        Ga 함유량에 따른 Co-evaporation 방법에 의해 제조된 Cu(In<sub>1-x</sub>,Ga<sub>x</sub>)Se<sub>2</sub> 박막 태양전지의 구조 및 전기적 특성

        $Cu(In_{1-x},Ga_x)Se_2$ thin films have been considered as an effective absorber material for high efficient solar cells. In this paper, the CIGS thin films with varied Ga content were prepared using a co-evaporation process of three stage. We carry out structure and electrical optical property on the thin film in varied Ga content. CIGS thin films have been characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), four-point probe measurement, and the Hall measurement. To optimize Ga contents, Ga/(In+Ga) ratio were changed from 0.13 to 0.72. At this time the carrier concentrations were varied from $1.22{\times}10^{11}\;cm^{-3}$ to $5.07{\times}10^{16}\;cm^{-3}$, and electrical resistivity were varied from $1.11{\times}10^0\;{\Omega}-cm$ to $1.08{\times}10^2\;{\Omega}-cm$. A strong <220/204> orientation and a lager grain size were obtained at a Ga/(In+Ga) of 0.3. We were able to achieve conversion efficiency as high as 15.95% with a Ga/(In+Ga) of 0.3.

        후미히코 마키(Fumihiko Maki)의 대학교육시설에서 근대성과 현대성의 해석에 관한 연구 - 세인트 루이스 워싱턴 대학의 스타인버그 홀과 켐퍼 아트 뮤지움을 중심으로 -

        The modern day architectural giant, Maki Fumihiko, has lived through both the early and the more recent modernism, Contemporary. In the 1950's he was faithful to the spirit that was founded on the early modernity, Metabolism. In his later years in the 2000's, his style can be distinguished into Neo-Modernism which was based on local influence. The educational system at Washington University and the modern city of Saint Louis carries the continuation of Fumihiko Maki's early and later architectural career. Steinberg Hall and Kemper Art Museum have been built adjacent to each other in an extended period of time. These two projects encompass the changes in the era that has gone through modernism, transformation of an architect's career, and the maturation of the university. Steinberg Hall carries the ideal and the spirit of young Fumihiko Maki, therefore, the basic platform of experimentation of the early Metabolist has been applied. Spatial theory that concentrates on the integration of relations is also evident in this project. In contrast, Kemper Art Museum expresses the work of a 78 year-old veteran from the perspective of Neo-Modernism. This piece focuses on the internal space through the coexistence of a variety of space, and with that it notably interprets the integration of the pieces to the whole as a set theory. The partial change that we see is the evidence of the change in the early and the later modernism, while maintaining the innocence and the spirit of it. This is to highlight the fact that, ultimately, the goal of architecture is to secure the human race's honesty and their freedom expressed through space.

        올린 도서관 현상설계에서 나타난 근대건축의 공간적 특성에 관한 연구 - 장소적 질서와 형태적 상징을 중심으로 -

        The Olin Library in St. Louis was an important design competition for the United States in the 1950's, the rear of America's modern architecture. The participants of this competition were a variety of representative architects and groups of its time. With the library's functional rationality, the Olin Library competition was legible of the aspects of modern architectural flow. The competition required two demands. The first demand was absolute importance in character definition of place, which was to satisfy the site conditions approached from campus design. Secondly was related to interpretation of morphological symbolism in an architectural matter. The experiments of American modern architecture started to change its ideal goal gradually ; accommodating the altering public's code, at the same time, maintaining the original modern value was the reason to changing the ideal goal. As a turning point, the Olin Library should be understood as an important work, which divulged the value change of architectural interpretation.

      • 뇌졸중 재활에 관한 최근 메타분석에 대한 고찰

        Background: Meta-analysis is an integrative statistical analysis of individual analyses, and has the compensatory role to ran-domized controlled trial in the medical decision. The results of meta-analyses can help to establish the guidelines of rehabilita-tive treatment and critical pathway in stroke rehabilitation. Methods: We reviewed the currently reported results of meta-analyses, using search term of “stroke” and “rehabilitation” within limit of “meta-analysis” on PubMed. Articles published on or after January, 2004 were selected, and we excluded articles which were not directly related to stroke rehabilitation or which were not meta-analyses methodologically. Results: Total 31 articles were selected. There are proven evidences for electromechanical walking training, functional electric stimulation (FES) for gait, strengthening training, aerobic exercise, occupational therapy (OTx) focused on activities of daily living (ADL), augmented exercise therapy, constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT), bilateral movement training, community OTx for ADL and leisure, stroke unit, early supported discharge, early home-supported discharge, and information provision. However subjects regarding treadmill training, transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) for gait, force platform feedback for clinical balance, physical fitness training, electrostimulation for motor function, robot-assisted therapy for ADL, motor apraxia training for ADL, cognitive rehabilitation for spatial neglect, rehabilitation one year or more after stroke, acupuncture had not enough evidences yet. There was an evidence against electromyographic (EMG)-biofeedback. Conclusion: According to recent published meta-analyses results, there are still many clinical therapies of which the effects are not proved yet. Further research is needed for the development of evidence-based medicine in stroke rehabilita-tion. (Korean J Stroke 2009;11:10-18)

        통합적 노인 낙상 예방 프로그램의 장단기 효과

        Objective: To evaluate the short-term and long-term effects of integrated fall prevention program comprised of exercise program to improve physical function, education of fall prevention strategy and environmental improvement in elderly Korean. Method: Elderly who were at high risk for fall participated in 8-week integrated fall prevention program. Outcome measures including fall efficacy scale (FES), activity-specific balance confidence (ABC), flexibility test, balance function test, short physical performance battery (SPPB) and isokinetic knee strength were evaluated and compared before and after the program. One year after the program, fall experience and frequency, FES and ABC were followed up by mail questionnaire. Results: Among 63 participants enrolled at the baseline, 43 completed the program. Flexibility, balance function and SPPB improved significantly whereas FES, ABC, anthropometric measure data and knee strength were not changed. One year after the program, the number of fallers decreased significantly. Conclusion: Integrated fall prevention program may improve flexibility and balance function, and can reduce the risk of fall in the elderly population.
