      • 백금과 세리아를 담지한 촉매의 포름알데히드 산화반응에 관한 연구

        Total oxidation of formaldehyde was studied using platinum and platinum-ceria catalysts supported on γ- alumina. Catalysts were prepared by coimpregnation with γ- Al₂O₃, Platinum and ceria loading were controlled as 0.02∼0.04wt% and 0.3∼7.6wt%, respectively. The characterization of the catalysts were investigated by catalytic activity, O₂-TPD and H₂-TPR. The order of catalytic activities in view of formaldehyde conversion was as follows ; Pt+Ce(0.3%)/Al₂O₃>Pt+Ce(0.8%)/Al₂O₃>Pt+Ce(5%)/Al₂O₃>Pt+Ce(7.6%)/Al₂O₃>Pt/Al₂O₃. Small amount of added ceria enhanced the catalytic activity. However, as the amount of ceria increased the activity was decreased. Optimum loading of ceria seems to be 0.3∼0.8w%.

        다중흐름모형을 활용한 산림일자리정책 변화과정 분석

        산림일자리는 노동집약적 특성과 함께 서비스 산업 등 다양한 형태의 일자리가 창출될 수 있는 잠재력이 큰 분야이다. 본 연구는 일자리 문제가 이슈화된 외환위기 시대의 김대중 정부에서 문재인 정부에 이르기까지 산림일자리정책이 역사적으로 어떠한 변동과정을 거쳐 산출되었는지, 시대적 상황에서 어떠한 역할과 성과를 창출해 냈는지를 Kingdon의 다중흐름모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, IMF 외환위기, 경제위기, 코로나19 팬데믹이 정책결정자로 하여금 일자리문제를 해결해야 할 문제로 인식하게 한 주요 요인이 되었다. 둘째, 정책혁신가로서 역할을 한 주체는 산림청과 시민사회, 학계가 각 정권별로 주도를 달리했다. 셋째, 산출된 정책은 시대적 변화에 따라 정책혁신가의 개입으로 다시 보완, 개선되어 한단계 상향된 버전의 정책으로 재산출 되었다. 그 결과 정책의 창이 열렸고 산림복지, 휴양, 교육 등의 산림복지서비스 일자리가 확대되었고, 산림분야 사회적경제 활성화를 통해 지역과 연계된 새로운 일자리가 창출되었다. 결론적으로 산림정책이 산촌과 지역의 문제를 해결하고 이를 통해 지역의 활력을 도모하며, 실질적인 도움을 주기 위해서는 시민사회와 파트너십을 통한 사회적 가치를 추구하는 산림일자리정책이 운영되어야 한다. 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 향후 산림일자리정책의 효율성과 성과를 높이기 위한 정책 제언을 하였다. Forest job is a field with great potential to create various types of jobs, such as service industries, along with labor-intensive characteristics. This study analyzed how Korean forest job policy has been changed historicaly and edtablished, and what kind of roles and achievements have been created from the Kim Dae-jung administration when foreign exchange crisis and the job issue occurred, to the Moon Jae-in administration using Kingdon’s Multiple Streams Framework. The study results are as follows. First, the IMF foreign exchange crisis, the economic crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic became a major factor that made policy makers recognize the job issue as a problem to be solved. Second, the Korea Forest Service, civil society, and academia which played as role as policy innovators was different byeach government. Third, the established policy was supplemented and improved again with the intervention of a policy innovator according to the changes of the times, and it was re-produced as an upgraded version of the policy. As a result, a window of policy was opened, and jobs in forest welfare services such as forest recreation, and education were expanded, and new jobs linked to the region were created through the revitalization of the social economy in the forest sector. In conclusion, in order for forest polices to solve problems in mountain villages and regions, promote regional vitality, and provide practical help, forest job policies which pursue social values through partnerships with civic groups should be operated. Based on the above, policy recommendations were made to improve the efficiency and performance of future forest job policies.

        효율적인 군 전직지원체제 정립 방안

        이 연구의 목적은 제대군인에 대한 효율적인 전직지원을 위해서 현행 전직지원 프로세스에 대한 개선 안과 이에 따른 국방부, 국가보훈처 등 제대군인 전직지원관련 기관 간의 역할분담 및 연계방안에 대해서 제안하는 것이다. 연구는 크게 세 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 국내 군 전직지원 실태를 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 문제점과 시사점, 군 전직지원 선행연구를 종합하여 효율적인 군 전직지원 프로세스 안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 구축한 군 전직지원 프로세스 안에 따라 주요 군 전직지원 관련 기관인 국방부, 국가보훈처의 역할 분담 안을 제안하였다. This study aims to suggest an improvement plan for the support process of effective occupation change for discharged soldiers and then role assignments among related institutions for supporting discharged soldiers such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor and the cooperation plan among the institutions. The study was made in three steps. First, after analyzing currents support facts and status for discharged soldiers, it induced its problems and implications. Second, integrating the findings of previous studies related to support plan on occupation changes for the discharged soldiers, Problems and implications mentioned above, it constructed effective occupation change process for discharged soldiers. Then, according to the established process, it suggested role assignments such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor.

But since 1945, many factor Due to its reputable healing effects and unique minerals, the hot spring in the Dong Rae area have bs such as modernized transportation and an increasing number of tourists have accelerated the renovation. Aside from unique minerals of the spa, the Donrae area has various tourism resources; Kisang Association(Kwon Bun), Kumgang Park and Kum Jung Mountain, and On Jung Won which functioned as a national bank in the Joseon Dynasty. This essay suggests that promoting new tourism resources such as Spa Culture Street, Spa Fountain Park, and Underground Spa Resort be stongly considered.

        수종의 NiTi 전동 파일 단면 형태 비교 및 pecking motion의 사용방법이 피로 파절에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 현재 시판중인 Profile^(®), ProTaper^(®), K3^(®), Hero 642^(®), Hero Shaper^(®)를 단면을 비교하고 이들 5가지 NiTi 파일과 사용방법에 따른 피로 파절 소요 시간을 비교하고자 시행되었다. 각 NiTi 전동파일의 치근단 1/3을 temporary resin에 매몰시키고 다이아몬드 표면처리된 버로 잘라내어, 초음파를 이용하여 세척 후, 주사전자현미경으로 단면을 관찰하였다. 주기적인 피로 실험을 수행하기 위해, 회전속도, pecking 거리를 자동적으로 조절할 수 있는 장치를 제작하고 파일을 만곡된 상태를 재현하기 위하여 15도 경사진 금속 토막에 위치시키고 분당 300회전의 속도로 회전시켜 파일이 파절될 때까지의 시간을 측정하였다. 사용방법에 따른 실험군은 동적군과 정적군으로 나누고 pecking 거리는 3㎜, 6㎜로 하였다. 실험결과 동적군 보다는 정적군의 피로파절 소요시간이 통계학적으로 유의차 있게 짧았으며 3㎜, 6㎜의 pecking distance에 따른 영향은 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 NiTi전동파일은 pecking motion으로 사용하는 것이 피로파절을 줄이는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. There are various factors affecting the fracture of NiTi rotary files. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of cross sectional area, pecking motion and pecking distance on the cyclic fatigue fracture of different NiTi files. Five different NiTi files-Profile^(®) (Maillefer, Ballaigue, Switzerland), ProTaper™ (Maillefer, Ballaigue, Switzerland), K3 ^(®) (SybronEndo, Orange, CA), Hero 642^(®) (Micro-mega, Besancon, France). Hero Shaper^(®) (Micro-mega, Besancon, France)-were used. Each file was embedded in temporary resin, sectioned horizontally and observed with scanning electron microscope. The ratio of cross-sectional area to the circumscribed circle was calculated. Special device was favricated to simulate the cyclic fatigue fracture of NiTi file in the curved canal,. On this device, NiTi files were rotated (300rpm) with different pecking distances (3㎜ or 6㎜) and with different motions (static motion or dynamic pecking motion). Time until fracture occurs was measured. The results demonstrated that cross-sectional area didn't have any effect on the time of file fracture. Among the files, Profile^(®) took the longest time to be fractured. Between the pecking motions, dynamic motion took the longer time to be fractured than static motion. There was no significant difference between the pecking distances with dynamic motion, however with static motion, the longer time was taken at 3㎜ distance. In this study, we could suggest that dynamic pecking motion would lengthen the time for NiTi file to be fractured from cyclic fatigue.

        For the direct metal shape processing the powder feed device which is different from the widely used in rapid prototyping. Is developed, The three dimensional object is shaped with the melting metal powder. The developed research has applied to rapid prototyping in ultraprecision for MEMS and medical science fields required of rapid manufacture of complex shape. The goal of this study make 3D model which has precision accuracy. Powder spreading apparatus has been more improved because that the control of powder spread is very important in layer manufacturing. It consists of the vibration motor, nozzle and tube which supplies various metal powder. This apparatus could control the spreading velocity that could control powder spreading thickness. Laser on/off switch was adapted because laser scanning velocity must be preserved constantly to prevent heat transformation of laser overheating. The error between sintered thickness and experimental one occurred by shrinkage in sintering melting process. The problem of heat transformation was solved by On/Off switching system.

      • 민군갈등의 원인과 관리 방안에 관한 연구

        With the recent expansion of local governance and the accompanying increase of awareness on the part of people of their rights, we have witnessed a growing number of incidences of conflicts between local military units on the one hand and the local governments and residents on the other about the government's defense policies. These civil-military conflicts are obstructing smooth implementation of defense policies and thus posing a threat to the national security. An effective management of these conflicts is therefore urgently needed. This study was conducted to examine the essence and the causes of civil-military conflicts and to find ways of effectively managing them. The study shows that civil-military conflicts exhibit characteristics particular to those involving the military, in addition to characteristics normally found in other conflicts on government policies or public conflicts. The study classifies the causes of civil-military conflics into structural, behavioral, and environmental. Structural causes include differences in goals, increasing mutual dependence, competition for limited resources, and lack of preparation for decision-making and policy execution. Behavioral causes include differences in various groups' intentions and perceptions, desire for quick results, and selfishness on the part of groups or local districts. Finally, environmental causes include organizational culture of the military, expansion of local governance, and change in our society's value systems. To manage these causes for conflicts, we must put in place a system of managing civil-military conflicts, seek legal and systematic measures to alleviate those causes, and promote trust-building activities on the part of military units in relation to the local societies.

      • 신경망 적응제어기의 성능향상에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the direct and indirect neural adaptive controller are combined based on the Lyapunov synthesis approach. The proposed adaptive controller is constructed from RBF neural network and a set of fuzzy IF-THEN rules. And the weighting parameters are adjusted on-line according to some adaptation law for the purpose of controlling the plant to track a given trajectory. In this scheme, fuzzy IF-THEN rules are used to decide the combined weighting factor. It is shown that all the signals in the closed-loop system are uniformly bounded under mild assumptions. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is demonstrated through the control of one-link rigid robotics manipulator.

        백서에서 치아 회분말과 치과용 연석고의 혼합매식술시 골막의 역할: 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bone-forming capacity of the periosteum in calvaria of rats. The experiment was carried out in 49 rats. We exposed the calvaria and made 1㎝ diameter round full thickness defect at both sides of calvaria. In the left calvarial bone serving as control, the periosteum was removed after implantation of block, while in the right calvarial bone the periosteum remained intact as an experimental site. The histologic examination of bone response was performed after 1-, 2-, 4-, 6-,8-, 12-, 24-week implantation in calvaria of rats. We could observe the periosteal preservation favorably influenced the bone formation.

      • 글로벌 제조 환경을 위한 생산현황 원격 모니터링 시스템

        본 논문에서는 글로벌 매뉴팩처링 환경을 갖는 가상의 기업을 대상으로 수주와 생산 및 FMS 현장을 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반 생산 정보 시스템을 구축하였다. 먼저 FMS 시스템을 제어하는 PLC와 데이터베이스를 연동시켜 생산현황이 실시간으로 데이터베이스에 저장되게 하였고 FMS 생산 현황은 웹과 연결하여 원격에서도 모니터링할 수 있게 하였다. 수주정보 및 생산정보는 분산 DB를 이용하여 인터넷으로 연동될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 방법은 각각 두 대의 서버와 클라이언트 그리고 교육용 FMS 시스템을 이용하여 구현하였다. In this paper, a prototype web-based remote production monitoring systems for virtual manufacturing is presented. Three subsystems such as : 1) remote real time monitoring of FMS, 2) interface between PLC and database, 3) web-based production management system, are developed. A MMI s/w is engaged for real time monitoring of FMS, and TCP/IP protocol is used for the communication between a server and a client. Interface between PLC and database is performed by the function of MMI which allow to use VB script. The prototype system is implemented on two sever computers and an educational FMS.
