We have designed a gonio-photometer, which convert the scale of photometric scales to radiometric base, to make a scale of illuminance from the scale of total luminous flux. The gonio-photometer measured the beam which it emits with all direction from the illuminant, it integrates the virtual spherical surface of illuminant surroundings from it measured. Total total luminous came true the scale of total luminous flux geometrically with this method. The gonio-photometer show a lower uncertainty compare to the illuminometer.

Wavelenght division multiplexing(WDM) system is essential to the optical networking. In ITU-T WDM grid, WDM system transmits 32 channels of multiple wavelengths at wavelength range of 1530 ㎚ - 1560 ㎚. In WDM system, the monitoring of wavelength, channel power, and signal-to-noise ratio is required for network management. Furthermore, spectral monitoring is necessary to check the performance of each channel. The purpose of this study is to develop a technology of rapid and precise measurement of the optical spectrum. It is constructed a optical spectrum analyzer which is compose of a diffraction grating, a photodiode and a slit and analyzed the operating properties of the optical spectrum. The angle of incidence is scanned by an InGaAs detector on linear motor. The optical spectrum analyzer showed the resolution of 1 ㎚, accuracy of ±0.1 ㎚, and sweep-time of 250 ㎳ in the C-band of WDM system.

The paper presents the results of design of a new, matrix waveguide laser resonator, in which the synchronization of beams, arising from four, independent waveguide channels was realized. For separate treatment of waveguides, important is not only determination of waveguide attenuation but also losses for coupling of radiation with waveguide and losses connected with injection of radiation from one channel to another. Coupling losses can be easily calculated numerically. Normally it is limited to such resonator modes that have field inside resonator very close to the hybrid mode EH11 exhibiting the lowest propagation losses inside resonator. It is assumed additionally, that outside the waveguide, the field in the resonator is the superposition of TEM00 modes (Hermitt-Gauss). Coupling losses mirror waveguide is determined through the comparison of field distribution after it returns and earlier transformation to gaussian modes and reflection on the mirror. We got the unitary gaussian output profile, the shape which is same in conventional laser resonator, was obtained from the matrix waveguide resonator.

I stabilized the power and frequency of a CW radio frequency excited slab CO₂laser on the peak of the Doppler broadened gain curve using the optogalvanic effect generated from the laser itself. Thereby stabilizing the optical power without requiring any specific unit to be arranged inside or outside of a laser cavity. The optogalvanic signal is directly coupled from an radio frequency discharge chamber via a incuctor into a detector and a lock-in stabilizer. The power variation occurring when the laser operates freely is expressed by "P/P". Since a great power variation occurs in the case of laser oscillating in a single longitudinal mode, the laser exhibits a power variation up to 100 %. However, where a frequency stabilization is obtained using the stabilization apparatus, the power variation is greatly improved. That is, a power variation of only 3.6 % is exhibited. I suggest that this method can be applied for frequency and power stabilization of other kinds of RF excited laser, for example, Xe and CO laser.

This study inspected community concept, previous community activation studies and relationship between physical surrounding improvement and programs that is the most typical community activation method. Analyses of existing community activation method are as follows ; 1) Physical surrounding improvement to dress up space and expand facilities in recent situation 2) Method to use programs Physical surrounding improvement Method classifies applicable plan regard to community of exterior space in residence complex and application of space expansion, needed to communication behavior in residence complex in the present. Methods to use programs are to develope communality as leading community subject, whether the subject is anyone. It is true that the programs are taking a primary role in activating community. but programs will enlarge the role in mutual complementary relation with the surrounding improvement than independent in relation. In the end, it is propose that we can enhance not only to change better surrounding by programs and to activate programs by the surrounding improvement but also to make the best use of physical surrounding by programs application.

This study was conducted to estimate the humificating grade according to experiment of physico-chemical characterization and phyto-toxicity during composting of using with pig manure and castor meal. The material ratios of the compost which was mixed with pig manure(P), castor meal(C), and saw dust(S) were 5 : 1 : 4(PCS-I), 5 : 2.5 : 2.5(PCS-II) and 5 : 4 : 1(PCS-III) by volume to volume, and they were decomposed for 60 days. In the result, the changes of temperature in all treatments during composting were rapidly increased more than 68℃ at the incipient stage, and gradually decreased within 39℃ at 60 days the after treatment. pH was slowly increased from 7.5 to 7.7, and the C/N ratio was 13∼14 at the final composting stage. The low C/N ratio value in this compost was caused by the castor meal contented high nitrogen level(T-N 5.7 %). G.I.(germination index) was showed 73 to 78 range in all treatments at the 60^(th) day. Among all treatments PCS-I was appeared to be the best condition for composting.

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma rarely occurs in the jaws. Although the histogenesis of this tumor remains controversal, it is best regarded as a primitive and pleomorphic nature reflected by collagen production and occasional phagocytosis. It is common for metastatic foci to appear in lung and regional lymph node. There are variable treatments such as radiotherapy, surgical excision or combination, therapy of surgical excision, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. With the review of literatures, the authors report the clinical study of two cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the jaw.

In this paper, a HTTP server using 8 bit microprocessor was described TMP84c015 applied a Z80 core and RTL8019AS was installed for an ethernet physical layer. Assembly language was used to optimize a performance of the MPU, to overcome an restriction of memory size and to maximize the throughput of packet using TCP, UDP, IP, ICMP, ARP protocol. LabVIEW to verify the each protocol on the client side has been used.

In micro hole punching process the burr occurs inevitably, but the burr must be minimized in order to improve the quality and accuracy of the product. In this study, magnetic field assisted polishing technique is applied to remove the burr which exists in nozzles for ink jet printer head and proved to be a feasible for deburring by experiment. The deburring characteristics of sheet metals was investigated changing with polishing time. After the deburring, the burr size has remarkably reduced and roundness of the hole also has improved.
