        The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between Kiesler's Correalism and Digital Architecture, and the essence of the Digital Architecture, by comparing the spatial concept of Frederick J. Kiesler, who was active between 1920's and 1960's, with that of Greg Lynn, who is a digital architect. How Kiesler, who was contemporary with Le Corbusier, had tried to approach architecturally in a way other than the functionalism of Modernism, and how it is interlinked with the way the digital architects of today designs is analyzed in this thesis. Kiesler's Concepts - Correalism, Endless House, Biotechnique, and Galaxy - is analyzed, and compared with the Concept of Greg Lynn's space.

      • Penicillium sp.에 依한 α-Galactosidase 生成에 關한 硏究

        The strong α-Galactosidase producing micro-organism was isolated from soil of soybean field and identified as Penicillium janthinellum. The optimum cultural and enzyme condition of P. janthinellum were investigated. The cell growth and enzyme production of P. janthinellum were observed to reach maximum at pH 5.0 in xylose medium and α-Galactosidase of P. janthinellum was produced constitutively. The optimum pH of crude α-Galactosidase was pH 5.0 The optimum temperature of crude α-Galactosidase was 50℃ and the enzyme was inactivated completely at 70℃ in 10 min.

        이 논문은 사회학 방법론의 역사에서 중요한 위치를 차지하는 뒤르켐의 사회학 방법론을 재검토함으로써, 그의 방법론에 대한 통상적인 오해를 불식하는 것을 목표로 한다. 그것을 위해 이 논문은 뒤르켐의 방법론에 대한 기존 논의에서 집중적으로 분석되고 있으며, 그의 방법론에 대한 오해의 원천이기도 했던 《사회학 방법론의 규칙들》을 포함하여 그동안 잘 분석되지 않았던 산재한 뒤르켐의 방법론에 대한 논의를 전반적으로 검토하였다 그것을 통하여 뒤르켐의 방법론에 내포된 실천적 의도와 인식론적 전제들을 재구성하였다 이런 분석은 뒤르켐이 사실과 가치를 엄격히 분리하는 실증주의자라기보다는 이론의 실천적 의도를 분명히 하고 그것을 방법론적으로 구현하고자 한 이론가라는 것을 보여준다 더 나아가서 그의 방법론이 사회학이론의 메타적 차원의 문제들, 즉 일상적 지식과 과학적 지식의 관계, 과학 이전의 종교나 신화와 과학 간의 관계, 사회학 발전의 사회적 전제와 조건 같은 다양한 문제에 대한 논의를 전개하고 있으며, 그의 논의는 현재의 논의에도 적실성이 있을 만큼 정교하다는 것을 밝혔다 This paper examines Durkheim's methodology which has occupied very important position in the history of sociology and aims to relieve it from various common misunderstandings. For that, this paper analyzes not only The Rules of sociological method that has been frequently discussed and the principal source of misunderstandings but also all the scattered thus overlooked discourses on the sociological method of Durkheim. The results show that Durkheim is not the positivist who rigorously separates fact from value, but the practical theorist who concretizes the practical intents of theories in his methodology. Moreover, he developed discourses on the meta-theoretical problems of sociology: the relationship between ordinary and scientific knowledge; the relationship between religious and scientific thoughts; the social presuppositions of the rise of sociological thoughts. They are elaborate enough to be relevant to the contemporary debates on sociological methodology.

        At present, the space of flow gains the ascendancy over the one of place The extreme fluidity and digital culture intensify today's nomadic life style Especially this change causes a fundamental shift of the way of relationship between human being and dwelling In opposition to sedentary dwelling, non-sedentary dwelling interprets space with values of use as the central figure along the mobility of individuals It responds to everyday demand In quest of flexibility, fluidity and adaptability unit and Community, the component of the dwelling space, are understood differently in contemporary dwelling from Modern sedentary concept Unit is interpreted not as d typological one for constituting structure, but as a deformable body for form, space and program Also community is understood not as a center of identity, but as a selective one on the basis of connectivity and random responsiveness of Network So this thesis intends to study the non-sedentary feature of contemporary dwelling through interpreting the transformed meaning of Unit and community and seek for how to think and adjust to non-sedentary life style

      • 韓國大豆食品의 Oligo糖 消長에 關한 硏究

        Three Korean variety of soybeans and five ordinary fermented soybean pastes collected from 5 districts were studied for oligosaccharides. Oligosaccharides in soybean (Bong Eui Variety), meju, and fermented soybean pastes were determined. The changes of oligosaccharides during the meju preparation were investigated. And then oligosaccharides hydrolyzing micro-organism was isolated and identified. The results obtained are as follows: 1) All of the three Korean variety of soybeans were detected for sucrose, raffinose, and stachyose. In case of five ordinary fermented soybean pastes, three samples collected from Seoul, Busan, and Daegu were detected for sucrose, the only one sample collected from Busan was detected for traces of raffinose and stachyose, and the rest was not detected for these oligosaccharides. 2) Bong Eui variety of soybean contained 42.3㎎/g of sucrose, 12.5㎎/g of raffinese, and 32.5㎎/g of stachyose. Meju contained 2.48㎎/g of sucrose, 0.01㎎/g of raffinose, and 0.03㎎/g of stachyose. And then fermented soybean paste contained 0.25㎎/g of sucrose. 3) As the result of steeping and cooking the soybean, the contents of sucrose, raffinose, and stachyose in soybean decreased to 66.9%, 72%, and 69.5% respectively. 4) Oligosaccharides in cooked soybean decreased a little at early stage of fermentation and almost disappeared except sucrose in 40 days. 5) Oligosaccharides hydrolyzing bacteria, strain B-12 was isolated from meju and identified as Bacillus sp.

      • S-상 심실중격의 임상적 고찰

        Background: The sigmoid septum described an anatomical variation in the contour of the left ventricular outlet. It is related to degenerative change with aging. We observed clinical significance of sigmoid septum in Korean. Methods: Echocardiographic examination was performed in 434 patients. Sigmoid septum is defined as discrete bulging of the proximal interventricular septum with that thickness is greater than 1.3cm or the thickness is grater 1.5 times than adjacent mid interventricular septum in apical 3 chamber view. Result: The incidence of patient with sigmoid septum(septum patient) is 24.8% (male 8.4%, female 16.3%) . The incidence increases with age and is more common in women. The patients with sigmoid septum were compared with targeted groups, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between them, but in height and weight, the former were lower. (p<001, p<03). In the patients with sigmoid septum, weight and the surface area of a body have an opposite correlation with increase of age (p<03, r=-0.34) (p<04, r=-0.31) , but no decrease of height was found according to age increase (p=0.47, r=-0.11) The main reason patients with sigmoid septum ask echocardiolography and its clinical symptoms were abnormal results of previous electrocardiography and/or usual chest pain. Compared with control group, interventricular septal thickness is larger in septum patients (p<001). The thickness of interventricular septum located in subaortic left ventricular outflow tract is 1.6±0.3cm. There is another web like structure that continued from interventricualr septum to anterior free wall of left ventricle and the width is 1.6±0.4cm. A sign of insignificant obstruction due to left ventricular outflow was observed from three sigmoid septum patients. Conculusion: Septum patient is largely found in older age group and the body weight and body surface area are lower than control group. The body weight and body surface area are opposite correlation with age. So sigmoid septum is considered as structural change by weight reduction with aging. It is assumed that septum patients are related with asymptomatic ischemia because they have more abnormal ECG finding such as T wave inversion on precordial leads or standard leads, nonspecific ST-T change, LBBB etc. Sigmoid septum is not only proximal interventricular septal bludging but also another web like structure continuing to anterior wall of left ventricle.
