      • GIS를 이용한 한탄강 유역의 홍수량 산정

        The purpose of this study is to analyze and calculate the peak discharge and flood distribution in the basin of Hantan River according to heavy rainfall of August, 1999 which caused Youncheon Dam failure. HEC-HMS simulation model was used to calculate precipitation-runoff relation and discharge based on GIS tool in this study. 30 sub basin was divided to calculate the peak discharge which were applied for 5 rainfall station including Yeoncheon rainfall station and the simulation results were verified into observed data. The result of the simulation is that the peak discharge was forecasted to 10,099m³/sec at the junction of YoungPyung River in 03:50, 31st August and to 13,508m¹/sec at the junction of Imjin River in 04:20, 31st August, 1999.

        검도 머리치기 유형에 따른 상지의 근전도 비교 분석

Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 3, pp. 219-233, 2004. The purpose of this study was to compare the EMG activities of four-forearm muscles during Kumdo head striking. The four skilled and unskilled Kumdo club members were selected from D university in B city. Investigated muscles were left brachioradialis, right brachioradialis and left flexor carpi radialis, right flexor carpi radialis. Raw EMG data were collected during the head striking motions and the average EMG were calculated by the frame width of 0.05s, and then the average %MVC were calculated. The average %MVC values of each muscle in each group were compared. The results are as follows. 1) In each group, there were no significant statistical differences between every muscle over the all phases. 2) There were significant differences, however, between skilled group and unskilled group. The former got higher average %MVC at left flexor carpi radialis and the latter at right brachioradialis in the ready phase and in the impact phase.

      • 상황버섯박의 사료화에 관한 연구

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the feed value of Phellinus linteus meal. The chemical composition and particle size of Phellinus linteus meal was determined, and investigated the effect of partial substitution(0, 5, 10 and 20%) of dried Phellinus linteus meal on metabolizability and serum IgG concentration of layers. Crude fiber content of Phellinus linteus meal was higher, and crude protein and crude fat contents were similar level compare to corn, barley, and wheat. Dry matter metabolizability of Phellinus linteus meal was lower in 10 and 20% treatment than those of 0 and 5% treatment significantly(p<0.05). But, Phellinus linteus meal did not affect concentration of serum IgG. 본 시험은 상황버섯박의 사료가치를 조사하기 위하여 화학적 성분을 분석하고, 산란계를 이용하여 급여수준(급여사료의 0, 5, 10 및 20%)에 따른 대사율과 혈청 IgG 농도를 조사하였다. 영양적 조성에 있어서는 섬유질성 단미사료수준 이상의 영양소를 함유하고 있으며, 산란계에 대한 대사율은 대조구에 비하여 상황버섯박 10 및 20% 첨가구가 유의하게 낮은 결과를 보였다(p<0.05). 그리고 혈청 IgG 농도에 있어서는 첨가수준에 따른 유의적인 차이를 발견할 수없었다. 위 결과로 볼 때 상황버섯박은 섬유질 함량이 높아 단위 동물의 사료로는 제한적 사용이 불가피하며, 버섯의 약리성분은 추출잔류물이라는 특성으로 볼 때 그 작용을 기대하기는 어려울 것으로 판단된다. 또한 상황버섯박은 섬유질 함량이 높은 것으로 보아 단위 동물보다는 반추동물의 사료로 이용하는 것이 유리할 것으로 생각된다.

        To find out the characteristics of '□'-type 'Chungcheong', 6 temples in the Mt. Palgong area are examined and analyzed. then the results are as followed: 1) the effects of temple space are maximized on '□'-type formation of building by the establishment of central axis line and the organization of unit space with 3 hierachical formation of the site. 2) The building formation of temples and the determination of major building site are considered in the visual effects mostly and the establishment of temple area is divided 2 areas according to visual effects. 3) Size determination of 'Chungcheong' is considered to plan the formation of temple by its totality, not to organize the building and 'Chungchoeng' separately. And major building is the dynamic plane form in 1:√2.

        The tandem network composed of the existing circuits network and packets network will integrate into a single network after this. that is, the circuit-based services of PSTN/ NISDN will integrate into the packet-based tandem network by using the devices of Media Gateway etc. moreover, because it is possible to multiplex the connections assigned to each subscriber by using AAL2 switching function of ATM network, we can heighten the utilization efficiency of network. In this paper, we described the VoDSL using an ATM tandem network and the call admission/ departure control algorithm, and appeared the performance estimation for the numerical results of multiplexer with bit dropping.

      • QUAL2EU모형에 의한 탐진강 수계 수질모의

        This study is to predict and determine the future water quality in rivers using one dimensional water quality model. QUAL2EU model is adopted to simulate the water quality which was developed in U.S. E.P.A. and applied to Tamjin River at Jangheung, Jeonlanam-Do. HEC-2 model, the steady state simulation model, is used to determine the hydraulic components into and discharge coefficient water quality model. The water quality is sampled at 10 major points to check calibrating reaction coefficients of the model. For the prediction of future water quality, contamination load is calculated each year in case with and without environmental treatment facilities. The results of this method is thought more accurate to the measured than those of existing methods

      • 동적계획법에 의한 우수관망 최적설계에 관한 연구

        This study aims at developing simulation model of optimal design condition of urban storm sewer system. Urban Storm Sewer System Optimal Design Model(USSOD) can compute the pipe capacity, pipe slope, crown elevation, excavation depth, risk and return cost. Rational formula is used for design discharge, Manning's formula for pipe capacity. Dynamic programming(DP) technique is used for optimization and first order second moment approximation method is used for uncertainty analysis. Layout design model and optimization model including detention effect in urban sewer system needs in further study. USSOD is applied to hypothetical drainage basin to test the sensitivity and it proved the more optimal simulation model to a degree, which verifies that USSOD results are more optimal than usual design.

        흰쥐 생체시료 중 5-플루오로우라실 및 테가푸르의 안정성

        5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is an antimetabolite anticancer agent active against many types of solid tumors. Tegafur (TF), a prodrug of 5-FU, is frequently used in combination with uracil as dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) inhibitory fluoropyrimidine. We studied the stability of 5-FU and TF in biological fluids of rats and determined their bioavailability (BA) and excretion into bile, and urine. The drug concentrations were analyzed by an HPLC method. At room temperature, there was a 14-30% decrease in the concentration of 5-FU and TF in bile, urine, and plasma specimen at 10 and 100 μg/ml over 240 min. No significant difference was noted among the sample types or between two different concentrations of 10 and 100 μg/ml. The decrease in drug concentration was significantly less in samples kept on ice (6-12%) for both drugs. These data indicate that biological fluid samples containing 5-FU or TF in plasma, urine, or bile should be placed on ice during the sample collection. Following these storage guidelines, samples were collected after administration 50 ㎎/㎏ of each drug via i.v. or oral route. BA was 1.5 folds greater for TF (60%) than that of 5-FU (42%). Approximately 0.52 and 3.3% of the i.v. doses of 5-FU and TF was excreted into bile, respectively. Renal clearance of 5-FU was about 16% of its total body clearance. These results suggest that instability of 5-FU and TF in biological fluids should be considered in pharmacokinetic or pharmacogenomic studies.

Discrete Differential Dynamic Programming(DDDP) technique is used for optimization and first order second moment approximation method is used for uncertainty analysis. USSOD has two kinds ; USSOD-1 is to be not considered in calculating design peak flood, and USSOD-2 is to consider detention effect. After comparing the two, it is concluded that USSOD-2 is more rational and closer to the results. USSOD is applied to hypothetical drainage basin to test the sensitivity and it proved the more optimal simulation model to a degree, which verifies that USSOD results are more optimal than usual design.
