객관 분석에 의한 복잡지형의 대기유동장 수치모의와 모델에 의한 자료질 조절효과

In order to reduce the uncertainties and improve the air flow field, objective analysis using asynoptic observational data is chosen as a method that enhances the reality of meteorology. In surficial data and their numerical interpolation for improving the interpretation of meteorological components, objective analysis scheme should perform a smooth interpolation, detect and remove the bad data and carry out internal consistency analysis. For objective analysis technique which related to data reliability and error suppression, we carried out two quality control methods. In site quality control, asynoptic observational data at urban area revealed low representation by the complex terrain and buildings. In case of wind field, it was more effective than temperature field when it were interpolated near waterbody data. Many roads, buildings, subways, vehicles are bring about artificial heat which left out of consideration on the simulation of air flow field. Therefore, in temperature field, objective analysis for more effective result was obtained when surficial data were interpolated as many as possible using value quality control rather than the selection of representative site.

For the purpose of prediction air quality in Kimhae area, ISC3 and UAM were used. As the study area is located in a coastal area, the atmospheric flow is strong1y affected by the sea breeze. The air quality model results show that the dirunal variation pattern of pollutants is consistent with observed spatial and temporal features, as a whole.
모래말뚝 설치심도 및 치환율이 다른 SCP지반의 전단특성

본 논문은 연약지반에 모래말뚝의 설치심도를 달리하여 타설함으로써 모래의 사용량을 절약하기 위한 개량형식에 착안한 모래말뚝 설치지반의 전단특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 모래말뚝은 연약지반 깊이에 따라 설치심도 및 말뚝의 직경을 달리하고 또한 모래말뚝을 토목섬유 기능을 갖는 연성재료로 감싸 보강한 시료와 그렇지 않은 시료로 나누어 압밀비배수 삼축압축시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 모래말뚝의 직경과 설치심도가 증가할수록 그리고 연성재료로 보강한 시료가 전단강도와 응력비등에 있어서 더 큰 증가를 보였으며 그중 내부마찰각 보다 점착력 요소의 증가가 더 두드러진 증가를 보였다. This paper presents shear characteristics of a ground improved by sand piles. The sand piles have different length and diameter depending on the depth of a clayey layer. A series of CU triaxial compression tests are carried out on specimens covered with/without soft material which is similar to geotextile. The results show that the shear strength and stress ration increase as the length and the diameter of the sand pile increase. In addition, covering the specimen with the soft material appears to affect those characteristics as well. The increase of cohesion seems to be more remarkable compared to internal frictional angle.

EnergyPlus is a whole building energy simulation program that engineers, architects, and researchers use to model energy and water use in buildings. Modeling the performance of a building with EnergyPlus enables building professionals to optimize the building design to use less energy and water. This program provides energy analysis of building and needs weather data for simulation. Weather data is available for over 2,000 locations in a file format that can be read by EnergyPlus. However, only five locations are avaliable in Korea. This study intends to use AWS data for having high spatial resolution to simulate building energy. The result of this study shows the possibility of using AWS data for energy simulation of building.
TGF-β2 stimulates cranial suture closure through activation of the Erk-MAPK pathway

<P>Cranial sutures are important growth sites of the skull. During suture closure, the dura mater is one of the most important sources of various positive and negative regulatory signals. Previous results indicate that TGF-β2 from dura mater strongly accelerates suture closure, however, its exact regulatory mechanism is still unclear. In this study, we confirmed that removal of dura mater in calvarial organ culture strongly accelerates sagittal suture closure and that this effect is further enhanced by TGF-β2 treatment. TGF-β2 stimulated cell proliferation in the MC3T3-E1 cell line. Similarly, it stimulated the proliferation of cells in the sutural space in calvarial organ culture. Furthermore, TGF-β2-mediated enhanced cell proliferation and suture closure were almost completely inhibited by an Erk-MAPK blocker, PD98059. These results indicate that TGF-β2-induced activation of Erk-MAPK is an important signaling component that stimulates cell proliferation to enrich osteoprogenitor cells, thereby promoting their differentiation into osteoblasts to achieve a rapid calvarial bone expansion. The Haptoglobin β chain as a supportive biomarker for human lung cancers

<P>Haptoglobin (Hp) is produced as an acute phase reactant during inflammation, infection, malignant diseases, and several cancers. In proteomics analysis using human blood samples, the Hp peptide levels were about 3-fold higher in lung cancer patients <I>versus</I> normal individuals. This study is aimed at analyzing the elevation of which chain of Hp is closely related to lung cancers and can be a serum biomarker for lung cancers. In Western blot (WB) analysis, we found that the Hp β chain can be a better diagnostic biomarker for lung cancers. In the result of the Hp β chain ELISA developed by us, the concentrations of the Hp β chain in the sera increased about 4-fold in 190 lung adenocarcinoma patients <I>versus</I> 190 healthy controls (8.0 ± 3.8 μg ml<SUP>−1</SUP><I>vs.</I> 1.9 ± 1.2 μg ml<SUP>−1</SUP>). ELISA data showed that the serum levels of the Hp β chain in breast cancer (1.5 ± 0.5 μg ml<SUP>−1</SUP>) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (1.4 ± 1.0 μg ml<SUP>−1</SUP>) patients remained similar to those of healthy controls. Compared to lung adenocarcinoma, the Hp β chain levels in the plasma of patients with other respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis (TBC), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and bronchial asthma (BA) were closer to those of healthy controls. 수정 IPA를 이용한 국립백두대간수목원 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 전통적 IPA의 단점을 보완하고자 Kano이론에 기반한 수정 IPA를 이용하여 국립백두대간수목원 서비스 및 시설의 효율적 운영방안을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 설문조사는 총 636부의 설문지를 배포하고, 이중기재 및 불성실답변을 제외한 586부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수정 IPA 분석결과 I사분면 지속적 노력이 필요한 속성으로는 주변경관의 조화, 식물의 다양성, 입구안내 및 정보제공, 시설물 안전성, 트램 이용안전성 및 편리함 등 12개 포함되었다. II사분면 우선시정이 필요한 속성은 수목원의 위치 및 교통, 수목원 내 혼잡성, 수목 크기, 트램 승차인원 등 총 9개가 포함되어 가장 우선적으로 해결해야할 문제로 나타났다. This Study used the Revised IPA based on the Kano theory to compensate for the shortcomings of the traditional IPA. The aims to provide the service of the baekdudaegan arboretum and the efficient operation method of the facility. in the survey, 586 copies of the total 636 copies the questionnaire excluding double entry and dishonest answer, were used for analysis. As a result of the Revised IPA, the keep up good work corresponding to the I quadrant included 12 attributes such as harmony of the surrounding landscape, plant diversity, provide entrance information, stability of facilities, stability and convenience of tram. The concentrate here in the II quadrant contained 9 attributes, such as arboretum location and traffic, Arboretum traffic line and congestion, tree size, Tram riding passengers.
