      • The Influence of Sino-US Trade War on China-ROK Relations

        For China and the United States, South Korea is an important trading partner, and it is also highly concerned about the Sino-US trade war. Because South Korea's economy relies heavily on the external environment, it has also been impacted to a certain extent by the Sino-US trade war. Although some studies believe that the Sino-US trade war has brought new development opportunities to South Korea, from a practical perspective, South Korea's gross domestic product, export trade, and stock market have been greatly impacted, especially by the intensified competition among big countries and the reshaping of global value chains brought about by the Sino-US trade war. With the intensification of the Sino-US trade war, both China and South Korea should think about how to reduce the influence of Sino-US relations and maintain the stability of Sino-Korean relations. Therefore, South Korea needs to actively adjust its economic policies, speed up the upgrading of its economic cooperation with China, take the initiative to seize the American market, and play a certain role in promoting regional multilateral economic cooperation and economic and trade diversification, especially avoiding taking sides between China and the United States. China, on the other hand, should strengthen its economic and political cooperation with South Korea so as to alleviate other countries' worries about Sino-US competition and the rise of China and thus realise the stable, healthy, and sustainable development of China-South Korea relations.

      • Solution and Estimate to the Angular Velocity of INS Formed only by Linear Accelerometers

        At present, most efforts tend to develop a INS which is only based linear accelerometers, because of the low cost micro-machining gyroscopes lack of the accuracy needed for precise navigation application and possible achieving the required levels of precise for micro-machining accelerometer. Although it was known in theory that a minimum of six accelerometers are required for a complete description of a rigid body motion, and any configuration of six accelerometers (except for a “measure zero” set of six-accelero-meter schemes) will work. Studies on the feasible configuration of GF-INS indicate that the errors of angular velocity resolved from the six accelerometers scheme are diverged with time or have multi solutions. The angular velocity errors are induced by the biases together with the position vectors of the accelerometers, therefore, in order to treat with the problem just mentioned, researchers have been doing many efforts, such as the extra three accelerometers or the magnetometers may be taken as the reference information, the extended Kalman filter (EKF) involved to make the angular velocity errors bound and be estimated, and so on. In this paper, the typical configurations of GF-INS are introduced; for each type GF-INS described, the solutions to the angular velocity and the specific force are derived and the characteristic is indicated; one of the corresponding extend Kalman filters are introduced to estimate the angular errors; parts of the simulation results are presented to verify the validity of the equations of angular velocity and specific force and the performance of extend Kalman filter.

        Adaption strategy of up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor on tetracycline stress during tetracycline antibiotic wastewater treatment

        Tetracycline antibiotic wastewater with high chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration and containing bio-refractory compounds was investigated in a lab-scale up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and anoxic-oxic (A/O) reactor. Specific methanogenic activity (SMA) was determined to reveal the inhibition levels of methane production and volatile fatty acid (VFA) accumulation. The results showed that microorganisms can adapt to tetracycline or oxytetracycline when the concentration of antibiotics is less than 400 mg/L. Acetic acid, propanoic acid, and n-butyric acid accounted for more than 90% of VFA with increasing antibiotic concentration from 50 mg/L to 600 mg/L. During the 215 d of operation, the concentration of tetracycline antibiotic increased from 0 to 95 mg/L, and the COD concentration from 3,500 to 6,500 mg/L. The average COD and tetracycline antibiotic removal rates of the reactors were maintained above 90%. The methane production of the UASB reactor achieved 0.32 L/g COD. VFA accumulation was observed when tetracycline antibiotic concentration increased to 47.5 mg/L. The sludge granule diameter increased from 0–300 μm to 300–1,500 μm during the operation. Rod-shaped and coccus-shaped organisms with pores and internal channels on the granule surface were observed using scanning electron microscopy. In the internal space, methanogenic filamentous bacteria constitute a rock-steady structure.

      • Clinical Relation Extraction with Deep Learning

        Relations between medical concepts convey meaningful medical knowledge and patients’ health information. Relation extraction on Clinical texts is an important task of information extraction in clinical domain, and is the key step of building medical knowledge graph. In this research, the task of relation extraction is based on the task of concept recognition and is implemented as relation classification by the adoption of a CRF model. The proposed CRF-powered classification model depends on features of context of concepts. To remedy the problem of word sparsity, a deep learning model is applied for features optimization by the employment of auto encoder and sparsity limitation. The proposed model is validated on the data set of I2B2 2010. The experiments give the evidence that the proposed model is effective and the method of features optimization with the deep learning model shows the great potential.

        A novel stricture prevention technique in blunt urethral injury: A multi-center retrospective observational study

        Purpose: Bulbar injury is the most common type of urethral injury. This study investigated the efficacy and safety of a novel technique, local urethral flushing, in preventing stricture formation after blunt bulbar urethra injuries. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 205 males diagnosed with straddle injury-induced bulbar urethra injury at the Shanxi Bethune Hospital and First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University between January 2015 and January 2019. Patients were diagnosed by retrograde urethrography and classified as partial or complete urethral rupture according to the urethral integrity after injury. Complete urethral rupture patients received suprapubic cystostomy and received urethroplasty 3 months later. Patients with partial urethral rupture underwent endoscopic urethral realignment by cystoscopic guide-wire guided catheterization. Patients with both injury types were divided into 3 groups. The treatment groups received urethral flushing with 0.05% dexamethasone through a secondary ureteral catheter that locked at the urethral lesion. The blank control groups received normal saline. The negative control groups had only a single ureteral catheter placed. Patients were assessed for pain during catheterization, infection, and stenosis, and followed for at least 2 years. Results: Stenosis rates and length were significantly reduced in the normal saline groups, and even further reduced in the dexamethasone groups. The negative control groups had significantly higher infection rates than patients in the dexamethasone or saline groups. Conclusions: Local urethral flushing with dexamethasone could significantly decrease urethral stenosis rates and severity without increasing patients’ discomfort or infection risk.

        Elastography for the differential diagnosis of malignant versus benign testicular lesions: a meta-analysis

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign versus malignant testicular lesions.Methods: The PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Embase databases were searched for relevant studies. The diagnostic accuracy of elastography was evaluated using pooled sensitivity, specificity, likelihood ratio, post-test probability, diagnostic odds ratio, and by summarizing the area under the hierarchical summary receiver operating characteristic (HSROC) curve.Results: Seven studies with 568 lesions were included. The pooled sensitivity and specificity were 87% (95% confidence interval [CI], 81% to 92%) and 81% (95% CI, 65% to 90%), respectively. The pooled estimates of the positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, and diagnostic odds ratio were 4.48 (95% CI, 2.37 to 8.47), 0.16 (95% CI, 0.10 to 0.25), and 28.11 (95% CI, 11.39 to 69.36), respectively. The area under the HSROC curve was 90% (95% CI, 88% to 93%).Conclusion: Elastography is useful for assessing the stiffness of testicular lesions and for differentiating benign from malignant lesions. Elastography can be an effective supplement to conventional ultrasonography.

        SVPWM Overmodulation Region II Control Method Based on the Chaos Ant Colony Algorithm

        The control method of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) overmodulation region II has the disadvantages of a complicated process and large harmonic content. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an SVPWM overmodulation region II control method based on the chaos ant colony algorithm. Since the multiple control of the rotation angle ( θ ) in the SVPWM algorithm will bring about diff erent implementation eff ects, this paper uses the chaotic ant colony algorithm to optimize the control process of θ in overmodulation region II and summarizes the θ equations in each sector to achieve the goal of suppressing the total harmonic distortion ( THD ) in the output voltage vector. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that this method makes the amplitude of the output voltage vector relatively continuous, thereby avoiding the harmonic content caused by the voltage jump of the traditional algorithm in overmodulation region II.

        Transcriptome Profile Analysis of Cadmium Tolerance in Chinese Flowering Cabbage

        Chinese flowering cabbage (Brassica parachinensis L.) is an important leafy vegetable crop that can accumulatehigh levels of cadmium (Cd) and can thus be easily contaminated by this heavy metal. In this study, we performedgenome-wide transcriptional profiling of Cd tolerance in Cd-tolerant cultivar ‘LB70’ using Solexa sequencing to identifygenes and pathways involved in Cd tolerance in Chinese flowering cabbage. Profiling analysis revealed numerous changesin gene expression in response to Cd treatment, including 1669 genes that were downregulated and 1404 genes that wereupregulated. Gene ontology analysis showed that these differentially expressed genes were mainly involved in binding,catalytic processes, metabolism, cellular processes, single-organism processes, biological regulation, localization, andstimulus responses. Several known important Cd tolerance-related genes, such as HMA3, HMA4, and Nramp1, werealso identified. Pathway analysis suggested that two potential novel pathways, namely, the viral carcinogenesis andParkinson’s disease pathways, might be involved in Cd tolerance in Chinese flowering cabbage. The genes andpathways identified in this study provide an important basis for future studies on the molecular mechanism of Cdtolerance in Chinese flowering cabbage.

        The applications of flower-shaped ZnO-UHMWPE fibers in photocatalysis and composites

        Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber is considered as one of the high-performancefibers. However, the inert surface of UHMWPE fiber limits its application in many fields. In order to optimizethe application of UHMWPE fibers in functional and composite fields, this work introduced a specialsurface structure of the UHMWPE fibers. The designed surface was formed by the flower-shaped ZnO (FZnO)crystals, which endowed the UHMWPE fibers with photocatalytic property. Moreover, F-ZnO on theUHMWPE fiber surface enhanced the roughness of the fiber, which improves the interfacial bondingstrength of fiber-reinforced composites. The experimental results showed that the surface wettabilityof the F-ZnO-UHMWPE fibers was improved significantly. Moreover, F-ZnO-UHMWPE fibers were usedas immobilized photocatalyst, and the degradation rate of rodamine B reached 53.3 %. F-ZnOUHMWPEfiber also could be used in fiber-reinforced composites fields. Compared with the pure rigidpolyurethane (RPU) and UHMWPE fibers/RPU composites, the tensile strengths of F-ZnO-UHMWPEfibers/RPU composites were improved by 130.3 % and 44.2 % respectively.
