      • 擁壁 背面地盤의 補强土工法 適用에 의한 土壓輕減效果

        보강토공법이란, 마찰저항에 의해 토사와 상호작용 할 수 있는 막대, 섬유 또는 망과 같은 재료를 이용하여 토사의 역학적 성질을 강화시키는 공법이다. 근래에 와서는 부지확보를 위해 높은 성토나 절토가 증가하고 있는데, 이를 위해서는 옹벽 등의 흙막이 구조물이 필요하게 된다. 흙막이를 위한 대표적이 구조물로는 옹벽을 들 수 있다. 옹벽의 설계시 가장 중요한 점은 토압의 경감대책에 있다. 본 논문에서는 연직옹벽배면지반에 보강토공법을 적용할 경우의 보강재의 위치에 다른 토압의 감소효과에 대해 모형 실험을 통하여 연구하였다. Reinforced earth is a construction material composed of soil fill strengthened by the inclusion of rods, bars, fibers, or nets which interact with the soil by means of fractional resistance. A broader definition could also include the use of rock bolts or earth anchors to improve the qualities of natural deposits in situ. Generally, designing vertical retaining wall which is used for construction of the road way, we are in face of the problem of ground settlement. In the case, by means of reinforcing the ground, ground settlement behind retaining wall and earth pressure on the retaining wall decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to study the reinforcing effect according to the kind, location and direction of reinforcing material. In this paper, when vertical retaining wall is constructed for road and rail way, stability of ground behind retaining wall and reduction effect of earth pressure on the retaing wall according to location of reinforcing material are discussed by model test.

        보강토공법의 기본적원리는 이해하기에 단순하고 수세기동안 사람들이 사용해 왔었다. 보강토공법이 토목공학분야에서 실용적인 면에서 기여하고 있는 기본적인 이유는 공사비의 감소와 시공이 용이하고, 기술자에게 매력을 줄 만큼 단순한 데 있다. 보강토 공법에 대한 인식과 관심이 더욱 커진 것은 기술과 상업적인 성공이 기술자들에 의해서 증명되어졌기 때문이다. 본 연구는 성토지반에 구조물을 설치하기 위하여 지반을 보강재로 보강할 때의 지지력에 관한 것으로, 보강재의 최적의 수평길이와 수직간격을 구해 실제 설계에 적용하도록 하는 데 중요한 목적이 있다. The basic principles involved in reinforced soil are simple to grasp and have been used by man for centuries. The basic attributes of soil reinforcement which are of particular advantage in civil engineering are reductions in costs and ease of construction, coupled with a basic simplicity which provides an attraction to engineers. Recognition of, and interest in the subject have gained impetus because of the technical and commercial success that has been demonstrated by the practitioners. This study was about bearing capacity as reinforced reinforcement, get a optimum horizontal length and vertical interval of reinforcement and apply to actual design.

      • Multi-Image Deblurring Using Complementary Sets of Fluttering Patterns

        <P>We present a novel coded exposure video technique for multi-image motion deblurring. The key idea of this paper is to capture video frames with a set of complementary fluttering patterns, which enables us to preserve all spectrum bands of a latent image and recover a sharp latent image. To achieve this, we introduce an algorithm for generating a complementary set of binary sequences based on the modern communication theory and implement the coded exposure video system with an off-the-shelf machine vision camera. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, we provide in-depth analyses of the theoretical bounds and the spectral gains of our method and other state-of-the-art computational imaging approaches. We further show deblurring results on various challenging examples with quantitative and qualitative comparisons to other computational image capturing methods used for image deblurring, and show how our method can be applied for protecting privacy in videos.</P>

      • PSPICE를 이용한 수정된 Chua회로의 카오스 통신 시뮬레이션

        Recently, there has been much interest in utilizing chaotic circuits to implement a secure communication. Although Chua's circuit is the simplest chaotic circuit, it has complex chaotic dynamic porperties. The modified Chua's circuit has two additional components more than Chua's cirecuit and makes the circuit equations become fore-dimensional instead of three-dimensional, it makes Chua's circuit more flexible. In this paper, we use two modified Chua's oscillators to simulation on the chaos control and synchronizaion. The simulation results show that the modified Chua's oscillator has good chaotic control and sunchronization. And we have successfully carried out the basic esperiment on the chaotic secure communication.

      • 지반개량앵커(SI 앵커)의 개발과 현장에의 적용

        그리운드 앵커의 시공이 나날이 증가되고 있는 현실에서, 연약한 지반에도 시공 가능한 지반개량앵커(SI 앵커)의 정확한 극한인발력의 산정과 인발저항기구를 연구하는 일은 매우 중요한 일이다. SI 앵커는 지반개량앵커를 의미한다. 앵커를 지지하는 지반을 J.S.P 로 개량한 짓이다. SI 앵커는 인발저항기구를 알기 위해 SI 앵커체의 표면과 앵커체 두부의 응력을 측정하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 현장실험과 실내모형실험을 통해 SI 앵커체 표면에서의 응력을 측정했고, 산정식에 의한 계산 결과치와 비교했다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) SI 앵커의 거동은 일반 마찰방식 앵커의 거동과는 다르게 나타나는데, 이는 SI 앵커의 저항력은 지압저항력과 마찰 저항력의 합에 의해 결정되기 때문이다. (2) SI 앵커의 설계 시는 진행성 파괴의 영향을 고려하여야 한다. (3) SI 앵커의 지압저항에 의해 앵커두부의 변위는 감소되고, 앵커의 극한인발력은 일반마찰방식앵커에 비해 증가한다. (4) SI 앵커는 일반앵커가 시공되기 어려운 연약지반 내에 정착할 때 특히 효과적이다. Day after day, use of ground anchor is increasing in execution, It is significant to calculate the ultimate pullout force exactly and to research the mechanism of pullout resistance of SI anchor. SI anchor means the Soil Improvement anchor. Ground for anchoring is improved by J. S. P. In order to analyze the mechanism of pullout resistance of SI anchor, it is necessary to measure stresses on the SI anchor surface and SI anchor head. In this study, we measured stresses on the SI anchor surface by field tests and laboratory model tests and compared with calculated results. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) The behavior of SI anchor is different from that of friction anchor, because pullout resistance of SI anchor is made by bearing and frictional force. (2) In the design of SI anchor, progressive failure should be considered. (3) By the bearing resistance of SI anchor. the displacement of anchor head is decreased and the ultimate pullout force of anchor is increased comparing with general friction anchor. (4) SI anchor can be used in soft ground effectively.

        프레탈^(R)정(실로스타졸 50mg)에 대한 실로졸^(R)정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Cilozol^(R)(Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA, Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 22 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 50㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered. blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between two tablets were 4.99%, 1.74% and 7.68%, respectively. The powers(1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were83.92%, 80.12% and 85.03%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilozol^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.

      • 地盤 掘鑿時의 地盤앵커에 의한 近接 構造物의 沈下 抑制 效果

        지하구조물의 건설을 위한 깊은 굴착으로 인해 근접구조물에 많은 피해가 발생하고 있다. 피해를 일으키는 주된 원인은 흙막이 벽체의 수평변위에 의한 지반침하와 지하수위 저하나 진동등에 의한 압밀, 다짐 발생에 따른 지반침하 등이다. 지금까지 대부분의 연구는 현장계측을 이용하였으므로, 벽체의 변위와 지반침하에 영향을 미치는 많은 인자들 각각의 영향을 밝히기는 대단히 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 실내 모형실험을 통하여 최종 굴착시의 주동파괴면 안쪽에 놓여있는 구조물의 침하를 최소화할 수 있는 지반앵커(1단, 2단)의 위치 및 간격을 결정하였다. 실험결과, 앵커 1단 설치, 앵커 2단 설치의 경우가 모두 앵커 깊이 비=0.4∼0.5일 때, 근접구조물의 침하가 최소가 되었다. 또, 지반 굴착시의 지반변형을 관찰하여 위의 사실을 확인하고, 지반 파괴면의 위치 및 형상을 구하였다. The structure is often deformed and damaged by deep excavation. This deformation and damage are mainly made by ground settlement(consolidation, compaction) owing to groundwater drop or vibration etc. and lateral movement of retaining wall. Then, most studies about deformation of ground have done by using results of site measurement, so it was very difficult to find each effect of many factors separately. The purpose of this study is to decide the location and interval of ground anchor( lst, 2nd ground anchor) to be able to minimize the settlement of adjacent structure located inside the active failure surface by model test at laboratory. As results of this model test, it was known that the depth ration of anchor to minimize the settlement of near-by structure was 0.4∼0.5, and by the observation of ground deformation during excavation, the direction and magnitude of displacement and the failure line could be known.

      • 메탈핼라이드 램프용 저주파 구형파 구동의 퍼지제어 전자식 안정기

        A low frequency square wave driven electronic ballast for metal halide (MH) lamps is developed. The lamp current/wattage is controlled by fuzzy logic controller based on the low cost 8-bit microcontroller. This electronic ballast consists of a buck converter, a low frequency square wave full bridge inverter, a high voltage burst pulse generator using IGBT for the MH lamp ignition, an over-current protection circuit and an 8-bit microcontroller circuit. The ballast system is operated on the constant current mode during the MH lamp start-up process and the system is operated on the constant power mode during steady state. Experimental results show that the fuzzy logic control operation is carried .out successfully by the 8-bit microcontroller PIC16F877. In this electronic ballast system, in spite of the limited control bandwidth caused by low operating speed of the %bit microcontroller, the good performance in the constant lamp current characteristic is obtained. Acoustic resonance of the MH lamps can be effectively avoided because the instantaneous lamp power is fully constant due to the low frequency square wave drive.

      • Analysis of risk factors increasing serum creatinine level in patients with psoriasis treated with cyclosporin A

        Background: Cyclosporin A (CsA) is an immune modulating agent in treating psoriasis. Considering its nephrotoxicity, however, serum creatinine (SCr) levels should be monitored carefully. Objectives: The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety of CsA and risk factors associated with a renal impairment in treatment of psoriasis with CsA. Methods: The 284 patients with psoriasis treated with CsA between January 2011 and December 2016 were analyzed. Results: The median duration of treatment was 10 weeks (interquartile range: 4-21) and the mean dose of CsA was 3.14±0.38 mg/kg/day. Although there was a significant increase of SCr levels after CsA treatment (P = 0.01), the overall change was largely reversible on cessation of the drug. More than 25% increase of SCr above baseline was reported in 17 patients (6.0%). Comparing those with increased SCr to the others, there was no significant difference in sex, body mass index, psoriasis area and severity index, disease duration, mean dose of CsA except the age (P = 0.005). Patients older than 60 years resulted at higher risk for a rise in SCr levels when compared with younger patients (P < 0.001). The treatment duration more than a year and hypertension also found to be significantly related to the SCr elevation. Conclusion: Careful SCr monitoring is needed in patients who have factors that might increase the SCr levels, such as old age, treatment duration more than a year and the hypertension.

      • Clinical and immunological characteristics of psoriasis patients with latent tuberculosis infection

        Background: Latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) is a growing concern for the treatment of psoriasis, as the use of biologics has recently increased. LTBI may also be associated with chronic inflammatory status that results in a change in immune status. Objectives: To investigate the association between the clinical comorbidities of psoriasis and the expressions of inflammatory cytokines induced by LTBI. Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis for 300 patients with psoriasis using clinical information, including the comorbidities and presence of LTBI. Serum cytokine levels were measured for immunological analysis. Results: The prevalence rates of psoriatic arthritis (p = 0.001) and nail psoriasis (p = 0.014) were significantly higher in patients with LTBI than in those without LTBI. The serum levels of interleukin (IL) 6, IL-8, and IL-23A were greater in the LTBI-positive group than in the LTBI-negative group (p = 0.014 for IL-6, p = 0.025 for IL-8, and p = 0.004 for IL-23A). Conclusion: LTBI may be a risk factor for the development of clinical comorbidities in psoriatic patients through an increase in the levels of inflammatory cytokines, including IL-6, IL-8, and IL-23A.
