Background and aims : In the coronary artery disease, a rate of restenosis was much decreased by placement of coronary stent than when percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty has been applied, but there are still important clinical problems of restenosis. There has been many progressive studies about various factors contributed to this restenosis. So, we studied a relation between restenosis after placement of coronary stent in the coronary artery disease and many clinical factors, characteristics of stenotic lesion and procedural factors, and also assessed the restenosis rate of various coronary stents. Methods : Total 58 lesions(46 cases of patients ; man 30, woman 16) were evaluated, which has been performed a follow-up coronary angiography after 6 months (mean 188 days) since coronary stent had been placed. Various stents were implanted and assessed a relation between restenosis and many factors. Results : Of 58 lesions were target stenotic studies, there were 22 of restenotic lesions(37.9%), and the restenosis rate wes statistically significant difference in the relation with diabetes mellitus(p<0.05), group of acute myocardial infarction(p<0.05) among clinical diagnosis of ischemic heart disease(stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction) in clinical factors and with high dilation pressure of stent(p<0.05) in procedural factors. When the rate of restenosis was evaluated among implanted stents, it was lowest in the Multilink^(®) stent and highest in the Nir Royal^(®) stent(60%). Conclusion : In this study of restenosis and various factors after placement of stents in the coronary artety disease, factors such as diabetes mellitus, group of acute myocardial infarction and a dilation pressure of stent were significant related with restenosis and the restenosis rate of Multilink^(®) stent was lowest and the highest restenosis rate was of Nir Royal^(®) stent.
Pt@Cu/C Core-Shell Catalysts for Hydrogen Production Through Catalytic Dehydrogenation of Decalin

Pt@Cu/C core-shell catalysts were successfully prepared by impregnation of a carbon support with copper precursor, followed by transmetallation between platinum and copper. The Pt@Cu/C core-shell catalysts retained a core of copper with a platinum surface. The prepared catalysts were used for hydrogen production through catalytic dehydrogenation of decalin for eventual application to an onboard hydrogen supply system. Pt@Cu/C core-shell catalysts were more efficient at producing hydrogen via decalin dehydrogenation than Pt/C catalysts containing the same amount of platinum. Supported core-shell catalysts utilized platinum highly efficiently, and accordingly, are lower-cost than existing platinum catalysts. The combination of impregnation and transmetallation is a promising approach for preparation of Pt@Cu/C core-shell catalysts.
치어기 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus) 사료내 어분 대체원으로서발효 대두박 이용성

This study evaluated fermented soybean meal (FSM) as a fish meal (FM) replacement and determined the appropriate amount of FSM in juvenile olive flounder diet. Twenty-four aquaria with a flowing-water system were stocked with fish averaging 20.9 g at a density of 25 fish/tank. Five experimental diets were prepared replacing FM with 0, 10, 20, 30, or 40% FSM based on FM protein (designated FSM0, FM10, FSM20 FSM30, and FSM40, respectively). Two additional diets were prepared that replaced 30 or 40% of the FM with FSM with added amino acids (methionine and lysine) (designated FSM30+AA, and FSM40+AA, respectively). Fish (triplicates)were fed one of the eight experimental diets (50% crude protein and 16.7 kJ available energy g-1 diet) for 8 weeks. Survival did not differ among the treatments during the feeding experiment. There were no significant differences in weight gain (WG) or specific growth rate (SGR) among the fish fed diets with up to 30% of the FM replaced. However, fish fed FSM40 or FSM40+AA had a reduced WG and SGR, as compared to FSM0 (control) (P < 0.05). The feed efficiency and apparent digestibility showed a similar trend (P < 0.05). The proximate composition in the whole body of fish differed only between the control and FSM40 for the crude protein level and between the control and FSM30+AA for the crude lipid level. The whole-body amino acid composition did not differ among treatments. No significant differences were found between the diet groups with and without amino acid supplementation,indicating that amino acid supplementation had no effect. The major finding of this study is that fermented soybean meal may replace up to 30% of fish meal without amino acid supplementation for normal growth of juvenile olive flounder
CMCIS 시스템을 위한 MDEC 모듈의 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 다중 생체계측 장비를 CMCIS(Central Monitoring and Cardiology Information System) 기반의 통합 시스템에 연동하기 위한 MDEC(Medical Device Exchange Communication)의 설계 및 구현을 소개한다. MDEC은 6종의 계층장비의 신호를 받아 각 서버로 데이터를 전송할 수 있도록 설계하고 Linux OS을 포팅 하였다. 각 장비별 프로토콜에 대해 최소화된 기본 프로토콜을 정의하고 통신방법에 따라 UART 포트 혹은 USB 포트를 생체정보의 물리적 입력장치로 사용하였다. 호스트 서버와는 유무선 LAN울 통해 정보를 전달할 수 있게 하드웨어를 설계하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 CMCIS 기반의 통합 시스템을 구축하는 기반기술로 향후 효율적 의료서비스에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
넙치( Paralichthys olivaceus )용 고효율 배합사료 개발을 위한 실험 배합 사료 및 생사료 비교 평가

This study was conducted to compare an experimental extruded pellet (EP) and raw fish-based moist pellet (MP) on growth performance, whole-body and dorsal muscle composition, and textural properties of dorsal muscle for olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus . Four groups of 8,000 fish (initial mean weight 27.1±0.05 g) per concrete tank (10×10 m) were fed the experimental diets for 16 months. After the feeding trial, no significant differences were observed in final mean body weight, weight gain, specific growth rate, feed intake, survival, and condition factor between EP and MP groups. However, feed efficiency of fish fed the EP was significantly higher than that of fish fed the MP. Moisture content in the whole-body of fish fed the MP was significantly higher than that of fish fed the EP. Significantly higher contents of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) in whole-body and dorsal muscle were observed in fish fed the EP compared with fish fed the MP. Any notable differences in amino acid contents or textural properties of the dorsal muscle were not observed in fish fed either the EP or the MP. The results of this study indicated that the EP could be developed to replace MP for the market size of production in olive flounder without the adverse effects on growth performance. Formulation of the EP could be used as a practical feed for olive flounder.

The purpose of this study is to establish the contents of virtual reality for a patient who suffers from various diseases and needs Upper-limbs Rehabilitation. First, the system provides the movement content to remote patient. Then system is tracking information in the joints by using Kinect Sensor. And similarity comparison of a given content to diagnose the movement of the patient. The tracked movement information is stored in the database with similarity and is delivered to the rehabilitation therapist. The result of this study will enhance the effectiveness and concentration of the rehabilitation therapy and be used as basic data evaluating the function of the Upper-limbs Rehabilitation.
쑥 분말 첨가와 원료육 등급이 돼지고기 햄의 저장성에 미치는 영향

쑥 분말의 첨가와 원료육 등급이 돼지고기 햄의 저장성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여, 규격돈(B등급) 및 경산모 돈(E등급)에 쑥 분말을 첨가한 것과 첨가하지 않은 네 종류의 돼지고기 햄을 제조하였다. L^*값은 B。 및 B_+ 햄은 저장후기가 높았으며, E。 햄은 저장 2주째 가장 높았고, E_+ 햄은 저장 중 변화가 없었다. 그러나 B등급육 햄의 L^*값이 E등급육 햄보다 높았으며, a^*값은 E등급육 햄이 높았다. 햄의 pH는 저장 중 감소하다가 저장 8주까지 증가하였다. 아질산 잔류량은 저장 2주까지 급격히 감소하였으며, 쑥 분말의 첨가는 아질산 잔류량의 감소에 영향을 미쳤다. VBN 함량은 저장초기 6.90~7.90 ㎎%이던 것이 저장 중 증가하여 8주 째에는 14.07~14.83 ㎎%를 나타내었다. TBARS는 저장 중 증가하였으며, 쑥 분말을 첨가한 것이 첨가하지 않은 것보다 저장 4주와 6주 째에 더 낮았다. 총균수는 모든 햄이 저장 중에 증가하였으며, 쑥 분말의 첨가는 총균수에 영향을 미치지 않았다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of addition mugwort podwer and carcass grade on the shelf life of pork ham. Pork ham was prepared by four type such as grade B pork ham (B。), grade B pork ham containing mugwort powder (B_+), grade E pork ham (E。) and grade E pork ham containing mugwort powder (E_+). The surface color, pH, residual nitrite, VBN (volatile basic nitrogen), TBARS (2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances) and total bacterial counts of the samples were determined during storage for 8 weeks at 4℃. The L^* value of B。 and B_+ ham showed higher at the latter period of 8 weeks, that of E。 ham was the highest on at the storage of 2nd week and that of E_+ ham was not different during 8 weeks storage. The L^* value of B grade ham was higher than that of E grade ham and the a^* value of E grade ham was higher than that of B grade ham. The pH of all ham decreased during storage, but increased from 8 weeks. The residual nitrite of all ham highly decreased until storage for 2 weeks, the addition of mugwort powder was affected in the reduction of residual nitrite of pork ham. The VBN contents were 6.90~7.90 ㎎% in the early period of storage, was 14.07~14.83 ㎎% on the storage of 8th week. The TBARS of pork ham were increased gradually during storage and pork ham containing mugwort powder showed lower value than pork ham non added mugwort powder during 4th and 6th weeks storage. The total bacterial counts of pork ham were increased gradually during storage and the addition of mugwort powder was not effective.
