In this study, CO₂emission quantities by spatial characteristics using GIS were investigated for building a CO₂emission inventory. Eventually, this study provides the guidelines to build the urban spatial structure for reducing greenhouse gas and contributes to the transition to environmental friendly green city. The attribute data for GIS were energy (electricity and gas) usage in the city of Daegu for 2009 and used for Tier 1 as suggested by the IPCC guideline to estimate amount of CO₂emission. The spatial data were built based on land use types categorized by building purposes with connecting building registers to cadastral maps for Daegu city. Spatial CO₂emission quantities could be calculated by combining CO₂emission inventory for energy and GIS. Also, CO₂emission characteristics were different by land use types.
정신치료 수련의 질과 역량에 관한 정신건강의학과 전공의 인식도 조사

Objectives This study surveyed the quality of psychotherapy training and psychotherapy competencies during residency in Korea. Methods A questionnaire developed by The Committee of Residency Training of the Korean Neuropsychiatric Association was completed by fourth-year residents of Korean psychiatry (n=120). The questionnaire examined their demographic characteristics, their experience of clinical psychotherapy training, their degree of satisfaction in the quality of psychotherapy training, and self-rated competence regarding the six types of psychotherapies, including supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family psychotherapy. Results The degree of satisfaction of the residents with the psychotherapy training was diverse among the types of psychotherapy and contents of training. Across all types of psychotherapies, the satisfaction levels of the quantity and quality of supervision education were low, except for psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Overall, more than 70% of residents were not satisfied with the theoretical education, clinical practice, and supervision education in three types of psychotherapies, including interpersonal psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family psychotherapy. A positive correlation was found between the degree of satisfaction with the quality of training experience and self-rated competence of psychotherapy. Specifically, the self-rated competence of psychotherapy was more highly correlated with the experience of clinical cases and supervision than theoretical education Conclusion This study showed the quantitative and qualitative status of psychotherapy training in Korean psychiatry residency programs, and the satisfaction level of psychotherapy education was low except for psychoanalytic psychotherapy. There is a strong need for the improvement of psychotherapy training programs in Korea.
가상생산 및 실험을 통한 폴리에틸렌관과 금속관 일체형 볼 밸브의 개발에 관한 연구

가스 파이프의 배관 작업 중 작업 공정 수 및 단가를 낮추는 방법으로 PE관과 강관 일체형 볼 밸브를 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 유한요소해석을 근간으로 한 가상생산 지원 설계를 수행하여 누설에 대한 안전성을 갖는 프로토타입 제품 설계안을 제시하고, 이를 검증하기 위하여 누설 시험을 병행하는 통합적인 방법을 취하였다. 다양한 설계모델을 대상으로 내압에 대한 접촉해석을 수행하여 제안된 최종설계안으로부터, 여름(ΔT= 60 ℃)과 겨울(ΔT= -50 ℃)의 과장된 온도의 변화조건에도 비교적 광범위한 부분에서 최대 접촉압력이 각각 71 MPa, 및 8.1 MPa을 유지할 것을 예측하였다. 최종설계안을 바탕으로 시제품을 만들어, 열간 내압크리프 시험을 수행하였으며 사용압력(0.25 MPa)보다 훨씬 높은 가압조건(54 MPa)에서도 기밀을 유지하는 것을 확인하였다. In order to reduce the number of installation processes and the cost, a unified ball valve and polyethylene-steel pipe is proposed and tested. An integrated design approach is carried out such that a virtual manufacturing based on finite-element analysis is first performed in order to examine contact conditions under exaggerated temperature variations (ΔT= 60 ℃ and -50 ℃ for summer and winter, respectively). From the final design configuration, it was predicted that the maximum contact pressures are 71 and 8.1 MPa for summer and winter, respectively, at relatively larger contact surface. Based on this observation, a prototype model is fabricated to go through an actual leakage test. The prototype pipe passed a hydrostatic strength test successfully, showing no leakage at even much higher (54 MPa) than the operational pressure (0.25 MPa).

Isolated spontaneous dissection of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) without aortic dissection is a rare cause of acute mesenteric ischemia. A sudden decrease of intestinal blood flow can lead to fatal complications such as ischemic necrosis, shock, and death. Therefore, early diagnosis and therapeutic approach before the occurrence of intestinal infarction are the most important factor to determine the patient`s prognosis. A 52-year-old male presented with postprandial periumbilical pain, and isolated spontaneous dissection of the superior mesenteric artery with mural thrombus was detected by abdominal computed tomography with contrast enhancement. By the percutaneous implantation of vascular metallic stent via femoral artery, he was treated successfully. We report a case of isolated spontaneous dissection of the SMA treated by a percutaneous endovascular stent replacement with a review of literature. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2010;55:58-61)

본 연구의 목적은 아동양육시설 퇴소생의 퇴소 후 생활경험을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 아동양육시설에서 퇴소한 지 5년 이상된 퇴소생들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 질적 접근으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 주제는 “고립무원”, “발목을 잡힘”, “미래를 향해 달려감”으로 나타났다. 고립무원은 ‘진짜 고아가 됨’과 ‘고군분투’로 구성되었다. 발목을 잡힘은 ‘시설, 떠나야 할 고향’, ‘시설 출신이라는 딱지’, ‘가족이 준 상처와 흔적’으로 구성되었다. 미래를 향해 달려감은 ‘시설에서 얻은 것’, ‘함께 일어서기’, ‘미래를 바라봄’, ‘현실을 박차고 달려나감’으로 구성되었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 시설 퇴소생들의 생활을 지원하기 위한 정책과 실천지침들을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of adults after leaving the care of the institution. To accomplish this purpose, we have collected various data from participants who left child care institution more than five years ago and analysed these data through qualitative data analysis method. The results showed that three key themes namely, "isolation-helplessness", "being chained to their past", and "marching towards a better future". "Isolation-helplessness" is divided into "becoming a real orphan" and "fighting alone the unsupported". "Being chained to their past" are composed of "institution, a hometown that one needs to leave", "being marked as a institutionalized person" and "scars and marks". Lastly, "marching towards a better future" are grouped into "taking advantage of institutional experience", "helping each other", "drawing a fine picture of their future happiness" and "moving ahead sweeping aside all difficulties". Lastly, this study suggested political and practical measures to enhance wellbeing of adults that have left the institutional care.
The error analysis of field size variation in pelvis region by using immobilization device

방사선치료시 환자자세의 변화에 따라 방사선조사영역이 불일치하게 되어 주변의 정상조직에 불필요한 방사선조사가 생길수 있다. 본 연구에서는 골반부위 방사선 치료환자를 대상으로 Elecrtronic portal imaging device(EPID)로 고정기구를 사용한 방사선조사영역의 영상을 획득하여 고정기구사용에 따른 조사영역변화에 대한 오차를 분석하고자 한다. 충남대학교병원 치료방사선과에서 1998년 8월부터 1999년 8월까지 21명의 골반부위 방사선치료환자를 대상으로 하였다. 환자들은 모두 앙와위자세를 유지하면서 치료를 받았고, 고정기구를 사용하지 않은 11명과 고정기구를 사용한 10명으로 각각 나누어서 연구를 실행하였다. 고정기구는 스티로폼을 이용하였다. 전체 치료과정중 EPID를 이용하여 전면조사시 x(right-left)축, y축으로의 평균이동값은 각각 0.19 mm, 0.48 mm이었고, 계통이동과 우연이동은 평균이동으로부터 표준편차가 x축, y(longitudinal)방향을, 측면조사는 z축(vertical), y축(longitudinal)방향을, 대상으로 영상을 얻었다. 전체 치료과정중 얻은 영상들을 모의치료시 촬영한 기준필름과 matching기법을 이용하여 오차를 측정하였다. 고정기구를 사용하지 않은 11명 환자의 전면 조사영역의 경우 x축, y축으로 각각 2.38 mm, 2.19 mm와 1.92 mm. 1.29 mm이었다. 측면조사영역에서 z축, y축으로의 평균이동갑은 각각 -3.61 mm, 2.07 mm이었고 계통이동과 우연이동은 표준편차가 z축, y축으로 각각 3.20 mm, 2.29 mm와 2.73 mm, 1.62mm이었다. 한편 고정기구를 사용한 10명 환자의 전면 조사영역에서 x축, y축으로의 평균이동값은 각각 0.71 mm, 1.27 mm이었다. 측면조사영역에서 z축, y축으로 각각 1.87 mm, 2.83 mm와 1.68 mm, 1.65 mm이었다. 본 연구에서는 고정기구를 사용한 환자군의 조사영역의 오차는 고정기구를 사용하지 않은 환자구의 조사영역의 오차에 비해 약간 감소됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 두구룹간의 우연오차는 감소하고 계통오차는 크게 변화하지 않는 경향을 보였다. 그러므로 골반부위 방사선 치료시 고정기구를 사용함으로써 방사선 조사영역에 대한 오차유발의 원인을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. In radiotherapy, it may happen to radiate surrounding normal tissue because of inconsistent field size by changing patient opsition during treatment. We are going to analyze errors reduced by using immobilization device with Electonic portalimaging device(EPID) in this study. We had treated the twenty-one patients in pelvic region with 10 MV X-ray from Aug. 1998 to Aug. 1999 at Chungnam National University Hospital. All patients were treated at supine position during treatment. They were separated to two groups, 11 patients without device and 10 patients with immobilization device. We used styrofoam for immobilization device and miasured the errors of anterior direction for x, y axis and lateral direction for z, y axis from simulation film to EPID image using matching technique. For no immobilization device group, the mean deviation values of x axis and y axis are 0.19 mm. 0.48 mm, respectively and the standard deviations of systematic deviation are 2.38 mm, 2.19 mm, repectively and of random deviation for xa axis and y axis are 1.92 mm. 1.29 mm, rewpectively. The mean deviation values of za axis and y axis are -3.61 mm. 2.07 mm, repectively and the standared deviations of systematic deviation are 3.20 mm, 2.29 mm, respectively and of random deviation for z axis are 2.73 mm. 1.62 mm, respectively. For immobilization device group, the mean deviation values of x axis and y axis are 1.56 mm. 1.27 mm, respectively. The mean deviation values of z axis and y axis are -1.76 mm. 1.08 mm, repectively and the standard deviations of systematic deviation are 1.87 mm, 2.83 mm, respectively and of random deviation for x axis and y axis are 1.68 mm, 1.65 mm, respectively. Because of reducing random and systematic error using immobilization device, we had obtained gooe reproducibility of patient setup during treatment so that we recommend the use of immobilization device in pelvic region of radiation treatment.
