A proper evaluation of effective moment of inertia involved tensile cracking effect and tension stiffening effect is an<br/> important consideration in the design of one-way composite slabs reinforced with structural steel decking. Especially common<br/> uses of high-strength reinforcing structural steel decking and shallow sections caused serviceability problem of one-way<br/> composite slabs to be of more importance. Methods to evaluate effective moment of inertia and allowable span-depth ratio for<br/> controlling deflection in one-way composite slabs were developed. A new presented formula for effective moment of inertia can<br/> apply to simple as eliminating the necessity of computing moment of inertia of cracked section. Allowable span-depth ratio that<br/> limitation of long-term deflections will be satisfactory considered loading conditions, support conditions, deck plate ratio, span<br/> length, and allowable deflections in ACI 318-02. The proposed methods in this study show a more justifiable than other<br/> procedures such as ACI 318-02 and ANSI/ASCE.

파고 부이에 설치된 가속도센서를 통해 가속도 값을 측정하고, 이를 통해 파고를 계산하는 알고리즘은 대부분 측정된 가속도값의 이중적분을 취하여 구하고 있다. 이와 같은 적분과정은 오차의 누적을 수반하게 되며, 오차의 누적은, 자칫 오측정 및 시스템의 불안정으로 이어질 수 있다. 한편, 해수면의 물입자 운동은 주기적이며 타원운동을 하고 있다는 사실이 잘 알려져 있다. 이러한 사실로 부터, 선형적 관계를 이용하여 타원 운동식을 직접 계산할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 최소값을 구함으로써 파고를 얻을 수 있게 된다. 본 연구는, 이중 적분 과정을 통해 수반되는 오차누적의 영향을 최소화하는 방법으로서 선형적 관계의 이용가능성을 확보하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. Most of studies on wave height algorithms that are using at buoys describe algorithms using double integral to determine the position data from the acceleration data measured from the accelerometer. but sometimes, it can involve some cumulative error in that process, and result in misjudgment or unstabe system. On the other hand, It is widely known that the motion of fluid particles on or underneath a linear progressive wave is periodic and elliptic. This fact is considered in this article and leads a improved algorithms with no integral processing.
Effect of Organic Acid Salts and Chitosan on Case-Ready Packed Ground Beef and Pork Patties

The effects of ascorbic acid (AA) alone or in combination with sodium acetate/calcium lactate (AA+SACL) and chitosan (AA+CH) on the physicochemical properties and microbial growth of beef and pork patties stored at $5^{\circ}C$ were investigated. The patties were case-ready packed in an air-containing polypropylene (PP) tray and sealed with polyethylene terephthlate (PETP)/casted polypropylene (CPP) top film. Treatments with AA, AA+SACL and AA+CH were effective in inhibiting total aerobic bacteria from day 4 compared to the control. In general, thiobarbituric acid, volatile basic nitrogen, and hue values in treated samples were lower than the control over the storage, whereas Hunter ${\alpha}^*$ (redness) values and sensory scores for surface color and off-odor were higher. Regarding quality and shelf-life extension, ground beef and pork patties treated with AA+SACL produced the most desirable results among all treatments during storage.
항공기반시설의 정보보호를 위한 보안관리체계 모델에 관한 연구

항공기반시설(공항, 기상 서비스, 항로 항행시설, 항공교육시설)에 대한 관리적, 물리적 그리고 인적측면과 기술지원 환경 및 인프라측면에서 발생하는 보안사고의 대응을 위한 보안관리체계는 수립단계에서부터 착수하여 분석이 진행됨에 따라 세부적인 평가가 수행되어야 하며, 시설변경이 발생하는 경우, 변경된 시설에 대한 재평가가 실시되어야 한다. 또한 항공기 운용과정에서 발생 가능한 각종 사고에 대한 사전 예방 및 정비를 위해서도 체계적인 보안성 평가가 필수적이다. 보안수준 평가에는 계획(Plan), 활동(Do), 그리고 평가(Check), 조치(Action)업무로 이어지는 생명주기(Life Cycle) 구조가 지속적으로 개선되는 순환적 프레임워크 구조를 가져야 하며, 과거의 사용 또는 경험에 따라 세분화된 보안성 평가 요구조건을 구분하여 적용하여야한다. 특히, 항공기반시설에 대한 보안성 입증과 안전한 운항을 보장하기 위해서는 실시간 지원체계와 국가적 차원의 관리가 필요한데, 이는 공공의 안전을 확보하기 위한 것으로서, 민간항공업체는 해당 법규, 표준서 및 지침 등에 따라 최소한의 보안성을 입증하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 항공기반시설에 대한 보안사고 대응을 위한 보안관리체계를 위해 설정된 보안의 목표를 충족하고 있는지를 확인 평가하고, 분석 등을 고려하여 종합적인 보안성 평가기법을 적용할 수 있도록 하는 하늘차형 보안관리체계 프레임워크 기반 모델에 대해 제시하고자 한다. The importance of the security management system for the aviation infrastructure cannot be overemphasized. What is especially important on the security management system for it is the assessment that is detaild and systematic. This article presents a framework based on a Hanulcha-type security management system model for a Information security of the Aviation infrastructure. This system checks, estimates and analyzes the goal of security with effect, especially in case of the security-accident on the aviation infrastructure because this system model gives the integrated security assessment method.

N/A It has been supposed that several factors are related to the localization of antibody against tumor-associated antigen in tumors. However, the significance of these factors has not been evaluated in detail. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the effect of these factors on the localization of infused monoclonal anti-CEA (CEA 79), expressed in percent injected dose per gram (%ID/G), in human colon carcinoma grafted to nude mice. The evaluated factors in tumor were tissue weight, blood weight, vascular permeability to antibody, relative blood flow and CEA concentration (Bmax). The percent injected dose per gram of CEA 79 in tumor correlated significantly with vascular permeability (r= 0.61, p<0,001) and CEA concentration in tumor (r= 0.49, p<0.001), while tissue weight, blood weight and relative blood flow did not show a significant correlation (p>0.05) in linear regression analysis. Stepwised multiple regression analysis in tumor indicated that vascular permeability was a significant predictor of the percent injected dose per gram (multiple R=0,59, p<0,001). Inclusion of CEA concentration in tumor increased the correlation coefficient from 0.59 to 0.67 (p<0.001). Adding all the other variables was not significant (p>0.05). In conclusion, vascular permeability to antibody and CEA concentration in tumor were important factors determining the localization of CEA 79 in human colon carcinoma grafted to nude mice.
