        The results of this Study are as follows:33.6% of all participants have insomnia; 22.5% of those who have insomnia are DIS(difficulty in initiating sleep), 17.3% are DMS(difficulty returning to sleep once awakened) and 7.0% awakened too early. 3 4.8% experience sleepiness during daytime. Type 1, experiencing insomnia and sleepi ness during daytime together, is 12.0%, Type 2, with insomnia only, is 21.6%, Type 3, with sleepiness during daytime only, is 22.8% and 43.5% experience no sleeping disturbances. After studying only those with 3 types of sleeping disturbances, it is found that the most common cause of such disturbance is stress 88.4%, anxiety 56.0%, no apparent reason 33.8%, anxiety/fear/terror 29.3%, hurry 23.6%, alcohol/caffeine 16.9%, bedroom tem perature 11.1%, urination during nighttime and persons living together 10.7%, noise from inside 8.9%, illumination 8.0%, and pain/itch 5.8%. The one group revealed significant differences in residential environment(p=0.003). Sex, age, education level, medicine, monthly earning revealed no meaningful differences. Of sleeping behavior, mean duration of sleep latency(p=0.000), whether or not feeling freshness(p=0.000), whether taking enough sleep(p=0.029), whether taking regular sleep(p=0.005) showed significant differences depending on whether or not having insomnia, and mean duration of sleep time, time to sleep, time of rising, whether taking naps did not reveal significant differences. Of sleep behavior, time to sleep(p=0.000), whether taking naps(p=0.000), indicated significant differences. Of sleeping behavior, mean duration of sleep latency(p=0.000), whether or not feeling freshness(p=0.000), and whether taking enough sleep(p=0.000), time of going to bed (p=0.002), whether or not taking nap(p=0.000), whether or not taking regular sleep(p=0.010) indicated significant differences among the sleeping disturbance types.

        Thin Si wafer substrate bonding and de-bonding below 250 °C for the monolithic 3D integration

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We studied low temperature (<250 °C) transfer of 8 in. full sized thin Si wafer layer on the SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/Si substrate without any wafer flip up/down and subsequent high temperature process. This method includes temporary bonding of carrier wafer with bonding material at 200 °C, grinding or etching substrate, and transfer layer at 250 °C. Thickness values of transferred thin Si layer using bulk Si and silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer substrates are 87 μm and 216 nm on the SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/Si substrate, respectively. Plasma treatment under N<SUB>2</SUB> and O<SUB>2</SUB> mixture ambient assisting to form hydrophilic surface was carried out during bonding process and enhanced bonding strength was confirmed by contact angle measurement. Our wafer bonding process can be feasible to form various monolithic 3D devices due to thin Si layer transfer and low temperature process.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Bonding and de-bonding of thin Si layer was processed at low temperature (<250 °C). </LI> <LI> Unlike conventional wafer bonding such as smart-cut based SOI or similar substrate, wafer flip-up/down is not needed. </LI> <LI> Hydrophilic surface was formed via plasma treatment instead of high temperature bonding annealing. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Pyridazine derived bipolar host materials for phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Two organic materials incited by electron deficiency of a pyridazine moiety were designed for application as bipolar host materials of phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. Modification of the pyridazine moiety with carbazole and pyrrolocarbazole hole transport units provided 3,6-bis(2-(9<I>H</I>-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)pyridazine (CzPd) and 3,6-bis(2-(3-phenylpyrrolo[3,2-<I>a</I>]carbazol-10(3H)-yl)phenyl)pyridazine (PCzPd) as bipolar host materials. The 3,6-bis(2-(9<I>H</I>-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)pyridazine and 3,6-bis(2-(3-phenylpyrrolo[3,2-<I>a</I>]carbazol-10(3<I>H</I>)-yl)phenyl)pyridazine were high triplet energy hosts by ortho- substitution of the hole transport units.         건물 저층과 고층에서 환기와 공기정화 식물을 통한 라돈 농도의 비교

        본 연구는 건물의 저층과 고층에서 환기와 공기정화 식물을 통한 라돈의 농도 변화를 정량적으로 측정하고자 하였다. 건물의 저층과 고층에서 라돈 농도 측정을 위해 시간을 설정하고 라돈 측정기를 이용하여 실내를 폐쇄 했을 때와 환기, 공기정화식물을 배치했을 때의 라돈 농도를 각각 측정하여 비교하였다. 폐쇄, 환기, 공기정화식물 배치에 따라 라돈 농도 변화에 유의한 차이를 보이는지 검증하고자 일원배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA)를 시행하였다. 실험 결과 건물의 저층과 고층에서 환기와 공기정화식물 배치를 통한 라돈 농도의 감소는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 환기와 공기정화식물을 배치 했을 때에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이점을 나타내지 않았다. 따라서 건물내 환기 뿐만 아니라 공기정화식물을 적절히 활용하면 라돈 농도를 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to quantitatively measure the changes in radon concentration due to ventilation and air purification plants in the lower and upper floors of a building. This study measured and compared radon concentration in the lower and upper floors of the building by using a radon meter when the room was closed, it was ventilated, and air purification plants were installed at a specific time. One-way ANOVA was conducted to evaluate the effect of treatment (i.e., closure, ventilation, and air purification plants) on radon concentration. The results of this study showed that ventilation and air purification plants significantly decreased radon concentration in the lower and upper floors of the building, but the effect of ventilation and that of air purification plants were not significantly different. Therefore, it will be possible to reduce radon concentration effectively when ventilation and air purification plants are used appropriately.

        도시 농업 경험 향상을 위한 통합적 텃밭 관리 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 제안: 노원구 공공도시 텃밭을 중심으로

        텃밭 기르기를 주력으로 한 도시 농업은 지역 이웃과 소통하며 건강한 먹거리를 얻을 수 있다는 이점을 내세워 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있다. 특히 코로나로 촉발된 비대면 패러다임에 따른 사회의 변화와 함께 이 성장세가 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 그러나 도시 농업에 대한 높아지는 관심도에 비해 도시농업 활성화를 위한 현재의 방법들에는 한계가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구는 도시 농업에 실질적으로 필요한 기능에 대해 조사하고, 이를 기반으로 일반인의 도시 농업 정보 접근성을 높이고 이용자가 효율적으로 작물을 관리할 수 있는 서비스 아이디어를 모색하였다. 본 연구는 디자인을 통한 리서치(Research Through Design) 연구 방법으로 통합적 텃밭 관리 모바일 애플리케이션 디자인 프로젝트를 진행하며 서비스 아이디어를 도출하였다. 해당 프로젝트는 노원구 경춘선 숲길 텃밭을 중심으로 진행하였으며, 텃밭 및 주말농장과 관련된 잠재적 이용자를 포함한 이해관계자를 대상으로 조사를 진행하여 문제점과 기회영역을 파악하였고, 이를 바탕으로 텃밭의 통합적 관리가 가능하도록 아이디어와 기능을 구체화하였다. 구체적으로 작물 관리 기능, 농기구 대여 기능 등을 제안함으로써 사용자들이 보다 편리하게 텃밭 관리 활동을 하게 하고 도시 농업 관련 정보 습득이 용이하도록 하였다. 또한, 커뮤니티 기능을 제공하여 특정 지역 텃밭 이용자 간의 소통과 도움을 통해 지역 내 공동체의 화합과 상생 효과를 야기할 수 있도록 하였다. 기후변화 및 환경오염 등으로 인한 지속가능하고 친환경적인 생활방식이 부각되면서, 도시 농업의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 도시 농업 발달을 위한 디자인적 접근의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 본 연구를 통해 도시 농업 문화가 보다 활성화되기를 기대한다. Recently, urban agriculture including growing gardens continues to grow, with the advantage of being able to communicate with local neighbors and obtain healthy food. In particular, this growth is accelerating with changes in society following the non-face-to-face paradigm, triggered by the Corona Pandemic. However, there is a limitation in the current methods for revitalizing urban agriculture. Urban agricultural information is fragmented and its accessibility is low, and there is no integrated platform equipped with various functions required by garden users. Using the Research Through Design method, this study investigates the user’s actual needs for gardening, and proposes a mobile service that increases access to urban agricultural information and allows service users to efficiently manage crops. Focusing on the garden of Gyeongchun Line Forest Road in Nowon-gu, this study conducted a survey of stakeholders, including potential users related to gardens or weekend farms, to identify problems and opportunities, and specified ideas and functions to enable integrated graden management. Specifically, by proposing functions for crop management and farming equipment rental, it made it easier for users to manage gardens and obtain information related to urban agriculture. In addition, by providing community functions, communication and assistance between garden users in a specific region can lead to harmony and win-win effects of communities in the region. As sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyles are emerging due to climate change and environmental pollution, the importance of urban agriculture is increasing. The results of this study can be used as a basic resource for the design approach to urban agricultural development, and it is expected that urban agricultural culture will be more activated through this study.

      • A study on Activation Plans for Adult Taekwondo as a Leisure Sport according to the Culture of Taekwondo Classes for Mothers

        Purpose: The purpose of this study analyzes taekwondo classes for mothers to seek methods to activate adult taekwondo as a leisure sport and to give positive influence towards the development of adult taekwondo by observing its characteristics. Method: Seven research participants were selected through purposeful sampling among trainees from Y Taekwondo School located in Gyeonggido, where taekwondo classes for mothers have been actively conducted for the past 5 years. Data collection was made through participant observation for 7 months from December 2nd, 2015 to June 10th, 2016 and in-depth interviews and topics were deduced through area analysis and classification analysis using the ethnography method of Spradleys(1980). Result: Research results deduced through this research method were as follows. First, motives for beginning taekwondo were generally for health after seeing advertisements for taekwondo classes for mothers at the schools their children attended. Second, with perceptions of taekwondo, participants commonly recognized it as a national sport for children and after personal training in taekwondo, their perceptions changed, recognizing it as a sport needed for adults, good for concentration, memory, and an increase in physical strength. Third, taekwondo is a self-training sport and not a competitive sport and it is a goal oriented sport, aimed at the acquisition of belts(Dan) and it is different from other leisure sports in that masters serve as strong mediators. Fourth, activation methods of adult taekwondo as a leisure sport need improvements in perceptions of taekwondo and adult taekwondo programs and active promotion of adult taekwondo must be conducted and taekwondo classes for mothers activated. Conclusion: Such research results allowed the operation process of taekwondo classes for mothers and the realistic thoughts of trainees to be understood. At this, if activation methods for adult taekwondo are presented by understanding and putting into consideration the characteristics and environment of taekwondo classes for mothers, then this will greatly aid to popularize adult taekwondo.

        최근 IT 기술의 발달로 태블릿, 스마트폰과 같은 다양한 디바이스로 손쉽게 음악을 감상할 수 있다. 하지만 최근 이런 기술 발달과는 다르게 사용자가 원하는 음악을 검색하는 방법은 고전적인 형태에서 벗어나지 않고 있다. 기존 음악 검색 방법은 텍스트 기반, 내용 기반, 소비자 감성 기반의 음악 추천 검색 방법이 있으며 저장된 메타 데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 질의에 대한 결과만 제공할 뿐 사용자의 경험 정보를 고려하지 않는다. 그리고 기존 플랫폼들은 사용자가 최근 많이 들은 가수, 장르, 분위기를 종합하여 사용자에게 어울리는 음악을 추천을 할 뿐 사용자의 경험정보를 고려하여 음악을 추천하지는 않는다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 경험 정보를 활용하여 사용자 맞춤형 음악 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 사용자의 현재 기분 정보, 주변 날씨 정보 등을 입력 받는다. 이후, 경험 정보를 기반으로 결정 트리를 통해 사용자 요구 기반의 음악 추천 시스템을 구축하였다.

        보문 : Hydrogen Peroxide로 손상된 배양 인체피부섬유모세포에 대한 함초추출물의 항산화 및 항독효과에 관한 연구

        This study aims to evaluate the antioxidative effect and the detoxic effect of Salicornia herbacea L. (SH) extract. For the examining of antioxidative effect on SH extract, the cell viability of freeze-dried SH (FSH) extract or cold-dried SH (CSH) extract was measured after the cultured human skin fibroblasts (Detroit 551) were pretreated with SH extract for 2 hours before the treatment of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and also the inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation was assessed. In the detoxic effect of SH extract, the cell viability was measured by colorimetric assay after Detroit 551 cells were pretreated with FSH extract or CSH extract before the treatment of H2O2. In this study, H2O2 significantly decreased cell viability in dose-dependently and the XTT90 and XTT50 values were determined at 15 μM and 40 μM of H2O2, respectively. In the protective effect of FSH extract against H2O2-treated group, FSH extract significantly increased cell viability, compared with H2O2-treated group, and also FSH extract showed the inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation. While, in the detoxic effect of SH extract, FSH extract significantly increase cell viability which were decreased by methylmercuric chloride (MMC)-induced cytotoxicity, but CSH extract did not show any protective effect. From these results, it is suggested that H2O2 was highly toxic and SH extract such as FSH extract was effective in the prevention of H2O2- or MMCinduced cytotoxicity by antioxidative effect or detoxic effect. Conclusively, FS extract may be a useful agent for the beauty materials by the protective effect on a bleaching agent, H2O2 or the heavy metal as the pigment of color make-up product
