      • Ornithogalum의 엽삽과 조직배양에 의한 신속 대량번식

        엽삽시 kinetin과 BA처리에서 자구생성이 증가하였으며, 이 중 kinetin 100mgㆍL^-1처리시 자구발달이 가장 촉진되었다. 엽삽시 온도는 17℃에서 자구발달이 증가되었으며 신초와 뿌리발달도 잘되었으며, 엽삽시 잎의 중 상부보다 기부부위에서 자구발달수가 현저히 증가되었으며 신초길이도 증가 되었다. 자구의 정식 후 재배온도 17℃와 20℃에서 구직경과 신초수가 증가되었으며 개화도 촉진되었다. 조직배양시 MS배지의 인편조직에서 신초발생수가 가장 증가되었으며, 1/2MS배지에서는 잎조직에서 증가되었으며, 모든 식물체 부위에서 NAA 0.25mgㆍL^-1와 BA 1.5mgㆍL^-1처리시 신초발생이 가장 증가되었다. 잎 부위별 자구발달은 잎의 기부부위에서 신초수와 뿌리수가 증가하였으며, 기내 배양온도는 19℃, 23℃ 및 16℃ 순으로 신초발생과 뿌리발달이 촉진되었다. Sucrose 60gㆍL^-1처리가 30gㆍL^-1처리보다 신초수가 다소 증가되었으며 ancymidol 0.8mgㆍL^-1처리시 신초수와 뿌리발달도 증가되었다. Bulb development was more promoted by treatment of BA and kinetin with 100㎎ㆍL^-1 than any other treatments in leaf cuttings. Bulb, shoot and root development were most promoted at 17℃. Number of bulblets were significantly increased when part of proximal position of leaf was used. Development of bulb diameter, shoot number and flowering were significantly promoted when planted in temperature at 17 and 20℃ compared to 23℃. Shoot number was highly increased in MS medium with bulb scale segments than other treatment in vitro culture. 0.25㎎ㆍL^-1 NAA mixed with 1.5㎎ㆍL^-1 BA was the best hormonal combination for plantlet formation in all plant parts. Among plant parts, leaf was the best materials for induced shoot development. Shoot and root number were increased in proximal position of leaf. Shoot and root development were increased in the order of 19℃, 23℃ and 16℃. Shoot number was more promoted with medium of 60gㆍL^-1 sucrose treatment than 30gㆍL^-1 and shoot and root development were promoted with medium of 0.8㎎ㆍL^-1 ancymidol treatment.

        黃菊과 黑薔薇를 이용한 기능성 花茶 개발 Ⅰ.花茶의 製茶 前後의 理化學的 特性

        본 연구는 화차의 비율별 제조공정에 따른 이화학적 특성을 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 건조전 수분함량은 흑장미나 황국에 비해 녹차가 85.3%로 가장 높았으나 건조 후 수분량은 녹차가 4.55%인데 비해 황국화와 흑장미가 7.42와 7.45%로서 꽃이 수분함량이 높게 나타났다. 조지방은 황국화 5.17%, 흑장미 3.70%, 녹차 2.12%순으로 향이 강한 황국이 가장 높았으며, 총엽록소는 녹차가 499.8(㎎/100g)로 가장 높은데 비해 황국화는 29.8%, 흑장미는 엽록소가 없는 것으로 나타나 엽을 이용하는 부위와 꽃잎을 이용하는 부위의 엽록소 함량 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 조섬유와 조회분은 녹차가 7.59%, 4.82%로 식용꽃에 비해 함량이 높았다. Tannin은 흑장미가 18.99%로 가장 높았으며, 녹차가 14.21%, 황국화가 4.18%순으로 시료간의 성분함량 차이가 컸었다. caffeine은 녹차에서만 3.17%를 함유하고 있었으나 꽃에서는 카페인 성분이 없었다. 칼로리는 전체적으로 비슷한 경향치를 보였으나 흑장미가 가장 낮은 열량을 보였으며, 무기성분함량은 황국이 칼륨 2.57%, 칼슘 0.55%, 마그네슘 0.35%로 전체적으로 녹차와 흑장미보다 높았다. 녹차와 꽃을 혼합한 비율시험에서 처리별 탄닌, 유리아미노산, 전질소, 조지방 및 카페인 변화량은 녹차가 꽃시료보다 함량이 높을 경우 녹차의 혼합비율이 높을수록 비율별 일정하게 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 낮은 경우에는 그 반대 경향을 보였다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of mixed ration on the quality characteristics in manufacture of functional flower tea before dried was 85% and the level of moisture content was higher than the yellow chrysanthemum(C.indicum) and black rose(Rosa hybrida). Yet green tea has 4.55% moisture content after dried, moisture content of flower after dried was higher as the yellow chrysanthemum and black rose have 7.42% and 7.35% moisture content. The yellow chrysanthemum with strong scent has the highest fat among green tea 2.12%, black rose 3.70%, and yellow chrysanthemum 5.17%. Green tea highest chlorophyll as 499.8%(㎎/100g), but yellow chrysanthemum has 29.8% and black rose has none. There was a big difference in chlorophyll between a leaf and a petal. Green tea has higher fiber and lime (7.25%, 4.82%) than esculent flower. There was a large ingredient content difference. Black rose has the highest tannin 18.99%, green tea has 14.21%, and yellow chrysanthemum has 2.12%. Only green tea has caffeine 3.17%, and not in flower. Generally they have similar amount of calorie, but block rose has least. The inorganic ingredient content of yellow chrysanthemum is potassium 2.57%, calcium 0.55%, magnesium 0.35% and green tea mixed-rate was higher and higher, tannin, free amino acid, nitrogen, fat, and caffeine are increased regularly in the ratio test of green tea with flower. But if green tea has less content than material flower, they are opposite.

      • 한국 Ardisia 속 식물의 자생지 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to provide a results of habitats distribution and growth environments of Aridisia spp. native to Korean, Aridisia spp, was growing from low hill to 1,300m above sea level. And it was growing in which is to be moist and shady side under evergreen tree at the coast-islands area in Cheju and Namhae. Mminimum temperature recorded -5℃ in January, and maximum was 33.2℃ in August in habitat of Ardisia spp.. And relative humidity was checked upper 70% all the year round. The amount of rainfall was recorded higher than inland area. The duration of sunshine was recorded less than inland area in January and February but the other months was made a no difference. The light intensity of habitat in Ardisia japonica was recorded from 129lux to 560lux. And the light intensity of and Aridisia crenata and Aridisia pusila were checked from 1,500lux to 2,000lux. The soil pH at the coast and forest were 5.5 and 5.3. Each contents of soluble calcium, potassium and magnesium were measured 3.4∼8.6%, 0.39∼1.38% and 1.3∼5.1%. The species showing heigher density in the Ardisia japonica sites were Camellia japonica, Cinnamomum japonicum, Easa borelis, and Trachelospermum asiaticum, Smilax china, Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum were showing average density in all quadrate.

        생리활성물질 처리가 절화 아이리스의 개화와 품질에 미치는 영향

        절화 아이리스 ′Blue Magic′의 수확 후 식물생장조절물질, 전처지방법 및 저장온도에 따라 개화와 품질 변화에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 개화율은 증류수(dip)+20℃(대조구)와 GA_(4+7)(dip), GA_(4+7)(spray), Promalin(dip), Promalin(spray) 모두 5℃ 저장시 개화율이 100%로 현저히 증가하였다. 꽃의 노화정도와 잎의 노화정도는 다른 생장조절물질에 비하여 Promalin을 분무 처리후 5℃저장시 현저히 감소하였다. 특히 BA(spray)와 Promalin(dip) 전처리후 5℃ 저장시 개화율이 100%아고 내피까지 완전히 벌어진 5단계를 나타내어 품질이 가장 우수하였다. The effects of pre-treatment by plant growth substances on flowering and quality of cut lris hollandica 'Blue Magic' were studied. The flowering rate was remarkable increased when cut iris was stored at 5℃ after GA₃dip, GA(_4+7) dip, GA(_4+7) spray, Promalin dip and Promalin spray treatments, but was decreased by pre-treatment which stored at 20℃ after distilled water dip and GA(_4+7) dip treatments. Senescence degree of flower and leaf were decreased with stored at 5℃ after Promalin spray treatment. Especially flowering rate was increased with stored at 5℃ after Promalin dip and BA spray treatments, and flowering degree was showed with 5 degree that inner petal was opened fully.

        원예치료프로그램이 정신장애자의 우울감에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify effects of horticultural therapy on the depression of psychiatric patients. The experimental group was 12 patients, who received horticultural therapy far one hour per week for 15weeks. The control group was 12 patients, who did not received horticultural therapy, 24 patients were examined before and after program of horticultural therapy at once respectively. The results of the study were as follows; The experimental group showed the decrease on depression. As following general characteristic of patients, people who is man, single, over 5years in hospital and academic carrier educated under middle school graduate, had the decrease on depression. Through above results we can prove the effects of horticultural therapy on the depression of psychiatric patients. On the Other hand, more professional study will be required.

        수확후 전처리 및 저장온도가 절화 백합의 개화와 품질에 미치는 영향

        전처리와 저온저장이 절화백합의 개화와 품질에 미치는 영향에서 BA 분무처리 후 20℃ 저장은 각 소화의 개화와 노화 속도가 빨랐으나 Promalin침지 처리는 개화와 노화정도가 늦게 진행되었다. 또한 수분 흡수량과 생체중에 있어서도 Promalin 처리시 증가하였으며 특히 수분 흡수량은 20℃ 저장보다 5℃ 저장에서 크게 증가하였다. 생체중은 절화수명 초기에 침지 처리후 20℃ 저장시 감소되었으며 Promalin을 침지하거나 분무 처리 후 생체중의 증가는 절화수명을 증가시키는데 크게 연관됨을 알 수 있었다. The effects of pre-treatments and storage temperature on flowering and quality of cut Lillium oriental hybrid 'Casa Blanca' were studied. The flowering and senescence degree were accelated by stored at 20℃ after BA spray treatment, but delayed with Promalin dip treatment. Water uptake was increased by stored at 5℃ as compared to that of at 20℃, especially water uptake was increased by Promalin treatment. Fresh weight was increased by Promalin treatment, and also increased in the beginning storage of vase, and then decreased gradually. When florets of cut lily was treated with stored at 20℃ after distilled water dip treatment, vase life was decreased, but increased with stored at 5℃ after Promalin dip or Promalin spray treatment. The vase life was increased when water uptake and fresh weight were increased.

        黃菊과 黑薔薇를 이용한 기능성 花茶 개발 Ⅱ.花茶의 품질특성

        본 연구는 화차의 비율별 제조공정에 따른 화차의 관능적 품질을 평가하기 위해서 수행되었다. 녹차와 꽃의 시료에 대한 색도중 L, a, b값은 녹차가 29.93, -8.24, 9.27로 녹색을, 황국은 47.20, -1.69, 29.12로 밝은 황색을, 흑장미는 37.18, 4.47, 4.12로 흑적색을 띠웠다. 색상과 채도는 황국이 -17.23과 29.17로 가장 높아 색상이 가장 밝고 선명하였으며, 흑장미는 0.92와 6.08로 색상이 어둡고 둔탁한 적색을 띠워 녹차에 꽃을 혼합할 경우 시각적으로 황국은 쉽게 구별이 되었으며 흑장미는 쉽게 구별되지 않았다. 황국 화차는 꽃의 비율이 증가할수록 국화향, 상쾌하고 개운한 단맛의 증가와 더불어 떫은 맛이 감소하였으나, 혼합비율이 9:2 이상일 경우에는 쑥냄새와 같은 강한 국화향이 증가하여 녹차 고유의 향은 거의 상쇄되는 경향이었다. 장미 화차는 장미꽃이 증가할수록 시큼한 장미향이 강하게 증가하였고, 탄닌성분이 많아 떫고 텁텁한 맛과 시큼한 맛이 강한 것으로 평가되었다. 녹차에 알맞은 꽃의 혼합율은 9:1이하의 비율로 혼합했을 때 황국과 흑장미의 꽃잎색이 녹차와 어울려 전체적인 조화성과 풍미, 시각적 아름다움을 증가시켰다. 녹차에 꽃을 혼합한 화차는 녹차 단일의 차보다는 시각적 즐거움과 독특한 방향성이 부가되어 맛과 향이 풍부한 기능성 꽃차 개발에 좋은 재료로 평가되었다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of mixed ratio on the sensory evaluation in manufacture of functional flower tea. Among the chromaticity about green-tea and material flower, the amount of L, a, b of green tea was 29.93, -8.24, 9.27 with green, the amount of a yellow chrysanthemum(C.indicum) was 47.20, -1.69, 29.12 with bright yellow, the amount of a black rose(Rosa hybrida)is 37.18, 4.47, 4.12 with dark red. The yellow chrysanthemum has brightest and most distinct color with -17.23 hue and 29.17 chrome value, but the black rose has dark dead red color with 0.29 hue 6.08 chrome value. When the yellow chrysanthemum mixed with green tea, it was easily distinguished with naked eye. But the black rose was not distinguishable easily. As the retio increase, the yellow chrysanthemum tea has more chrysanthemum scent, increase of refreshing and relieved sweetness, and less astringent taste. If the mixed rate was over 9:2, original scent of green tea was almost offset with strong chrysanthemum scent like mugwort's. As the ratio increase, the rose tea has strongly increased sourish, and because of the tannin it was appraised strong astringent, unpleasant, sourish taste. The best-mixed ratio of green tea and flower is 9:1. When it mixed at this ratio, the yellow chrysanthemum and petal color of black rose was well matched with green tea, and the tea has general harmony and flavor and it is visually beautiful. Flower tea, green tea from flower, has added visually joy and unique fragrance, it was valued as fine material for rich taste and scent technical tea development.

        재소자를 위한 직업훈련 현황 및 원예치료 도입

        Recently they prepare various improvements so that helps the prisoners re-socialization and returning to society more practically. We survey the Job-training Status in a prison and the possibility of introduction of Horticultural Therapy. It is our the result. The Ministry of Justice operated Job-training to prevent the second offense through stabilizing the life of the prisoner after release and to educate very skilled manpower required by high-industrialized society. We also investigated Job-training Status for the prisoners according to the types of crime and We expect that the curative functions of Horticultural Therapy are mental & emotional stability, intellectual satisfaction, exercise, sociality and relationship. The contents of Horticultural Therapy are Floriculture, Fruits & Greens Growing, Gardening, Aroma Therapy.

        生化를 이용한 香茶 開發 : Ⅱ. 생화비율이 향차의 향유지와 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향

        During the experiments of the green tea, which is mixed together with strong scent fresh flowers, to develop great tea products with a long fresh flower scent, we found that the fresh flower ratio has been affecting the change of the green tea's moisture contents. And we also found that the fresh flower ratio has been affecting the Organic Acid, the Fatty Acid, and the color gloss of the tea, after making aroma tea. In the process of making the aroma tea, if the fresh flower ratio increases, the moisture contents also increase during absorption. After making the aroma tea, if the fresh flower ratio increases, the tea's tannin and chlorophlly contents decrease. The most common acid found in the aroma tea is Oxalic acid, and Citric acid and Malic acid are next common acids. But one of the large differences between the two teas is that the content of the green tea's Citric acid was almost twice higher than the aroma tea, as 7.44. In Fatty acid, the aroma tea is mostly higher than the green tea. Unsaturated fatty acid seems to be high the Linolenic acid is the most common, and Palmitic acid, Oleic acid and Stearic acid are next common acids. If the fresh flower ratio increases, brightness, a value and a color tone are decrease and b value increases. So the aroma tea has a tendency of decreasing the color gloss.

        재활치료 대상자에게 적용한 원예치료 사례연구

        Researches about accomplishment of Horticultural Therapy on Rehabilitation Patients are being actively progressed. But they are program focused researches rather than client focused researches which pass by horticultural therapy prescription, intervention, evaluation process according to establishment of a goal for each client. Theoretical researches for development of 'horticultural therapy process' are not thoroughgoing enough. It is expected that high therapeutical effects of programs is obtained through application of client focused programs, suitable programs for client and providing planed · corrected programs as character and ability of a each client even same program. The aim of this case study is a base study for theoretical establishment of 'horticultural therapy process' and confirms subjects which are regarded for the greatest therapeutic effects of problems on rehabilitation patients. Client's problems were assessed by 'Nursing process'. Researcher diagnosed client' problems bases on nursing diagnosis classification system of NANDA, and then set goal, plans and performed.
