일반 적인 고속 블록정합 알고리즘들은 현재 프레임의 탐색 블록과 참조 프레임의 탐색영역 내의 블록간 MAD(Mean Absolute Distance)를 비교하므로 탐색점 수만큼 MAD를 구해야 하는 단점이 있다. 이와 같은 고속 블록정합 알고리즘들의 단점을 해결하기 위해 "이웃한 화소는 서로 간에 거의 같은 값을 지니고 있다"라는 특성을 이용한 탐색점 예측에 의한 새로운 DS알고리즘을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 각 탐색 단계별로 새로운 탐색점의 MAD를 산출하는 기존의 MAD 연산법을 탈피하고, 이전 단계에서 연산된 MDA를 탐색점 예측에 의한 현재의 탐색점의 MAD로 사용하기 때문에 불필요한 탐색점의 블록간 MAD 연산을 없앨 수 있었다. 움직임 추정 오차는 기존 고속 블록정합 알고리즘과 비교했을 때 비슷한 성능을 나타내었고, 총 연산량은 2FN2Ep만큼 크게 줄어들었다. Ordinary high-speed block matching algorithms have a disadvantage that they need to get MAD (Mean Absolute Distance) as many as the number of search points since the MAD between the current frame's search block and the reference frame's search block is used as the search point. To solve such disadvantage of high-speed block matching algorithm, the proposed New DS algorithm by search point prediction method using a specific characteristic that neighboring pixels have almost same values. In this thesis, we can get rid of unnecessary MAD calculation between the search point blocks by search point prediction which uses the previously calculated MAD as the current search point and by breaking from the established MAD calculation method which calculates the MAD of a new search point by each search stage. Comparing with the established high-speed block matching algorithm, this new calculation's estimated movement error was shown as similar, and the total calculation amount decreased by 2FN2Ep.
경사진 트레드밀에서 후방보행운동을 통한 넙다리네갈래근 강화와 요통의 관계

목적: 본 연구에서는 경사진 트레드밀에서의 후방 보행 훈련을 통한 넙다리네갈래근의 강화가 요통 환자의 치료에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상: 만성 요통을 호소하는 16명의 환자를 대상으로 연구를 실시 하였다. 방법: 트레드밀을 10° 경사로 맞춰놓은 상태에서 대상자들은 하루 20분, 일주일에 3회의 빈도로 2주 동안 훈련을 하였다. 표면 근전도를 가지고 넓다리 곧은근, 안쪽 넓은근, 가쪽 넓은근, 척추 세움근의 %MVIC를 측정하였고, KODI와 VAS를 통해 대상자들의 통증정도를 측정하였다. 결과: 넓다리 곧은근은 훈련전에 비해 훈련을 하고 난 후 상대적으로 높은 근전도를 보였고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 안쪽 넓은근과 가쪽 넓은근 또한 높은 근전도율을 보였지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 척추 세움근은 훈련전에 비해 훈련을 하고 난 후 높은 근전도율을 보여주었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). VAS와 KODI의 평균값은 명백하게 감소되었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 결론: 이상의 결론을 종합하면, 후방보행을 통한 넙다리네갈래근의 강화는 요통의 감소에 효과적이라고 사료되며, 더불어 넙다리네갈래근으로 접근하여 요통을 경감하는 중재방법이 효과적인 치료 방법이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. Purpose: This study was to investigate the influence of strengthening the Quadriceps femoris through backward walking treadmill training in the patients who have lower back pain. Subjects: Sixteen subjects with chronic lower back pain were included. Method: In the training, the treadmill was set to have a inclination of 10 degrees, and the subjects were trained for 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 2 weeks. %MVIC(muscle power) of rectus femoris, vastus medialis oblique, vastus lateralis and erctor spinae were measured with surface EMG, and KODI and VAS were used to measure the subject's level of pain. Results: Quadriceps femoris showed relatively higher average electromyogram rates than that before training(p<.05). Vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis also showed higher average electromyogram rates, but no significant change in them was noted. Erector spinae showed higher average electromyogram rates than that before training(p<.05). The average points of VAS and KODI clearly decreased(p<.05). Conclusion: Strengthening Quadriceps femoris seems to be efficient for relieving lower back pain in this study.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The objective of this study is numerically to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of the integrated heating system considering the temperature of cabin and battery of an electric vehicle under the cold weather conditions. The integrated heating system consists of a burner to combust fuel, an integrated heat exchanger for CHE (coolant heat exchanger) and AHE (air heat exchanger). The heat transfer characteristics like the overall heat exchanger effectiveness, the heat transfer rate, the temperature distribution and the fluid flow characteristics like the pressure drop, velocity distribution of the investigated integrated heating system were considered and analyzed by varying the inlet mass flow rates and the inlet temperatures of the cold air and water, respectively. The average Nusselt numbers for the cold air side and the water side were increased 28.4% and 9.5%, respectively, with the increase of the cold air side Reynolds numbers from 15,677 to 72,664 and the water side Reynolds numbers from 4330 to 11,912. The numerical results showed good agreement within ±9.0% of the existed data and thus confirmed that the present model was valid. In addition, the proposed integrated heating system could be used as the thermal management of the cabin and the battery system of the electric vehicle under the cold weather conditions.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> EVs have issues on cabin heating source and battery heating under cold weather. </LI> <LI> EVs suffer from a short driving range and shortage of cabin heating. </LI> <LI> Cabin air heating and battery thermal management for electric vehicle investigated. </LI> <LI> The considered system was investigated under various operating conditions. </LI> <LI> Integrated heating system suggested for cabin heating and battery thermal management. </LI> </UL> </P>

In performing the three-level SVPWM, it is nearly impossible to control the neutral-point potential exactly to the half of the dc-link voltage at all times. Therefore the inverter would produce an erroneous output voltage by this voltage unbalance. So the voltage unbalance has to be compensated in doing PWM, when the voltage unbalance occurs whether it is small or large, to make the inverter output voltage follow the reference voltage exactly the same. In this paper, a new compensating method for the neutral-point potential variation in a three-level inverter space vector PWM CSVPWM) is presented. By using the proposed method, the output voltage of the inverter can be made same as the reference voltage and thus the current and torque ripple of the inverter driven motor can be greatly improved even if the voltage unbalance is quite large. The proposed method is verified experimentally with a 3-level IGBT inverter.
유한요소법을 이용한 자성유체의 거동예측을 위한 수치적 모델링

The objective of this study is numerically analyzed the behavior characteristics of the magnetic fluid in a closed rectangular container using finite element method (FEM). The governing equations are solved with magnetization and Maxwell equations for consideration of rotating effect of the magnetite particle. Then the discretized equations are solved with boundary conditions of the velocity and temperature. The developed model is validated with the results of Davis (1983) and Fusegi et al. (1991) has a good agreement within 5.5 % and 2.7 %, respectively.
