsworth’s classification of the fungi and Raper and Fennell’s Group or species key of Aspergillus): 10 strains (11.1%) were Phycomycetes, 60 strains(66.6%) were Ascomycetes and 20 strains (223.3%) were Fungi imperfecti(Deuteromycetes). The genus of fungi isolated from corn feed were Abisidia(1.1%), Rhizopus (10.0%), Aspergillus (51.1%), Penicillium (15.5%), Candidia (6.7%), Trichosporon (6.7%), Geotrichum (1.1%) Fusarium (6.7%) and Wallemia (1.1%). It was found that Aspergillus and Penicillium group were more dominant over other groups. 2. Forty-six strains of Aspergillius obtained were subdivided into 9 stains of A. flavus, which formed 19.6% of total isotateds 6 strains or 13.0% of A. terrus and A. chevalieri, 5 strains or 10.9% of A. fumigatus and A. cnadidus, 4 strains or 8.7% of A. niger, strains or 4.3% of A. flavus var. columnaris, A. oryzae and A. repens, and one strain or 2.2% of A. clavatus, A. versicolor, A. sydowi, A. janus and A. sulphureus, repectively. 3. The fungi isolates varied according to condition of corn feeds. a) In the case of contamination of fungi in imported corn was more than that in native corn. b) Tn the case of contamination of fungi in corn storage of Sac form was higer than that of Bulk form. c) In the case of isolated rate of fungi in corn by feed processing course of Simple system was more than that of Complex system.

        주관절 골절 - 탈구의 치료 결과

        Purpose: This study analyzed clinical and biomechanical data from patients with elbow fracture dislocation to correlate long-term objective result with the specific injury type and treatment rendered. This can provide a basis for the management of this difficult injuries. Materials and Methods: Fifteen patients with elbow dislocation were studied from October, 1992 to October, 1997 in Sang-Gye Paik Hospital. The average duration of follow up was 4.2 years. Results: On the basis of an objective functional grading score that included elements of pain, motion, strength, and stability, the results were excellent in five(33%), good in five(33%), fair in one(7%), poor in four(27%). Prolonged immobilization greater than four weeks was associated with poor results. The results were closely related to the combined injuries and duration of immobilization. In case of radial head fractures, the best result was obtained in patients with Mason type II fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation using Herbert screw and early complete radial head excision. Summary and Conclusion: The most common combined injury is radial head fracture. Early complete radial head excision and encouraging early ROM had more satisfactory result than delayed radial head excision or internal fixation for Mason type III fracture.

      • 교합성 골수강내 금속정으로 치료한 대퇴골 골절의 치료

        대퇴골 간부 골절시 교합성 골수강내 금속정을 이용한 견고한 고정은 조기 관절 운동과 조기 체중부하가 가능한 보편적인 수술적 치료방법으로 그 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그리고 최근에는 골수강내 금속정이 대퇴골 간부 골절 뿐만 아니라 대퇴골의 근위부나 원위부에 치우친 골절이나 청소년기의 대퇴골 간부 골절의 치료에도 확대되고 있다. 본 논문은 대퇴골 골절 환자 54례를 대상으로 금속정 삽입술의 적응증의 확대와 그에 수반되는 문제점에 관하여 증례 분석 및 결과를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. The rigid internal fixation of femur shaft fracture with intramedullary nailing enables early joint motion and weight bearing. This procedure has been used with wide popularity because it is possible simultaneously to preserve the range of motion and to obtain the bone union. But in the proximal and distal femur fracture, the interlocking screws are too close to the fracture site, the rigid fixation cannot be achieved and when early weight bearing is permitted, failure of the metal is possible. Also, when femur fractures in the adolescence be treated with traction followed by casting, sometimes angular deformity and shortening may develope. These problems have solved to the use by intramedullary nailing. The authors reviewed and analyzed 54 cases of the fractures of femur treated by interlocking nails at Sang-Gye Paik Hospital from August 1989 to July 1992. The results were as follows ; 1.Among the 54 patients, male were 42 and female were 12. 2.The mean time of bone union was 19.3 weeks. 3.The authors usually used the closed locked nailing technique to fix the mid-shaft fracture of femur. In cases such as mid-shaft fracture combined wish proximal or distal femoral fracture, for the stability of fracture and the early mobilization, a reconstruction nail or modified nailing technique was used and an excellent bone union was obtained without any complication. 4.In a mid-shaft fractures of the femur in adolescents or young adult, the authors used interlocking nails of proper length or diameter by cutting-off the distal portion of the nail or by over-reaming of the too narrow medullary canal, and the outcome was favorable.

        소아 대퇴골 간부골절 치료후 발생한 각변형 및 골절부 중첩으로 인한 하지단축의 자연교정

        Purpose: The aim of this article is to analyze remodelling and leg legnth discrepancy after conservative treatment of children s femoral shaft fracture by 90º 90º traction and hip spica cast application. Materials and Methods: The author reviewed 25 cases. The mean follow up period was 26 months. Patients was treated by 90º-90º traction and hip spica cast application. Traction period was 3-4 weeks, and cast application period was 4-6 weeks. AP, lateral simple X-ray and standing scannogram was taken at last follow up. All cases was noted complete remodelling under 5 degree. Result: Angular deformity was spontaneously corrected under 5 degree, in average 20 months later. The average complete remodelling time of angulation group under 10 degree at the time of union was 10 months. That of angulation group over 10 degree was 20 months. More satisfactory result was noted in less angled group. The optimal overriding of fracture site was from 10mm to 14mm. This overriding cases were noted minimal LLD. Conclusion: Residual leg length discrepancy was minimized at overriding range from 10mm to 14mm. More remodelling was noted in younger children group (2 to 5 yrs old), sagital angulation, spiral fracture and under 10 degree angulation.

        Total dislocation of the talus without concomitant fracture is an uncommon injury. Total dislocation of the talus is frequently open injury. The complication are infection, avascular necrosis and osteoarthritis. One case of total dislocation of the talus treated with open reduction and internal fixation at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Sanggye Paik Hospital in september 1998. The patient was followed for 3 months. This case present Hawkins sign at 8 weeks and a satisfactory healing was obtained.
