        도시공원 조성에 따른 미기후환경의 변화 분석

        본 연구에서는 대구광역시 중구의 국채보상운동기념공원과 2.28기념중앙공원을 대상으로 도시공원의 조성 후 열섬 영향 정도와 미기후환경 변화를 정량적으로 분석하여 과거대비 미기후 측면의 효율성 검증과 도시내 공원의 중요성 및 필요성에 대해 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 미기후개선을 위한 친환경적 도시공원 계획 및 도시계획 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 대구광역시 중구에 위치하는 2.28기념중앙공원과 국채보상운동기념공원을 대상으로 3차원 미기후분석프로그램인 ENVI-met을 이용하여 미기후환경(온도, 습도, 바람)의 변화를 분석ㆍ고찰하였다. 2.28공원 및 국채보상기념공원 조성으로 인한 미기후환경 변화를 요약하면, 지점별로 차이가 있지만 기존대비 각각 2.27%, 1.50%의 온도저감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 습도는 기존대비 각각 5.52%, 2.83%의 상승효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 과거의 미기후환경을 예측하여 공원 조성을 통한 미기후환경의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다는데 가장 큰 의의가 있다. 향후 도시계획 이전에 미기후의 변화를 모의하여 계획에 반영한다면 보다 쾌적한 도시조성에 효과를 줄 것이라 판단된다. This study examined the effect of Gukchae-bosang Memorial Park(GBM park) and 2.28 Jung-ang Memorial Park(JAM park) located at Jung-gu, Daegu on heat island phenomenon. The changes in micro-climate environment after the development of urban parks were analyzed quantitatively to evaluate the efficiency of the parks in terms of micro-climate control. The importance and necessity of urban parks are reviewed based on the analysis, and the guidelines for eco-friendly park and town planning are suggested. In this study, the microclimate environment factors of the urban parks, such as temperature, humidity, and wind, were analyzed and examined by ENVI-met -- a three dimensional micro-climate analysis program. The micro-climate environmental changes caused by the urban parks are as follows. The temperature decreasing effects by the parks were 2.27%(JAM park) and 1.50%(GBM park), and the humidity increasing effects were 5.52%(JAM park) and 2.83%(GBM park) respectively. The significance of this study is that the changes of micro-climate environment by urban parks were analyzed quantitatively on the assumption of the past micro-climate environment. It is expected that the simulation of micro-climate changes from the results of this study helps planners develop a better plan to create more pleasant urban environment.

        도시열섬현상 완화를 위한 녹지네트워크 및 바람길 구축

        현대의 도시는 살아있는 생명체처럼 매일 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 이전과 달리 집중된 공간에서 짧은 시간동안 일어난 공간의 변화는 도시환경을 악화시켜 환경문제를 유발하였다. 특히 지표면 및 토지이용의 변화 등으로 발생된 도시열섬현상은 도시민의 건강과 경제적인 손실 등 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 도시열섬현상을 해결하기 위한 도시계획적 접근방법의 하나가 녹지네트워크의 도입이다. 본 연구에서는 대구광역시 중구와 남구를 사례대상지로 선정하여 도시열섬현상 분석, 토지피복분류, 녹지네트워크 연계가능성 분석, 바람길 분석을 통하여 녹지네트워크 구축을 제안하였다. 연구결과 남쪽의 앞산 및 산지지역을 녹지네트워크의 핵, 두류공원 및 달성공원 등 남구 2개 지역과 중구의 6개 지역의 근린공원을 거점으로 하고 학교부지와 공원시설 등을 포함하는 지역을 거점 가능지역으로 설정하여 대상지역의 광역 및 세부 그린네트워크 구축을 제안하였다. 특히 앞산과 연결되는 캠프워커는 핵과 연결되고 있는 거점지역으로서 향후 미군부대 이전 후에 반드시 보전되어야 할 지역으로서 판단된다. 또한 녹지네트워크를 통해 바람길을 확보하기 위하여 중구의 수성교 인근과 남구의 캠프워커지역을 바람통로확보지구를 설정하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. Like other organic beings, modern cities change every day. Unlike in the past, changes of space which have been taking place in concentrated spaces during short periods of time have worsened the environment of cities creating environmental problems. In particular, the urban heat-island phenomenon, which is caused by changes in using the earth`s surface, has emerged as a key social issue along with health problems and economic difficulties. The Green Network has been introduced as an urban planning approach to solve the urban heat-island phenomenon. This study suggests constructing a Green Network through analyzing the urban heat island phenomenon, land cover classification, and linkage possibility with the Green Network and wind corridors by researching Jung-Gu, and Nam-Gu in Daegu Metropolitan City. In conclusion, this study presented the construction of a broad and detailed Green Network of object areas by assigning Apsan to the southern area and mountain area as the core, two areas of Nam-Gu and six areas of Jung-Gu such as Duryu Park and, Dalsung Park as footholds and other school land and park facility areas as footholds-to-be areas. In particular, Camp Walker, which is connected with Apsan, is not only a foothold but connected to the core, is necessary to preserve after being transferred from the U.S. Army. In addition, assigning the Susung Bridge area of Jung-Gu and the Camp Walker area of Nam-Gu as the wind corridor areas is recommended.

        A biotope play an important role in the destruction of the urban ecosystem because it produce through interaction of biotic and abiotic factor very different ecological function. Therefore, the development and protection of biotope in urban arear is of great significance with regard to planning practice at present and above all in the future. It is necessary first to investigate and evaluate biotp type. In this study is described applicability of digital map as alternative methodology for more efficient construction of biotpe database. For this show the 1:1000 scale digital map specially a actual possible use for biotope type mapping. Through using Arc/Info system of GIS software is possible the file transformation of the 1:1000 scale digital map, from DXF format to GIS data set(topology coverage).

        독일 지방자치단체환경영향평가제도 연구

        Environmental protection and precaution are the most frequently considered issues in the recent research fields for our present and future surroundings. However, it seems that these environmental issues were less reflected in local-level development plans, and caused several cases of environmental pollution, therefore it became a major concern of local governments and the communities. The role of a 'Local EIA(Environment Impact Assessment)' can be a core issue for the positive preferences of the local-level development plans. Cases of Local EIA in Germany which have been implied successfully are reviewed to generate a local EIA movement and to produce a guideline for Korean local governments. The local EIA in Germany was broadly commenced in the middle of 1980s, and a decade later it was carried out for over 200 of local governments. To produce a better suggestion for Korean local EIA, comparison and analysis of detail data of the German local EIA was carried out, and tested for fourteen cities in Korea based on five categories: ⅰ) assessment subject, ⅱ) assessment procedure, ⅲ) main office for assessment, ⅳ) assessment factor and ⅴ) assessment standard. Prior suggestions for greater preference of local EIA in Korea are: it is necessary that Ⅰ) launch of a support system in central government to help the movement of local government; Ⅱ) a knowledge-based expert group in local government which has by all means of exclusive responsibility for any action(new application or performance of local EIA) ; Ⅲ) establishment of 'environmental protection measure' in local government level for environmental precaution based on individual environmental character and values in their communities.

        지방의제21의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구

        The Local Agenda21 is an action program of local dimension to realize of sustainable development. The citizen participation is prime issues and very important for successful practice of the Local Agenda21. The purpose of this research is to analyze the citizen participation problem and to suggest the improvement plan at the advanced course of the Local Agenda21. The research results are as follows; 1. The recognize of citizen about the Local Agenda21 is very low. Namely, the citizen of about 80% answered not to know about the Local Agenda21. 2. However, citizens showed the participation opinion to be very active by simple explanation about the Local Agenda21. 3. Also, citizens showed the result to be very affirmative in the environment problem consciousness investigation. Namely, citizens were recognizing the environment problem as the problem of the society synergic.

        As man have carried out urban plans and developments according to the measure of automobiles, it have encroached upon convenient and pleasant residential environment. Among the urban problems which are caused by the traffic increase, the problem, of the Streets in residential area is Particularly serious. In order words, falling-off in the quality of residential environment is being occurred by the danger of traffic accident, din and airpolution. In this research, I've studied the problems which stem from the inconsistent relation between man and automobiles through the case studied of the three residential district in Taegu.

      • 약물치료 불응성 CAPD 출구감염에서 외측 Cuff 제거의 효과

        지속성 외래 복막투석은 현재 말기 신부전 환자에서 혈액투석과 함께 보편적인 신대체 요법중의 하나로 이용되고 있으나 이와 함께 CAPD에 관련된 합병증이 중요한 문제로 대두되고있다. 이들 합병증 중 출구 및 터널 감염증은 재발성 또는 지속적 복막염의 가장 흔한 원인이고 도관 제거의 주요 원인으로 되어있다. 이에 저자들은 4주 이상 약물치료에 반응하지 않는 불응성 출구감염이거나 반복적인 추구감염과 터널감염에서 외측 cuff 제거술(external cuff shaving)이 도관 이용 기간에 미치는 영향과 감염치료 효과를 평가하기 위하여 동국대학교 의과대학 부속 경주병원에서 1994년 4월부터 1998년 10월 31일 사이에 말기 신부전으로 CAPD를 시행하고 있는 환자 중 약제 투여로 치료되지 않는 출구 및 터널감염이 있어 CAPD 카테터의 외측 cuff 제거술(external cuff shaving)을 시행한 13명의 환자를 대상으로 후향적 연구를 시행하였다. 대상환자의 평균 연령은 45.5±12.8세였고, 남녀 비는 7 : 6 이었다. 외측 cuff 제거술 전까지CAPD 이용기간은 평균 21.7±8.0개월이었고 외측 cuff 제거 후의 CAPD 사용기간은 평균 17.63±6.26개월이었으며, cuff 제거술 시행하기 전에 출구감염 및 복막염의 빈도는 각각 0.68±0.87 회/환자-년, 0.88±0.35 회/환자-년이었으며 출구감염은 cuff 제거 이후 감소하는 경향을 보였다(p=-0.006). 그러나 복막염은 cuff 제거 이후 증가하였으나 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다(p>0.05). cuff 제거술 이후 7예에서 결국 도관을 제거하였으며, 도관 제거의 원인은 출구 및 터널 감염의 재발 5예(71.4%), 약제 불응성 복막염 2예(28.6%) 등이었다. 이상의 결과에서 지속적 또는 약물치료 불응성 도관 출구감염으로 도관 제거가 필요한 복막투석 환자에서 도관 제거 이전에 도관 출구주위 피부를 절개하여 외측 cuff를 제거함으로써 복막염의 발생 빈도를 낮출 수는 없으나 CAPD를 비교적 장기간 유지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) is a well established treatment modality for renal replacement therapy in end stage renal disease. The infectious complications associated with CAPD have been major problems in the management of CAPD. Of those the exit-site or cuff infection has become an important cause of catheter removal. To evaluate whether the shaving of external cuff is effective treatment in the patients with refractory exit site infection. Methods : We reviewed 13 patients treated with the shaving of the external cuff due to persistent or refractory exit site infection not responsive to adequate antibiotic therapies more than 4 weeks. This review of cases included 1994~1998 in the Dongguk University Medical College Hospital and special attention was given to catheter survival after external cuff shaving. Results 1) The male to female ratio was 7 : 6, and the mean age was 25.5±12.8 years. 2) The mean duration of CAPD before shaving was 21.68±7.97 months, and the underlying renal disease were chronic glomerulonephritis(30.8%), diabetic nephropathy(23.1%), hypertensive nephropathy(23.1%) and polycystic kidney(7.7%) 3) Of the organisms isolated from exit site infections, Staphylococcus aureus was the most common before and after the shaving with 53.9% and 15.4% of all culture positive infections respectively. Shaving and 0.68±0.87 and 0.28±0.35 after the shaving respectively. Conclusion : The persistent or refractory exit-site infection in CAPD patients have been treated by removal of infected catheter. However, with the above results, we found that the shaving of the external cuff in those patients can maintain the catheter for a relatively long period(mean 17.63±6.26 months, range 9~28 months). After the shaving of external cuff, the patients were clinically stable without a significant increase in exit-site infection or peritonitis.

      • 키틴 분해균 Bacillus sp. LJ-25의 분리 및 효소생산 최적화

        In order to produce functional chitin oligosaccharides, a chitinolytic becterium was newly screened from the viscera of Korean bony fish, and identified as Bacillus sp. LJ-25. For the production of chitinolytic enzyme, 1.0% nutrient broth and 0.3% colloical chitin was used as nitrogen and carbon source, respectively. The optimal temperature, initial pH and conentration of NaCl for the production of chitinase from Bacillus sp. LJ-25 were 30℃, 6.5-7.0 and 1.0%, rspectively. Chitinolytic activity of Bacillus sp. LJ-25 was increased until the incubation of 168 hours, but after 168 hours, the activity was decreased.

        계층분석기법을 이용한 하수관거 결합항목별 가중치 산정

        In domestic sewer rehabilitation works, the numerical weighting based on number of sewer defect is used to determine the propriety of rehabilitation order. In case of the decision standard in each defect contents of inside and outside of the country, the weight for determining sewer rehabilitation order is composed of several distribution of marks, not considering the weight in each sewer defects. In this study, the fifteen defect contents are determined suitable for domestic situation based on the sewer defect data of inside and outside of the country. Also, we select persons in charge of the business to calculate the detail weight and pose questions about important level of each sewer defect contents. The results of using Delphi method which is a question survey method apply the AHP and calculate the weight in each sewer defect. The appropriate marks matrix of sixteen sewer defects is made for laying precise decision standard of sewer condition through the result of analysis. The marks matrix of sixteen sewer defects can solve the complicated decision making problems of sewer rehabilitation works.

      • 데빅병 치료에 사용한 Interferon β-1b의 부작용 1예

        A 63 year-old woman who had diagnosis of multiple sclerosis complaining left hemiparesis and fluctuating decreased visual acuity in her right eye and abnormal findings in pattern shift visual evoked potentials(PSVEPs) and on T2 weighted MR scanning. We treated her subcutaneously with 250μg interferon (3-lb(ITFß -lb) every other day. There were detected pancytopenia, skin rash, and abnormal liver function test seven days after the therapy. In spite of reducing the dose of interferon injection, abnormal laboratory findings were not returned to normal. Dose adjustment of interferon-I3 for body weight or race, may be helpful to reduce the side effects.
